Refund not credited to my account after multiple follow up

I have purchased a Apple watch series 3 GPS 42mm in flipkart for Rs. 16650/- on 15.10.2020 with by SBI debit card ending with 5899 and cancelled the order on the same day.
Flipkart initiated the refund on 15th October 2020 and told me that they have processed the amount and it should be credited in my account by 16th October EOD.

    I had made an online purchase of Motorola amphisoundx with HDMI arc 120w Bluetooth home theatre(black, 4.1 channel) Order ID OD[OD[protected]] on 18 Oct 2020 and the cost of Rs. 7499 was debited from my Paytm account wallet Transaction id[[protected]]
    But the company refuses to have received my online payment and has thus, chosen to delay my order. Kindly refund the money or make a successful acceptance of the money so that I can get my delivery at the earliest.

      I purchased poco X3 worth 17249 rupees by using my sbi debit card on 15-october-2020 soon after five min i cancelled it . Flipkart confirmed me to get my ammount on 16 October. After five days i couldn't not get my money in my account. They told me to send bank account statement u sent it they told me to wait 24 hour then 48 hour then 2 days so on... Any time i call them they say me the same thing that we follow up your problem and give me a date but they not even call me. When i call to them they said Flipkart has sent you money kindly check your bank when i call to bank they say no money is credited to your account . Flipkart is lying . Flipkart don't take my profile seriously . So i want to register a complaint against them. Flipkart is not giving us customer satisfaction and cheat with us .

        Their service is at worst lower service level now. This sale, i ordered a mobile phone on exchange.
        Delivery guy simply made an excuse that this phone is bent and without a chance cancelled the order. And, if you believe me not a single scratch is there and I showed to all my family friends no one could find if the phone is bent or has any such dent.

        I escalated to the flipkart support, I talked to them and told that the issue is not with the phone it is with uour delivery guy, they just reverted that they can’t help. I also saif atleast you should call that delivery person and take a feedback but they acted helpless.

        Further I escalated to the local manager of flipkart by visiting their store, i saw lot of people waiting with the similar problem as I have. Somehow, I luckly found a way inside on my own and talked to the manager he also said the same thing that the phone is bent as if they are trained the same way. I lost all my energy I said okay better I will pay you full difference give me my order.

        For the last two days they are making excuses and now I am completely frustated and knot a swear to myself I’ll never ever be going to use their service once my remaining order gets completed.

        The warehouse is not at all sorted l, packets are simply lying over floor. Devastating view.

        I think the manager is a main culprit of the branch.

                I purchased a mobile in this flipkart Big Billion sale 2020 after that are giving huge publicity and promotion as below.
                1. MarQ by Flipkart Smart Home Speaker (with Google Assistant) @999rs
                2. Google home mini @1499rs.
                3. Lenovo Smart Clock (with Google Assistant)
                4. Mi Smart Speaker (with Google Assistant)

                Above mentioned they are promotion they are giving in the form coupons under 'My Coupons' page.

                Now I place below three items in the following order ID "OD[protected]"Â
                1. MarQ by Flipkart Smart Home Speaker (with Google Assistant) @999rs
                2. Lenovo Smart Clock (with Google Assistant)
                3. Mi Smart Speaker (with Google Assistant)

                But here comes the big plan by flipkart saying that the items were cancelled by seller

                Hello V Srinivas,
                You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on Flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity, the seller had to cancel the following items in your order with OD[protected].

                Below are my questions to flipkart.
                1. In this order only coupon applied products only cancelled why not remaining items not cancelled.
                2. If seller was cancelled the moment I placed the order and before going to payment page received cancelled message.
                3. Then why you should allow to select 3 quantity for the product, you can restrict like option more quantity.
                4. Then why you are showing as coupon used under my cupon page.
                5. Last one, when the same quantity of products purchased by the customer without promotion when you did not cancelled with same reason for the order ID 'OD[protected]'.

                The above sale is on 20th October 2020

                This kind of issue noticed after every sale. Below is one example on 17th September 2020 & order ID is 'OD[protected]'

                So this is complete fake promotion, please do not waste your time and money

                      I had raised a return request due to missing parts of an order on 09.10.2020. Till date i.e. 20.10.2020, neither product has been replaced nor refund has been initiated. Three replacement dates have missed the target i.e. 15, 17 and 19.10.2020. This is a gross negligence on the part of Flipkart as well as seller.

                              Today 20th October 2020 while my brother and I were eagerly waiting for our product, OPPO Reno2 F (Sky White, 256 GB) (6 GB RAM), it was our first time to buy a smartphone on an exchange of an old phone. The old phone was to be exchanged for an amount of Rs. 2300. Two boys came for the delivery, first they asked for the old phone, checked all parameters, the phone had only some scratches on the temporary peel off screen so they told us that the exchange amount would reduce and so we were to pay some extra amount. They told as per the flipkart policy, the amount to be paid is 1150 which was truly shocking. They reduced the price from 2300 to 1150 just on the basis of some minute scratch. They were not at all ready to go with the original amount even though we clarified that it was just on the temporary screen card. Anyways we paid the extra amount. Later (after 3-4 hrs) when we checked the status of the order to complain, it was set as "delivered' and the "exchanged phone" as cancelled and it is written that "Item is cancelled.₹2200.0 paid by Cash On Delivery". We gave away the old phone and also some extra cash and it's written that the item was cancelled. This is to bring to the notice that those delivery boys took the extra money and phone with them and wrongly mentioned the status of the item. This is such a disturbing behavior coming from such reputed online shopping website. Not at all satisfied with the service. I expect to get my extra money back because neither there was any damage on the phone nor any scratches on the main body which clearly doesn't violates any "exchange policy". Hence i request the Flipkart Customer Care to kindly look into this matter and respond asap. If such behavior is there then i doubt i would not to be able to trust this website in future.

                                I ordered one new 190 liter whirlpool with an exchange offer of my old working refrigerator without damages, no visible damages nothing but the delivery guy simply rejected without even looking . I think their primary goal is to reject the old one and get the additional money. For exchange we should only give new fridge then only they'll accept.

                                  In orders realme 7 with exchange of my redme note7 pro. My phone was very much eligible as I check every detail become putting it on the exchange.
                                  The delivery boy came and he was in very hurry. He check my phone there was no problem but later he said I want to check by putting it on the floor and he also removed my screen guard and put it on the floor and said it it doesn't blend. I don't even know about that and was not even mentioned on the description.
                                  He was charging 3400 extra for that.
                                  Then he cancelled my order and left.
                                  Later I called a customer care services named shreya. I told her everything and she said I am filling complaints against that delivery boy and some other person will come to deliver your order. You will receive an update regarding this update in an hour. Then after 15-20hr I again called customer care as I didn't got any update. Then that other executive told me there is no complaint and the delivery boy decision is the last decision we can't do any thing on this.
                                  My phone got format and they broke my Tempoured as well. Attached is the guidelines provide my flipkart for which my phone was very much eligible.

                                    I have purchased iphone se 2020 for rs 25999 on flipkart on 16th oct then i cancelled the order immediately.

                                    I had made a payment via ATM Debit card from State Bank Now, I expected the payment to be refunded . I had spoken to the customer care and they assured me the same. But when I check my flipkart account it shows the money was refunded on 19/10/2020. This is not true because the money has not been credited to my bank account. I have checked the bank statements repeatedly and no such money has been credited.
                                    While i have gone through all the tricks sent by flipkart. Now tell me the next steps so i can get back my hard earned money.
