I had given an order for "No LED SMART TV 4A108CM" vide order id OD[protected] in the name of Manaswini Mishra, Back Side D.I.C Office, Amalapada, Angul, 759122, Odisha.The order was made through "FLIPKART".The TV was deliver on 21.06.2018 vide tax invoice "PLF31838559". On verification it is found that the product serial no. on the invoice is WU74843/Mi and sl.no. 16940/[protected]. On the TV the model no. is L43M5-AI/2018 and equipment type is LCD TV, serial no. BEE/XIA/06/00488/17. It appears that the set is not matching as per invoice.
Your service engineer Mr.Nanda who is in charge of my area at Angular, Odisha mis-guided me on my enquiry at the time of installation and did not verify the product before installation.However, your customer care dept. helped us to track the mistake of mis-match and advised us regarding wrong delivery.
Hence, you are requested to follow-up the matter immediately and deliver me the right product which I had ordered.

Updated by Bilei On 12.07.2018 your representative came and packed the TV set for return. He said that the existing set will be handed over to the courier . Kindly note to replace a new LED Smart tv 108 cm (43 inch) then only this set will be handed over to the courier. Please confirm
