I had purchased google pixel 2 phone on 15th may. There was a cashback offer of rs 8000 on the purchase. Order # od[protected]
When i had initially inquired with flipkart, they mentioned the cashback would be processed within 90 days of purchase which makes it 15th august latest.
Its 3rd september today, and i still haven't received my cashback yet.
Have attached a screenshot which clearly shows the offer applied for the order.

After raising a complaint, Flipkart customer care reverted that it was a miss from their side and confirmed that they would process the cashback at the earliest. The cashback has now been processed and deposited into my account. Hence, closing this complaint.

      I purchased mobile in flipkart, i got faulty product as usual. I called flipkart and flipkart told be to wipeout the device. I wiped out the device after that am unable login to redmi account becoz wifi and mobile data (Sim) not detecting. I asked for replacement and flipkart sent a technician (Jeevas consumer ltd) and he told he is authorized person from redmi. I explained issue and he contacted thier team and informed we can’t resolve the issue. It’s a faulty phone and he rejected my replacement query. I called flipkart - flipkart removed tech visit and hand to hand replacement - but flipkart wishmaster denied the replacement becoz he don’t know how to retrieve the imei number. I called flipkart again and they mentioned unable to retrieve imei number becoz sim and wireless is not working in the mobile but technician again denied - becoz he don’t know how solve the issue

      Flipkart said it was faulty phone, redmi service centre confirmed it was faulty but why i am not getting replacement

      I went redmi service centre they told they will repair the handset but they cant replace.

      The whole issue started becoz of wiped out the device - flipkart technician advised to wipe out device now flipkart is not providing replacement

      What is the purpose of purchasing new phone then???

        I have ordered my mobile phone poco f1 on wednesday through flipkart order id : od[protected]. It shows estimated delivery time on 3rd september. But on 2nd september they cancelled my order without any further notice. When i called customer care on flipkart they told me that address u provided is not enough. While previous so many orders i have received on the same address and even they didn't try to me contact regarding delivery. Due to this i have suffered alot and i have faced a huge loss and problems too as i cover 250 km distance to receive my order. Please help as soon as possible

          Order ID OD[protected] dt[protected], Invoice dt[protected] for Rs 4073. Adobe is not activating this, since its a pirated version. The order is not showing in history in my flipkart account. The mail ID acknowledging the delivery apparently is no longer in use. But, I have the mail which is sent by flipkart. I request my money to be refunded .

            I had purchased the above cited pendrive from flipcart, invoiced by :niki infotech private limited, hyderbad, vide invoice no: s1b4be/15-16/24217 dtd:28/03/2016.
            The product has stopped working although the warranty period was 5 years at the time of purchase and still the offer is on.
            would you please, advice me to replace the same.

              This is the new Poco F1 phone that was launched few days ago, I tested the phone found out that it has some major issues. The phone was tested today by a Flipkart authorised engineer who acknowledged that there is a problem and said that the product will be replaced but I want refund because I am not satisfied with this kind of service and Xiaomi is not replying to my posts on the company website.

              The issues:
              i. Major accuracy problem with the touch screen while using multi touch apps.
              ii. Sometimes touch doesn't works when more than 2 fingers are used.
              iii. Sometimes automatic touches are registered on the phone which is really annoying
              iv. Sometimes strange and loud sound comes out of the phone
              v. Fast typing creates problem.

              In case the company thinks I am a novice user, I have used atleast 10 phones including Xiaomi Mi A1, Honor 8 Pro, Galaxy S9+, Moto Z Play, Redmi Note series, etc and am a power user with a degree in Computer Science and technology, So I know what I am talking.

              I sent them multiple videos about the issue and all the issues were showed to the engineer that I was assigned. At first the engineer said that this is not a problem, he didn't even had the experience but was assigned to me to solve my problem. But, after showing the issue thoroughly at last he acknowledged the problem and said that the replacement is approved and the message for pickup will be sent in a few hours but I didn't heard anything from either of them till now, please take action against this kind of fraudulent activities.

                I have ordered a bedsheets from flipkart
                I got the product but when i washed it first time, whole colour came out and bubbles formed on cloth,
                The materials was probably third class material,
                We considered flipkart as good brand and ordered this and what i see today is like fooling all indians.

                Basically flip kart don't have any control on their quality as they are supplying directly from someone else which they not even verify who are they and finally we get cheated like this.

                  I ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 with exchange offer. The pickup guy came and took photo of my mobile and sent to someone. Then immediately said, he is not going to take the exchange mobile and denied to process the order. I asked him what is the problem as there is no problem with the mobile. But, the guy kept on saying i know there is the know problem with the mobile but as manager told me not to take, i wont take. (He even said, he would buy the mobile offline if i would like to sell him, but not as part of the order as his manager said so) when i told him that i will escalate, he said i can do whatever i want but he is not going to process the order.

                  And now, i have placed multiple complaints on this. The agent who came did not take the mobile (Which is absolutely in great condition) saying his manager told him not to take the mobile. And when i raised the complaint, one person called and said they updated it as we (Customer) rejected the order. And now the status is updated, exchange product is not working. Is this some kind of rowdies behaviour playing with customers? How can they update whatever they want? During this, my money is blocked in for 15 days. I cannot buy a mobile any where else due to this. This is absolutely ridiculous and insulting customer. I want an explanation about this in written. You cannot take customer for granted and play around.

                    I have ordered a toy gun from flipkart, from vivaan toy, today i have received my toy gun for which i have paid 374/-, but the product which i received is third class, it's price is approx 70-80/-... Plz take action on vivaan toy, and arrange to refund my money... This type of vendors are not good for your flipkart website, they giving bad product to your customers, which leads to down your site name...                       I ordered moto g5 s plus mobile on 29 aug 2018 and expected date to deliver is 1 sep 2018 but my order is not deliver yet. So give me a compensation on order id

                        This message to you is from an ex-loyal customer of flipkart.

                        Before i put forth my issue, allow me to bring you abreast of the situation.

                        On the 29th of august, there was a flash sale on flipkart for poco f1 by xiaomi. I ordered that phone with cash on delivery as a medium of payment.
                        It was scheduled to be delivered on the 31st of august.

                        On the 30th of august, i spoke to a customer service representative of yours who told me regarding a prepay option which i will be able to find on the order before it gets out for delivery.

                        On the 31st, around 11:00 am, i paid for the phone and at 12:00 pm, i got a call confirming the delivery. The wishmaster asked me to pay him in cash.
                        I told him i had made the payment already and he said he can't deliver unless the payment is updated.

                        I spoke to another representative of yours who told me it'll take 8 hours to update.
                        Even after 24 hours, there was no delivery.

                        On the 1st of september, i spoke to another representative to confirm. He said that the payment was updated and i'll get the product by 7:00 pm of that day.

                        Today, while i am writing you this, is the 2nd of september, i spoke to the wishmaster and he has said that he won't give delivery today because of rain in the city and office being closed.

                        So, now that you know the situation, let me tell you my issues-

                        A) if there is an issue with your network with the seller, why isn't there any notification for that to the customer?

                        B) if the payment updation takes time, why isn't the prepay option limited to a specific time period only. Eg - 12 hours before out for delivery, so that it can be updated.

                        C) is this the quality of customer satisfaction that you promise? I have a paid product with delayed delivery for two days and another expected day and you let them wait because there is a bit of rain in the city?

                        Rest assured, i know it might not be a big thing for you as you are an organisation of innumerable customers.
                        Yet, today, you lost a loyal one.

                          Delivery boy of flipkart refuse to except mobile due to inconveniencing reason the company reputation is in stake whom they engaged in such a job for assessing the exchange of mobile & they do their job fairly. They don't have work experience & they are truly unprofessional. Weather you shorted out problem by tomorrow or else return my rs20230/- immediately without fail. Flipkart reputation & faith is scarted by this transaction & we will never upto buy any product in near from them.

                            Sir a flipkart seller named konde products and services private limited cheated me via flash sell event
                            According to flash sell banner they showed a phone with 16+5 mp camera and 16mp front camera but after placing successfully order they changed my order without informing me to a degraded level phone having camera configuration of 13+5mp and 8mp front camera.
                            In this phone the camera quality is very bad so i requested a refund /replace with the actual price.
                            On this request the flipkart costomer executive said they are unable to replace so they will refund money and initiate the pick up in next days.
                            But next day i called to customer care and they said return is rejected. Daily they are saying that they will provide resolution on or before next day but this is the wording i got daily with no results.
                            After long term chatting with flipkart executive i felt they are only want to disturb me and not want to refund my money.
                            The flipkart shown that the seller is asus
                            So i called to asus company to return the product but asus company said this is a flipkart seller so they can't help.
                            Flipkart is selling this product now from a different seller so nobody is hearing my voice.
                            The truth of tech visit is they send people having not it knowledge and if 1% chance of tech visit to accept the problem
                            Flipkart neglect it and cancel the return request in most cases. (You can see this on product page reviw and facebook fan page where thousands of costumers have same problem)
                            From the delivery date i tried my best to return this fraud seller product. But daily they recieve call and hold me.
                            Daily 5 to seven hours calling changed my patience and now i want to file a case of fraud by the company flipkart.
                            They after five days of continuous chat said to tech visit by seller which is not want to return the defective degraded product.
                            Now flipkart blocked me to send chat call or email to them and thereby i am calling with a different number (They now connected this number to account from which order is placed and deleted order details from [protected] [protected]@gmail.com account.
                            Please help me returning this item and my hard incomed money.

                              I booked a case junction tempered glass screen guard for redmi note 4 on 29/08/2018 and was delivered the parcel on 31/08/2018. But after unpacking it i found the item to be misfit to redmi note 4. It is smaller in size. I am sending the picture of the item after placing it over the phone. I have not opened the upper cover of the screen guard.
                              I have already made payment in cash during delivery.
                              I am aggrieved and want a to resolve at the earliest.

                                I ordered (Od[protected]/08/2018) on flipkart for the t-link tl-wr940n wireless n router latest version that is shown on flipkart web site. But the flipkart and seller retailnet shipped older version that has only one led indicator. But in the flipkart site shown that the router has multiple led indicators. It seems, even flipkart not doing proper checks whether the seller shipping the right product or not. Flipkart is selling older version devices by showing latest versions on website. It's kind of cheating. Even not received right help from the flipkart customer care support team. They wasted my time, simply they are asking to take the refund, but i requested for the correct device which is shown in the flipkart site. Please help me to get the right device that is shown on flipkart site.

                                  I have not ordered anything on flipkart but received the product by means of cash on delivery. People in home thought i have ordered something so they received and paid for it.
                                  But when i came to know i called their customer care and i was terrified to know that they can not do anything in this.

We have interacted with the customer and confirmed the register email Id and mobile number linked with the order. We have informed the customer that since order is placed from his account and contact was made after delivery, due to this, the seller will not be able to accommodate the return request. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                    I had ordered fossil watch of rs 10, 395 from flipkart and instead of the real product i got the soap inside the packing. I launched the complaint on same day within an hour about the product but the complaint the team asked me to do wait for 12 maximimum days for the resolution... But till today it has been more the 16 days and my money has not been refunded yet because of which i have i am being harassed as an customer as i have to tell all the details again to customer executives daily and they give further date for solution.. I have even made the video o[censored]npacking the product but no support from flipcart... Facing the trust issue with flipcart

                                      Have recently bought a kids bicycle from flipkart. Productc received is damaged. I called the customer care and have a return request the same day that's 18th august. Return was accepted. Promise pick up date was 25th august 2018. Called up the customer care on 23rd to check the status and was asked to wait till 25th. No-one called for picup and had to contact customer care again. Got to know there's some system error and will be sorted by 01st september. Email confirmation was sent on some email i'd which is not even registered. I used my number to login.

                                      Have been requesting customer care everyday to update my email i'd and got a mail asking to share the images of damaged product. Did the same on 29th. Still no resolution given till today. When called the customer care today got to know new date for resolution is 3rd sep as in system delivery confirmation is not done.

                                      It take less than 24 hrs to update delievery in system but they are not doing intentionally.

                                      While discussing with seller about the issue, he agreed to take the product back but flipkart is troubling by saying seller doesn't have return policy.

                                      My money is struck and i am been trouble unnecessarily.

                                      Please help me with issue.

                                        I bought a pixel 2 mobile on flipkart, they says that the 8000 cashback applicable for hdfc bank debit card, but the cashback will credited on after 3months to bought a phone, after 3 monts the amount will not credited, asked for customer service thy says the offer is not applicable for you, what can i do... The website is full of forgery in cash back offer.

                                        We have interacted with the customer regarding customers complaint of cashback, informed as per the terms and conditions the offer is not applicable for debit card transactions, hence the cash back is not applicable. Hence closed the case from our end.
