    My flight (Booking ID: FF[protected] from Bengaluru to Chandigarh, which was supposed to fly on 25th July 2020, has been cancelled by Airline.

    So, I have initiated the refund for cancellation on 23th July. I tried to contact with customer care, but every time, they gave some silly reasons, and haven't initiated refund yet.

      I ordered 4 books
      Instead I received one book and in place of the rest 3books I got a package with the total bill amount of the 3books combined and in that package was only one wrong product

        I have booked this booking with flipkart travel in lockdown time airline is ready to provide refund...
        they have cancelled by refund request and and not even giving me any reason for this spoken to them many times but they disconnect the call or give me same response that refund will be processed in 7 days its now been almost 5 months.
        please can someone let me know what should I do in this case now...
        i have lost my job need that money urgently they are letting their customer cry i cant believe that.

          Sir,
          As per order No OD[protected], I ordered for GORDEN Face mask Half Black Mask Pack of 6 Black Half Face mask for Men and Women (washable 6 layer), on 29.09.2020 received the packet . But in it only 3 (Three) numbers . And I contacted your customer care for the balance of 3 Nos. And they assured me the balance will supply on 05.10.2020.
          On 02.10. 2020 I got an SMS, mentioning as"Return request accepted from your order ID OD[protected] has been accepted by the seller. A wishmaster will pickup the orginally delivered item by Saturday, October, 3, 2020 will be intiated within 1 day." This is purely cheating the customer. This will also affect the goodwill of Filpkart.
          For your information, I am not requested for return, I requested for the full commodity (6Nos) as I ordred and paid for 6Nos. and received only half ie., 3Nos. And it is requested that take necessary steps for send me the balance of 3 Nos. at the earliest. And I don’t want the refund by money.Other wise I will forced to approach the legal authorities (Consumer Dispute Redressal Form ) Awaiting your early reply in this regard.

                I purchased flipkart power 10000mAh power bank from flipkart on 3rd December 2019 and they give 1 year warranty on that on 19th September 2020 i raised for return they pick up my power bank and raised a refund on flipkart pay later account but they will not showing there or not in my bank account. When i call customer care they tell refund is already initiated.

                  This product I ordered on the 28th and this product is delivered to my house on the 29th. My phone doesn't support sd card when I install it on the phone, so I made an American request three times. OK, after asking what it does, it does it three or four times over and over again. I did it this way, I accepted it, but one day I read it and requested it, and I don't take that product anymore. I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible because the boy from whom I bought this product was a big aunt and the thief stole it. I checked with many people. At least this is how I request return three times four times that my memory card is not supporting my phone. I keep asking them again and again but they don't answer any question and Shila is just visiting it and not returning the product. I have been waiting for a long time. But they are not helping anything that he is abusing me and not returning this product and I request them to call customer care again and again but they are not helping me and they are not returning the product. The money is with them and this girl is mine. I can't use it in any way, so I made a request here, but no reply has come from you yet.

                      They just put my complain in hold. Whenever i call they just say me your complain is forward to concern team wait and wait. 3times technician visit done at my house still request is in process. Need a refund for this no more replacement

                        Dear sir/ma'am,
                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Moto g8, powerlite
                        The issue that I have experienced was: I bought moto g 8 powerlite from flipkart.It came to me on
                        11th September 2020. From the same day, I started facing ear pain and headache while speaking on
                        incoming and outgoing calls and also heating sensation in ears was there. These problems continued till next 20-24 hours after each call....

                            Hi, I am thankful to you for blocking my flipkart account but why I have received a mail from flipkart for payment of pay later dues.when my account is blocked all the action is stayed .
                            I am not going to pay a single rupee as I have already raised a return request with refund.and that return request is done with in your due procedure and due time line as well.either replace your defective product or take it back.
                            I am also thinking of a legal action against flipkart for this incident.

                              I am writing this content to register a complaint against flipkart . I have bought a mobile Motorola one fusion plus 5 days ago. I received the phone on 26th of september in 2020. Its only been 5 days and my phone automatically got switched off several times. its happens once a day at least .when i applied for the replacement flipkart sent me tech guys to check the phone but they only gave 10 minutes and said nothing is wrong but i am facing the problem. I have seen similar problems on the internet with other guys. I want flipkar to help me with replacement as soon as possible. The customer service center guys are only wasting my time and asking me to repeat the same process again, which will result in same way as before happened . my replacement date is only valid till 3rd of october .until then if my issue does not get resolved .I will be stuck with this faulty phone for forever which flipkart provided me. flipkart gave the replacement option even then they are not resolving my problem. I have asked for help with the customer care for last 3 days .but they are not of any help. please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                I have contacted several times but till now my issue has not been resolved.
                                Also lodged complaint at flipkart but they do nothing.

                                They simply say that because of covid 19 it is taking time. You took time for about 10 days whereas u have promised to resolve the issue within 3 days.

                                I request you to kindly deactivate / permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
                                When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank of inr 60000.
                                And this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score.
                                So i have contacted bank to do so. They asked me to clear the dews if any and asked me to contact flipkart pay later to deactivate following which they will clear the loan immediately. I don't have any pending in flipkart paylater. So please close this

                                So please kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

                                    Received:1 plastic bottle
                                    On replacement,

                                    Attached video proof as well but rejected the return request.

                                    I ordered 3 steel milton bottle for which initially i received 1 plastic bottle.
                                    Then raised replacement after raising so many request.
                                    Now, they have replacement the product.
                                    Now on opening the pack, i have received only 1 steel bottle instead of ordered 3 bottle.
