Updated by Salman Selod Total poor service flipkart, I m regularly customers of amazon, but this helpless I can say because, flipkart team not providing proper information, after many calls request, they only say sir wait u will receive your order soon wait for one, on 10th of February, I had placed the order a phone which promised delivery time 2days, but on 12th I only received a message by Ekart delay delivery 3days late,
You know what why this is important to share with you because they was an anniversary gift I plan to give my wife on 12th February, you guys fail it, I waited till 13th February same I raised complaint on your flipkart help department, no issue resolve same i cancelled the order on same day,
After few hours again I placed the same order on dated 13th February which promised day to deliver in 2days which mentioned below products, but again same thing repeat on 15th February I received a message from Ekart your delivery delay for 3days, how many time I try to contact with flipkart help department to provide my shipment address shipment phone number where my products is blocked so I can take from there, but no chance to get shipment address or phone,
This is fun or what firstly your fail my anniversary n blocked my money, better I can buy from local shop where they give immediately,
I had never got problem from amazon but flip poor, very poor services,
I would request you to revert on my post wait for great revert,

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We would like to inform you that we tried reaching you on your registered number 810****662 on 21 Feb 20 at 02:07 PM but we were not able to reach you. We have sent a mail in your registered email Id, if you want us to reopen the case, kindly revert on the same mail.
