I have created flipkart account 6 years back with a mobile number [protected]. 2 year ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.
The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number [protected], the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I suggest you to change to other ecommerce companies.

    I ordered a Seiko watch of discounted value ₹23600, but got a different Seiko watch delivered of MRP value ₹15500 on 26 September 2020.
    I raised a complain on 26 September itself about a refund as I do not want different watch which was supplied to me.
    From that time, I am calling Flipkart customer support on alternated days, but they are not able to solve the problem, only saying my request with a different team.
    Neither I am getting refund, nor anyone from the return team bothers to call me and update me about what is happening.
    I am spending so much time with the support team, and everyone is telling same thing that they have forwarded my team to concerned team.
    I am sick and tired calling them, it is huge money for me and tried to give myself a gift (Watch) on my birthday. Now I am emotionally tired of and anxious about the money which was paid, because no action has been taken for 14 days after my complain is raised.
    I need kind help to take back the wrong product and refund my money.

          I ordered two product from Flipkart but both the product is different from my order so I returned both the products but refund of both the product is not completed in my account from two months the order I'd of one product is OD[protected] and the order I'd of another is OD[protected] and the reference no is[protected]GN00246
          XXXXXXX . I contacted to bank with this reference number but sbi bank said this reference no is of no use here so I cannot help you. flipkart blames bank and bank blame flipkart. Also flipkart customer services are delaying resolution from last 3 months. so please either fix this issue or at least tell me should I wait form my money.

            I received an damaged refrigerator from flipkart. I raised a replacement request on the same day. Technician came for validation and he also told it will be replaced but flipkart is not taking any action . They are only delaying the request . Its already 10 days passed.

                  I ordered three ladies dresses dated 09 Oct 2020. The amount was paid via ICICI UPI. The amount is deducted bank but flipkart says "Payment not yet confirmed from the bank" Order Pending.
                  I want the order to be placed because my money is already debited by bank.
                  Flipkart, please pay attention. This was a surprise gift for my beloved one however flipkart gave me surprise shock.
                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I dont have order ID as the flipkart does not show any. However, I've payment deduction in bank.

                      Not got order cancelled by Flipkart after shipping

                      I have ordered 2 shirts on Flipkart on date 7 October 2020, with order id OD[protected] . Flipkart cancelled my order and also not provide my order. I want this order or provide compensation of INR 500
                      for both items which I got discount on this product. So amount of INR 1000 Should be provide as compensation as I got 1000 discount on order. Screenshot attached for reference....

                        I am Flipkarplus customer and I have 7500Rs in my Flipkart wallet and around 800 supercoins in my account. My account associated with Flipkart is teja.[protected]@yahoo.com. Flipkart has blocked my account with out any prior notice and not refunding my money. From past 1 week I have contacted numerous times to Flipkart via calls, emails, Facebook and twitter, but all do is send a same standard copy paste response. They say that due to high returns my account has been blocked and when I ask about my money they are not responding. No where in Flipkart they have mentioned that we can only return so and so many of products. How can they block my account with out any prior intimation just because I returned few items. I have been using Flipkart from many years and during the last sale I have purchased many items for my wife and daughter, but due to size issues and quality issues I have returned few items. Where does Flipkart mention that we can only return so many of products? I was not happy with the size and quality of the products and so I returned them. If Flipkart has a problem they should block return option in my account, but they have blocked my account along with the money and supercoins associated with it. I am a loyal customer and I have done nothing wrong and Flipkart has no right to hold my money. How can Flipkart hold my money and by what rights they can do so. If they wanted to block my account they should have given prior intimation and should refund my money in the wallet. Instead Flipkart just snatched away my money and supercoins by blocking my account. I want to take legal action against Flipkart on this issue. I am a loyal customer and I have the right to fight for my hard earned money.

                        With your account deactivated you no will longer have access to INVOICE of previous purchases. As in my case. I request you to file complaint in CONSUMER Court and make FLIPKART/WALLMART specify in writing: How many returns cause account blockage against order placed. Some one has to take legal action against FLIPKART/WALLMART ABUSE of customers.
                        Hi Teja,

                        Never trust these Flipkart guys. They are very good at giving false assurance and escape without returning your money.

                          Flipkart doesn't completely deactivate the account.
                          In my case, I am going to deactivate a mobile number which I've registered with Flipkart. But flipkart account will not be terminated. If that particular number is reissued to some other person then it would cause problems with privacy since flipkart is not completely deactivating the account.

                              Hi Team,
                              Order OD[protected]

                              I Placed an order through flipkart website 21 sept 2020 POCO M2 Model and
                              received the delivery on 23 sept 2020

                              However the external pack is well sealed and when i opened the pack inside
                              i can see only the thermocol which is broken and product was missing
                              immediately i raised a request to provide the refund

                              Its been 13 days i contact several times the helpline of flipkart it was
                              told i receive the refund on 5th OCT 2020 by 7:00 Pm, i did not
                              received the refund yet and every day they are postponing the same
                              initially told it will be 6th oct 2020 when i called today again there was
                              new date 8th october 2020

                              There is no proper reason why there is huge delay on the refund

                              Its complete failure of Customer Satisfaction from the Flipkart

                              Request your high priority on the above case and it should be resolved at
                              the earliest

                                  I was playing the flipkart games everyday since last couple of days i was not able to do it as it shows “fair play is encouraged”. Also none of the games are loading with some or the other error messages

                                    10 days before today, I ordered from Motorola G7 Plus Blue Flipkart website but when it came to mobile, it had a problem of SIM detection. I filed a return request within 12 hours. I came to see the company's technician phone and made a false report to the company The phone did not report any problem to the company secretly, then I had to put that mobile in the return request again.
