Hi,
I ordered a product in flipkart, which got delivered on 23rd, nov, 2018.
As they sent a wrong product, i raised a refund request on 27th, nov, 2018.
On the same day, i got a confirmation email saying that the refund request is accepted.
On dec 5th, 2018, they cancelled the refund request without intimating me.
Now, they raised a refund request again.
Please take care that, this time the issues gets resolved, without calling you people and explaining the issue again and again.
