Hello,
I have ordered vu led tv and lg washing machine from flipkart on 24th dec and person came to deliver on 30th dec which was expected by 2nd jan. I was out of town and product was returned and scheduled for next date. Still they are unable to deliver on committed date i. E. 9th jan. I want product asap, born lot of pain for the same. Useless service from flipkart with false commitment. I have attached herewith order details. Request your support pl.

    I ordered with order id od[protected] after viewing the specification of phone i put the order and they send me the cheapest quality of chinese phone nothing in the phone is like that is mentioned on the website, even flipkart customer service rep. Is saying we can't do anything if quality is not good u shouldn't purchase it online.
    If we cant get the quality products online then why they are selling it online its a complete scam..
    Govt and higher authorities should take an action against online selling website like this.

      I placed a order of apple lightening cable of 2m, which i got a broken cable of short length. It is already used cable. I placed replacement request by 4 january. But till now, the product could not be reverse picked up. Very poor service of flipkart. Kindly resolve my issue soon as possible. I couldn’t expect this from flipkart. Really worst service of flipkart this time.

        I had ordered fisher-price newborn to toddler portable rocker (Order id :
        Od[protected] on 6th january as per flipkart they have to deliver by 8th january. I had checked the status and it mentioned as items been misrouted and it delvered by 10th january.

        I had ordered this to give a gift for my friends daughter birthday on 9th january.

        Since then i had raised a complaint to flipkart customercare on 8th night 10 pm (Reference no : in[protected], they apologized and promised me that it will be delivered by 9th afternoon.

        Now, when i am checking the status its again mentioned as misrouted.

        I again raised a complaint with customer care in which they are not giving proper answer and blaming logistics partner.

        I donno when iam going to receive the product

        This is the third time iam experiencing such thing with flipkart,

I have ordered 2 numbers of taluka taluka insulated hot & cold sipper water bottle 1000 ml from flipkart for rs. 299 each and was delivered to me on saturday 6th, jan, 2018. After unpacking the box only, i knew that i have only received one bottle as i have paid full amount for two bottles that is rs.598/-. I have only received one bottle and i have paid full amount for two bottles. I want to refund the amount for the bottle which i have not received or i want flipkart to deliver the product which i have not received but paid the price amount.

            We ordered oriflame cream of rs. 1564...
            But the one that arrived is of cheaper rate. I. E of rs 1300...
            And we were charged the earlier one and even there is no return option in it... We will be happy even if you replace it with the original order...
            Pl try to make sure from next time that product u are sending is right
            And pl replace the product or refund our money...
            If not then we will think thrice before buying a product from you...
            Hope that u soon see to this and take proper action and don't disappoint me...

              I bought a clovia women's printed pink top & shorts set
              From flipkart and iget only top not geting short they got me deliverd on 07/01/2017. When i opened it i found that the stone in it and got his bag. Then i called the customer care on flipkart on raised the compalint. I have called him 30 to 35 times so far and now he tells me that we have given you a product and we can not do anything. I am very troubled by him, you help me. Flipkart not return the money not gave me the procuct

                Despite several mails and phone calls regarding the repair of my hair straightener, there is no response from flipkart. It's really frustrating and the belief in flipkart has completely gone.

                I am contacting flipkart on regular basis but there is no fun. I will never purchase from flipkart again and will also spread this across all my friend circle and the chain will go on.

                  Hello! Sir, i am vishal danwe. I orderd yu yurega plus mobile phone from flipkart. Whenever i opened the box.. I shocked, flipkart delivered nirma/rin soap instead of mobile phone. I used lots of pension about my refund or replacement but nothing happens at all so kindly help me properly about this issue with high priority basis soon. Yesterday he asked me the proof of identity already i shear him the proof of identity, current active address with timing period so can meet me easily face to face. If they have any daught but no never nothing happen yet. This is my humble request to you.
                  I called flipkart and talked with executive about my refund, he telling me # things while i asking my money rs.7550.00 rupees, he laughed on me and talk me in very rudely. He not able to listen anything then i request him i want to talk with manager he transfer the call to siniar escalation department mis. Nishu madam. She talked me also rudely then i asked her again please i want to talk with manager. She transfer the call manager and while i ready to talk him about my refund he directly disconnect the call without my acknowledgement this so worth service given from flipkart utterly disappointed. Flipkart provided nirama soap instead of handset so no one buy anything from this online site and there support team is not providing any information & not able to contact me within 27 days of continuous calling them and now flipkart saying we are not responsible for providing refund. Please don't recommended flipkart online shopping because of they are cheat with customer it's really worth experience & flipkart looted my money.in twenty seven days customer executive give me feck promises. How much credible flipkart can be understand that's the reason i confirmed if i called flipkart again they will timepass with me so please suggest me what i do? Because of i want my money without any delay and flipkart executives are vesting my time & flipkart are using my money from twenty seven days & flipkart also harassing or mentally torchering me from 27 days so please reply me.

                      I had ordered mia1 mobile phone on 16 dec which got delivered on 20 dec. After 12 days o[censored]sage i found that my display is blurt as compared to my cousin mia1 mobile which he bought just 2 days back.
                      I called up flipkart call centre n told about dis issue since 10 days replacement has gone they told me to visit mi authorised centre. After that mi authorised engineers examined my mobile and told it's a manufacturing defect and we can't do anything. So i called up flipkart call centre n told that they are telling it's manufacturing defect. Afterwards they gave me complaint no and wait till 29 january.
                      Now my question is when mobile is having manufacturing defect y they are not giving me replacement. Even flipkart backend team confirmed with mi authorised centre and they told that my mobile phone is having manufacturing defect. Now flipkart backend team is telling to visit mi centre again for repair. What guarantee they are giving me that it will get repaired. Secondly as confirmed by mi authorised centre that mobile is having manufacturing defect how it got passed quality check. It should have failed before selling. Please look into this matter else i have got a faulty phone.

                      We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the inconvenience and informed customer as we have spoken to ASC and they are ready to provide the service for free since the product is under warranty. Requested customer to visit ASC and get this repaired. Customer was not happy with the service she said when you guys no this is manufacturing defect why you guys are not giving me the replacement, informed customer since you have come after replacement policy we request you to get in touch with ASC they are ready to help you further.

                        Last week i ordered (Order no: od[protected] a mi a1 black phone for an exchange of mi 4i in an offer period where i was getting 1000 rs off but at the time of delivery of new one and exchange of old phone its got rejected by the executive due to broken mark on my screen in lower left side of screen and the total order was cancelled.

                        As i was not satisfied with the reason of the executive, i spoke to customer care and described the whole story. Then i was told by the customer care executive that they will arrange an another delivery executive for re-check of my old phone and he escalated the issue to next level, but after one day i got message that the exchange and delivery is cancelled and the money is refunded back to my bank account.

                        Immediately i ordered (Order no: od[protected] the same item with the exchange of same old phone but now there was no 1000 rs offer, but this time how the same old phone was accepted for exchnage by the same delivery executive who rejected just two days back without any hassel?? I asked the reason to him, he said that he spoke to his team lead and he agreed. Then why it didn't happen on the offer day? For this question he didn't had any answer other than a good smile.

                        Customer raised a complaint that 1000 Rs offer he did not received on his fresh order but in previous order that offer was there but my order got canceled due to exchange product issue as per WM statement but how did he collected the exchange product when there was no offer and i have received the product but this time 1000 Rs offer was not there on the same, we interacted with the customer and informed that same offer will not available on the product that time hence you have not availed that offer, hence information provided to customer, closing this case from our end.

                            Respected sir/madam,
                            It's about order id od[protected] billed as vikrant tonde with emaild tonde. [protected]@gmail.com i placed order on 3 january, 2018 and received on 5 january 2018
                            Actually i ordered it (Mobile) for my father as he was getting reimbursement from his department (Lic). But didn't considered that there should be my father name in billing address. And made this mistake... Placed order with my name and got it too : (. When i got my mistake, i tried to customer representative but all in vain as they said me to buy a new phone for new invoice with my father name.
                            Please i just need to replace vikrant tonde with popat bhimrao tonde in invoice.
                            If it's not possible to change that info in same invoice please approve my return request and perhaps there are two ways to solve it :-
                            1. Replace my return with same product and send me invoice with my father name popat bhimrao tonde
                            2. Refund my money in flipkart wallet after pickup the product. So i can place same order or you place the order in my account and send the invoice with my father name.
                            And it will be more trustable from both sides that you send me the same device which i will return. Or it's your choice i[censored] want to send another new device as i haven't inserted sim cards in mobile until now.
                            If you have better solution please let me know. I will try my best.

                              I had orderes for flamingo orthopeadic heat belt regular size thro flipkart my order no: isod[protected] dt 5.1.18 invoice no:faaeaf[protected] dt5.1.18 supplied by omni sleep solutions
                              Plot no:#61 rainbow compound opp. Marigold exotic. Near sai dham
                              Mumbai400080 they have sent me mini instaed of regular size which i had ordered i recieved the product this evening 7.1.18
                              Pl advise them to send me regular size and take back d mini size as i cannot use this size

                              Resolution: We have taken the return request or replacement. confirmed the replacement product is delivered to customer and it is fine now no issues hence closed the case from our end.

                                We have interacted with customer, customer was irate and told he will go consumer court we have freezed his account also he has coupons as well. Apologized and inform him it has been unfreezed now so you can use your account. Customer was happy and since he is not facing any other issues hence survey pitched closing the case.

                                  Actually i ordered for 2 redmi 5a phones at the flash sale held on 5 jan 2018 on flipkart the order was successfully placed and it was also successfully shipped but now after 2 days on 7 jan when i checked the order it shows that order has been cancelled. I didn't cancel the order so why it was automatically cancelled i was eagerly waiting for the product. My order no was od[protected] i am really disappointed i hadnt expected this from flipkart please look into the matter. And solve my problem as soon as possible

                                    Flipkart delivered a faulty item and then refused to do anything about it. Asked me to contact the service centre for the product. I tried to contact the service centre but no response from them. Shouldn’t flipkart be responsible for the product since it sold it to me.

                                    I finally managed to reach a tele representative who again wasnt interested in doing anything about it. How much time should i be spending on something which flipkart could have easily replaced or refunded.

                                    They also do not mention clearly while selling that they will not be responsible for any fault in the item.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I orderd redmi 5a in flash sale on a address with cash on delivery. My order has been packed and shipped also but not deliver, they gave a simple reason is that delivery address not available. But the order has been shipped near by my area and they not tell me address and suggest to cancel the order or reoder the product. Sir, we know the flash sale of redmi 5a is for 30sec at 12:00 pm on every thursday. After many times trying, only one order is booked of redmi 5a and they say that delivery not available. Pls help sir.

                                        The custoemr care of flipkart is not picking up my call and they from their side have rejected my order though i have not given consnet to it. I am not able to retrun the defective product to it. Pathetic and unsatisfactory services they are providing. I wmnat my money back for these two products.
