Please let me know if you need any other information.

    I will not get my refund in bank account. I am purchased a book and do online payment. Then i cancelled it after 10 minutes on 6th august 2019. Then i call to bank customer i give all detail they told me that we have not any problem in your bank account please contact with the company that give you refund. Flippant and the bank don't help me i lost my refund

      Good day.

      I want to raise my below concern and please advice accordingly.
      I bought a phone from flipkart under exchange programme.
      This was my 3rd time for buying my phone and every time i clarified with costomer care regarding one issue that my phone has minor scratches on the body, and they say that will be exchanged.
      But everytime delivery boy come, and say, even if you call flipkart ceo he will not take.
      I have read flipkart policy, they didnt say any thing about scratches.
      I want to make issue for this concern.
      Can you please provide proper instruction for making this issue in consumer forum against flipkart and his associate partner

      They are just making fun i[censored]s.

        M/s Flipkart has not yet refunded my money Rs.26999 even after 38 days have gone. Delaying intentionally my refund day by day.

        This shall have adverse effect on Flipkart's Goodwill in online business.

          Hi have place grocery order from flipkart supermarket and it was expected to delivered on 5th august. After that it got rescheduled on 8th august but i haven't received the grocery yet. I called many times to customer care number but they are not giving proper answers. One of the customer support member whose name is amen was talking so badly and shouted on me by saying he will disconnect my call. The solution he provided that after 24 hours you will get order cancel option but it is still not there. Please refund my money asap

              Calling the customer care service no. Ample times they are only saying it will get delivered on or before 15aug'19
              But 15th august is national holiday so i don't think so ekart service will be functional

              I hope prompt action will be taken

                Subject: complain against ekart.
                Respected sir,
                After a long passed my buy back approved and i had received sms 12th august 2019 samsung galaxy a70 to be delivered. After contracted with customer care, it has came to my notice that due to heavy rain delivery delayed but it will be delivered on 14th august 2019 positively. I also received sms and also ekart mobile no. I again received further sms that ekart rejected my delivery.
                May i know the reasons how dare ekart who can do this,? If not please lodge a complain from me and take necessary action.
                Please arrange to deliver my order within 15.08.2019 other wise i have no other alternative but to take appropriate legal steps/ consumer forum/national consumer forum for resolved.
                I have to think whether i continue with flipkar or not.

                      I ordered 2 stuffs worth 528 from flipkart via paylater on july month. The last date to pay the amount without fine was august 10 and i paid on august 10 evening. When i first payed via my atm debit card it showed card not supported "3d enrolment not supported" then i used my friend's atm debit card to pay and i paid it but during the first payment the amount 528 has been deducted from my account and from my friend's account later. I need my cash back and i was happy and a flipkat lover until this happened. Please take this issue seriously and solve this problem as early as possible.

                        I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I can't play, i don't know why it occurs.i like to play this.

                          This is the third time I'm complaining about the same issue.

                          First of all, I'm requesting you to not reply with
                          " Hi,  
                          We are sorry to let you know that our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. "

                          Please read the issue fully and understand it before replying.

                          (2nd Time) - May I Know what the trend you are talking about???
                          As I already said that the mail i received saying 'bla bla bla' is not my mistake to get my account blocked.
                          Hence I registered a complaint here at consumercomplaints
                          But you are replying here the same 'bla bla bla' !!!

                          Why Flipkart why ?
                          As I was a Flipkart Plus Member.
                          Is this the customer support you are giving ?

                          Even the mail support is not working
                          When I mail something I'll get a response saying
                          "Hi,

                          Sorry, the email ID [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use.Please visit our Help Centre here to get quick answers to your questions or to contact us."

                          and when I click on the link that provided in the mail it'll ask to login and again the account is blocked...

                          (1st time) - I tried to order a gaming mouse which has an offer, but when it's in shipping stage the order was cancelled. Without notice.
                          When i contacted cs they told order was cancelled by seller because of stock issue and the incident will not repeat again...

                          So i tried booking the same product again after 2 days. And again the product was cancelled by seller.

                          But now my account is blocked for booking the same product multiple times...

                          When i contact cs, they are telling that they don't know the reason why my account is blocked and raised a request to backend team.

                          But i received a mail saying "we'd like to let you know that your recent order (Od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

                            I ordered my groceries on 2nd Aug 2019, which was to be delivered on 7th aug 2019.When I was expecting delivery on 7th august, they rescheduled my products for 11th august 2019. I raised the complaint and executive said that they are sorry for delay in delivery but it will be delivered till 11th august 2019. But on 11th august they again rescheduled it for next 7 days i.e; till 18th august 2019.
                            Again i raised the complain but even tough they did not commit that it will be deliver till 18th august. So i cancelled my order today.
                            Please help me, how can i go for compensation because these products(pulses, sugar, oil etc) were for daily uses and they took too long for that without informing me.

                                  I used to participate in the games in flipkart gamezone. Suddenly, i could not a access the gamezone any more. I have gone through the t&c and nowhere it has been mentioned that the game should not be played using multiple accounts in a single device. If that is an expectation of flipkart, a intimation regarding the same could have helped. Instead, the access to the gamezone has been removed without any warning. I would like this situation to be resolved.

This is a very very BAD PRACTICE of online retailer Flipkart towards customer specially after overtaken by the Wall Mart.

                                      My account is blocked . flipkart say that I have bought more items ..so they are not allowing me to login..please help ..its been more than 48 hours...they r eCommerce and blocking people who buy more products from them..whatt a nonsense and what logic.worst and flipkart is cheating.Itsy wish and I can so many products..I'm paying for it..what bothers flipkart if I buy more products from them..worst ever..

                                        @_Kalyan_K Hi Mr Kalyan Krishnamurthy. I have a major concern with Flipkart delivery system which I want to share it with you. This is the second incident with me as a customer, which I think should change. Being a customer if we order any product, some emotions or sentiments are attached with it especially when we order something to gift to our special ones that are too on some occasions like birthday, anniversary etc. On the same note, I ordered one product which was supposed to be delivered on 14th August 209 at my office address. A delivery boy called me at 6 PM on 13th August 2019 to handover the product. unfortunately, I left my office at that time and requested him to deliver me today. I ordered that product to gift my dear one which I thought will get it on 14th and will gift it on 15th August. But as of now I have not received any call from Flipkart and I called customer care executive to help me and at least tell me the hub address so that I can collect the product but he said I can not tell you the address because of security reasons and also I can't help you with that as your request has not been generated from the hub. Now you please tell me if a product can be delivered one day before the delivery data why it cant be delivered on the next day. This happened the second time with me. And what is the issue if the customer can pick up the product from the hub. I think this is a major loophole in the delivery system. Why delivery boy doesn't deliver the pending packets.

                                        I hope you understand the sentiment of a customer. And request you to please improve your delivery system. Meanwhile, I am cancelling my product and will try to spread out this to my dear ones. Will stop using flipkart from now.
