[Resolved] Flipkart — return accepted and then rejected after a day | |||||
I have been a frequent shopper on flipkart but this order turned out to be a disaster for me with very little co-operation from flipkart The order was placed on the 21st of september 2017 delivered on the 25th of september 2017 Order id Od[protected] The tv showed up some problem hence i requested for a replacement, my request was accepted so i instructed my parents to have it replaced if the flipkart delivery guys come but then all of a sudden my replacement was rejected which i got to know after returning from my vacations now after which i got in touch with the flipkart guys and they were like the replacement request can no longer be revived you should have informed about it the very moment your requeat was rejected we are sorry Well when it comes to customer satisfaction this has never happened before with me on flipkart but this happened again with my scrren protector that i had ordered the replacemnt request got accepted and rejected twice on its own wow... Some sort of tecnical glitch from flipkarts end and the customer has to suffer. Attaching the screenshots Was this information helpful? | |||||

I like to bring it to you notice, many shop owner accros India in big cities, miss using this flash sale for Black marketing items from flash sale at addional 3000 to 5000 from cost offered by Flipkart, because of this, genuine customer like us cannot get product which we like to bay.
