Hello,
I have ordered 162 pcs mamy poko pant diapers of total cost of 1869 inr from flipkart. Flipkart had delivered only 54 pcs. I have raised the concern to flipkart asking to deliver remaining pcs or refund the amount after deducting cost of 54 pcs.

Flipkart has raised return request but after few days i got a message that it is rejected by seller.

Flipkart order id: od[protected]

Now flipkart does not want to return the amount or does not want to deliver the remaining pcs of diapers.

Request your support to get refund of remaining 108 pcs or get it delivered to me.

Customer raised a complaint related to delivered product is not the what he ordered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that replacement has been done from seller end same has been confirmed by customer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
I buy ipro powerbank from flipkart on 26th fed, 2018 now my power bank not working.. when i charge from electric to powerbank light is coming and charging tew powerbank but when i try to use from powerbank to other device not working

    Sir, i have booked a lenovo k8 plus with flipkart on 2nd jun and received on 4th jun 18. The mobile is faulty the front flash is not working. I submitted return and replacement request on 8th jun but flipkart rejected request. Then again i booked the same request for which flipkart said technician will visit on 13th jun but no technician appeared and they cancelled request on their own. Meanwhile i called up flipkart on their toll-free no. S 4-5 times but they did not replace the mobile. Now i have approached the lenovo service center they say the mother board itself is faulty. Still flipkart denies replacement.

      The above card was fradulantly used by using it for purchase of some items from flipkart
      The above card is held by my daughter in law anita puri
      We have lodged a police complaint for the same.
      In the m, eantime we would request you to block the said transaction immediately.
      The details of the transaction are as under : —
      The value of transaction was rs 45980. Your message for the same sent to my daughter in law anita puri on her ph no [protected] at 14.40 hrs yesterday. But she opened it today morning only. She was surprised to note this transaction.
      The person took her card details using his ph no [protected] name anil ghantaghar. Otp no at 14.39 hrs and she sent him the otp al;so innocently.
      It is now requested to stop the said supply and the transaction be reversed immediate;y

      My daughter in law was issued a credit card no 4377 4848
      somebody fraudulently used this card to purchase some thing from your flipkart yesterday and Flip card informed me at 14.40 hrs that my cards has been used for making payment for purchases.
      Pl be informed this is a fraudulent use of my card The transaction be stopped forthwith.

        Today on thursday 14 june, i received a call from a guy,
        He said he is from flipkart and want me to know that i have won tata safari as a lucky customer after buying a mobile phone online from flipkart website. He also knew my mobile model.

        He said either u can claim your tata safari or you can claim money rs 12, 0000 lakhs... He had also sent me a text msg which u can't make it out, looking at that any one will say it is from flipkart.

        Pls take some serious action, as he has all information of the buyers.

          I tried to order the given product worth rs67, 990 from flipkart (Order id: od[protected] on 28th may using sbi debit card, but after i inserted the otp, the transaction failed. Despite that, rs49, 895 was deducted from my bank account (Txn# 584926). I addressed this issue to flipkart before and they said that the money will be reverted withing 8 working days. When the money was not reverted, i contacted again and they said they'll resolve the matter in 3days. But they haven't done anything about it at all. It's been over 2weeks now. I have went to the bank 5 times already and the manager has clearly stated that the money went through to flipkart. They have even provided me the official bank statement (Which i have attached). The order has most definitely not been placed and yet i'm not getting my money back even after 2 weeks. I cannot understand why i will have to go through this harassment for trying to purchase something from flipkart. I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest.               I ordered the car key cover on 10th june 2018 and the promise date was by 13th june 2018. As i needed that product immediately i requested flipkart to deliver asap. So the customer support said me to cancel the order we cant deliver. And i said i will wait till the promise date and still the product was not delivered to me. So i called again to customer care and and had a word and they promised me that the product will be delivered by 7 pm if not i no need to pay any amount for the product. But then the product is still not yet delivered. And when i called again to customer care they are ordering me to cancel the order.
              Its a worst service giving from the flipkart
              Flipkart is only for name sake when we go fo purchase there is no proper follow ups and no service giving as they promise they are cheating to the customer
              People please don't get cheated by this flipkart please be careful. Its better to purchase from any other website than going with flipkart.
              This is the worst service given and i do have the call recorded what they promised me and agreed for the free product.

I place the request on 25/5/18 till today 13/6/18 there are no response from your side i call you lots of time with your executive they said that please wait 24/48 hours we solve the problem but in last 2 days your call cannot be connected please solve the problem immediately others vise i raise the complaint in consumer court take a big action from your side

                  Hi,

                  I ordered titan watch for women (Ne2331bm01) on 31st may'18. But the parcel has a different model, i raised a return request 7 times & it got rejected 6 times. Once the guy come to pick up the watch, then he said that the watch i have is different than the one i ordered & rejected it (& that is exactly why i was returning it). Very weird. I don't understand why the return department is not helping me in my return. Very very poor service. I already missed the date to gift my fiancee this watch because of the pathetic service from flipkart & i'm still holding the watch which i don't need.

                    This is a formal notice regarding below issue before filing case in Consumer Court.

                    I had ordered Redmi 5 pro mobile on flashsale by Flipkart on Wednesday 6th June 2018.Complete payment of 16999 rs was made online through credit card.
                    On 7th June I received a package containing tempered glass in a plastic case.I requested return as per the procedure on same day.I received message stating that I will be contacted within 72 hours.
                    I wasnt contacted via phone till 11th June.On speaking with customer service executive he said email is been sent and they are awaiting revert.On reverting the email ;I received email from Flipkart stating that there is unusual return history on my account hence they have blocked my account and rejected return request.
                    i have sent an email asking for any orders that were returned previously from my account as this is not the case.Flipkart has not yet bothered to revert on same.
                    I am unable to login to my account hence unable to chat with customer care.
                    I have been trying to get through on toll free number [protected] for past 4 hours.To my surprise its been busy.

                    This is most worst experience of Flipkart.I have been harrassed enough for 5 days without proper customer service/resolution.

                    I hereby give you 24 hours to contact me and resolve my query.
                    If no revert than treat this as a notice before filing complaint in consumer Court.

                    I have been following up with customer service regularly.None of the teams has bothered to reply.Flipkart is most pathetic online website ro shop.when you plaçe return request they reject saying unusual return history.then they block your account.then when u call customer service says u need to email.upon emailing they say this is not registered email ID.I am going ahead with my consumer cout case as they are fake and giving false reason to reject the request.

                    Guys beware...dont buy anything from flipkart.they are fraud

                      On 13/05/2018, I order an "Air cooler" from flipkart which was delivered after 10 days, I started using it, after 3 to 4 days, product stopped working and I raised a replacement request before 15 days, but they didn't replaced my product yet, I have contacted flipkart customer care but they are giving different time for the replacement of the product but not delivering the damaged product... It's been a long time since I have made a replacement request of the product.

                        I had ordered an item on flipkart an item 0n 15th May 2018, as per their initial committment they supposed to deliver on 7th June 2018 but could not get it till now.. Neither i can track the same.. When i contacted customer care on 8th June, they say, We have escalated this issue with our logistics team u will recieve the shipment max by 11th June, i didn't get the same.Then I called againt them on 11th June, they told u will receive by 13th June. Today when i enquired about my product on the helpline number, the executive smiply answer me it will be delivered after 72 hours(4 days) Is it the the way to deal with a customer? I am really depressed with flipkart. Kindly note i will not be using flipkart anymore and tell my associates also not to deal with flipkart.

                          I had ordered 2 syska ta1a mobile charger black. The said order was delivered by e-kart logistics today dated 13.06.2018. Payment collected by delivery boy was for 2 chargers i. E. Rs. 598/- howeber after opening the sealed box it contained only one charger.

                          Kindly look into the matter and revert at the earliest.

                              I ordered an item from flipkart and the item was incomplete and I have requested for return atleast 5 times but each time the return request is getting cancelled.
                              The customer care also doesn't help, each time I talk to them they say that "Our Team will get back to you"

                                I would like to bring to the Head of customer service that i have been following up for my issue of Refund from 8th june onwards & kept on calling customer service team & i would like to bring to your notice that i have been kept on hold for hours & your senior person too disconnect the call after being said to transfer the call to their manager.

                                Really fed up & disappoint by your service, firstly i was told that you will received the refund by 12th & now they are telling you need to wait till 18th June, please let me know if you don't want to refund the money please tell me clearly on mail. I cannot daily call for the update, even today i call your senior folks (they claimed to be) & they (Deepak) disconnected the call when said they are transferring the call to their manager. If you are right then why are you afraid of transfering the call to your seniors.

                                I know that i'm right so chassing this forward, if you want any clarification or proof you may recall all my call recordings & take further action on this.

                                I cannot wait till 18th to get my money back, let me know if someone from CS team (specially seniors folks) who can listen to customer query / issue before telling straight forward to customer to hold till 18th June, your seniors folks speak about SLA & payment gateway issue, i would really like you understand and know more about this. when asked about this they said for this you need to speak with our payment team, if you cannot provide the answer to what you speak you should not use these jargoans with the customer.

                                Let's see if i get the call after this email or not.

                                    I order on 9th june.. and i want the product for the gift on 12 th june..so i countinously called customer care from 9th date to 12th. They told me that dont worry we will send product on 12th. After that on 11th june, custoner care employee named Harsha told me that your product recahed at your nearest hub so u can go there and collect it. When i go there at nearest hub they said me that your product is yet not reached here..

                                    When i again said this to customer care and they told me that dont worry u will get your product on 13th june..

                                    Then on 13th june i called them that i still not got the product, they told me that it wil reach to u on 15th june now...

                                    Very cheap Employees and very poor service.. Never purchase product from Flipkart..

                                      I had requested a return on 5-6-2018 because the weight of the watch was higher than expected.
                                      The pick up guy came the next day and denied to pick up the product due to price tag missing for the product. I called flipkart customer care and informed about this issue. He told me to cancel the exchange request and place a new exchange request. He also told me to mention in the comment section of the new exchange request that the price tag was missing in the originally delivered item so that next time when the pick up guy comes, he is pre informed about the missing price tag and does not deny the pick up.
                                      I did exactly the same but the pickup guy denied to receive the order as he did not have any instruction from flipkart team to receive my order with missing price tag. I again contacted the customer care and asked them to raise a complaint for this issue. I was told that issue will be resolved by[protected].On[protected] i got a call from flipkart team informing that my product cannot be returned since price tag is a mandatory condition for return/exchange. I informed them that price tag was missing in the originally packed product so i cannot provide them the price tag but they are totally denying that price tag could be missing in the product they delivered. They are forcing me to believe that the price tag was present in the originally delivered order and are totally denying the exchange. I am really frustrated with this incident and want to get this resolved earliest. I want to take legal action this incident

                                        I have purchased flipkart smart buy products (Earphones, trimmer) in the month of march, 2018. At that time flipkart offered 50% discount on kotak mahindra card and those promised to be debited that cashback on or before april 15th, 2018. But still not yet received.
                                        I called in the 1st week of may to ask about the status they replied system is showing on may 10th your cashback will be credited.
                                        They just said the seller posted the amount asked to check with the concerned bank and closed the complaint.. but still not yet got my cashback and flipkart is cheating customers like anything by giving fake offers. I want cancel my smart buy product orders and please refund my amount. Im not happy satisfied with those products and all.
