Flipkart — return cancelled and money not refunded | |||
Ordered a hidesign bag worth 8995 through flipkart.. Incorrect product of lesser price was delivered and when return request was raised it was cancelled without any valid reason.. I have sent many emails but with no proper response from the company.. The company now says many return requester which is not correct... Since company has cancelled earlier so why customer should be held responsible... Product is lying unattended.. I need my refund Was this information helpful? | |||

It is obvious when u send incorrect product the customer will raise return request..pls ensure to raise the return pickup and arrange to refund..I don't care if ID is blocked or unblocked..raise it to senior concerned manager and get the return request raised from backend..u cannot cheat customers and dupe their money..
