This is to informed to you that i have ordered wonderchef chopper from flipkart and they delivered local chopper of rs;- 50 instead of original product then i have applied for replacement and after 2-3 days they deleivered the same local chopper of rs;- 50 instead of original chopper. Please take action as soon as possible and i want refund as well as necessary compensation.

    Constantly fooling customers around.
    Laptop issue order id - od[protected]

    I still haven't got my refund of emi in my hdfc debit card account.

    I paid 1796 rs as first emi and now the bank officials are telling me i will be getting 1268 only with 528 rs cancellation charges.

    I was told by your senior that there will be no cancelation charges applied on emi.

    Why is your team giving constant fake updates.

    I want strict action to be taken against this fake updates by your team members.

    Flipkarts grievance and senior team is of no use.

    I have called flipkart three times today and all three times call was disconnected.

    It's seriously irritating to call flipkart again and again.

    I hd canceled the product on 16th dec 2019 and still no update.

      Hi, i am ashish kaithwas, i want purchase mobile realme 6 and booked it from running sale on flipkart (19th march to 22 march 2020) but after successful order placing the seller vision star has cancelled my order immediately. This happened four times and were cancelled all my orders. I request u to take hard action against flipkart for bad services.

        I have ordered 2-3items on flipkart and i dnt find it good so i return it. After my return request they blocked my account and i have some amount dues on paylater in flipkart which i am not able to pay now because my id had been blocked. I had mail and call so many times in flipkart but they don’t give me a proper reason or solution. If i doesn’t pay amount in paylater its degrade my credit score because my pan card is added in paylater. So, can u please look after this and open my account on flipkart.

        High number of returns. I have return more items then which you r making an issue. Its not mention anywhere in your clauses that i don’t return this number of items. If i doesn’t find anything good i have to return it and its my customer right. How can you may this a issue and blocked my account. If you don’t open my account its degrarde my credit score because i have some dues on paylater. I will go to higher authorities to pay you for this.

          Today on 19th mar 2020, i have checked a phone on flipkart and the expected delivery date was 20th mar 2020 but after placing the order it changed from 20th to 29th. Now the company representatives are not giving me any resolution. No response is received from the company why my order is not getting delivered on time. I have called them many times. Attached are some proofs in which it is clear that the delivery was needed to be done by 20th. Please help.

            I need my hard money refund. Flipkart selling the product with High price and removing the price tag invisible to customer.

            I ordered hand Dettol handwash from Flipkart which cost me 699 Rs, 2 bottles 200+900ml . Now i see on flipkart price is 149 which might be actual price but i see out of stock. When i received my product today i observed that price tag scratched. That means they are selling the product more than actual price. I want this kind of things to be stopped.

              Hindustan Ayurveda Speed Growth Height Increase Chocolate Flavor 100-gms I received this product today and when i unpacked the outer cover i saw the container was open in fact the cover inside it was opened too as if somebody has either checked it or taken some amount out of it . this was really unexpected from Flipkart.

                  I have lost the number that was previously registered with flipkart, now when i want to change the registered number to my current phone number it sends an otp to the old number which i don't use anymore. Becauseof this i am not able to use the super coins. I would like to request the customer care to resolve my issue as i have been a customer of flipkart for last 5-6 years constantly and regularly buying stuffs from it.

                      Firstly the send me the totally different product and that too is defective. When i tried to place the return request, these people reject my return again and again without clarification and without resolving my issue. They don't even call me to ask wht issue i am facing. Whenever i contact flipkart customer executive through chat or call, they just only tell me one thing that wait for some days and issue will get resolved but till now none of my issue is resolved. They did not even contacted me once. I want my refund back. And i will never buy any costly product from flipkart and i will also tell my friends to not buy any high cost product from flipkart becoz these people cheat us and also deliver different, duplicate and used product.

                          I have just purchased a new number from market and while registering first time on flipkart it says its is alreday regiested on some name as "suresh kumar" with some "[protected]@gmail.com" email id.

                          Though flipkart is unable to help me as i dont know who suresh kumar is and while using forget password link it send the otp to old email id also which i dont to whom it belongs to.

                          My question is why flipkart is not help me wherin i am the owner of the number. I am unable to register my number.

                          Flipkart never respond and ignore consumers by posting irrelevant messages.

                          I ordered some tops and also payed the amount through phonepay, because of some issues I cancel the order immediately, they said that the amount will refunded to my phonepay wallet by today but it not refunded. It is a big amount for me.

                              Hi,
                              This is preetam singh having the flipkart plus ac with [protected] id.

                              Last year in june 2019 i'd purchased a marq inverter ac 1.5 ton 3 star from flipkart with order id# od[protected] and got it installed on the scheduled date.
                              Again this year in march i got some problem in my indoor unit as swing problem. Later i got to know by marq personnel that motor for swing of the indoor unit is out of order and then i complained about it on flipkart.
                              Next day a person comes and checked the product and product feedback was given to flipkart and same day i got a email from flipkart, as your ac returned request is approved and new product will be delivered by 14 of march and defective products will be picked up on the same day.
                              Along with this i got another mail about un-installation of the ac, and one personnel came and he did the un-installation of the ac and packed in the boxes.

                              Next when the product was to be delivered on the scheduled date of 14 march 2020, flipkart wishmaster visited my home and he just clicked some photographs of the ac indoor and outdoor unit and immediately he denied to either pick or deliver the ac without giving any reason and he moved.

                              Then on the same day i lodged a complaint on flipkart helpline no about the issues and i was given the time of 18 march 2020 that they will solve the problem but on 18 march 2020 again there was no any communication regarding my issues and again i was given the next date of 19 march 2020, still my case is pending no one is taking the initiative and me & my families are living in this summer without ac even though i've purchased the ac.

                              I need the reasons why such things happened and no one is taking the initiative. I'm suffering due to flipkart irresponsible behaviour.
                              Why flipkart uninstalled the ac if he was not allowed to return the product.
                              Why i got the mail about ac return approval and will be uninstalled soon.

                              Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible or else i'll move to consumer court how flipkart cheated with customer and waste the time.
                              Kindly find the attachment that i received from flipkart for your kind reference.

                                      my product delivered by Delhivery company because that time E - kart company was not opened here so the reverse pick up is arranged through Delhivery company but agent always cancel the pick up without visiting my place

                                        I ordered maybelline new york fit me matte+poreless liquid (With pump) foundation in the shade 120 classic ivory. The product delivered to me is in the shade 128 warm nude and there is no pump attached.
                                        I also ordered a maybelline new york fit me concealer in the shade 20 sand. There is barely any product in the tube delivered. It appears empty (Already used).
                                        Flipkart is selling fake products. They are not returning my money when i raised the issue saying they dont have a return policy.
                                        Return policy only applies when correct transaction has taken place and not when wrong/possible fake products have been delivered.
                                        Flipkart should not cheat customer and should return my money immediately.

                                        The delivery was proposed on the 12th of march, it is 15th march and there is no information from their end. It still informs the 12th of march on their website. In spite of raising a complaint they aren't responding.
