    I purchased a samsung galaxy s7 on flipkart website on 21st september 2017. At the time of purchase there is samsung never mind offer. Under this offer a customer can replace his broken display of mobile screen for 990. My mobile screen was broken and i am eligible for this offer. I lost my original bill and i have invoice copy of bill and when i showed the invoice copy to samsung service centre they are asking for both the soft copy and original bill. Without this offer it costs 7700 to replace the screen. When i asked samsung service centre they said that flipkart will provide extra bill copy so please request them. When i am contacting the flipkart customer service they sent me soft copy which i have. I clearly stated to them that my request is to give duplicate copy of original bill. I requested them on 16th september and they said they will resolve and i made a number of calls and sent numerous mails to them. But they are not responding. I am asking for the bill copy but they are feeling as i asking for another mobile. Solve this.

      I had ordered having above order i'd of product casual trouser worth rs.1962 but very unfortunately i had received empty package except some packaging materials and complaining since 1 month but no action has been taken but regret blocked my flipkart account illegally.
      After several assurance by flipkart with several timeline but they are not resolved my concern whereas blocked my account mentioning that high number of return detected by system but regret this is my first filpkart purchase and i never return any products in flipkart.
      So request to act seriously and provide me resolution.

        I failed to login the flipkart account and i tried to recover the same by clicking "forgot password", on both my mobile app and desktop browser.

        I got OTP on phone number but it said that "please try again after sometime.." after typing the OTP and new password.

        I've tried it for the past two months and the problem still hasn't been resolved. I've done it using a tablet for many times and when i tried it in the desktop it says "unable to process request. please retry".

            My order number - od[protected]. Initially they promised me to deliver on june 21st of 2018 and something happend and the status is like same city misrouted. Then i called to customer care and they because of this issue it will take two more days to deliver. I was waiting and this is the second days which is june 23rd of 2018 and the time crossed above 6pm and flipkart delivery is suppose to happen in between 9 am to 7 pm. I called multiple times to flipkart customer care and all are reading the delivery status messages which is displaying for me too and giving no other useful information and telling like they can't contact delivery team and they don't have any other information. Because of them i was waiting in office on saturday where i dont have office on saturdays and waiting idle until evening and the worst part is i didnt get the order yet.

            Worst service from flipkart team. Never expect such a service from a great e-commerce company in india.

              Od[protected] this is my order details. The order was supposed to be delivered today. I am fed up of flipkart services, this happened twice. It is saying it will be delivered tomorrow and it might again get postponed and finally cancelled as per my past experiences with flipkart.                   This is not a complaint against your company but actually its a query that a company based in moti nagar which is eminents jobs pvt ltd is using your brands name that they will provide you job at flipkart in delhi... I just want to ask that is eminent jobs are actually your clients to provide jobs into your company or they are not related to your company?

                  Calling people to interview for the company and cheating with thier money... I even have call recordings regarding the same... If flipkart is not related to this job provider in moti nagar... Kindly take action as they are cheating with around 20 lakhs per month...

                    On 22 july 2018 i booked redmi note 5 pro gold and reached till otp and otp was verified and 14999 was deducted from my bank account. However i got message that my order was not booked. What is this. If my order was not booked i need refund immediately. I got following message

                      Purchased i-phone x - 256 gb - silver 4 days back and its touch screen is not working properly. It is completely a defective product. However, flipkart is denying to replace the product. They have clearly mentioned on the invoice that it can be returned with original packing and tags. However, flipkart has clearly denied to replace the handset. Flipkart is asking to contact to apple service centre. But apple service centre is unable to replace the phone, they are asking to contact to flipkart, they would be apple to replace the phone within 7-10 days.

                      We had asked to replace the product since it's a brand new phone.

                        Sir / madam,

                        The above mentioned are my order numbers. I paid the full amout through net banking. I ordered 2 pairs of size 38 boots and 1 pair of 40 size. To my surpirse i received only a single pair of boot size of 38. How this blunder happened?
                        The delivery was delayed for more than 2 days as promised of 3 working days.

                          The book i ordered was 'biotechnology gate 2018 paperback' and i received 'mathematical statics for net/set' the packaging mentioned all the detail of the book that i ordered but the book inside was different and few pages were damaged too and i don't care if its damaged or what but hiw can that be even possible that i mention the product detail that customer ordered and keep inside the packaging totally different product how can that be even possible or else you are trying to fool ur customer

                            I have ordered an 1.5 ton lg air conditioner from flipkart on 10th june 2018, which was the biggest mistake of my life.ac was delivered to us on 13th june 2018. The delivery guys had no checklist with them & ac was not even seal packed tightly in a box. We dont not order much online so did not know the procedure. Having trust in flipkart without opening the box, we gave them the money & they left. On 13th june 2018, the installation guys came, opened the box, saw that the ac is damaged from back, left the ac as it is, told us to ask for a replacement or refund, again had no checklist, left there and then. 2 days after the technicians came just took the pictures & left again. Now flipkart delivery boys came to receive the ac, told us yes your ac is damaged but accessories are not there. We cannot take the ac back. Talk to the customer care.

                            My queries
                            - ac box was not sealed. No checklist was provided to us to show that these are the accessories provided in the box.
                            - installation guys did not show any interest. Saw ac damaged and left it there. Did not show or told us anything as a form that these accessories should be there and is not there.
                            - we were not aware that the accessories are not available and what stuff be should be there with your # damaged ac.
                            - i am calling customer care day in and out getting no tangible resolution.
                            - whose responsibility is this to check the product, accessories. Flipkart, lg service centre, or customer. I wish i would have checked and never gave them a single penny

                            Take my request at priority and take your damaged product back & refund my money.

                            Flipkart has spoiled its reputation completely and its a fraud company.

                            Give me a resolution or i am going to the consumer court. This is our hard earned money.

                            Megha, please understand it is part of their policy. For sure you will not get any refund or replacement for this. It is a planned thing by them, which you cannot change. I am also one of the victim of Flipkart. After that I never ordered a single item online.

                              I received fraud calls of winning Tata safari . Person claims to be of Flipkart . He had my name phone number, order details, address.
                              How did this information leak to scammer . This is a serious issue . I am filing a case against them for leaking my data for causing me harassment and breaching my privacy .

                              They leaked my personal information . I have heard from many people it has happened to them still they rudely reply we can’t do anything about it . They think every customer is stupid but not me . I will take this issue forward and people join me if you faced the same issue . This is complete stupidity . Since my information is leaked once, it is leaked forever . Who will take care of that ? They opened a door for scammers to scam people and they think it is not a big issue . After complaining to customer service 3-4 times, they acted ignorant and said this is fraud call don’t cooperate with them . That’s it ? What are you doing about it ? What about the loss I am facing due to data leak ? I need answers . This is the level we have reached here where they don’t respect customer and their data .

                              Moreover, Flipkart is threatening me to that they will recover money legally. Did they help in anyway?
                              I have received an order with my name and address but a different phone number. The name of the product is one of the products I had ordered earlier which has been successfully returned and refunded.
                              Now I have received the order which I had never ordered.
                              They have leaked my details, my full name, full detailed address, my full order details and have called them for hours now still nothing. A cyber complaint may be needed now.

                                  I bought an air conditioner priced at Rs31, 390 from Flipkart e-commerce but with 4 days the same item under same seller was agsin discounted by Rs 2750/-. I felt like cheated. This issue has happened twice.

                                  However the support from Amazon India is far more superior, even they had a fair policy that if thete is a change in price of a product by a seller within a week of purchase the difference in amount will be refunded back.

                                  Again a big story, i installed the product and went to register on samsung. Then I came to know the condenser was alloy but I paid the price for Copper condenser which was around 6000/- costly than alloy. FLIPKART YOU ARE CHEATING PEOPLE .

                                  Customer raised a concern stating that he faced issue with the initial and the replacement product . Hence he was informed that he will get refund for the order but then the return was cancelled multiple times.
                                  Spoke to customer and arranged for refund. Closing the case.

                                    On 4th june the product(casio ex303) was delivered to me without any price tag. I found the watch a bit heavy for me so applied for the return on 5th june but the wish master canceled the return because there was no price tag on the box. I called the customer care they said that the product is flipkart assured so it is not possible that the product does not have a price tag. I posted a complaint here on Indian consumer complaints forum on 13th june but no response from flipkart.
                                    The return policy period is also going to be over soon.

                                    Please help.

                                      Please note that u call number is too busy i can't contact you.. Please improve u r service. I purchase my leptop with microsoft office 2010 licence version from flipkart. Now my leptop hard disk is corrupt. It replaced by lenovo. But i don't have product key of office 2010.
                                      What i do?? Please help me. I have lots of work. I want to help regarding this matter.
