[Resolved] Flipkart — skybag/ not received item but not refunding and no resolution provided yet | |||||
Sir, I have ordered a skybags spotlight 4w exp strolly from flipkart on 13th oct. I have paid full amount i. E rs. 2498/. On 23rd morning i got a message saying that your items is on the way. By eve got another message saying that your items is delivered. From then to till now just before 5 min (On 11/7/2018) called their customer care several time. I called flipkart and the delivery courier partner delhivery also. But the response i got from them is deeply disappointing. Just a recorded message that sorry for the inconvenience and please wait please wait.. First asked me to wait till 31st oct, within that will provide a solution. But i dint get anything after that,, only getting a message that wait wait!! Till when??. Not even valuing that i am a customer paid full amount which is 2498/ and not even considering my inputs. Just passing as it is. Each time when i call i have to explain the reasons and not even having option to refer the previous complaint. I need to escalate this to the higher authorities since i have paid full amount and i have the rights to know where is my item or where is my money!! Totally disappointed shopping experience from #flipkart #worst. Cheating common people by providing offer's!!! I need to get my money back. Please help me to get the same. I contacted the Flipkart several times for this issue but the are very reluctant towards this matter... They are asking me to wait for 24hrs to solve the problem... But it's since 2 weeks I'm waiting... Several 24hrs passed but there's no update regarding my issue.. and they are not ready to give my refund...
Yes @Rajkumar.The same answer am also getting from their end. They are not not even ready to escalate this things to the next level also.
