[Resolved] Flipkart — want to replace bed but hometown is not helping | |||||
My bed size is big and my room is small requested hometown staff to replace the same but no one is helping, please help in replacing the bed so i can use it. Flip kart team i trust you and your consumers are getting affected because these companies are not paying attention to customer feedback and complaints, hence request your team to take some action against these company. Verified Support Aug 21, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is bigger as there is no space to keep the product inside her house so she wants an exchange with another size. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller does not have an exchange policy for this product. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
