Sir i have not received my refund in my account till now, flipkart refund date is[protected] to[protected] whenever i call flipkart than they always told to me that this is your UTR number and concern to bank but bank denied that UTR number they told to me that UTR is useless for me. Today when i i again call to flipkart than ther excutive told me that pls contact to bank it's not my fault and i can't help you in this matter anymore, i have only authority to give you UTR number which is already given to you so go to bank .

    I ordered a infinix hot 8 order id od[protected], from flipkart. The order was cancelled after shipping.
    I raised a complaint after which i was notified that it would be resolved by feb, 22. The resolution they gave was blocking my account, stating that their systems had observed a trend in my purchase history that suggests that the items i've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. First of all i request the authorities to check the history of my account to determine if my purchases show any such trend and if not then unblock my account as soon as possible.
    The fact that flipkart blocks accounts without any warning is very concerning and for consumer safety it is very important to take action against such policies that cause harassment to common man.

    They haven't still explained whether they can prove from my last 5 years shopping history if my account was used for other than personal purposes. If not then they should unblock my account right now.
    The reason they blocked my account was i was nearing 2500 Flipkart coins which i could redeem for Rs 5000 Flipkart voucher. And i have seen multiple complaints where the same thing was noticed that whenever a customer was reaching 2500 coins, Flipkart would block their account.
    They still haven't answered my query after such a long time. Their systems may have observed something but can't the humans see the history of products bought that all were order for personal use and can't a person order a single phone. Why will you block and not give a proper reply.

      Ordered waterpurifier and got it delievered on 2 feb. Raised return but not accepted by them.

      We asked them ti get it installed but they are fooling us from past 20 day will be done and same not getting done.

      They asked to get it installed today from outsider. Contatcted 1000 times to them for help but pnly answer will share feedback.

      Want refund for this product with compensation now.

        I have ordered my product on 10th feb 2020 and my expected delivery as per Flipkart was 19th feb 2020 but not happened. I raised complaints to escalation team for the same, they asked me to cancel and reorder again if not they asked us to wait till 25th feb 2020, I agreed for it. Today again got call from Flipkart saying that to cancel order. I just wondered how people are treating customers. In between we had many conversations with Flipkart they assured me that special team is working on it to get my product delivery by today I.e., 25th feb 2020. Today same team called and asked us to cancel because delivery partner couldn’t able to deliver. Today morning I received message from Flipkart saying that your product is on the way to your location and be ready to receive and by evening again words changed by Flipkart saying we couldn’t deliver due to technical issues. How can Flipkart relate technical issue to deliver the product. It’s just blaming customers and cheating us. Customer care and escalation team are disconnecting my calls in between my conversation. Please this as serious note and take action on it.

          Purchased item (Gas stove) is damaged from day i received (When we on burner some parts of flame coming out from down side of burner). Register complaint about the product on flipkart, still date not receive any solution only providing is next date related to problem. They only give excuses like we going to talk with service provider nothing else. From last 15 days i facing problem & i got frustrated by calling them on day to day basis, they even dont care.

            I have already sent below mail to all TOP officials of Flipkart

            Dear Sir

            My name is D Jagannathan, my mobile number is[protected]

            I am a very good Customer of Flipkart (Flipkart Plus member).

            In Feb 2019, I bought “Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1” mobile in Flipkart with “Complete Mobile Protection Plan”

            The “Complete Mobile Protection Plan” was mentioned as delivered on “26th Feb’19” in Flipkart website. (Hope the validity starts after delivery)

            On 18th Feb’20, the mobile display was damaged & it tried to call “Jeeves Customer Care” number from 18th Feb’[protected],[protected],[protected] everyday after I reach home from work (mobile not allowed in office).

            But all the 3 numbers of Jeeves Customer care are not working, says “You have dialed wrong extension”, “Pls check the number you have dialed”, “This number does not exist”

            On trying after 5 days, with frustration I called Flipkart Customer care on 23rd Feb’20.

            The call details are explained below

            1) Spoke with Mr.Vidansh – Flipkart Person Mr.Vidansh said that the Mobile protection plan is valid from 26th Feb’19 to 25th Feb’20. I confirmed this validity 2 times during the call & he re-confirmed the same. He gave the Complaint number IN[protected]. He also gave an alternate contact number of Jeeves, i.e.,[protected]. I tried that number, but they said that it is Large Appliance Customer care, so asked to try the same toll Free numbers.

            2) Again helpless, I called Flipkart. Now, Mr.Ashish (Flipkart) asked all the details & connected to Mr.Inam Rehman (Supervisor). After explaining everything, the call was disconnected

            3) Again, I called & now Ms.Mathuri Sharma (Flipkart) connected to Mr.Aakash (Supervisor). The call got disconnected but he said will escalate to resolve the issue.

            4) Again, I called Flipkart & this time the Supervisor is Mr.Gourav. I explained him that I am trying Jeeves Customer care number for past 5 days but in vain. Flipkart Supervisor Mr.Gourav tried Jeeves Customer care in his mobile & accepted that the Jeeves Customer care number is not working. So, he said that there is some issue in Jeeves Customer care number. Since this is not the fault of Customer, He promised that the Mobile protection plan will be applicable for my mobile & the same will be resolved by 27th Feb’20.

            5) Now, today on 25th Feb’20, I have received many calls – Each call has different Validity – One said it is valid till 22nd Feb, another said that it is valid till 21st Feb’20 & they deny to accept the fact that Jeeves Customer Care is not working at all. They also deny to provide Mobile protection plan to my mobile. This seems to TOTAL Fraudness

            I want to reiterate that I have tried Jeeves Customer Care from 18th Feb’20 (after my office ) till 23rd Feb’20 & the Jeeves Customer care number is not working which is accepted by Flipkart Supervisor Mr.Gourav.

            Now, I need the mobile protection plan to be applied to the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 & get the screen & touch replaced under warranty.

            If you deny to do so, kindly provide your LEGAL Department Contact details, so that I can file LEGAL Compensation Suite in Consumer Court against Flipkart for 100 times of Mobile Cost for cheating Customer with different words/validity each day.

              I had ordered two pair of black heels (From toshina shoes king women black heels) worth rs.798 but got a pair o[censored]seless slippers instead which hardly costs rs.150.

                  Hidesign bag of rs 8995.. Incorrect product received.. It is obvious when u send incorrect product the customer will raise return request.. Pls ensure to raise the return pickup and arrange to refund.. I don't care if id is blocked or unblocked.. Raise it to senior concerned manager and get the return request raised from backend.. U cannot cheat customers and dupe their money.....

                  My account with email id [protected]@gmail.com has been blocked without any reason. I want to unblock it as i have plus membership and i have done almost more than ₹70000+ shopping and this is the gift i am getting for being loyal and i have been not informed about blocking of my account. I wanted to buy laptop but it was showing something went wrong, so i uninstalled the app after reinstallation i was not able to login to the account as it is blocked 😔

                    paylater+idfc bank scam

                    Flipkart had assigned me 5, 000 rupees as my paylater credit and upon checking my Cibil score, i was shocked to fine that IDFC had granted me 60, 000 worth of loan, i have noticed a foul play here and would like to take this as high as possible if we just think about the masses of the people involved in flipkart paylater, we cam guess what big a scam this is. I would like to have a resolution on this as soon as possible....

                    I ordered a nike tracksuit of amount 3995/- and got a duplicate nike tshirt. And when i tried to return it, my account was blocked by flipkart. Why you all do such kind of practices. That just creates mental tensions and time consuming efforts to get things done. I tried speaking to the customer support of flipkart, but they couldn't help in any manner.

                              Flipkart blocked me from playing games in gamezone. I used to won prizes in gamezone. I dont know why they blocked me in playing games. It is the drawback of their game development team. They dont know how to handle the games from hackers. I used in a normal way. I dont know why they say that am a hacker😃😃. It is very ridiculous. Feeling shame on flipkart especially on flipkart development team.

                                Since. The first day i received my phone i was having some problem relating performance issues.. Hence i raised return request,., 2 times so called technician visited my place and with some futuristic application named balcon they test my device... They açcepted we can see lag in youtube but sorry in our great futuristic application we can't able to see.. So they rejected my replacement request.. And mentioned issue resolved customer happy... Like them our flipkart back-end team they also looked into this matter., and being in there people's favour (Great technician) they advised me to visit service centre to get a doa certificate so i visited.. There they told 200% we not give letter for software relating issue, only for hardware relating issue we will provide this letter so what should i do our so called professional flipkart back-end team says to bring a letter nokia service centre says they will not provide... Our so called great technician agree lag in phone but they can't accept because there futuristic application don't show what they see... But i will make sure that it turn to be a big issue in great flipkart... It's not about money it's about how big companies cheat. Consumers... I will spare my time separately for this..,,

                                  As for previous issue in which i got larger size i requested for replacement after you unblocked my account but the size i got in my replacement is still the same. Again when i tried for replacement they again blocked my account for no reason.
                                  I already talked with the consumer care of flipkart but they never call me back.
                                  As situation is getting out of hand i might need to go to consumer court.
