Don't buy in flipkart - worst service
Flipkart is cheating people buy giving exchange offer.

I have recently ordered new mobile from flipkart by taking exchange offer with them. For this exchange offer they have given me 7450/- off when i was ordering new mobile phone

At the time of delivery of new mobile they were suppose to pick my old mobile in exchange. Instead delivery person denied to take back my old mobile and asked me to pay extra 4000/- then only he will deliver my new mobile.

Reason for denying -
Delivery person denied for picking the old mobile is because the mobile has got some spots on the corner it due to usage.

That means flipkart expecting people to exchange their new brand goods in return of other brand new goods.

Exchnage kis baat ka hai bhai.. New mobile de de aapko. Exchange me use kiya kiya hua item me kuchh na kuchh scratches aur daag hoge hi tabhi to hum exchange kar rahe hai.

Aapse hum naya item exchange kar de..

      I purchased lenovo m10 fhd rel 32 gb 10.04 inch with wi-fi only tablet (Slate black) order id: od[protected]
      On my previous return request jeeves technician was sent. However he just reset the device which i had already tried.
      The problem is device keeps crashing every now and then and after resetting the device i face the same problem after some time again.
      The product is defective. I request you to refund or replace the product.
      I have tried raising the complaint via executives however they keep giving excuses like technical problem couldn't raise complaint etc
      Every time i have to talk to a new executive and have to explain the situation again and again.
      Now again when i raised the return request jeeves technician visit is called he comes resets the tablet and closes my request and my issue doesn't get resolved permanently. It only solves my problem temporarily. I wish your intervention in this matter as i am getting nowhere talking with executives.
      I am attaching the relevant invoice also for your reference.
      I am frustrated. The device is unusable. Please help me

      Update:My product was replaced once.The replaced product also had the same issue.Ultimately I returned it and got refunded. Issue resolved but has been a bad experience for me.I am gonna have anxiety buying stuff online now.I felt that return and refund policy of Flipkart is not consumer friendly.This is the first time i had to go through return procedure. Some (not all) Jeeves technicians are only interested in avoiding their responsibility of approving by just closing the issue on their side and not considering the costumer's issue.Flipkart should have their own Inhouse team for approving like amazon has i feel instead of outsourcing it to Jeeves because many customers have had this problem with Jeeves. Had a hard time explaining to them, almost had an argument with them and Flipkart doesn't accept replacement or refund till they approve so in the end customer is trapped.

        I have contacted several times but till now my issue has not been resolved.
        Also lodged complaint at flipkart but they do nothing.

        They simply say that because of covid 19 it is taking time.

        I request you to kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account.
        When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank of inr 60000.
        And this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score.
        So i have contacted bank to do so. They asked me to clear the dews if any and asked me to contact flipkart pay later to deactivate following which they will clear the loan immediately.

            I was ordering a mobile in a flash sale on flipkart and i made the payment but my order was not placed and unfortunately my amount of 9999rs got already
            Deducted from my bank. I was using debit card for payment.

            And in status it is still showing, "order not placed. Your payment was not confirmed from bank."but bank executives told me to contact flipkart for refund process as they told me transaction was successful from bank side.
            Please help me to refund the amount asap.

              I baught poco x2 mobile and ut delivered to me on 4th sep 2020. It works fine initially but after 5 days on 9th sep it turns off permanently. It is charged upto 80% but did not turns on even after charging. I complain on flipkart many times but my issue was rejected all time, i dont know why, by telling me stupid reasons. Even after 2 weeks my issue is still pending.

                I ordered asus tuf gaming core i5 9th gen from flipkart on 21/09/2020 and was supposed to be delivered to me vy today 23/09/2020.                     My mobile order cancelled even after successfully placed

                    My order was cancelled after placing it successfully. I placed it on flash sale on 21/09/20.

                    It was very hard to get mobile on flash sale. Somehow i purchased it. After placing, it successfully it got cancelled immediately. I'm shocked. I've been waiting for the mobile since the 1st sale which happened on 15/09/20.

                    Myself dinesh and i have ordered an elica chimney 90 cm (Order id - od[protected] for 13990/-.
                    Now i have placed a return request for the same product.

                    I would realy appreciate if the flipkart team is able to resolve my query.

                    I want either of two things listed below.

                    1. Either replace elica 90 cm with elica 60 cm of same product.

                      My orders are getting cancelled immediately after placing it successfully.
                      Flipkart is showing the false reason for order cancellation. They're saying as the product was cancelled by the seller side due to limited stock.

                      I can clearly see the product was in stock. My issue is not about one product cancellation, they're cancelling all the electronic items which i ordered. Since 1 year i'm facing this issue. Every time i'm asking my friend to order me.

                      I'm paying through my credit card. Then the refund is getting credited to my account after 9 days. Sometimes this late refund process cresting big problems for me.

                      Desirable resolution:
                      Flipkart should tell the real truth behind the cancellation. Flipkart should apologise me along with compensation for my one-year-long struggle. They should un-restrict my account for future purchases.

                      Note: i placed these recent orders just to check whether they cancelling them or not. As i expected they cancelled all my orders.

                      Dear Flipkart, please don't skip the issue by keeping the seller name in front. Be accountable for the cancellation reason. I know as per the Flipkart T&C Flipkart is not responsible for the cancellation done by the seller. That's why you are using the seller name for this kind of issues.

                      Please don't copy and paste template responses at least in this forum. Come straight to the point and say the truth.

                        I received only 3 of them each not six which i ordered and the package was slightly damaged.

                          Sir i have ordered poco m2 pro cost rs 14895 on 5 september from flipkart. The package was delivered on 15 september but in the package i got realme c11. After that i request for replacement from flipkart on 15 september. On 18 september an email was came and replied with dacument and on 20 september they rejected my replace ment request. I again requsted for replacement on 20 september they again rejected my replace request on 23 september.
                          After that i call to flipkart customer care and inform them about my replacement request rejected.
                          They saying that return policy has been over and now they can not proceed for replacement.

                              delivered on= 28.08.20

                              Within 3 days of arrival of the product, I faced multiple problems, so I requested for replacement within time but they didn't approved the replacement request and wasted time by sending a dumb technician who just came to my home to reset my mobile. Even after technician visit the problems remained as it is, so I requested for refund. That time no technician came but Flipkart sent me false message on technician visit and rejected the refund. I contacted with them for multiple times but all the customer care executives just came up with the solution of reset and at the end I was told that my replacement or return time got finished and Flipkart then showed me the way of service center. Even after changing software in the service center some of the problems remained unsolved. My 10, 000 got wasted. Flipkart is a fraud.

                                Flipkart you cheated me as you took my 32955rs and still not been
                                refunded and account blocked by you such a big scam and fraud by
                                flipkart this is how flipkart I will not buy anything from the

                                  I have a created Flipkart account with email ID 'abhishek.kumar.[protected]@gmail.com' and mobile number '[protected]'. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number. So I have taken another number and have placed many orders with my existing account using new number ([protected]) in my address. Now when i was using Flipkart plus points to claim any rewards, Flipkart is sending OTP to my old number, so i tried to change mobile number mapped with my account, but the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                    I prem kumar saini, resident of b 3591, panipat refinery township, panipat, haryana, purchased a study table from flip kart and suppliers is home town gleam. My order no. Was od[protected]. This product was under one year warranty against manufacturing defects and life time free repair service. Product sent by you is worst quality, the drawer had broken only after installation of 16 hours. Both drawer channels send by you are different shape and style, experience with you is very bad. All the compartments was not properly installed due to wrong manufacturing design and mismatching of prementioned holes. But i received a defective and poor quality product, the drawer had broken after installation of 16 hours only, both drawer channels (Rails) send by you are not same, so carpenter send by your concern agency jeeves consumer care had make a jugad. He regularly 3 days visited my home, but due to manufacturing defects and unaligned of holes, he can not assembled it properly. Then i filed several complaints to flip kart.
                                    At dated 13 sep flip kart considered my complaint and initiate for refund and took my account detail. At dated 19 sep technician from jeeves agency came and complete the uninstallation process. At dated 19 sep i received a message from flip kart that wish master will pick originally delivered items. At dated 21 sep wish master from e-kart came at my house and denied to pick this item. Why? I don't know. Then i again call to flip kart, they ensure me, your item will be picked up to 24 sep and your issue will resolved.
                                    But at dated 23 sep, i received a message from flip kart that your refund is cancelled by seller because this item is 10 days return warranty only. Sir, how i am responsible for this delay?. If you are not resolving my problem, i will be forced to move this matter in consumer court.

                                    I am thank full to you or send these worst and poor quality product. I hope you will resolve my problem as soon as possible. So you are requested please take immediate and necessary action.

                                      I want to exchange my used smartphone (Moto c plus with imei - [protected]) at flipkart to get the exchange discount but error encounters on the exchange screen when imei number is entered - "imei number does not match with motorola moto c plus".

                                      I bought my moto c plus from flipkart itself but somehow imei is not verifying during exchange due to which i am not able to get the exchange discount.

                                      Attached are:
                                      1) the error message on exchange screen.
                                      2) invoice for moto c plus showing phone imei numbers - [protected]

                                      It may be technical/database issue with flipkart. Kindly resolve.
