Since. The first day i received my phone i was having some problem relating performance issues.. Hence i raised return request,., 2 times so called technician visited my place and with some futuristic application named balcon they test my device... They açcepted we can see lag in youtube but sorry in our great futuristic application we can't able to see.. So they rejected my replacement request.. And mentioned issue resolved customer happy... Like them our flipkart back-end team they also looked into this matter., and being in there people's favour (Great technician) they advised me to visit service centre to get a doa certificate so i visited.. There they told 200% we not give letter for software relating issue, only for hardware relating issue we will provide this letter so what should i do our so called professional flipkart back-end team says to bring a letter nokia service centre says they will not provide... Our so called great technician agree lag in phone but they can't accept because there futuristic application don't show what they see... But i will make sure that it turn to be a big issue in great flipkart... It's not about money it's about how big companies cheat. Consumers... I will spare my time separately for this..,,
