I am highly dissatisfied with the services of flipkart which they are providing. I am chasing the CUSTOMER CARE from last 10 days.. Ever time they says that our team will get back to you in 24 hours or 48 hours but they don't.
I have purchased the product on EMI through my credit card but my payment was not converted into EMI and total amount of the product is reflecting into my bill which i need to pay at any cost and in one go. Flipkart is responsible for this.. And they are not doing anything.. Such a looser.. They are ###... My friends advised me not to purchase anything from flipkart but still went through it.. See wat happened to me.. I am totally screwed up.. Is there anybody who can help me????

    I had given an order for "No LED SMART TV 4A108CM" vide order id OD[protected] in the name of Manaswini Mishra, Back Side D.I.C Office, Amalapada, Angul, 759122, Odisha.The order was made through "FLIPKART".The TV was deliver on 21.06.2018 vide tax invoice "PLF31838559". On verification it is found that the product serial no. on the invoice is WU74843/Mi and sl.no. 16940/[protected]. On the TV the model no. is L43M5-AI/2018 and equipment type is LCD TV, serial no. BEE/XIA/06/00488/17. It appears that the set is not matching as per invoice.
    Your service engineer Mr.Nanda who is in charge of my area at Angular, Odisha mis-guided me on my enquiry at the time of installation and did not verify the product before installation.However, your customer care dept. helped us to track the mistake of mis-match and advised us regarding wrong delivery.
    Hence, you are requested to follow-up the matter immediately and deliver me the right product which I had ordered.

    On 12.07.2018 your representative came and packed the TV set for return. He said that the existing set will be handed over to the courier . Kindly note to replace a new LED Smart tv 108 cm (43 inch) then only this set will be handed over to the courier. Please confirm

    Today i.e.17.07.2018 the courier took back the TV set for return.
    The delivery executive is irresponsible he is not delivering product on time he is not polite to the consumers

    I got the message that the product will be delivered today but the delivery boy is not willing to deliver the product today
    Your representative though came in contact but couldn't clarify on LCD tv though the order was for LED tv. Further Mi tv customer care confirmed wrong delivery as the product vide my order no.is delivered at Patna, Bihar to Mr Binod . Further you are requested to verify the authenticity of the delivery made as the invoice no. doesn't match with the product.

      I do not understand why everytime the LED TVs from LG or Sony are not deliverable to my location.
      My location pin no is 794001. It is a semi urban location and one of the proper city in our state.
      It is really unfortunate everytime I try to buy LED TV from Flipkart, it shows the items is not in stock for my location. But why???.
      There are many delivery Service Providers in our place. I have check the delivery options for other districts of Meghalaya also. It's not delivering anywhere in Meghalaya. It's really a big question to clarify from your side. Mere excuses would not work. If you are really doing business then this type of situations are not fair for Customers. I hope my complain will be heard and necessary actions will be taken by your company

        I ordered windows 10 64 bit full version on 14 .6.18.expected delivery was on 16.6.18.then after quiet it was said to deliver on 21st.june'18.then a call came to say : cancel it and order again.actually present price of the item 5500.I paid already for the item 3599 through net banking.

            I have oredered a redmi 5a (Grey, 16 gb) on flash sale today exactly at 12:01 pm. At first, i received a confirmation message that my order has successfully placed. But after a few moments, i received another message from flipkart that my order has been cancelled due to limited stock availability with the seller. What the hell is this? I have wasted my precious time waiting to buy this but it was cancelled automatically. Why?

              I want to return a onida washing machine as its the delivered product and the received product is not same and i have placed and received a new haier washing machine from flipkart itself and i want to return the onida washing machine. I have not even opend the pakaging of the product. Kindly help me with the return in bank account.

              Its a request please consider it and you can do the quality check of the return product. I cannot affort 2 machines. And just for the information the devilry boy itself suggested to buy the other brand and he assured me that this will be returned.

                Hi, i am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by flipkart. It is now all most three weeks that i am chasing the customer care. Every time i get a reply that the concerned team will resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours as they are being notified. I am don't think this is customer centricity. This is pure seller centric approach. My complaint id is od[protected] and there were two technician visit also who reset the phone and said it is fine now. I also visited the service center who again reset my phone and did not gave anything in writing and told to contact flipkart. Now flipkart is saying to contact the brand. This is sheer demarcation between flipkart and amazon. Amazon is real customer centric. I bought the phone after waiting in flash sale from flipkart and not from the brand. Why should i contact brand when i ordered from flipkart. I need replacement. Resetting the phone every now and then is not the viable solution.

                I have done online shopping for 2 nos. of toy laptop. Amount got deducted from my account but order didn't get booked. Its more than 1 week my amount is not refunded. Transaction id is TX[protected] dt. 19.06.18. Please help me out to get my money back of amount Rs. 1, 548/-.

                Now Flipkart has seen that I am genuine customer with genuine complaint. Somebody called me from escalation department and changed my cellphone. This phone is good and I am happy. Thanks Flipkart late but not denied resolution.

                Advice: Please do something relating to the brand mobile service center people. They don't know the rules of Flipkart.

                  Customer contacted regarding delivery related. Informed him that we are taking this as feedback. But next time if he faces any issues, he can contact us as soon as the product is shipped and we will cordinate with courier service provider and ask them to deliver at door step. Customer agreed. Closing the complaint from our end.
                  Bad products, customer service is very bad, very small insize, less weight, returned update rejected before the technician come to customer house

                          I have purchase the subject AC but from FLIPKART on 14.06.2018 i have made of a complaint of AC is not cooling instead of Returning back the product they have rejected my cancellation request without prior visit of Technician and again I raised the same issue and they have rejected the Cancellation request on the ground of Technician verification. I made this complaint before 19th of June 2018 and now they are telling your return can't be completed because of the return date as per their policy over by 19th of June 2018

                            My order id is od[protected]. The tiffin box is defective for which we have contacted customer service for two weeks, later on they told refund will be done by calling us. The product was ordered on 4th june and till date the issue is not resolved. No one from customer service had called us for refunding the money.

                            We are shocked and disgusted with the customer service of your company being accessing your site for several years.
                            We are waiting for a quick solution from your end.

                              I bought brand new honor 9 lite (Sapphire blue, 32 gb) from flipkart.
                              Flipkart delivered me defective piece. I made replacement request on 30 june 2018.
                              Flipkart told me that they arranged tech visit to check mobile. I requested to arrange tech visit on 03 july 2018. But tech has not visited my location on 03 july 2018.
                              Without my permission they cancelled my return request.
                              I am very irritated with flipkart service.
                              I am requesting consumer team to take as hard as possible action against flipkart.

                                I have ordered the 4 t-shirt from the flipkart on june 10 2018 and delivered it on june 12, 2018 in the morning. However i have received one t-shirt without price tag. I have raised a return request as soon as i notice that there is no price tag on it (Like within 30 min) and then raised another 4 complaints but courier guy denied pick up every time as there was no price tag on product.

                                  I ordered smartees graphics Print Men's black, blue, black T-shirt(pack of 3) on 9th of may 2018 of worth Rs.819.Due to low-quality material and printing in t-shirts, I returned it. Next day delivery boy came to my doorstep and collect it. A message came from Flipkart that you will get your refund within 7 business days. After 7 days when I logged in flipkart.com, there was a message that money is refunded to my bank account.
                                  But when I checked my bank account there is no money being transferred in my account, so I contact with Flipkart customer care they told me that to contact with your bank. Next day, I went to Bank of Baroda bank and told my problem. They told me there was no such money was being transferred to my account by Flipkart. There was already 2 months gone.P lease take immediate action on it.

                                  We had interacted with the customer informed that the seller has refunded the complete amount. Customer may contact bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of customer's card in case further assistance required. If they are unable to help, customer may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

                                    I ordered smartees grafics Print Men's black, blue, black T-shirt(pack of 3) on 9th of may 2018 ded to my bank account.But when checked my bank accout there is no money being transfered in my account so contact with flipkart customer care they told me that to contact with your bank.Next day, I went to Bank of baroda bank and told my problem.They told me there was no such money was being transfered to my account by flipkart.There was already 2 months gone .Please take immediate action on itof worth Rs.819.Due to low-quality material and printing in t-shirts, I returned it.Next day delivery boy came to my doorstep and collect it.A message came from flipkart that you will get your refund within 7 business days.After 7 days when I logged in flipkart.com, there was a message that money is refun.

                                      I received a "out for delivery" message in the morning with the contact number of the E - cart service partner. Even after confirming by calling him 2-3 times, he didn't show up. He even ceased answering my call afterwards. Due to hi and his irresponsibility, my whole day was occupied unnecessarily and the work at hand was delayed. I demand immediate action.

                                      I have ordered an redmi 5a and after receiving confirmation messege I was happy but when I saw in my flipkart app my order was automatically cancelled by flipkart it got cancelled after shipment i want compensation from flipkart my order I’d is OD[protected]
                                      I order two product orders from Flipkart on June 19 Delivery dated on June 25 and 25 to 29.On June 29, Flipkart canceled the order on its own.
