I have ordered Lenovo Ideapad Core i5 7th Gen - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) IP 320E-15IKB Laptop for 38160 on 12th June 2018.

Order No: Od[protected]

Incident: IN[protected]

When I received the laptop it was not booting, I called flipkart they told me to contact the Lenovo Support.

Even Lenovo people couldnt resolve the Issue on phone so on 22 nd June 2018 as per return policy I asked for the replacement.

Earlier Flipkart orders section said they will send the technician by 28th June 2018 and after that they will replace it. I even got the call for the same saying that technician will visit.

But without a Visit and and support next day they updated that the issue is resolved and the replacement is cancelled.

And Flipkart said, Cancelled on Tue, Jun 26th as issue resolved by troubleshooting.
Kindly sort this issue as soon as possible.

Flipkart has really disappointed me by such service experience.

Hello,

Today I got a call saying Lenovo person will call to solve my Laptop issue.

I dont understand that if the technician visit is scheduled on 6th of July and then replacement, then why they will call me cause I am not a technical person to carry out technical things on brand new laptop. And it is my new laptop why aren't you people solving my problem by visiting and replacing it.

Flipkart is just misleading me by communicating things which are not helping to solve the issue but diverting things in different directions.

If you cannot handle or solve this thing at your level then I have no other option to address this issue to Mr. Kalyan Krishnamurthy.

    I had ordered for 36L-size backpack, but your firm has delivered 31L-size backpack, which is smaller than the size I had ordered. I don't want smaller size backpack.
    Please take back the wrong size item and deliver 36L-size backpack.
    If you can not replace it by the item of my required size, do refund my money.

        I have mails and call recordings of Flipkart customer care for the reference if needed by anyone to prove this snapshot and my issue which is still pending and I have no Idea why they are not solving it in-spite of me paying 38, 160/- Rupees and laptop is not functional/booting.

        Kindly see the snapshot for the same.
        This is the service report from Lenovo saying the Hard Disk of New laptop bought from Flipkart is Faulty but Flipkart is denying the replacement now.

          I have placed ordered mi led tv 32 inches the cost rs. 13999 and by mistakenly i have given my office address instead of home address, so in this scenario i have called customer service and i requested to change my address and requested to delivery to my home address. But they were unable. So if its comes to my office address and how can i take to my home? Also i have doubt the installation people jeeves company how they will come and do installation?

              I didn't get my order item but its showing here my order item has been delivered and i did complaint about it but they are taking too much time i am totally disappointed with flipkart service...
              And you have exhausted your delivery date i mean you are already running out off date and you are expecting that should i need to pay full money of it?...

                amount got debited but didn't receive at flipkart end. Kindly reverse the
                amount to my account. As it is stuck at bank account as per flipkart
                customer service team.

                They told me to wait for 8 days for refund or ask you for faster refund.

                  I ordered a pair of shoes cost 3231, which were cancelled from the courier side by saying it reached its maximum attempts and in reality they contacted me only once in the whole process.And when i talked to the customer support helpline they were only repeating three lines and said sorry to me despite resolving my problem.Now after complaining online on flipkart courier services again approached me to deliver the product but than they again did not delivered ot.I got every message and mail that how they fool their customer.I got every proof to case against them.Also as my shies are with courier only therfore i want my shoes not my money

                    I placed an order for my friend using my flipkart account for a product "moto e4plus mobile" from flipkart on 31 july, 2017 for rs. 9999 with order number - od[protected] and it was shipped on same day and then they returned it to themselves after shipping with return id[protected] and it was not delivered to me. The purchase was made using the flipkart gift card which i bought from a website named www.komparify.com. they refunded the amount but it is in their flipkart wallet which i'm unable to use since they blocked my account and didn't open till now. After this issue i had several call and email communication with flipkart for months but they didn't refund the money. And its now close to 9 months and they have stopped replying me and since the gift cards have validity for 1 year it'll expire soon. So i need them to refund my hard earned money. Please help me with this. They completely harassing me without any resolution and i 'm helpless in this case.                     No communication received yet. check attachment I'm hearing same thing order cancelled for 11 months but I need my money back. If order is cancelled you should let the buyer order again or permanently closing account by settling the amount. but flipkart is not talking about the money that is in my account. and the harassment I faced during 11 months. It is easy for them to gulp Rs.10000 but for an ordinary person like me it is my hard savings. Please correct your mistakes and let live others. Don't make someone so humiliated that he might doubt himself and the system for their life while you enjoy in your cozzy offices..

                        By false information flipkart has sold me this product.i was informed that there are gestures in mobile but in reality there is no gestures. Very useless mobile for me.. Wastage of money for me. And flipkart is not taking seriously.
                        Honor company is ready to take product back.but honor is saying that if you have not purchased mobile from flipkart then it woulb have been retured to us.
                        Now my biggest mistake is to buy mobile from flipkart

                          I ordered ADIDAS HELKIN 3 M Running Shoes For Men (Black, Olive)
                          with size UK 9.
                          Same day I requested for exchange because of size problem, it was big for me.
                          so request for size UK 8.
                          Pick up person refuse to take product. He was asking for Price tag.
                          Big problem was we got product without Price tag.

                          Call customer care many times but no result.

                          I am helpless.

                          My QUESTION to FLIP KART is

                          What is the option for customer, if he receive faulty product in spite of it was marked as Assured product?. (My case product received without price tag)

                          As interacted with the customer the issue is resolved now hence closing this case from our end.
                          I am still keeping shoes in same packaging as received.
                          Size is big for me. it is UK 9, while I needed size UK "8".

                          I strongly believe that Flipkart Top Management will do introspect and make process transparent,
                          and rectify lo poles in packaging and delivery of "Assured Product" .

                          Currently there is no way to cross check that whether "Price Tag" was attached in shoes or not before Delivery/final wrapping.

                            I have ordered a mobile in Flipkart online shopping worth Rs. 6000 and i have paid full amount for the order. When i opened the delivered box, it was a detergent soap instead of a mobile which i ordered. This is very shocking for me and i have raised a complained to the Flipkart customer care, at first, they have not accepted my complaint saying that it is not a genuine complaint and they have delivered with the product intact. But, again i have sent an email with the pics which i have and explained all the details. Then they have accepted that the problem is with their seller's end. They asked my proof of identity and i have sent my Aadhar card and address details. Finally they accept for the replacement and send the new pack. But, the delivery partner of Flipkart called as E-kart deny to replace the new delivery pack as they didn't get any confirmation email from them. As a customer, i have talked many times to the customer care of Flipkart, , the issue not yet resolved and i didn't get my mobile yet. In online business, business ethics should be followed because we are relying on them and we are paying amount before we get our product in our hand. I have sent so many emails and calls to them. They are telling that it will be resolved soon but still the issue is not resolved almost a month getting over. I heard that so many online fraudulent activities taking place and as a common man i don't know what to do and how to proceed further if come across a situation like this.

                            Finally Flipkart delivered the item which i ordered Redmi 5A and also they have admitted that the mistake from their end and hope they will investigate further to avoid such incidents in future. Thanks for Indian consumer complaints forum for taking my complaint and response immediately. Thanks for your support. To resolve this issue, i have written so many emails to [email protected], , and i'll call and remind them daily about the update on my order. Each and every time the new executive will attend the call and ask the detail from starting point.. i have to explain all the way to clarify them what has happened. If any of you have faced such incidents, do not give up the issue, , because we have paid our hard earned money to them.. they are not doing any favor to us.                               I ordered honor 9lite with 4gb ram 64gb memory from flipkart on 14th may.But received same phone with config of 3gb ram and 32gb memory.It was a gift.So was unable to know the configuration before the return policy period.                                 WHOM TO BLAME FLIPKART OR BRAND OR SELLER? WORST EXPERIENCE
                                Got defective product (noble skiodo tv 39inch Noble Technologies), after requesting for replacement within stipulated time. they are still making trouble in replacement of product. its Been a month now still our replacement is not been made. They have rejected my replacement without any specific reason. They have rejected my replacement for 4 times by saying that problem has been fixed by troubleshooting, besides of technician visit for every replacement, technician had positive feedback that product is defective which requires replacement and same has been forwarded to concern team. and when i called flipkart they were saying that technician has not followed proper steps. this repeated 4 times and every time i call they again reschedule new technician visit besides of telling them technician has already visited. On 20th June I got call from flipkart that order will be processed without technician visit and will be approved within 24 hours and will be delivered by 23rd june. Today i called flipkart again for the issue now they are saying that it will be processed and will be sorted by 28th june. This Is really FRUSTRATING TO call again and again I Have placed Replacement On 13TH MAY and Now its 24TH JUNE. FLIPKART service is getting worse day by day. I also Called Noble Skido regarding this they are saying to call flipkart as it is their responsibility and flipkart is saying its SELLER responsibility or technician problem. WHOM TO BLAME. WE ARE ULTIMATE CONSUMER WE JUST WANT OUR GRIEVANCE TO BE SORTED OUT. WE ARE NOT HERE TO PLAY BLAME GAME.

                                    laptop exchange policy of flipkart is the worst.

                                    I had bought a lenovo ideapad ip 320e during a sale on flipkart. My order number is od[protected]. I opted to exchange my old laptop in place of the new one. The total cost to me after the exchange was 35000/-. So today the delivery boy came and checked my old laptop. I want to take this incident as a serious action against the manufacturer for supplying dangerous products for consumers, Threat to life, unsafe product for using and Poor quality products.

                                      Got defective product (Noble skiodo tv 39inch noble technologies), after requesting for replacement within stipulated time. They are still making trouble in replacement of product. Its been a month now still our replacement is not been made. They have rejected my replacement without any specific reason. They have rejected my replacement for 4 times by saying that problem has been fixed by troubleshooting, besides of technician visit for every replacement, technician had positive feedback that product is defective which requires replacement and same has been forwarded to concern team. And when i called flipkart they were saying that technician has not followed proper steps. This repeated 4 times and every time i call they again reschedule new technician visit besides of telling them technician has already visited. On 20th june i got call from flipkart that order will be processed without technician visit and will be approved within 24 hours and will be delivered by 23rd june. Today i called flipkart again for the issue now they are saying that it will be processed and will be sorted by 28th june. This is really frustrating to call again and again i have placed replacement on 13th may and now its 25th june. Flipkart service is getting worse day by day. I also called noble skido regarding this they are saying to call flipkart as it is their responsibility and flipkart is saying its seller responsibility or technician problem. Whom to blame. We are ultimate consumer we just want our grievance to be sorted out. We are not here to play blame game.
