Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Home and Garden
The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered a Mosquito Repellent Racquet on the 29th of August for a brand WDK 3152 (Attached) . I was delivered a racquet of a different brand- AK 313 (Attached ) and of a much inferior quality, on the 5th of September . I asked for a replacement with the right racquet . I was assured that by 13th of September, I would get the replacement . On 13th, the date was moved to the 20th of September, for no apparent reason . I had many calls and noted exchanged with the Flip-kart representatives ( Attached ). Finally, a Representative named, Priya talked to me on the 21st of September, and asked me to cancel the Order which I refused and asked for the delivery of the product . She assured me that the issue would be resolved in the next 48 hours . But, when I went to the Order, I saw that the comment "Issue has already been resolved " was written and my option to write further notes, was disabled . Now, I am stuck with the wrong product which has neither been replaced nor refunded .
It occurred on: 21/09/2020
i) They should deliver the right product immediately .
ii) The Customer Care Representatives should genuinely try to help the Customers.
iii) Such Sellers should be pulled up for damaging the reputation of Flip kart and for causing so much harassment to the Customer.
iv) Explanation should be asked from them as to why a wrong product was delivered in the first place .
v) There can be no compensation for the mental harassment and inordinate delay . It should be ensured that it is not repeated .
I look forward to a prompt resolution on this matter.

Updated by Manoj300 I am still awaiting a resolution from Flipkart . It is a simple resolution but I am not sure why it is taking so many days . The proof has been provided . And, the first thing to be done is to provide the right product . Rest can follow in terms of corrective steps. This be looked into . Again, I have a strong feeling that there is no intention on the part of Flipkart to resolve this as they have been getting away with such issues without any challenges or punitive action .
