[Resolved]  Flipkart — unable to login | blocked my account

I tried to order a gaming mouse which has an offer, but when it's in shipping stage the order was cancelled. Without notice.
When i contacted cs they told order was cancelled by seller because of stock issue and the incident will not repeat again...

So i tried booking the same product again after 2 days. And again the product was cancelled by seller.

But now my account is blocked for booking the same product multiple times...

When i contact cs, they are telling that they don't know the reason why my account is blocked and raised a request to backend team.

But i received a mail saying "we'd like to let you know that your recent order (Od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

I bought my parsal without Flipkart cover

Then Phillips trimmer was missing

I order on 23rd July, 2019 from flipkart with exchange offer. And my order cancelled without my permission. Then my refund amount is not credit in my account.

I made access to game thru different account from same mobile so it have been blocked but I used to place order from
Different account in same mobile if T&C applicable to game it should be applicable to place an order.

May I Know what the trend you are talking about???
As I already said that the mail i received saying bla bla bla is not my mistake to get my account blocked.

But you are replying here the same bla bla bla !!!

Why Flipkart why ?
As I was a Flipkart Plus Member.
Is this the customer support you are giving. ?

Even the mail support is not working
When I mail something I'll get a response saying
"Hi,

Sorry, the email ID [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use.Please visit our Help Centre here to get quick answers to your questions or to contact us."

and when I click on the link that provided in the mail it'll ask to login and again the account is blocked...
