Hi i make a order id - od[protected] on 11th feb 20 for a mobile. I used 2 gift card for making payment of value 3997 and 4002/-. On 14th flipkart cancel this order. I didn't receive any refund of value 4002. I connect with customer care. They are making excuses for do wait request you to please look into the matter and help to get my money.

    Why are you blocked my account without proper intimation.
    When i am return the havells ceiling fan returned from flipkart account automatically blocked, why i am returned product missing fan cups, so i returned the product. Plz unblock account.

      I do not understand why everytime the led tvs from vu or iffalcon and thomson are not deliverable to my location.
      My location pin no is 787057. It is a semi urban location and one of the proper city in our state.
      It is really unfortunate everytime i try to buy led tv from flipkart, it shows the items is not in stock for my location. But why???.
      There are many delivery service providers in our place. I have check the delivery options for other districts of dhemaji also. It's not delivering anywhere in dhemaji district. It's really a big question to clarify from your side. Mere excuses would not work. If you are really doing business then this type of situations are not fair for customers. I hope my complain will be heard and necessary actions will be taken by your company.

        5 inch women heels return and account login issue

        मैंने दिनांक 07/02/2020 को flipkart से alan jones solid men dark blue track pants ऑर्डर किया जिनका order number - od[protected], कीमत 699/- था और दिनाँक 13/02/2020 को delevry हुआ परंतु colour बहुत ही different था जब मैंने flipkart से रिटर्न करने का प्रयास किया तो मेरा flipkart account को ब्लॉक कर दिया गया, जब मैंने flipkart custamber care से बात किया तो 15/02/2020 तक इंतजार करने के लिए कहा गया जब 15/02/2020 आया तो email के माध्यम से contact करने कहा गया मेल मे मैसेज करता हू तो कहता है कि मैंने कई बार रिटर्न करने का प्रयास किया जबकि term and condition मे ऐसा नहीं है, जब मेरा समान मे कुछ प्रॉब्लम है तो उसे रिटर्न कर सकते हैं, flipkart ने मेरे साथ बहुत बड़ी धोखाधड़ी किया है मैं flipkart के ऊपर national counsumer girevane मे flipkart का fraud का camplain दर्ज करूंगा, flipkart बहुत cheating किया है!

          1. My registered no. With flipkart is[protected].

          2. I have placed an order for 'hometown simply engineered wood study table' on 23.01.2020

          2. It has been delivered to me on 11.02.2020.

          3. A technician come today i. E. On 15.02.2020 and found that the table is defective.

          4. Thereafter, return & replacement request is placed by him/his team.

          5. Now, i do not want this product. I just want refund for rs. 3, 141/- which i have earlier paid for this product.

          6. I have called the customer care and the executive told me that there is no refund policy; there is only replacement policy.

          7. I am a faithful customer of flipkart, and i have ordered many items from the flipkart. Usually, i do not prefer return of any item.

          8. Now, in this case, as the item is defective and return request has been placed from the company side only, then why we the faithful customer cannot have the right to claim refund.

          9. If the product is not trustworthy, can't we customer have simple privilege to get the refund?

          10. I request to kindly make arrangement to refund my amount.

              Od[protected]. Not satisfied by your resolution i wont take 100 rs gift card only for missing bag beacuse it is too less and not adjustable. So kindly request your seller to plz increase the amount. This is totally cheap and bad service. Kindly note very carefully thati will not take 100 rs thats final. My prefered amount is 400 to 500 plz be noted

                I had ordered for a microsoft vision 2019 license on 6th of february2 019, with payment in cash against delivery. Order id no od[protected]. It was delivered on 13th february 2019. On delivery, after i paid cash, the package contained two documents, one was an invoice and other other was a letter stating that i need to contact a business watsapp no (91-[protected]) or the email id ([protected]@razersharp.in) to get the license key. The wastapp no was switched off and on emailing also, no response was received.
                Upon canceling the order and asking for refund, the flipkart customer care representative assured i will get my refund within 2 working days and someone will come to collect the package back.
                Neither the person has come to collect the package nor have i received my money back.
                It compels me to insist that now the person coming to collect the package need to give me written confirmation on flipkart letterhead confirming that the money of rs. 3000/- shall be refunded back to me.
                Request you to please help me out and expedite this matter. I am in urgent need of cash.

                  My flipkart paylater is not working from last 3 months.

                  I have tried more than 100 times in different phones. "its says try after some times." or try again.

                  I have tried re-install app also in different phones its not working.

                  When ever i call flipkart customer care they will to try after 24hrs this is redicules
                  Every time same story they will repeat and no. Complain has been raise even after request.

                      I ordered karbon keypad mobile phone (Order number - od[protected] on 5 feb 2020.. They delivered me this product on 11 feb, i got the defective product as it's screen keeps blinking speaker quality is bad and also the back cover is not worth it. I placed return request on same day but they continue reject my return request and said that the reasons are not valid and i choose the reasons which are mention in points.. But they said me to keep wait until next 48 hours and son on... Today it's been 5 days i don't get my return request approval... They don't solve my issue and also waste my time in this.

                        Ordered for an huami amazfit bip smart watch from flipkart and for which i was really disappointed to get a product which has the worst quality in the world and moreover does not match the display description as per portal. i have even called flipkart may be around 04 times to return the product and whenever i speak to the associates they take my request and use only one rebuttal "i can understand your problem:" and when i ask them to escalate the call to the supervisor they always disconnect the call. i have proof and recordings for the same. nobody from the escalation team calls back the customer. as per flipkarts return policy i have asked the return from the same day the order was shipped.

                          I purchased Nokia 55' TV last Year, and working good for some time but recently i got some issue on TV that is related to display like getting disturbance on Display but after some time its automatically work good. So i did not register any complaints. Recently before 1 Month its completely shut down and display is not coming. but i were at my native so did not able to raise the complaints at a time, and i came to Ahmedabad and register complaint, after registered complaint service person has came and told me that their is an issue on your display which cant be entertained as your warranty was just completed before 15 days. i told him entire story and also ask that is this display's expiry date is 1 year? i also told him that i were at my native so did not able to register complaint on time but they have not listen any thing. and given a very bad shape of service, i tried to call his Service centre but they have clearly told that we can not do any thing.
                          I only asking here that after one year customer has to throw this TV?

                            Od[protected] since it is my final decision that i wont take only 100 rs as a compensation for missing free bag. Because it is too less if you see a normal diaper bag price starts with 399. So how would you expect me to be sweat by your resolution. Request your merchant to increase the amount. I will ho ahead if you are stick. For any queries you can contact to me at [protected]. Plz note very clearly that i wont take 100 rs and also in regards to replacement it cannot be done because i have start using this item. When i raised a compliant your chat team told me that seller will provide you compensation for only missing bag and suggested that you can also use that item.                             I have ordered a phone Poco X2 of Rs. 16, 999 prepaid and it was in transit then suddenly flipkart blocked my account. Now costumer care doesn't give any information about my refund. And i can't login and see anything about my order.

                            I have ordered many products via flipkart and have not seen this issue before and now i cannot place the order for asus rog phone 2 to my pincode-110017
                            new delhi and it is not like the product is unavailable... it is available but they are not delivering to my pincode and i can order other mobile phones but not this one
                            My Flipkart account is blocked before 2 years..i complained many time but they didn't care my any complaints..if they don't unblock my account then how can i pay my Flipkart pay later payment..if they unblock my account i am ready to pay..i am trying to resolve this before almost 2 years..kindly help me

                              I have placed order refrigerator on 21st jan2020, same delivered on 29th jan2020, on same day i have complained that got damage product as there was a dent on refrigerator door. As per policy technician supposed to visit on 2nd of feb2020, but he didn't, 3rd and 4th feb also not visited and finally canceled replacement without any reason. Again raised for replacement, technician visited on 6th feb 2020, he sent report that damage product and also dent on door. Pic and report i have also sent to flipkart. Then finally got approved for replacement on 9th feb2020. 10th feb got call for pick up but he told, will pick next day as he came on two wheeler. Next day didn't call, 12th and 13th feb no call but they simply put out for pick, they never reached me, i called them but they didn't pick call. Suddenly can see cancel replacement. I called to customer care why cancel he dont have info and no proper support as well.
                              I keep following closely but didn't work and worst service i got.
                              Take immediate action for above and replacement.

                              Defective Radio delivered today for which full payment given. Matter reported to customer care telephonically and got verbal assurance to replace with new one. No firm confirmation message or email received.
                              Early action for replacement requested.

                                My flipkart email id - [protected]@gmail.com
                                My flipkart account has been blocked since november 2019 and "number of return requests high" is the reason from their end.
                                I am a very old customer of flipkart (Flipkart +). You can check my order histories that for how long i've been shopping on flipkart and the total amount that i've paid till date.
                                If they consider me as a fake customer, then it should reflect from my net flipkart shoppings, which is not the case.
                                If i recieve a wrong/unsatisfied product, then i have the right to return/replace it.
                                I have requested them many a times (20+) to unblock my account, but there has been no response from their side.
                                Please make them unblock my account.
                                I'll keep the return/replace conditions in mind from now onwards.

                                  Recently my flipkart account has been blocked stating that i have returned many products i cont keep the products ilwhich i don't like right and they did not mention any restrictions on returning number of products without informing me i have 2000 super coins i want use them you guys cannot block without clearing the wallet and super coins and i want my account to be unblocked again

                                    After so much complaints my orders are still getting cancelled. I have ordered a tv @ 20999 but it is getting cancelled. Now the price is 27999. What should i do. Order i'd od[protected]. I want that product at same price. Kindly provide me solution. I have ordered it 4times. And all the time it got cancelled. Also i have contacted the customer support team they assured me that the product will not cancelled. But it got cancelled.
