[Resolved]  Flipkart — refunding of 1 mobile since 12 days due to heating problem and wrong product

Flipkart guys, please go and take training from amazon!!!

Take tuition from them like how to make relationship with the customer and resolve the query of the customer!!!

I ordered a mobile fone which was unboxed and after using of a day only it got heated.

I called 15-20 times to bloody cheap flipkart to refund my amount but these

From past few months am not able to login into my flipkart account with known credentials so tried with forget password option but it's not updating the password..

The above item delivered on 20th October.
I requested for return on 21st October.(pic.)
I got email regarding escalation and it will b solved by 25th Oct (pics) and I got another mail saying, return request been received (pic)
I got email on 24th, the return request has been closed (pic). I received another email on the same day, return request accepted (pic). 3 days ago I got another email, saying return request has been escalated (pic)

I received a gift card for the reason of delayed pickup, but am not able to use it(pic)
2 days ago, I got email tat email is no longer in use (pic)
My problem is, if I don't receive what I ordered what shall I can do other than to request for return pickup and refund.

If that is not gonna happen, my money spent on the item is totally wasted. And to my vain, am not able to use the gift card also.
Please do the needful ASAP
