    incorrect product & return issues

    I ordered elica chimney from. Flipkart (Seller named elicakitchenworld on flipkart portal) on 9th sept 2020 however because of ducting and installation issues had to be raised return & refund and that too was done once elica technician made sure.

    Flipkart return was raised on 12th sept however they kept on scheduling technician visit and he kept on rejecting for same reasons

    I have purchase two fans of atomberg price inr 2850 each by using flipkart pay later emi option on 14th september and for some reason i cancelled this on 15th september, order cancelled successfully and show a notification as your (As per your request, your item has been cancelled) in refund section massage displayed as (Refund completed
    ₹2850.0 as refund will be added to your credit card by sep 25.) but amount of 272 + 272 added in my unbilled amount of september month.

      Recently i ordered so many clothes from flipkart and i started receiving delivery, but those clothes are not a perfect fit for me. So i requested a return and flipkart approved also but after 7-8 returned order flipkart rejected my other return request and then asked my id proof for verification. And after submitted id proof, they didn't approve my return request. Meantime i cancelled my other undelivered orders because of this issue. And now they blocked my account. Hence i'm unable to login to my flipkart account for any help.

              Account got blocked on : 07/08/2020

              Upon contacting flipkart, they told me,
              1. Because i've returned too many products (This reason is baseless since i've returned only 3-4 products over a long period of time, out of 60 successful orders.)
              2. I've given different names.

              - okay i may have given different names since i wanted to deliver it to different addresses.

              You can keep my account blocked but the money in it (In form of gift cards) i want that money since it's not yours and you've no right to keep it blocked. I request you to transfer the money to my bank account.

              I've mailed them, called them, tried on twitter but they're giving me numerous invalid reasons for the money which i've on my account.
              They're telling me to contact wohoo, qwikcilver who in short makes these gift cards, i tried contacting woohoo and qwikcilver they're claiming that they're not responsible for blocked gift cards. (They want me to contact flipkart for the same.)

                I ordered my realme 7 on 17th september and it reached my district by 22nd september however the # courier service didn't call me and now it's 27 september approximately 10 days and my order hasn't reached me yet. I literally pissed of any try communicating with the nearest hub and they said my product been reboused and i have to wait for another 3 days / this was the same comment by flipkart services and now the keep on increasing the date.

                What can i do help me out plzz.

                    Sir I made an internet banking transaction with flipkart play later, but unfortunately my network server goes down or some problem has been held. The amount has been debited from my account and does not goes to Flipkart seller also. I make many messages or calls or mails with flipkart and my concerned bank but my money has been returned to my account or seller account. Please find a solution. Request a refund and they used my time and

                      Got this msg
                      Today morning delivery agent call me n refuse to give home delivery after that i got this msg ur order get cancelled on25 sep 2020 then i call customer care he say ki flipkart attempt 2 more delivery attempt on monday as saturday n sunday we are not delivered. I also lodge complain against wishmaster how can he refused to home delivery. I also escalated issue they say they ur issue get resolved by monday. Still my issue is pending n today morning on sunday 27 i got msg that order cancelled. Flipkart harrasing me for forced cancellation of my order it was cancelled from wishmaster side with out attempting further delivery attempt its violation of flipkart policy.
                      How can flipkart cancelled my order without informing me n still my issue is pending and flipkart cancelled order. I called flipkart customer care they said it was their fault n u have to place new order. That was ridiculous reply got me from flipkart. I wanted to continue this order as it was not my fault. Flipkart unnecessary harrasing me to cancel order their issue get resolved but i have to continue this order.

                        OD[protected] this is my order id. मैंने ऑर्डर किया हुआ था और फ्लिपकार्ट ने मुझे pirated copy भेज दिया । कस्टमर केयर पर शिकायत करने पर मुझे ब्लॉक कर दिया । अब फ्लिपकार्ट वाले मुझे यह बताएं कि फ्राड खुद करते हो और ब्लॉक मुझे कर रहे । एक बात और कि जब मैंने पे लेटर के द्वारा पेमेंट किया है तो मई बिल कैसे पे करूंगा जब मेरा अकाउंट ब्लॉक कर दिए हो ।। मै आपके खिलाफ मानसिक उत्पीड़न एवं फ्राड प्रोडक्ट देने के लिए कोर्ट जरूर जाऊंगा । और एक लम्बी लड़ाई के लिए तैयार रहिए फ्लिपकार्ट ।। now i will not return the product keeping this as proof in court . This was your responsibility to take this seriously but u don't have value for customer.. very very bad experience

                              I ordered a pair of shoes of rs 394 using flipkart pay later. On ncxt day i paid my bill of rs 394. Due to poor quality of shoes i returned the product and after that flipkart has blocked my account. I registered a complaint that i want my money back but they said that it ll credited into your pay later account. As my account is blocked i am not able to get my money back.in this way flipkart cheated me for rs 394.

                                I was ordering a mobile back cover for samsung j7 max on flipkart. I filled out everything. Then i chose to pay using debit card and the bank was central bank of india. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. Then i contacted with them via need help option and they informed me that it will take 24 hours to resolve. 24 hours have passed but no solution has been found. What should i do?

                                  I ordered a panasonic p101 black mobile handset from flipkart vide order no
                                  Od[protected] dt 15/09/2020.
                                  I received a panasonic gold handset on 21/09/2020. Also, the charger has a square pin adapter which is not as per indian standards.
                                  Subsequently i requested a return/replacement on 21/09/2020 vide replacement id[protected].
                                  Till date flipkart has not arranged for any replacement/refund.
                                  Kindly look into the issue.

                                    1. On[protected] i selected and purchased a product (Asics shoes) order id: od[protected], from my registered flipkart id and paid the total amount of rupees 13, 999 for the product while purchasing itself. 2. Flipkart is asking and forcing me to give consent and my personal confidential documents (Aadhar card, pan card) scanned copies to get my return request accepted. 3. As a normal common man, i was also worried about my confidential documents. I don't want to misuse my personal information by giving to flipkart or other third parties. Because of this issue till now they are harassing me by rejecting my return requests and not giving refund or replacement also. 4. One thing i want to know is why are these people asking customers confidential documents for returning a simple item and making it mandatory? 5. Why should a customer need to give his aadhar card or pan card for returning the products? I was really fed up with this issue and wasting time and painful moments losing patience because of neglecting behaviour of flipkart. Thank you.

                                    Flipkart is asking me Aadhaar n PAN details again n again. No resolution is being provided since 2 weeks. Mylast day to return item is 1st week of cotober. How long shoud a customer wait for a simple return. Flipkart is turning into a hell of a platform for customer harrassment. I will like to convey to all consumers to stay away from this website and use Amazon instead.
