Dear team,
After the replacement received, there was installation that was suppose to happen. We got the message that it is scheduled to happen after two days from tv arrival. Suddenly, we received a message on next day stating that the installation is done successfully, which actually didn't happen and when we tried reaching flipkart customer care that is also not happening.
Every time after the installation, we get call for sharing the feedback, even that has not happened. I have attached the snapshot of the message, please check.
When replacement arrived there are dead pixel on panel, that was also supposed to be reported, even that has not happened. I am unable understand what is the exact issue here, tv arrived after so much of struggle, then issue with tv and then again struggle with replacement and technician issues.
When i received replaced tv, again dead pixels issue along with installation service issue.
What is the use of being flipkart plus member, if i have to face so many issues. This has happened with me for first time and earlier also i have purchased washing machine, fridge but no issues. This was a gift for my husband on his bday but thankfully ruined because of your services and lack of communication.
Spending so much money and purchasing something that we value and then such services ruin the complete trust over ecom.
