As per order No OD[protected], I ordered for GORDEN Face mask Half Black Mask Pack of 6 Black Half Face mask for Men and Women (washable 6 layer), on 29.09.2020 received the packet . But in it only 3 (Three) numbers . And I contacted your customer care for the balance of 3 Nos. And they assured me the balance will supply on 05.10.2020.
On 02.10. 2020 I got an SMS, mentioning as"Return request accepted from your order ID OD[protected] has been accepted by the seller. A wishmaster will pickup the orginally delivered item by Saturday, October, 3, 2020 will be intiated within 1 day." This is purely cheating the customer. This will also affect the goodwill of Filpkart.
For your information, I am not requested for return, I requested for the full commodity (6Nos) as I ordred and paid for 6Nos. and received only half ie., 3Nos. And it is requested that take necessary steps for send me the balance of 3 Nos. at the earliest. And I don’t want the refund by money.Other wise I will forced to approach the legal authorities (Consumer Dispute Redressal Form ) Awaiting your early reply in this regard.
