I have ordered a study table (No. Od[protected] with flipkart on 26.05.2018.

Please note that seller called me on 18.06.2018 and told me to cancel the order as they will not be able to deliver within the extended deadline. Since then i am trying to reach out to flipkart to cancel my order, no one is answering my calls and i am not getting any response.

Meanwhile, as of today the flipkart status shows as "product delivered", when i have not received the original product in hand.

Request you to look into this matter and cancel my order and please arrange the refund at the earliest.

Further to your call on 23rd June, you confirmed that you (Flipkart customer care) would revert within 48 hours, however till date I have not heard anything. Tried to reach you over phone, however the line is always busy. Kindly revert to me at the earliest.
On 10th July Flipkart customer care called me and confirmed that the seller agreed for refund and agreed to get back to me within 48 hours. On 12th July I got a call from Flipkart customer care and they again took all the information from me and said they do not have much information from their internal team and confirmed that they would contact me within 48 hours. I was asking for more information. However, flipkart customer care person was able to hear me on the phone and still flipkart customer care person kept on saying hello hello and just left the message as "not able to hear from me" and cut the call. This is really bad.

Its been a more than a month now. It would be really appreciated if I get refund at the earliest.

    I ordered a phone on 29th may 2018. My order id is od[protected]. Delivery date is 05th june 2018. But, this product is delivered to some other address. Its exactly opposite to my location. I attached that screenshot also. I called to flipkart customer care. They already raised 2 incidents (In[protected], in[protected]. But, after that no response. If i call to that customer care they told like within 48 hours it will resolved. I am waiting for more than 20 days. Flipkart is dead. No response.

      I ordered a voltas 1.5 ton split a c on 16th may 2018. I received order on 26th may. As per flipkart ac should be installed by 6th of june but as per attached document or snaps still[protected] ac installation is pending.
      Flipkart customercare taking complaint again and again in last 15 days but still issue is pending.
      I wants to return my order but flipkart denied for refund or cancel order.

      I purchase ac for summer season... I think flipkart will install ac may in next season of summer... What a service of flipkart...

        My devices honor 9lite have many negativr issues. Its battery is not performing well, hanging issues. I jas been bought only for 1 month. So i like to replace the product pr refund. The work that done by flipkart is very bad. So i would like to replace or refund. I doesnt expeczlt these wprk from flipkart. My phone is getting lagged, camera is not performing well. I have complainted to flipkart about these and haven't even taken any necessary steps. I don't expect these from flipkart. So i kindly request consumer complaint to takr my complaint as a genuine issue. Im just 16 yrs old and mine 10000 has been swallowed by flipkart, so i kindly request you to take necessary decissions or replacing or refunding.

          I have purchase a sony srs-xb10 /bc 10w portable bluetooth speaker on 12/06/2018, and the order was delivered on 19/06/2018 and i am very disappointed by the quality of the blue tooth speaker as compare to the cost of the product so i want to return it but it shows only replacement. I complaint many time to flipkart that my imei is not matched with your data kindly do correction and give me back the buy back guarantee or please redeliver the product.                 Flipkart is cheating its customers through ac installation agents of midea acs. Have received an ac of midea make yesterday. After this receipt, received a call from [protected], installation agent. Flipkart has conveyed that installation charges are rs.1600/-. Everyone, including flipkart & midea are aware that split ac consists of 2 units, one indoor and the other outdoor unit. Now the installation agent mobile [protected], says that indoor unit only shall be installed for rs.1600/- and rs.300/- has to be paid extra for outdoor unit installation.

                  On may 3, around 2:20 p. M, i have done a transaction with flipkart for
                  Rs 12569 (Emi based loan for 6 months).
                  Transaction got cancelled in the middle, i have attached the proof for it.

                  When i contact flipkart, they are claiming that amount did not reach
                  The seller.
                  Flipkart has not initated any refund as they are claiming that they
                  Didnt receive the amount.
                  Flipkart is asking to contact the hdfc bank.

                  When i contact hdfc they are claiming that amount is recieved by flipkart.
                  Please see attached statement - rs 12569 (Emi based loan for 6 months).

                  Even though online transaction was not successful hdfc bank is continuously paying the no cost emi to flipkart.
                  I have hdfc contacted the bank.
                  Bank is telling that merchant has to cancel the no cost emi loan which was availed from flipkart website.

                  Again and again i am asking flipkart. But they are not taking any steps to cancel the no cost emi.

                  Again this month emi amount of rs 2174.98 (2060.91 + 114.07) is paid to flipkart on 18th june2018
                  Similarly last month rs 2174.98 (2038.82+136.16) was paid to flipkart on 18th may 2018

                  Request you to cancel the no cost emi loan which was availed from flipkart website.
                  Also refund the rs 4349.96 (2174.98 + 2174.98) back.

                  Please help.

                  Transaction was done on may3rd 2018, today is june 19 2018.

                  I have not recieved my money. My issue is not yet resolved.
                  I am heavily stresses because of this issue.
                  Kindly help.

Actually I should have to raised complaint on HDFC also, Even After my multiple complaints HDFC have paid two months EMI to FLipkart. They have charged Interest/GST/SGST/Preclosure charge etc. HDFC is not Refunding the amount also. They didnt even provided minimal support from there Side.I had a worst banking experience for last 2 months.

My name is vaibhav jumale and i had ordered motorola e4 plus was ordered on flipkart dt.10/08/17, yet my phone has not copmleted on year and cellphone was not responding properly ex. Apps was not working properly respectively it use to restart automatically restart. There will was small hole in battry strip. Further i spoke with flipkart executive and they suggested me to visit nearest motorola service centre. I was going to twice in motorola care. But they didnt resolve my issue i had visited b m gadget pune authorised service centre, i got very bad response by the manager although. They told me you have paid the cost for that and behaved very rudely. So i request to look in this matter n kindly provide me solution. Waiting for favourable reply.                             As i already made a complaint on 15 jun 18 that i hv cheated by such a big brand name flipkart but till today i didnt get resolution, i make a order of refrigerator on 8th of jun on flipkart they are not able to shipped the on its given expected delivery date that is 14 jun and frm 14 to 18 jun they are just making phone calls and fooling us that you get delivery and giving me dates but finally they cancelled the order by themselves.. Its a prepaid order they used the amount for 10 days and this kind illegal business they have doing and they also get cashback which hdfc bank is providing.
                            Kindly provide me justice i feel cheated and its a loss to me of ongoing offer and mostly the inconvenience faced

                              I have brought a nike shoes worth 2628on may 17 .. The product was delivered on time and my brother brought the shoes from the delivary man I was not in the home because I was out of the town due to my work reason.. I brought the shoes for the eid and I opened the shoes as usual and went for outing after I came back to the home one of the shoe was pilled out.. How can this happen?? Is this the quality of nike.. I am very depressed about the flip kart.. I need another shoe or flipkart should refund the money..if flip kart didn't make any action I will face the law

                                I have brought a nike shoes worth 2822on may 17 .. The product was delivered on time and my brother brought the shoes from the delivary man I was not in the home because I was out of the town due to my work reason..                                   16th june, booked honor 10 headset. 17th June got headset phon. When I open box I see here cloth soap. 19th June Flipkart approved my complained message me replace item and delivered date said 20th June. Courier boy will come but his saying I have information pick to this imei phone. But already I complained phone not here here cloth shop. I talk same time ekart customer care will talk to customer executive his confirmed soap pick to customer than courier boy said to executive mam email to senior pick to customer soap box than I picked.

                                  Hello sir my complaint didn't resolved last time 24th, june customer executive confirm me your problem resolved. his said 25th june your product replace. but today courier boy didn't accepted soap box. his saying I haven't update any soap receive his rejected. I am calling flipkart customer service centre his saying reject to whishmaster. his wrong case. but I am already explained 17th june I haven't receive any phone yeah phone accesories related.

                                    I purchased one jence with filpkart app and for payment i use paylater. But when i got jence its quality not good also not fit to me. I applied for return product but pick-up boy not pick my jence because with jence price tag not available but when i got product i also dont get price tag of jence . And filpkart told me that assure products pricetag available for that but seriously i dont get price tag only with jence i got 3 tag with only give details about company brand and size.. and i also told filpkart that i even pay 631rs for jence (because i choose paylater filpkart service i able to pay for product i next Month ) if my jence not replace or refund .

                                      On wednesday 6/6/18 at 12:04 mins i made a payment for my note 5 pro on flipcart and as payment was successful still the msg shown was order not successful. I have the transaction id which clearly shows that the amount was transferred to flipkart account only as i checked it in my bank.
                                      As it’s been more than 15 days i didn’t got my refund even after complaining and putting several mails on their complain email address. Last time they mailed me your amount will be refunded with in 8 working days but it has nothing progress.

                                      Customer raised a concern stating that the amount was debited from his account but the order was not confirmed.
                                      Spoke to customer and informed that the payment did not go through as it was not received by Flipkart. Request to get in touch with the bank for further assistance. Closing the case.
                                      I have order monola tops rs 869. But I received an empty please. When I opened the package there was only paper and cardboard. I was requested for return. But the return wasn't approved by Flipkart..
                                      I have ordered shoe with a price of 499. amount has been credited from my account initially. Later, i got a message from bank stating that payment has been failed and also ordered has been cancelled.

                                      Requesting you to credit the amount in the same bank and same account number.
