I had ordered Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star BEE rating 2018 Inverter - White (RSI/ESI/CSI-317HBEA) using flipkart App amounting Rs. 34, 499 after deduction of HDFC cashback(Rs. 1, 500) and additional Rs. 2, 000 of offer on 16th May, 2018 and it should be delivered by 22nd May, 2018 and installed after that. But I waited for few more days and finally cancelled order on 26th, May, 2018 because product was not getting delivered. I was in immediate need of AC so cancelled my order. Refund was accepted and App and customer executive stated that refund will be transferred to the original payment mode(which was credit card in my case) within 6 business days. But it never refunded. I called again to the customer care, and they said refund will be initiated by 4th June, 2018. But again today on 5th May, 2018 I received email from Flipkart that refund request cancelled. Which is not acceptable at all. I didn't got product delivered even after delivery date and I already cancelled and purchase product from local shop after their confirmation of refund acceptance. Now, there is no other way and Flipkart must provide me refund immediately. Contacting customer care, they tells server is down and other such excuses and not giving resolution. Please do strict actions immediately.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer initiated the refund on behalf of the seller, informed regarding refund which has been completed, hence closing the case.
I got a call from Flipkart promising me resolution from a technician who was supposed to visit me today. The technician never gave a call (whereas I'm getting a call from everywhere else so I'm very rechable) and I got a message now saying this-
"Dear Customer, we were unable to contact you for the tech visit of your MOBILE. As per policy, we will cancel the call after 3 unsuccessful attempts or after 24 hours of call registration, whichever is earlier. Kindly call us on [protected] so that we can fix up an appointment at the earliest "
I cannot understand what's going on, why can't the company solve my problem once and for all? I've been trying the number which they've given and it doesn't get connected, looks like an invalid be number. This is unacceptable because Flipkart has only been promising me quick resolution but hasn't given one. Please check what's going on and deal with your issues with the seller, but leave the customers out of it. Please get back asap!
