I have bought a product from flipkart on the 26th of february 2020 and received the same on 28th february 2020. Due to quality issues i wanted to return the product, thus requested for return on 3rd march. But flipkart canceled my return request without even informing me. So i filed for return request again on 9th march, but flipkart again canceled my request. On 9th march, my return period got over as seller provided only 10 day return policy. So i contacted flipkart to resolve the same, again they took a week time to answer my query, but no response at all. They are not taking the product from me neither returning my money. I have paid 4654 inr for the product, which is not a small amount. Flipkart is showing full negligence and not helping me at all. They locked my money. I have paid the money through credit card and waited for 3 weeks, still no response. Why should i pay for a product which i do not want by my credit card. Flipkart has completely violated consumer rights and hurting me through the delay in returning my money. I have spent hours of time for calling and talking the same to the flipkart consumer care, where there is no solution given. They took my money, time and peacefulness. I request the concerned authorities to take firm action on the incident and help me in getting my money as quickly as possible.
