Flipkart — realme mobile phone! cheated under the name of replacement

I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart under replacement warranty! After the delivery i felt the camera performance issue on the phone and raised the replacement request! Flipkart sent a person from jeevs (Who is take care of the quality check) they come and just reboot my mobile and said all are fine now! But after that again im facing the same issue! So raised the replacement request again, same process happened again but no solution from flipkart! So i raised 3 rd time! But flipkart said like will send the technician on 28 th september! But they didn't sent any technician yet and also they close the replacement case without any technical visit! When i contact the flipkart support they told like ask your service center! We cant give more than 2 replacement request!

Note : flipkart don't have any tos like only 2 technical visit is there! But when i call and ask they told me like only 2 visit is allwed

So flipkart completely cheated me under the name of replacement!

I am facing the same problem.
When technician visits you should request him to let you talk to the senior technician the 2nd time he visits and tell him that they already came once and reset your device and you are facing same problem again.Don't let them reset the device without speaking to senior technician first and explaining your point.
The technician that visits will always call and ask senior technician on what to do regarding the issue, at that time ask him to speak with you.
Otherwise they will always try to reset your device and close the request.
They will always try to avoid their responsibility of approving.
I did this and my product was approved by them and replaced once.
But again i am facing same issue with replaced product and again i am going through the process again.

I got your point ! but the technician visit not happened @ 3rd time for my product, they just closed the case without visit ! its fake visit! when i inform to this on flipkart, they just disconnecting the call / just saying please wait please wait ! No solution from flipkart ! so the result my replacement time also expired :|. flipkart is completely cheating me on this case
is it possible to get any solution on this case?

Wait for few days..see if they resolve your issue.
If not you can lodge consumer grievance at official consumer redressal government site https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/
