I bought this phone with high expectations from Flipkart on the 13th of May and found the speaker to be defective. I was unperturbed because I thought my order is from one of the best companies for online shopping and they will help me out. However it was worse than that. I made several complains and the seller repeatedly kept rejecting my replacement requests without contacting me or resolving my issue. Only once he called and asked to perform some steps and then promised to replace my phone if the issue persisted for more than 72 hours. The phone still had issues and when I called flipkart within those 72 hours on 27th May they said my 15 days replacement policy had been exceeded but after telling them the sequence of scenarios and neglect from the seller they promised to solve my problem by 1st June. Its 5th June today and I have not received a single update from Flipkart. I am calling them everyday and all they have been doing is asking me to wait and give false promises of resolving my problem within next 2 days. This has tried and tested my patience enough because here I am without a proper phone suffering because of inability of Flipkart to resolve my problem or even provide a single update about what's going on regarding the issue. I have called them numerous times and they just say we have no response from backend team and we need 2 more days. Highly disappointing, and would expect them to get back to me asap with a solution or I have decided to go legal with this. #Pathetic service #NoCustomerSupport #DisappointngPhoneSellerAndFlipkartExperience

Flipkart delivered a replacement phone but turned out to have the same problem. They finally accepted the issue and returned the phone as well as my money.

I got a call from Flipkart promising me resolution from a technician who was supposed to visit me 2 days back. The technician never gave a call (whereas I'm getting a call from everywhere else so I'm very rechable) and I got a message same day saying this-

"Dear Customer, we were unable to contact you for the tech visit of your MOBILE. As per policy, we will cancel the call after 3 unsuccessful attempts or after 24 hours of call registration, whichever is earlier. Kindly call us on [protected] so that we can fix up an appointment at the earliest "

I cannot understand what's going on, why can't the company solve my problem once and for all? I've been trying the number which they've given and it doesn't get connected, looks like an invalid be number. This is unacceptable because Flipkart has only been promising me quick resolution but hasn't given one. Please for your immediate attention.
It's 9th of June today, my problem is still not solved.

Please check what's going on and deal with your issues with the seller, but leave the customers out of it. Please get back asap!

    I have ordered an product kaff bgx 90 twice from flipkart (Order no : od[protected]
    My first order was on 23rd april 2018 and they have shipped and the couier team could not deliver us the prouct and i have raisaed a complient against this and promised me a date for delivery and they did not do it & i had to wait for my refund or the next 10days

    And second i have ordered the same product again and i received a damaged product for flipkart and was given for replacement,. Promised replacement day was on 6th may. And now the product has been canceled and my refund is initiated.

    I have been wasted my 2 months for a product which u cannot fulfill.. The worst customer support.

    I really wanted the product or else i have bought the product with 10% hdfc cashback i need the coupon for 1500 or same hdfc offer.

    Or else i need the replacement. Due to this, i have been wasted a lot of time...
    2 months for a product is horrible still i gave replacement and now u cannot fulfill the need of a customer

    So either send me the product.. Or give the full amount refund with 1500coupon or hdfc 10% cashback offer.
    As its your mistake and u have to clear this soon as possible.. I was a fan of flipkart bt my 1st and last worst experience im getting from your side

    Either give the product or just refund me the product and i have also used 10HDFC Bank discount .. either i need the bank discount or you have give me a 1500coupon...

      I have ordered redmi note 5 on 25th may, I didn't receive any calls or msg from the delivery person and still the tracking status was shown as "no response from the customer" . After 5 days of happening this, the seller cancelled my order. I have placed the order again on 3rd june . Again the trackinģ status is showing as "no rezponse from the customer". And my issue isn't getting resolved how many ever times I call the customer care

        I have requested replacement for my product. They have rejected because technician given trouble shooting mechanism. But the problem is technician didn't come. It happened twice like this. I have raised this issue in flipkart. With in 7 days this all happened. They asked time to resolve this problem 48hrs. After that i have asked them that within that my replacement days will get over. For that they said that is not a issue mam. From that day everyday they that within 24hra ur issue will be resolved. But now 20days. Finally they are saying that ur replacement got over. Contact our service centre. This is how flipkart is cheating poor people like me. They have delayed because there worst process. Now blaming me to contact service. If this is not my issue, y should i use defective product. I have all their messages and call recordings. What and all they spoke with me. I need my replacement. Else will go to court. Atleast other customer's will get benefit over this

              I had ordered Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star BEE rating 2018 Inverter - White (RSI/ESI/CSI-317HBEA) using flipkart App amounting Rs. 34, 499 after deduction of HDFC cashback(Rs. 1, 500) and additional Rs. 2, 000 of offer on 16th May, 2018 and it should be delivered by 22nd May, 2018 and installed after that. But I waited for few more days and finally cancelled order on 26th, May, 2018 because product was not getting delivered. I was in immediate need of AC so cancelled my order. Refund was accepted and App and customer executive stated that refund will be transferred to the original payment mode(which was credit card in my case) within 6 business days. But it never refunded. I called again to the customer care, and they said refund will be initiated by 4th June, 2018. But again today on 5th May, 2018 I received email from Flipkart that refund request cancelled. Which is not acceptable at all. I didn't got product delivered even after delivery date and I already cancelled and purchase product from local shop after their confirmation of refund acceptance. Now, there is no other way and Flipkart must provide me refund immediately. Contacting customer care, they tells server is down and other such excuses and not giving resolution. Please do strict actions immediately.

                I really do not know that what is exactly going wrong with flipkart team.
                I have ordered a jeans 'brand name - masterfly' but i have receive jeans of some other brand which is named as 'fun tree jeans'
                But now when i have requested for returning my product, the pick up boy from 'e-kart service' says that 'the pick up cannot happen because this is a wrong product'. This same things happened previously with me regarding to delivery of a handbag. This issue is something really serious and i hope you look after this issue with flipkart team.

                  Had purchased one redmi note 5 pro which seller cancelled but till date no refund processed, instead they mentioned in remark that they have processed my refund on 28th may 2018, but till date no refund reflects in my acount. Despite followup they have now blocked my id without any notice...

                  This is fraud case & they are looting customer money & keep with them for days for return interest.

                  I have all proofs & recording of your customer care execs who have misguided in multiple ways, Also i have a Snapshot of my order which shows refund has been credited.
                  Since you have not refunded my money my amount on credit card has been blocked & its my loss of 42000rs which i was supposed to do & on the other hand my due date is also gone who will bear the late payment charges???

                    Some body used my debit card for shopping from 17th jan 2018 to 10th april 2018 for shopping on flipkart. There are more than 100 transaction and amount deducted from my account is 1, 80, 000 inr. I dont know who did this and all the transaction are done without otp (One time password). I get know to know about all these things very lately as that account was my saving account. When i got to know about it, i complained it to flipkart on 10th of april they registered the complaint (No in[protected]. Still two months are over but they are not giving me some positive reply.

                      Got delivered a asus zenfone max pro m1 on 21st may-18 (Order id: od[protected], and complained the very next day for replacement as it has camera issues leading to very poor photos. Technician visits 2 days later and in-spite of seeing a very visible issue, yet tells the company that "customer is happy/issue resolved". What kind of service is this? No way was i happy, neither did he resolve anything. You guys are cheating the customers openly. I even raised a complaint regarding the same but till date no update/follow-up regarding it. I again raised a replacement request, the technician assigned calls and tells me that he will come according to his convenience. Are you serious??? It's been a more that 14 days of me complaining, calling flipkart yet till now i am being forced to use this faulty handset and yesterday again a dumb technician visited and wrote in his register that the phone has defective camera but again the have updated that my issue has been resolved. You guys are cheats and really have disgusting customer service. You deserve to be reported to the police for such harassment.

                      We have interacted with the customer, as per customers issue, arranged for tech visit twice. As per which our technician did not find any issue in customers mobile, hence closing the case, customer can get in touch with the authorized service center if at all the issue persists.

                      I just got a call from miss neerja from flipkart and she said that she cannot help in this issue because their fake technicians updated that my phone has no issues that means customer are fools and have lot of time for putting so many mails and complaints online really disgusting worst customer support even snap deal or many other small e-commerce are far better than flipkart now will file a petition against flipkart.

                        I have been a frequent shopper on flipkart but this order turned out to be a disaster for me with very little co-operation from flipkart

                        The tv showed up some problem hence i requested for a replacement, my request was accepted so i instructed my parents to have it replaced if the flipkart delivery guys come but then all of a sudden my replacement was rejected which i got to know after returning from my vacations now after which i got in touch with the flipkart guys and they were like the replacement request can no longer be revived you should have informed about it the very moment your requeat was rejected we are sorry

                        Well when it comes to customer satisfaction this has never happened before with me on flipkart but this happened again with my scrren protector that i had ordered the replacemnt request got accepted and rejected twice on its own wow... Some sort of tecnical glitch from flipkarts end and the customer has to suffer.

                        Sir, we do acknowledge that you had raised a request for replacement within the replacement period but since its already been too late hence you need to get in touch with the respective brand for the problem.
                        Wow excellent resolution...
                        Either have it replaced or refund me as what i am asking for isnt illegitimate or lose a loyal customer who orders product everymonth without complaining...

                        I like to bring it to you notice, many shop owner accros India in big cities, miss using this flash sale for Black marketing items from flash sale at addional 3000 to 5000 from cost offered by Flipkart, because of this, genuine customer like us cannot get product which we like to bay.
                        So please take this into consideration.
                        I'm not able to log in my Flipkart account from today evening. It says login unsuccessful. I have tried to reset password. But it says password update faild. Please help me.

                          I tried to order the mentioned product {acer nitro 5 core i5 7th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/128 gb ssd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics) an515-51 gaming laptop} from flipkart on 28th may worth rs69990. As i put the otp for my sbi debit card it showed that the transaction had failed. Despite that rs49895 was deducted from my account. I have waited for a refund and have also contacted the customer support. They provided me with order id: od[protected]. They assured the money will be back by now but it isn't. I have waited for long enough and as it is a matter of 50k rupees it is impossible to be patient anymore. I want the money to be reversed at the earliest. Please and thank you.

We have interacted with the cusotmer and informed that the amount was not recevied by the seller. Hence, requested customer to contact the bank for further assistance. Closing the complaint from our end.
                          this happens a lot. the same happened to me. never got it back. flipkart please help me out.

                            Yesterday i received my order in which the one lens is missing. After sometime i had called flipkart customer care and told them that the tamron lens in which we got only manuals of lens no lens was provided in the box they told me to hold the call and i was telling them for replacement that time they told me the seller does not accept replacement so u can only get refund for this product. So they have placed refund request for me which was also approved by the seller. After that i just went to market and buy the same product because i was getting my refund as they told me replacement cannot be done. Now i can see that the my refund request has been canceled by flipkart from there side so now there is a huge mistake from flipkart team what do i do by taking a replacement as i have already purchased it. Please revert to me as soon as possible and stop doing this type of mistakes so that people can trust flipkart in future doing this type of fraud doesnt suits you. Just see through it and give me my refund as soon as possible or i have to file a fir for the same.

                              I order for the mentioned product on 28th may and the product was priced rs69, 990, but as i put the otp, rs49895 was deducted from my account, despite the fact that the transaction failed. I reported to the customer care and they assured that the money will be refunded but it still has not been refunded. They provided the

                                Sir before i complaint against flipcart to refund my 15000gift voucher which is available in my wallet but flipcart to block my account. And therefore i can't use my wallet voucher. There is many call to flipcart and mail also but there is no response of my issue. I request that please to help me how can i refund my wallet voucher and use it again. Some agent told me that u can't use the voucher. I informed that please help me about my issue and solve it.

                                    i(b.Balabahadur)mobile no [protected] ihave taken ac voltas from your flipkart and installed on 8th may, we have got problem on installation problem and compresser problem.
                                    The intalled person was again not coming to solve. I several times complaint online, but your not solving my problem.Daily iam claaing customer care but they are are sayimg with in 24hrs it will solve
                                    .But they are not solving and backend time called me and saying to solve 24hrs same reapeated that nobody coming.This is what your respone with customers, from 8th to today also not solved.Messages coming from ax-jeeves that they will send some person but nobody coming and they are saying that flipkart need to replace that product is problem.
                                    Finally irequest you that tomarrow onwards my emi will cut date[protected]please stop that after solving problem only you can processed this is my honble request.
                                    Iam suffering mentally with this problem that our ac problem is not solving.The other thing is if tomarrow you are not coming to solve iwill take action through legal notice through consumer court.

                                      I have placed a ordered on 2nd june 2018 for mobile oppo f3 plus online through flipkart order id is od[protected].

                                      But this order was not delivered and returned.

                                      Before this i have placed a order for the same. But that was also not delivered to my and returned the same.
                                      I humble request to flipkart managing director to look into the matter personally and investigate the same. So in future any body could not face the problem same.

                                        As i ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 on 24th may. And i received it on 30th may. The mobile was not working fine and i am not satisfied with the camera quality and the battery. Battery power automatically goes down 30% to 5%. Bad camera clarity and i compared with another zenfone max pro m1, that mobile is better than my phone. So i need to replace my zenfone max pro m1. Is there any possible way to change the zenfone max pro m1 to redmi note 5 pro??? Please clarify my doubts and i'm waiting for a positive reply.
