Hello,

This is painful to report that my product was supposed to be picked up yesterday and is still not picked up! Everytime i call the customer care they put me on hold and never return, this has gotten out of hands and i need the refund to be processed right away as i dont really care when you get the pick up scheduled, i need the refund to be initiated right away. I am leaving the country ina few days and begging flipkart to refund my money asap!
If anyone reads these emails at all, consider this an urgent escalation of the issue!

    I had placed a order on flipkart of trouser worth rs.1962 having above order i'd and i am very unfortunate that i had received a empty parcel from flipkart so i had complained to flipkart and after several complaint flipkart had assured me that the issue will be resolved by 12th june 2018 but very surprisingly the issue has not resolved within the timeline given by flipkart and again told to wait till 24th june 18 but this is very disgusting and cheapest customer support ever in earth.
    At last it is my painful request to refund my rs.1962 at earliest without any further delay.

    Flipkart has been harassing me since long times. I had lost Rs.1962 but nobody is taking seriously for the valued customer.
    This is my first filpkart purchase and I had lost faith on online retailer and I will never shop online and especially from flipkart.

    I had paid Rs.1962 whereas received no product so Please provide the refund so as I will remain ever greatful to you.

    Shocking Again massage has been received from flipkart that my flipkart account has been blocked due high amount of return without resolving my issue of Missing order and loosing of Rs.1962 since 30 days.
    As I informed you this is my first Flipkart purchase so how and where i return high amount of return.
    This is completely cheating of flipkart and once again I intimate to resolve the issue by refunding Rs.1962 at very earliest.

    Shocking Surprising and disgusting flipkart You were not resolved my concern of Missing order whereas block my flipkart account for high return detected by system as mentioned but regret and I am in very much shock that this is my first Flipkart purchase ever so how your system detected high amount of return.
    I had lost Rs.1962 since 20 days and after several complaints and your assurance my issue has not been resolved but you are playing with valued customer without resolving concern of customer since long times.
    I will make sure you will paid huge than my lost amount and you will lost dignity and faith of customers in upcoming days.
    Finally I warned your good office to provide resolution at the very earliest neither you can see what can I do.

    No action taken by flipkart regarding my missing product from order OD[protected] and has not refunded Rs.1962 till now and blocked my account mentioning high amount of return whereas this is my first Flipkart purchase.

      Hi i rajkumar. I have purchased a king size bed from flipkart which is very delicate so i opted for return. Firstly flipkart has rejected my return request then i called customer care and requested for return then the executive from flipkart came and checked the bed and approved the return. After 3 days executive came n dismantled the bed and packed it. Since then it's been 12days nobody came for pickup the bed. I called customer care, flipkart is saying that we have scheduled executive for pickup but they will not come simply they send a text message stating that it is rescheduled for tomorrow, tomorrow again same story rescheduled for tomorrow. Pickup unsuccessful: spacewood mayflower en... With tracking id from flipkart.com could not be picked up today due to unforeseen circumstances. We will try again tomorrow. This are the message which we will receive from flipkart. Please don't buy any furniture from flipkart if you want to return it flipkart will show you hell.

        Hello. I had ordered jade women maroon slippers on 30th may 2018. Due to some reasons i had to return it back and the pickup time was allowed that is 04 / june 2018. The wish master came and collected the box and promised me to have my refund money within one business day back. I kept waiting, and it was 08/june/2018 that i dropped them an email regarding the same. Within one day i was told that my bank account details were not correct. I asked one of my friends to re - enter the details of her account as well, but to that even we got no luck. Till date that is 14/06/2018 i have not received anything. The item costs rs 439. Kindly, please have an immediate action against the team.

            Hello sir/madam this is Dr Utkarsh N Pattar. I have ordered Lenovo tab 3 on 12/06/2018 from flipkart and got it delivered on the date 14/06/2018. I have used the product and I am not satisfied with the product. The product started lagging from the day one itself.. I contacted the customer care and there was no positive response and they said only replacement can be done and not providing the seller details too. As I am in financial I don't want to get the replacement.. I need a refund so that I can buy a other company tablet..

              I used the sbi netbanking as a payment option on 13th June 2018 for redmi note 5 pro flash sale for order id OD[protected].
              Initially i had selected COD, but then i opted for netbanking.

              My bank had deducted the amount, soon i received the message from flipkart that the payment was unsuccessful.
              I tried contacting flipkart through an email but got no reply within 24 hours.

              Currently on my order COD is being shown as payment method.

              I hope you respond me over here.

                I ordered 2 quantity of this shampoo and all day and flipkart give me details of 798 payment but after delivery later changed the quantity even its wrote in invoice 2 quantity of 399 = 798 .. and gave me one product i paid for 2 =800 either give me half of my money back or give me another product . My order no. is OD[protected] . They are doing such frauds with their customers.

                  I have enquired a query regarding my Flipkart Smartbuy 11000mAh powerbank which I bought on[protected] as it is not working to Flipkart smartbuy care which is the body of Flipkart.
                  Flipkart (customer care agent) said to me visit nearby service center in Allahabad (Jeeves Consumer) and service center employee register to replace powerbank. After some days when there is no response from Service Center or Flipkart customer care, I called to Flipkart customer care then they said there is no service for replacement in that city (Allahabad) as their courier partner is not picking products from that area.
                  Then they said to me they (Flipkart) they will give refund to me against the powerbank for which I have to send Powerbank to their warehouse which I have send it second time on 25/05/2018 via DTDC courier and on 30/05/2018, flipkart send a mail to me that they will give refund against powerbank and courier charges too but the amount mentioned for powerbank is Rs. 567 for the refund but the actual price is Rs.675, about this again I have registered my complaint about not giving the actual amount to me, but every day I am contacting to Flipkart customer care but each and every time they says that their concerned team will contact me within 24 hrs / 2 days etc. But no one is contacting to me and not willing to give the refund.
                  Now 2 months are going to complete but none of them resolved my issue yet.
                  This is really worst Indian company and I checked flipkart's data and it says they haven't resolved about 40%-50% complaints registered to them yet.

                    I didn't get my product yet after the promised date.(Promised Delivery Date is 13-Jun-2018 ) this is the second time this has happened and cancelled my previous order(Old Order ID : OD[protected] without any genuine reasons and no one call from flipkart that time. and my waste of time and money getting locked up for these days.

                      I hv placed an order of whirlpool refrigerator 340L double door from flipkart on 08.06.2018 and they provide us delivery date of 14.06.2018 but on d given delivery date they cancelled the product by themselves and given us an excuse that we are not able to deliver the product and we are initiating refund, while i didnt need refund i need a product i requested them several times but they are cheating with customers they only need money to use it for 8-10 days and bluffing people i just need a solution so other customers will not again face the problem

                        I purchased an voltas 2 ton ac from flipkart on friday 18th may 2018 for an amount of rs. 37999/-, and the product was delivered to me on 21st may 2018, the installation service was provided by jeevees, company. It was mentioned on the product page that the charges for installation services amounting to rs. 1699/-, stand worth rs. 750/- and other charges as applicable including stabilizer and other parts. The jeevees guys came and installed the product and also provided a stabilizer worth rs. 2450/- and a stand worth rs. 750/-. After installing all the required instruments (Note: stabilizer and stand are necessary for installation and testing), when the technical person tried to test the product, the product didn't started and it was found to be defective. The technical person of jeevees raised the issue and the product was replaced by flipkart. The replaced unit sent by flipkart was also defective. Then the flipkart initiated the refund and the same was received. Now i am laying down with a stabilizer and stand which the company was refused to take stating that the same is not sold by the company and not a part of the product. It is to be noted that without stabilizer and stand the product could not be tested and if the product was defective then where is the customers fault in that and why i am supposed to bear loss of the amount of stabilizer and stand. On 6th of june 2018, i raised a complaint with flipkart with the ref no. In[protected] which was raised by a flipkart employee who also took on call jeevees employees and manager. All of them agreed that the stabilizer and the stand are to be bought back by the service provided. Now on 12 june 2018 i called flipkart who bluntly refused on the last issue and stated that i should call the jeevees guys and when i called the jeevees guy on 14 june 2018, the same refused to take back the stabilizer and stand, refusing to their previous stand of taking it back and then stating that taking back the product is not in our policy.

                        It was made very clear on the flipkart site that the stabilizer and stand are part and parcel of the product and are necessary for installation and successful running of the product so purchased from flipkart. Now if the product so delievered to me by the flipkart turns to be defective, then where is my fault and why should i bear the cost of the stabilizer and stand. I have requested flipkart and jeevees guys plenty of time and no heed has been paid by any of them and they are making me call the other again and again.

                            I had a experience from the flipkart courier people talking very rude and their not ready to deliver the items. They always want me to collect the items from the courier office. Here after i will not choos anything from flipkart. Everytime iam facing thus issues and i spoke with the courier guys but always want to cancel the order

                              I have ordered Asus mobile in Flipkart I'm happy with mobile but they have mentioned both front and rear LED flash in specifications but this mobile doesn't have any front flash, I have raised this issue in Flipkart but they are not responding to this it's been a week since I'm waiting please do the needful screenshot is attached as per my ordered specifications.

                                Hello,
                                I have ordered 162 pcs mamy poko pant diapers of total cost of 1869 inr from flipkart. Flipkart had delivered only 54 pcs. I have raised the concern to flipkart asking to deliver remaining pcs or refund the amount after deducting cost of 54 pcs.

                                Flipkart has raised return request but after few days i got a message that it is rejected by seller.

                                Now flipkart does not want to return the amount or does not want to deliver the remaining pcs of diapers.

                                Request your support to get refund of remaining 108 pcs or get it delivered to me.

                                I buy ipro powerbank from flipkart on 26th fed, 2018 now my power bank not working.. when i charge from electric to powerbank light is coming and charging tew powerbank but when i try to use from powerbank to other device not working

                                  Sir, i have booked a lenovo k8 plus with flipkart on 2nd jun and received on 4th jun 18. The mobile is faulty the front flash is not working. I submitted return and replacement request on 8th jun but flipkart rejected request. Then again i booked the same request for which flipkart said technician will visit on 13th jun but no technician appeared and they cancelled request on their own. Meanwhile i called up flipkart on their toll-free no. S 4-5 times but they did not replace the mobile. Now i have approached the lenovo service center they say the mother board itself is faulty. Still flipkart denies replacement.

                                    The above card was fradulantly used by using it for purchase of some items from flipkart
                                    The above card is held by my daughter in law anita puri
                                    We have lodged a police complaint for the same.
                                    In the m, eantime we would request you to block the said transaction immediately.
                                    The details of the transaction are as under : —
                                    The value of transaction was rs 45980. Your message for the same sent to my daughter in law anita puri on her ph no [protected] at 14.40 hrs yesterday. But she opened it today morning only. She was surprised to note this transaction.
                                    The person took her card details using his ph no [protected] name anil ghantaghar. Otp no at 14.39 hrs and she sent him the otp al;so innocently.
                                    It is now requested to stop the said supply and the transaction be reversed immediate;y

                                    My daughter in law was issued a credit card no 4377 4848
                                    somebody fraudulently used this card to purchase some thing from your flipkart yesterday and Flip card informed me at 14.40 hrs that my cards has been used for making payment for purchases.
                                    Pl be informed this is a fraudulent use of my card The transaction be stopped forthwith.

                                      Today on thursday 14 june, i received a call from a guy,
                                      He said he is from flipkart and want me to know that i have won tata safari as a lucky customer after buying a mobile phone online from flipkart website. He also knew my mobile model.

                                      He said either u can claim your tata safari or you can claim money rs 12, 0000 lakhs... He had also sent me a text msg which u can't make it out, looking at that any one will say it is from flipkart.

                                      Pls take some serious action, as he has all information of the buyers.

                                      I am attaching his text msg also.

                                        I tried to order the given product worth rs67, 990 from flipkart (Order id: od[protected] on 28th may using sbi debit card, but after i inserted the otp, the transaction failed. Despite that, rs49, 895 was deducted from my bank account (Txn# 584926). I addressed this issue to flipkart before and they said that the money will be reverted withing 8 working days. When the money was not reverted, i contacted again and they said they'll resolve the matter in 3days. But they haven't done anything about it at all. It's been over 2weeks now. I have went to the bank 5 times already and the manager has clearly stated that the money went through to flipkart. They have even provided me the official bank statement (Which i have attached). The order has most definitely not been placed and yet i'm not getting my money back even after 2 weeks. I cannot understand why i will have to go through this harassment for trying to purchase something from flipkart. I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest.
