I ordered a Seiko watch of discounted value ₹23600, but got a different Seiko watch delivered of MRP value ₹15500 on 26 September 2020.
I raised a complain on 26 September itself about a refund as I do not want different watch which was supplied to me.
From that time, I am calling Flipkart customer support on alternated days, but they are not able to solve the problem, only saying my request with a different team.
Neither I am getting refund, nor anyone from the return team bothers to call me and update me about what is happening.
I am spending so much time with the support team, and everyone is telling same thing that they have forwarded my team to concerned team.
I am sick and tired calling them, it is huge money for me and tried to give myself a gift (Watch) on my birthday. Now I am emotionally tired of and anxious about the money which was paid, because no action has been taken for 14 days after my complain is raised.
I need kind help to take back the wrong product and refund my money.
