I have ordered a mi full hd smart led tv on 2nd sept which was delivered to me on 6th sept. And i have taken appointment for demo/installation of the same on 7th sept. And taken half day leave from my office for that but your engineer for installation neither reached at home nor even call me. When i have called to your customer care executive regarding the issue. The customer care executive told me to wait till 12th sept. However the instructions has given by flipkart to install the tv within 48 hrs after delivery and the same will be completed on 8th sept.
I have planned installation of tv on weekends. I can't taken further leave from my office for that purpose.
If installation of tv will not done by 8th sept i am forced to return the tv.
You are requested to please look into the matter and arrange to install the tv by 8th sept.

    I had ordered for huda liquid lipstick (Heartbreaker) for 149/- but when i received the parcel i realised that i have been delivered a very different & an extremely bad colour.

    Since there is no return policy for lipsticks my money has got wasted.

    Tried all possible ways to contact customer care executives, but in vain.

    Very disappointed with flipkart because of this. Why isn't there a good customer support to sort our grievances like amazon??!!!

        On 30/08/18 i purchased a bosch front load washing machine, model - wab16060in after carefully going through the product features mentioned on their website for this model. Wherein it is mentioned that the machine will work even when the water pressure is low ie "0.3 bar" technically the description means that it will work if the base of overhead tank is at a distance of 10ft (Which is totally misleading) from the tap/inlet for machine. On 3rd sep the bosch service engineer came for installation. Out right he said that this model at least needs 0.6 bar water pressure, he said only a few models of bosch work on 0.3 bar pressure and the information on flipkart site was not right, he asked me to return the machine. Immediately on the same day i called flipkart, gave them all the details, asked for a return and refund as the machine was not touched, today is 7th, first they asked for 4 days, this was absolute harassment as i had to now wash the family's clothes by hand, including heavy uniforms.. What was supposed to be a easy shopping experience has become a nightmare, yesterday someone from their customer care called and pleaded for 48 hrs and sent me a mail that the issue will be resolved by 8/09/18 4:30 pm. Today shamelessly the sent me an sms saying that they needed time till 10/09/18. According to my bill details, my return period gets over by 13/09/18. Till date they call me only to tell that they need more time. I totally regret the moment i made the purchase, even if they give me double the amount i paid for the machine i will not forgive them.. Their customer service standards are worse than the local kirana store, they have no respect for the customer and this kind of harassment is faced by many customers if you look into the verified purchase critical reviews on their site for similar products. Iam unable to purchase a washing machine as they are neither arranging for a return pickup nor are they refunding my money. I'am disgusted that such a company exists and this experience will haunt me for the rest of my life.

        Firstly when the service engineer informed that the product would not work with low water pressure, neither the engineer nor i disturbed the original packing, i informed flipkart within minutes, even though they registered my complaint, i called up their customer care every day, i had sent mails updating all the technical details, as to why the product description was mis guiding.after a delay of about 8 days, when they called me, i explained them patiently again.. and why they should accept the return and refund the amt paid. They heard me out patiently every time i called them..that was one thing i really appreciate. they never interrupted, my disappointment is the resolution dept. in my opinion it should not take more than 24hrs and genuine complaints should be immediately resolved.

        By the way the distance between the base of my overhead over tank on my terrace and the water inlet for the machine is 13 feet which counts as 0.33 bar water pressure.

        Today is 9th...have not received the call from them yet, 10 days gone..since i made them the payment...their looking into the issue is perhaps still going on...friends, neighbours and relatives are wondering "why is she being put through this harassment at no fault of hers?? it is very embarassing...i have no sane explaination

            I ordered a sony ps4 1tb on flipkart dated: 24th aug 2018 and made online payment to seller i. E: retailnet
            On 28th aug 2018 i received this package by some other seller and the package that i have received contains a wooden box instead of ps4.
            I have contacted the seller from whome i have received the package still there is no response from his end.
            I have all the snaps with me regarding the product that i have received.
            Which is a clear proof that i have been mugged from the seller end.
            Kindly provide me the clarification regarding two things:
            1. Why the different seller has delivered the product if the payment and order is made to you.
            2. What are steps you people take from receiving the order to delivering the product.
            Still i've not receved any clarification regading by refund or replacement of the product.

                My question why
                Flipkart supporting this cheating?

                Call center and email customer care team false answering about my inquiry
                I am your customer
                I didn't come to asking you teams something free or begging
                I had purchased most of the major international e-commerce platform
                I never face like this bad service from anywhere

                  This complaint is regarding fraud scheme of flipkart. They call it buyback guarantee on phones.

                  I bought a honor 9 lite "sapphire blue" colour phone with a buyback guarantee amount of rs.7000 which was delivered on 29th march 2018. That is if i bought a new phone after 6 months (29th august 2018 or afterwards), i was supposed to get a discount of rs.7000 on the list price of new phone. But i have been trying to buy a new phone ever since from the same account on which i ordered honor 9 lite, but the error is displayed as 'abb is not enabled for this account'. I have talked to their customer care several times; tweeted to them; also sent dm on twitter. Despite this, they are not resolving my complaint. Their own turnaround time of resolving my complaint has passed three times already. Out of frustration, i have deactivated my account on flipkart and don't intend to return to them.

                  Complaint id is in[protected] and in[protected].

                  At the time of buying the phone, the order showed it to be 'glacier grey' colour, even though i bought a 'sapphire blue' colour phone. I also raised a complaint that time with flipkart customer care (In[protected] pointing out the mistake at their end, but they confirmed through email on 29 march 2018, that i will not face any problems while trying to claim buyback guarantee.

                  I would advise all the potential customers not to buy this fraud scheme of flipkart. And i have a been a customer of flipkart for the last 10 years or so.

                    As it is known, flipkart is one of the leading and loyal group of the society. Here, we are going to share our on the worst experience for online booked product of order id: od[protected] and product is nokia 6.1 plus (Blue, 64 gb). As per your advertisement for sale on nokia 6.1 plus (Blue, 64 gb), we were very enthusiastic to purchase this gadget and waiting for it from last three days. As per your guidelines, we have successfully booked this gadget with order id: od[protected]. We get confirmation message of booked gadget as well as status of dispatch of product from seller to courier company and next stage are updated. But suddenly we received the message of return of product, that was totally shocked for us. So, we immediately call at customer care number and request to provide update on this issue, but they are not being able to give any valuable reason and response. The response we received are very shocked kind, it’s look like there are big scam and fraud are going on the sale product with customer. After whole incident we felt like filpkart are cheated with us and completely lost whole trust from your esteem organization.

                    So, through this written mail i am complaining related to issue of order id: od[protected] and request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and provide your valuable guidance.

                    As a part of that group your seller should be equally loyal to your customer and show ethics of business. It affects your credibility as a pioneer organization.

                    Kindly do the needful.

                    Hope we will getting positive response from you to our booked gadget.

                    If your organization would not be able to provide any valuable suggestion. May i request you to kindly suggest us how we can resolve this issue by legal procedure.

                      I have ordered a watch from filpkart on 25th august worth inr11995.

                      I have lodged several complaints regarding it but i have not recieved any response from their side.                         I have order a ‘winsome deal flip cover for motorola moto g (2nd generation) multicolor prrflip c grnmotog2’ from ‘pratishtha enterprises’ (A-58 madangir village, new delhi - 110062) against the order id: od[protected] on 22nd august 2018 (Tax invoice is in attachment) but when i received the parcel, i found that instead of a mobile cover i received a ‘woodland money bag’ (Also attached the photograph). I described the full scenario to the sealer over phone and they confirm that they are not able to provide that cover so they will collect the ‘money bag’ and refund my money within 3rd september 2018, but till now they didn’t take any initiative against that.
                        Now, please clarify me when or how you will start that process and please justify why you people confirm an order when you don’t have the sufficient stock. I am not able find any positive initiative from your side to rectify this mistake and it’s really frustrating.

                              Highly disappointed, they say i am a priority member and i am kept on hold for 12 minutes, worst service. Nothing was informed. Chat team says call cx care. When i called in as a flipkart+ member was connected to priority plus helpdesk which put me on hold for 22 minutes then disconnected. I quit flipkart, worst cx service, flipkart u lost a high value customer today.

                                My account was deactivated. Now i want to reactive my account, so kindly advise how to activate my account. After login into desktop site also i am not able to logedin, its showing errar. I am not able to access my account. If you can provide the details about reactivation proases, i can access my account. So please kindly advise the details and process of activation.

                                  I purchased one voltas 1.5 tonne air conditioner from flipkart with order id – od[protected]. The product was delivered on[protected] and installation party came on[protected] who said that there was problem with the product and needs replacement. I called up customer care on[protected] and the customer care executive assured me that the product will be picked up and i will get back my refund. Actually, i had asked for replacement but i was told that the same product was no longer available; so, i had to settle for refund. Till now, the product has not been picked up and on top of it “refund rejected” has been shown in “my order” section since[protected]. For no fault of mine, i have been made to face this problem. I’ve contacted customer care many times but to no avail.

                                  Flipkart are accepted my return request also they are agreed to refund my money but today they are canceled my return and refund request without any notification

                                      Expected date of delivery was 28th August.

                                        I have placed a Samsung S6 black mobile phone order - OD[protected] with flipkart. I have received a golden colour phone. The seal on box is like temporary printed tape. The back cover of the phone is pasted. It is open from one side. The gum marks are there. I informed the company and asked them to return and refund the money. But they are saying either keep this phone or they will see if it can be replaced. The seller is a fraud as he is giving local assembled products. But the flipkart is not taking any responsibility. We are purchasing from Flipkart as we are expecting genuine products. Kindly help me in returning this product and process my refund. The company is not picking up the product after return complaint. And please verify the seller and don't allow the fraud/crooks on your website.
