I have received duplicate mobile from flipkart as it is not seen as mobile shown on flipkart and asus website. Top and bottom design is missing on received mobile hence i want the real mobile as you shown or refund but flipkart denied for that. Find attached snapshot for reference.

I contact to your company customer care but they said that he should wait 48 hours to get the product. Also did not pickup the old handset from me till date. After that canceled the product on dated 27/3/2019 without consulting with me. And also i am saying to ur customer care i[censored] dont accept my exchange product then i ready to pay by cash for that mobile.
    In the consumer court i complain a issue with your company. Consumer complain number 1227288.

      I have ordered a vivo v15 pro with order no od[protected] with exchange with my old vivo v5 plus phone.
      My phone touch screen cracked by flipkart person when exchange when i was not at home and my mother give the phone on a packed box to delivery man andhe open my old phone from pack box and he packed the same on box and decline the phone to exchange after he goes my mother take the box and keep it at almirah.
      After came to office at 04.30 pm i open the box and see that the phone screen touch has been cracked. My mother said the delivery man check the phone by beating on hands and said their is choona inside and packed it.
      The flipkart persin has broke my phone touch. I want to claim my phone in a good condition
      Take action against flipkart otherwise i will go to consumer court

      Customer raised a complaint that wish master damage the exchange product while checking we interacted with the customer and escalate the issue to courier service provider and got update that product was already damage, informed the same thing to customer, hence closing the case complaint from our end

        I have ordered a product from from flipkart on 19th march 2019 whose delivery date is 24th march 2019. But after continuous follow up flipkart, the product is still not delivered till 27th march 2019.
        Flipkart charged the delivery charges for timely delivery. The customer care representative are not addressing my concern.

          I bought mi tv 4a from flipkart in oct 2018. There was information on the product page that "all mi 4a tvs will get android tv oreo 8.1 update with google play store & chromecast built in 2019".
          But currently this information is removed from the page. I called mi customer support they denied this by saying that this was never existed nor officially announced. Flipkart customer support team is saying this offer was provided by the seller and it was there at the time of purchase. How, this can be an offer this is a kind of information and it's clearly mentioned that we will get an update in 2019. This was a false information provided by flipkart to increase the sales of the product. When people are buying the product they are in the mindset that in future they will get a oreo update and play store support in their tv, and by looking at this advantage people go for this tv. But now flipkart is denying about this.

                Customer raised a complaint stating her account is blacklisted and wants to make payment, we have interacted with the customer and informed that once account was whitelisted to make payment but the payment was not made so account was blocked again & also informed she will be receiving call or notification from payments team to make payment, customer agreed. Hence closing complain from our end.

                    Wanted to know about your team, that there is not done any work properly.

                    Just said please contact to another team they provide you solution and another one is just delete the ticket from the panel, where i'm not able to view this ticket.

                    Recently i raised a ticket about the blocked listing and claim payments.

                    Team passed the claim but amount not transferred in account and when i recall the team, they just close the case and said we don't take any action about your issues.

                    One of employee name sanjay from seller extreme recovery team from banglore office flipkart.

                    He said to me on call, "you not allow to sale any popular brand name on flipkart in the listing" and he don't provide me any resolution about my issue as already mentioned on this incident. And provide me a mail id of flipkart grievance and said you can write a mail about all issue but flipkart rules are as it is.

                    And the account manager namely vasim pasha (Vasim. [protected]@flipkart.com),
                    Not do any anything for our account, and now no received callback request and nor accept the call, just not done anything,

                    Still do not take action by your team.

                      I have ordered items as per order no. Od[protected] on date 22 march 2019.
                      Earlier my order has to be delivered by tomorrow (I. E., on date 27 th march 2019) and today i have received message from flipkart that my order has been delayed by 3 to 4 days.
                      It is shocking for me that in delhi (Metro cities) flipkart service is not able to delivered the services on time as payment already made (Cod not available in my items).
                      Not happy from services.

                        I was an already registered shopper at flipkart. I forgot my password and have been relentlessly trying to activate my account. However numerous attempts have only resulted in futile results and absolute disappointment. The flipkart team hasn't provided any active email address so that we can reach them, their phone lines are disabled and its an absolute blunder. I have to purchase an item that i like particularly at flipkart but looks like flipkart has definitely gone for a toss. Its a miserable site and definitely a loss to shop here. A deep and miserable failure.

                          I got the schwinn 230 cycle upright stationary exercise bike
                          From flipkart on 14th of march but the company has not installed the bike and if i install it then the warranty will get void and if any product missing or if anythiing goes wrong then i will be responsible for it.

                              OD[protected] WAS PLACED WITH FLIPKART - Coco Chanel perfume Eau de Parfum - 250 ml for Rs. 3, 575/- . One package against the order was delivered on 1st March'19. The product contained two bottles of 25 ml perfume and one lipstick. I immediately informed the matter to Flipkart helpline and was assured that the product as per order would be send to me and the wrong delivered product would be collected. But, till date the product has not been replaced and now their helpline officials are denying to replace the product stating it to be under no return category. My replacement complaint has been cancelled by them, and their helpline people are behaving rudely over phone.

                                Delivered products size are not same as described on the site page.
                                And in addition to that they have mentioned that they do not have refund policy also.

                                My concern is that first they send wrong product with improper size and then after that don't return the product also.

                                I am receiving more than 10-15 calls daily regarding the same issue & threatening me for taking legal actions which is harassing me mentally and physically.

                                I have the products packed & ready with me just want them to take it back asap.

And for your kind information, i have bought things from flipkart by paying money, not for free, so dont mess around consumers, they are those who made you this.

                                    And for your kind information, as told by flipkart customer care in the call. The gift card purchasing party is telling, once your gift card is added in flipkart account, you cant get back your money.

                                      This is Harsha from Tumkur, i ordered the HP V150W comboof two16GB pendrive on 20/03/2019 order no -OD[protected], i received the product on 23/03/2019 but in the delivery pack i received only one pendrive instead of combo two pendrive so please regret my problem as soon as possible and i paid the total amount, i wil wait for ur reply...
