Hi flipkart team i have ordered calvin klien shirt order id od[protected],, as it size fit issue i raise a return request they rejected my request my account blocked, i want to return product or replacement of my product. They simply blocked my account so that i can't approach them and can't put return request again i want my refund, its worth 4499 rs, to my bank account

Hi, Flipkart as my order I received is size fit issue it is very tight and cost I purchased rs 4499, and item I received not at all satisfactory and your service is not at all satisfactory, its online market we have right to exchange products if it is size fit issues we can't see lively it will happen of returns, I want replacement of my product or return of my product, kindly understand the same, unblock my account

Hi consumer complaints Team,

Online market is that we are buying without seeing lively we are ready to buy because we have return and replacement option, but Flipkart cheating and frauds are more now a days you can see number of complaints daily register in name of Flipkart, they didn't gave a warnings of high number of replacement, , I have asked Flipkart to replacement of my product because of size fit issue, they blocked my account permanently, as I am request you to act on this consumer team.

This online fraud happening major from Flipkart shopping app we are not all happy and satisfactory from Flipkart, I will spread and make YouTube channel and educate people that not to buy Flipkart any item here after, its my warning, I will create issue on Flipkart..

    I placed an order yesterday evening march 21th, 2020 and amount of inr 16000 through emi from my account and i got confirmation email : "hi customer, order successfully placed. Your order will be delivered by wednesday, march 2020. We are pleased to confirm your order no od[protected]. Thank you for shopping with flipkart! And today when i try to track the order, it says:"oops! Looks like this order does not belong to your account."

        Ordered a mi tv 4a pro on flipkart on march 3rd and and received on march 7 and installation on 10th march but on the installation day there is a samsung old used one in the mi tv box and seal on down is tampeted. I've raised a return request on same day and in march 15 i got call from courier partner for a pick up but he denies the pickup by saying - sir flipkart given mail to pick up damaged product but yiur case is displaced product so we can pick up and then i've called flipkart on same day and they said _well provide resolution on or by march 18 but on march 18 i've got a mail that of extension of date to march 21st and today on march 21st i've received another email regards saying wait for 72 hours more and resolution will be provided by or on march 23 and they said _ sir there is another option that to cancel the present return request and to raise a new one so we can work properly. After wasting my time these much days now saying this thing and also iam not assured that they will pick up the product on march 24, so i need an explanation and flipkart issued me a pick up date of this on march 24 and replacement will be delivered by april 3rd now the replacement unit in my flipkart orders page is showing cancelled on march 20 and not showing the replacement product delivery date and details. Need explanation

          Due to poor security guidelines in flipkart, an online fraud has happened. An unknown person requested to alter prepaid product delivery address and flipkart supported him, though it was not from registered email or mobile number.
          Flipkart is not acknowledgeing the problem even after 8 days of complaint. They did not deliver the product to me and not refunding also.

            I have purchased air conditioner on 16 and delivered on 18 and the installation happened on 20. Cooling was not that much impact. Now technician told it should be 1 ton instead of 0.80tn. I am ready pay excess for higher tonnage immediate. I had a chat with flip card and they said it cannot be revived. I have requested a lot of them. If thenpuspose was not fulfilled how can i use the product.

              It's in reference to the order id od[protected]. I purchased new phone with exchange policy where there is no mention of scratch in the checks to be conducted for old phone.

              The phone was rejected for scratch and the wishmaster claimed that it's dent. Attaching the picture of the same.

              I know what's the difference between dent and scratch and hence filling this complaint for appropriate action to be taken.

                  As i have been in a contact with your customer executive since today morning and i am not getting any positive response from your executive or the manager as i have received my previous orders 3 days after the delivery date but this time i am expecting the delivery to be on date and i am not able get the product on date this is worst customer support which i have received from flipkart which i was not expecting and you should have the info of your seller as well as courier partner if you are not able to contact seller and courier then there is no use of calling the customer support, you guys have to maintain the track record of your customers as well before only i have received the order after 3 days then the mistake should not be repeated for the third time if your not able to solve the problems of your customers until it has been reported by the customer then you guys are not doing your work properly, i was expecting the delivery on the same date but 2-3 hours earlier if you cannot provide that also then there is no use of ordering from flipkart.

                      I have raised booked a flight from bangalore to indore for 21st march 2020, due to caranovirus issue, i rescheduled my flight (On 16 march 2020) from 21st march 2020 to 23rd may 2020, i received an email mentioning my reschedule request received

                          I ordered wwe 2k19 ps4 game cd in flipkart which costs 2385 rupees and order number is od[protected].

                          After opening the package i found grand theft auto game cd instead of wwe 2k19 ps4. I tried calling to flipkart customer care[protected], but no one is picking.                               I have bought shirt, received, just saw and placed order for return, pick up man comes and refuses to pick up, as per pick up man reason for return should be stain, as per customer care poor fabric quantity is a valid reason, the same pick man comes, he understands neither Hindi nor English, he is not ready to listen to customer care explanations, total 4 return orders got canceled automatically,
                              Even customer care personnel are horrible, their patent dialogues are " we understand your concerns Sir, you don't worry, we will do 100% to help you, " but their support is zero, and at end of call of call, they will ask for good feedback,
                              I have placed return request for 5th time with Order ID - OD[protected].
                              I have left shopping with Flipkart 2 years ago, this is biggest mistake I did shopping with Flipkart,
                              Other online sites are much better,
                              " Shopping with Flipkart is horrible "
                              Flipkart has to understand, spending money on advertisements is not enough, spending money on celebrities for promotions will futile if your ground level employees are working this way,
                              Customer care personnells are only modest to lilsten to, but not able to resolve the problems.
                              Pick up man not potent enough to understand.
                              If it was Amazon, i would have order new shirt after having got the refund.
                              Even customer care personnells don't try escalate the problems to their seniors after having been not able to resolve the problems.

                                I have been using flipkart for a long time so i have long purchase history in my account. Now i am living abroad but my family is still using electronic appliances in india. Flipkart blocks my account due to some unknown reason. I ask them in every possible way on twitter, emails (Which are not working), chat, etc. But nobody could give me a proper reason. Finally they sent me an email that we have canceled your order for irregularities in payment. But surprise is i have not ordered anything from flipkart!!!
                                So now they have possession of all bills and credit card details and they dont allow me to my account.

                                  Hey, i'm a regular costumer of flipkart. More over a plus member and sadly the cod option is disabled for my account. I had to cancel some of my orders due to quality reasons. I've called the help centre. Still, they haven't cleared the issue. So, i request it to be cleared asap. For confirming i've checked with most of the products to ensure i'm true and yes, the same products are available via cod for the same address provided.

                                    I have been experiencing problems for the last 15 days but my problem has not been resolved yet. Please pickeup my product and return it to me. Did not and it gave flipkart incorrect information or canceled the pickup because the product was damaged so my product is not a jbl brand different brand and totally local brand speaker received by me but not solved my complain
                                    There is no company name written on the speaker. The wishmaster said that this is not a jbl speaker so we could not remove it and later show the wrong reason that the item is dameg.
                                    If you can, i request flipkart to refund me. I want a refund. Because you are no longer trusted.

                                      I have bought a product from flipkart on the 26th of february 2020 and received the same on 28th february 2020. Due to quality issues i wanted to return the product, thus requested for return on 3rd march. But flipkart canceled my return request without even informing me. So i filed for return request again on 9th march, but flipkart again canceled my request. On 9th march, my return period got over as seller provided only 10 day return policy. So i contacted flipkart to resolve the same, again they took a week time to answer my query, but no response at all. They are not taking the product from me neither returning my money. I have paid 4654 inr for the product, which is not a small amount. Flipkart is showing full negligence and not helping me at all. They locked my money. I have paid the money through credit card and waited for 3 weeks, still no response. Why should i pay for a product which i do not want by my credit card. Flipkart has completely violated consumer rights and hurting me through the delay in returning my money. I have spent hours of time for calling and talking the same to the flipkart consumer care, where there is no solution given. They took my money, time and peacefulness.
