I was orderd (Od[protected] puma shoes on 11th june. This order was canceled by flipkar on 16/06/2018 due to their delivery issue as they mentioned.
When i was ordered price was 1709/- after some debit card offers. Now same product price is 2199/- and that previous debit card offer is not there.

Due to their problem why i should suffer. What about that 10% offer which i lost now. This is clear game plane of flipkart to attract customer and after cancel this order which means customer not avail this offer benefits.

Funny this is that this orderd was already reached my pincode location as i checked in tracking status and after it was deliverd to other location.

    Hi,

    I placed Voltas split AC copper condenser on flipkart site. After placing the order they changed the name to Voltas split AC Aluminum condenser.

    Flipkart customer care is not picking up my call. They are ignoring my case.

    This is very bad at Flipkart end. I want replace the product or return my money.

    Please resolve my issue.

      Hi flipkart, first i wanna say you plz stop fooling ppl who trust on you and one day your company also vanished like snapdeal. Purchase one arrow t - shirt during sale and received unfit old and damaged product after that contacted for return than they refused to return this saying that we can't. So plz respect your customers otherwise co. Have to pay for this in future when yiur co. Become untrustworthy.

      I purchased a product in may 12th 2018, after 20 days they have delivered the wrong product. when I raised complaint than they said for replacement and till today12-June-2018 I didn't get the product.

      Now I am asking for money but they are not ready to refund.

        I have ordered for white lab / doctors coat. I have selected the material as cotton, and prce is rs 200/ and delivery charges 65/. Total rs 265/- but i have received a book "some one inside the white apron" kindly replace my product at the earliest. Kindly check the matter and do the necessary delivery as soon as possible.             The fradulent company with the worst service in this country. It took me a month tp refund a defected laptop and again when i reordered some other order they are delaying... Saying that they are not able to contact me. Means what!! They didn't called me. And i got a message they tried but i was the culprit who was not able to attend then. Atleast have some courtesy for the customer.. And you are not able to do things timely. So what in this world this company exist. This company just frustates you whenever they get the chance.. From delivery to refund.

              I have received voltas split ac on 15 june and got installed on 17 june.
              After installation the outdoor unit was making weird noises so i raised a complaint.
              The replacement date is showing 2nd of july, how can you take so much time for replacement.
              Moreover i already paid rs 2000 for installation and now i will have to pay another 2000 for installation of the replaced ac.
              This is pathetic. I want refund and you can take back your ac.

                I spoke to flipkart about my faulty device and they said that will send me a technician before the 16th of june 2018
                I spoke to the assigned technician on the 14/06/2018 and was told he is unavailable and would come to my house to check my handset on the 15/06/2018
                After that when i called the technician he didnt receive my call
                It's the 9th day out the 10 days return policy of flipkart and i am yet to receive a response from them in spite of me reporting the fault of my device on the 10/06/2018
                Flipkart has taken my money and is not helping me and has sent me a faulty device

                    I have purchased a adidas path cross outdoor shoes placed on 10th june 2018 with order no-od[protected]. 13th june i received the product but the product delivered is totally different from which i ordered.
                    I received fila black colour shoes and the product is also in used condition. So, i contacted to customer care and raised a complaint regarding that issue and they raised a return request for refund.

                    But no one came to pick up the product and cancelled my return request.

                      Ordered the phone during a offer period and they denied to deliver the product saying the product was returned by their courier agency ekart and cancelled the order and asked me to place a new order at a higher price. The offer price is just an eye wash. They provide as though they are giving and ensure it is cancelled with some or the other non-sense reason. Flipkart doesn't have any control on their courier partner ekart.

                        I placed the order for a jack and jones original tshirt but got a different tshirt altogether for which i requested a return, today i got the replacement and still the product is different. I have been waiting for the order for the past week and still not getting the same product for which is placed the order. If the tshirt was out of stock than why wasn't i informed in the first place, i would have gone to a different vendor and purchased it. Such pathetic service is provided by flipkart, highly disappointed.

                          Installation is pending from past 4 days even after repeated complaints they are not acting. They have made me helpless in all the ways possible. I spent my hard earned money and sitting idle. They are not responding to my complaint. They are marking ticket as resolved though it’s not actually. They have screwed me up in all possible ways. They are not letting me getting it installed from outside vendors not they are accepting return saying it is not yet installed. I am completely helpless

                                  Dear flipkart team.
                                  One of your clients had purchased - perfect homes by flipkart julian engineered wood 4 door wardrobe - seller:omnitechretail. Order id being - od[protected]. The product delivery and policy stated that the product will be delivered and assembled by 12th june 2018.
                                  The product was delivered on 11th june 2018. Post which the customer gets a message from ad - jeeves – ‘dear customer, jeeves engineer chaman will call you to fix an appointment ‘. Post which no action from flipkart or jeeves.
                                  The customer waited for the installation guy on 12th and 13th june 2018. The client also called the installation person several times but the call was unanswered.
                                  On 13th june 2018, the client gets another message from ad-jeeves – ‘dear customer, jeeves engineer shamim ahmad will call you to fix an appointment. Same story gets repeated again and there is no call from shamim ahmad or from flipkart or jeeves. The client calls the installation person several times but the call is unanswered.
                                  On 14th june 2018, the client gets a message from ad-jeeves – ‘appointment rescheduled: dear customer, our engineer was not able to reach you today. Our customer support executive will reach out to you to fix an appointment for ticket id: 8f11-27013flpkrt-5812632. Subsequent to this message another message comes with a new ticket id number – 8f14-27013flpkrt-5835265.
                                  No action either by flipkart or by the vendor partner. On 15th june 2018, another message comes that installation engineer will call you to fix an appointment followed by another message that appointment rescheduled to 16th june 2018. The visit and installation will be done by 9:00 am. However there is no action by flipkart or the vendor till now.
                                  The client has made several calls to the flipkart customer care team, and has spoken to many people including the escalation team. Several calls to the installation person but no response.
                                  The client does not want this product anymore and is requesting for the refund of his money. The flipkart team, vendor of flipkart may take this product back to due to non-fulfilment of the order.
                                  Please can someone senior from the flipkart team step forward, look into the issue and help the client as per his requirements.

                                  Spoke to customer on 18th June and he confirmed that the installation and demo was completed a day before. Closing the case.
                                  Exact same challenge I am also facing, after delivery of the TV from flipkart after 2 days the installation has not been done. As Jeeves technician/ team is saying its the flipkart's responsibility to arrange the wall mount and flipkart is saying we are reaching out to the vendor to resolve your issue, but still not resolved. But while selling the product flipkart is providing the guarantee that next day itself only the TV installation and demo will be done by the Jeeves but that's not the actual scenario. And one more concern is if I go with table top installation the next wall mount installation will be charged by Jeeves.

                                  So flipkart should not put wrong information about the product on the site if that can't be done within the time frame as they themselves are deciding the date in order to sell their product. Else take the complete responsibility of end-to-end of the product so that customer should not suffer. Flipkart should contact each vendor from their end and get the things done on time.

                                    It was delivered on june 4th and installation guy came on 8th, but the remote was missing, and the story began from there, poor service from flipkart and not expected this, i spoke to team leads also they told the replacement tv will dispatch on 13th for sure, but it did not, and now the delivery date is showing as jun 23rd '18 09:00 am and sat, jun 23rd '18 09:00 pm and the installation will be expected by wed, 27th jun, and they are telling it was the maximum time of arrival and it might reach on or before jun 23r, still the product is not dispatched, inspite of calling too many times to cs and the service is really poor, i do not want any replacement and i don't want to wait any more, i need refund

                                    Am not sure this issue is resolved from Consumer Complaints, I wrote email to escalation team of flipkart and they called me with in 10 minutes and they gave me refund

                                    Customer raised a concern stating that the replacement is delayed.
                                    Hence spoke to customer and approved refund on behalf of seller. Closing the case once the refund was initiated.

When i asked the reason it was told to me that your account has been blocked due to large no of returns. But sir i want to say that none of my returns are with malafide intention.
