Respected sir,
My name is sagorika ghosh. I am a regular buyer of flipkart. But the service from their side is very poor. The product quality is very bad as well as the customer service system is totally baseless. The order id of my product is od[protected], it was mayloz party short sleeve solid women multicolor top, price is 499. After this
Delivery i saw it was totally different product. I decided to return back. Picked up on 31st december. After all of this still the refund is not updated to phone pe wallet. I called customer service on 3rd january, a caller named ekta,, she told me that it was 451, bt i told her that no it was 499, then she told the refund will be updated on 3rd january, when i asked her to know her full name, she told that it is company rules not to provide. Now today again i called bt another caller told me it is not there issue, so he told me please contact on phone pe. My question is this is not a first time every time the problem is the same why. How many times i will call,,, how many times i will mail here and there. Please tell me.
My humble request please give me back my refund.

He didn't give me any reason. I called up the flipkart helpline They told me to wait for 3 days After three days they sent me a message that the replacement is cancelled.No No reason was given.I sent a number of mails but no response

          Have given order dated 27th dec 2017, still the product not delivered and creating so much of noise, now they are asking me to cancel the order due to their internal issue. And the product that i have booked is a dog food its not a normal product. If they do like this if something goes wrong with my puppy who will be the responsible person.             I bought redmi 5a on flipkart on 4-jan-2018 at 12pm as part of the sale and by mistake i ordered 2 of them and when i cancelled 1 don't know how both of them got cancelled i have given the order id of one of them in the title, so currently when i am registering this complaint its going through cancellation.

As per the website information they should refund my money within 7 working day. I was suppose to receive my refund amount on 1st jan, 2018 but i didn't receive any refund. Customer may contact bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of customer's card in case further assistance required. If they are unable to help, customer may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

                  This is to inform you that i have ordered 1no of hp inprint laptop on 13/06/2017 at 1.05 pm through flipkart online portal & also made the online payment via debit card of mine.

                  Amount is rs 25990/- is debited from my account & credited to flipkat account i. E [protected] (Name : payzippy-m/s flipkart pooling a/c) but till i didn't received the goods i have also spoken to the flipkart regarding the non delivery of the products and finally i have spoken to the customer care and they told that they will be refunding it to my a/c and given the confirmation as per the communication and they have done the refund also flipkart has given the transaction id idin[protected] of refund from flipkart, this transaction id given by flipkart and told its done on 10/10/2017 but we have checked with our sbi bank with this transaction no i. E id idin[protected] and also bank peoples are confirmed there is no such a transaction done in their account and not showing it. So, again i went to recheck to my bank and checked but there no transaction is showing related to this id idin[protected] and finally they are asking the full details of flipkart payment transaction to my sbi bank.

                  We request you to kindly give me the full payment transaction of id idin[protected] is given by flipkart on 10/10/2017.

                  We are struggling to take refund from flipkart from past 10/10/2017 but flipkart account refund is not yet happend to my bank account account.

                  Kindly look into very seriously and i request you to solve the problem immediately.

                  Finally once again kindly i request you to provide the full details of the transaction made from flipkart regarding to the id idin[protected] & kindly look into very seriously and settle immediately without any fuhrer delay.

                    I have purchased a nike suketo 2 sneakers size 8 black colour shoes placed on 22nd dec with order no-od[protected]. 24th dec, i received the product but this was wrong product from which i ordered.

                    I received fila black colour shoes size 8 instead of getting nike shoes that i was ordered. So, i contacted flipkart customer care and raised a return request for refund.

                    Since 10 days my pick up was not done by flipkart, no one came to pick up the product and even no single call called to me by their wish master (Pick up boy) regarding reverse pick up.

                    I contacted several times at flipkart's customer care but every time they said we are resolving my issue and they reschedule the pick up date.

                    6 times their wish master cancelled my pick up and did not come to pick the product.

                    My return request has been approved by the seller but they did not pick the product.

                    Waiting for a immediate and positive response.

                      I ordered a water heater of hindered 2l @2000. Which had customer. Installation. I called upon a plumber who installed it. And took rs 500 from me. Afterwards when the water heater was turned on it wasn't working. So i called upon an electrician he checked it and told that it's manufacturing defect. He took 200 fees. Total over head 500+200=700. After wards i logged complaint on flipkart for replacement but they didn't had replacement they refunded me money. I had to again call upon the plumber to remove the defected water heater. He again took 200 as fees. So total overhead is rs 700+200=900. Cutting the installation charge.900-500=400. I request you to refund me rs400.

The first time, the order was not placed successfully and i was given an 'undefined" message on my screen but the full amount was debited and no receipt or delivery date was shown. I placed the order a second time and this time it was placed successfully and the amount was debited again.                                 delivery of expired products (deodorant)

                                Bought set wet deodrent 4 in 1 pack. 3 were all right, one was an expired product. Flipkart app isn't responding or showing return. Expiry date is covered with the help of nailpaint. Customer care isn't responding. Want an exchange or return. Order id od[protected].                                 I have ordered moto e4 plus mobile from flipkart (Order id od[protected] & invoice date[protected] on 21-sep 2017. One month is the warranty company assured, since i had a good trust i didn’t checked internal body of the product i received, it was working fine for first 20 days than started troubling me with the battery consumption, getting hang & some time gets switched off. I did speak to flip kart customer care executives about my concerns and it was asked to bring it to service center. I am surprised the way i cheated by flip kart as moto customer services team denied to repair/correct the product i have given for servicing. It was informed inside content disturbed (Reason could be refurbished product). I write email to grievance & escalation teams in flipkart and received replay as it has be complained within month after product ordered. I wasted time spending time to moto service centers & flip kart teams talking of my issues.
                                I am in extreme level dissatisfaction with flip kart & moto services, i am tired of running on this product to fix and decided to go to the level where i can aware public about the false statement and the customer responses you guyz are assuring.
                                10000 rupees product not bothering me but the way i have promised and the way my queries handled pained me and made me to take this decision to aware public on flip kart services and assurances.

We have interacted with customer and informed customer that post replacement policy any issue persists needs to visit service center regarding the warranty issue he agreed hence closing the case from our team.

                                  This is a complaint against 2 products -
                                  1) redmi note 4 64 gb (Gold) and
                                  2) dreamcreation back cover which i had ordered on prepayment on 22nd december, 2017 on flipkart.
                                  Let me start with the first product: 1) redmi note 4 64 gb which was expected to be delivered on 30th, december to jagiroad, assam. My sister received a message from flipkart on 30th dec, saying - product out for delivery with the phone number of the agent (Ph. [protected]). She waited the whole day but the item was not delivered. On 31st, december when she called the agent, he told her that he was unwell so will deliver it the next day. Again on 1st jan when she called him he postponed it yet once again to next day, i. E to 2nd of jan as 1st jan was a holiday according to him. On 2nd jan when she called him he told he could not deliver it because he is still unwell and not sure about the whereabout of the item due to change in office location. As it was supposed to be a gift for new year to my sister, i was expecting it too. So, i called the agent and he gave me lame excuse saying that as the product was purchased on cod and as no person was available at the address on 30th december, the delivery attempt failed whereas, she was available and they did not contact her a single time and my sister was the one who was following up for the status everyday. It was a prepaid purchase on emi. The online status said “delivery attempt failed - no respone from customer” (30 dec). So i escalated the matter to flipkart on 2nd, jan. And asked them to follow this up [incident: in[protected]]. They asked me to wait till 6th january. But, today we receive a message saying product returned and when i called flipkart again they give me a reason that as the product was undelivered for more than 3 days, it got returned. I also received a mail which says – “we and our courier partner have made multiple attempts to contact you. We request you to place a new order on our website and request you to check the address and/or phone number to ensure that it is accurate.”
                                  Now, first, we did not receive a single call from flipkart or the logistics - duliajanhub_dln_myzipkart on 30th dec. No calls came to me too saying that the customer is unavailable at the address. No attempt was done via mail or anything. It is us who made multiple calls to follow up. And secondly, when they assured me to solve the issue by 6th jan, how come they cancel the delivery saying as it was lying there for more than 3 days undelivered it got cancelled. Before ordering we have an option to check the address to see if the item could be shipped to that address or not. When it showed it could and when the delivery agent knows the address very well, this issue happened.

                                  Now, about the second product - the back cover was supposed to be delivered to the same address on 2nd, january. The status that showed was out for delivery at 3.04 pm (2nd, jan). But as it got delayed and i escalated it to flipkart [incident: in[protected]], i was asked to wait till 7pm or else it would get delivered by 6th january. Now, when i check the status online, it shows “delivery attempt failed - no respone from customer” (2nd, jan). And again the item is delivered on 3rd, jan.

                                  It is a shame that a brand like flipkart has been incapable of giving the service properly to small towns and the customers had to suffer for the inconvenience. I have never seen a delivery agent’s unprofessionalism. They put all the blame on the customer for their unprofessionalism. How can they simply say that the customer did not respond? How can they say that they made multiple attempts to contact? The wait, the sentiments are attached to the products which i think it doesnot bother. The refund for the phone has been initiated but it is about the sentiments. Flipkart’s statements are itself contradictory. They are simply losing out of customers with this attitude.

                                  Customer raised the complaint regarding product delivery and order cancellation. We have interacted with customer and informed to place a fresh order since order has been cancelled right now and it cannot be arrnage for the delivery and refund amount also refelcting in bank account she agreed hence closing the case from our team.
                                  I ordered the Under Armour UA CURRY 1.0 Basketball Shoes on date 24th september 2017 the product delivered by date 29th september 2017. I used it for just 5 times but the sole is opened from its body. I may count your active response.

                                    I purchased mi a1 on 7 Dec with this purchase I have received two offers with phone one is 2k off and 2nd extended warranty with product tottaly free of cost and they don't given 2nd offer and I talk with flipkart customer executives but they don't reply my issue now

                                      I had purchased smart led 4"tv from flipkart on 27 oct 2017.
                                      Picture quality wasn't good so i had submitted replacement request on 07th nov, within the 10 days replacement time frame.
                                      It took 02 months time to replace my tv that too after so many followups on calls and mails. Finally new tv delivered on 27th dec and that was..."broken screen totally damaged".
                                      No as per them tv not available with the seller in this area and again i have to be after them to get my tv. Last 08 days we have nothing to watch and that too when you have winters and schools are closed, children love to watch their favorite programs.

                                      Seeking your intervention to get me the solution.
