    This note is in regards to the order no# OD[protected].

    I had received the phone on 28 or 29 August evening and have started using the phone from 29-Aug-2018 morning. On opening and on using the phone I found the following faults.

    1. The camera looses focus which ever I tap the screen to focus on some point/person and is making the whole picture hazy.
    2. When ever the phone is re-started, it freezes for 20-30 seconds and does not responds.
    3. Touch screen reponse is delayed and it responds after 3-4 seconds.
    4. The outer-box of the handset is in torned condition.
    5. There is no mannual/warranty card in the box.
    6. Even the plastic sheet on the phone was coming out as if its been re-packed at some local road side shop.

    Today afternoon I had made a request for call back from flipkart. I had explained all my concerns to the call centre executive and he said he will help me out and has tried everything possible by first updating the phone softwares and then re-setting it to factory default settings. I tried explaing to the call centre executive that there is no point first updating the softwares and then re-setting the handset to factory default settings, to which he said its the process mentioned on their screens by flipkart.

    After several attemps and wasting the time with him on phone, I had requested him to transfer the call to the team leader. After some time, I get told that sorry the Team Leader is available and he can not do anything more to help me out. After several requests and me telling him that I am recording all this conversation and stating the fact that how can Flipkart run without proper staff, he connects me to the Floor Manager.

    I explain him everything and make a request to take this handset back and allow me to order some other handset from flipkart only since I got so many problems with the handset which probably is new and I got it from flipkart.

    Now, the floor Manager was more interested in telling me the difference between ofline and online model of business and how I am getting this handset cheaper on flipkart and I wont get it any where else. And also that I have purchased this handset from the seller and not from flipkart and even the money is being paid directly to the seller and not the flipkart.

    After several minutes of talking/arguments, his answer to me was he will check with his seniors and get back to me. I had also requested him to write an email to me mentioning the conversation we had, to which he readily agreed and assured me that the mail will reach to me in next 15-20 mins.

    Till late evening I had not received any email/call from that floor manager, I think his name was Prabhu.

    I had again requested flipkart to call back on my mobile number. After talking to the Call Centre Executive on the above mentioned issue, I get told that they have a record of me talking to their call centre executive and getting me transfered to the senior person in the afternoon but do not have any thing else. I had requested the call centre executive to tell me the name of the person I spoke to in the afternoon, to which he replied its not showing on the screen and he disconnects the phone.

    I seriously fail to understand, how flipkart is working is very unethical and is very un-professional. Its all about the customer service when you are in an online business. I bought this phone because flipkart is there for my protection and is the middle part between me and the seller and now flipkart people are saying that they do not know what their sellers are sending and under what conditions the items are being delivered.

    I request you to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and kindly take the phone back and penalise the seller for sending a faulty and used phone and further allow me to buy some other phone from their website, since I have lost my faith in the samsung company after the phone that has been supplied to me.

      I had ordered 2 phones in flash sale on flipkart website.One was paid by card and other was to be paid through COD. So there were 2 phones in "my order" page with two different order id along with 2 different cancel button.I cancelled the phone which was for COD.But they cancelled both the phone without giving any prior notification. And when i talked with the customer care, they were just giving the reason of why it got cancelled(because of their technical fault) and not giving me any solution so that i can get my product. Sarcastically, they were telling me to go for next flash sale because they can't do anything about it. I had the conversation with customer care for around 2 to 3 hours in which they put me on hold and then simply hung up.I kept calling so that somebody there would not just give reason and actually will try to help.I have attached one of the conversation with the customer care of flipkart.

      Can you do it little fast because i was not able to get it today in flash sale.
      Because of the mistake from the seller side, why should i face the problem.
      I have already wasted a lot of time talking to the customer care(more than 5 hours) and explaining this whole episode.
      Still i am not getting any positive response.

        I have purchased two product which has been ordered on 28th August and delivered on 30th August from Flip Kart.com

        Product Description: Fasnoya Printed Women's Swimsuit,
        No Return Policy.

        Size Ordered: XXL and delivered XXL.
        XXL description in SIZE Chart: Bust Inches Size 40' Inches.
        Customers Actual Size: XL

        XXL size is not the customers actual Size. Actual Size is XL but because of size chart description we have ordered XXL. But when We receive the product the Size is not Matching what flipkart has described in their size chart and the same has been very very big in Size,

        On the Otherhand, the second product which I bought from flipkart the size is XL and bust inches is also same like 40 inches and the same has been perfectly fitted. But the difference is In the Swim suit the required size has been described in XXL but not physically same as 40inches, Because of that I misguided by the size and the received product not at all fitted to the consumer,

        As trusted to Flipkart from long time as a brand we have not thought of misgudance of the product.

        But now I have requested to the customer care of flipkart for replacement of the same but they have strictly denied without understand my problem. I have spent rs.1581/- for that product, It is my hard earned money. However, I don't want refund of that particular product, I just need a replacement of the above described product. Without that I cannot use the same.

        I hope I will get a positive response from flipkart and you people will take my concern attentively and resolve the same.

          I have purchesed one laptop on 10th Aug using SBI credit card no cost EMI. But till now this amount does not credited in my account. I have reached to the Bank but they are not able to help me as this should be done from Flipkart side.

            Hello Shivanna here,
            I order Nokia 7 plus on 22nd of August 2018 on Flipkart. They delivery date given from Flipkart was on 25th of same month.

            But unfortunately it got delayed, then customer service executive Akshath informed it'll be delivered within 29th of the same month and again it got delayed. They postponed it to 30th of August. Again they're repeating the same dialogue to wait for some more day for the resolution. I'm really sick and tired of this same dialogue. Don't they think, even our time matters alot?
            Please I want my product at any reason because they made me to wait for more than 8 days. They made promise to be delivered on 25th of August, again they said on 29th. Later on 30th of August 2018, still they want me to wait for another day.
            I spoke with many Flipkart customer service executive, they always try to convince by saying that "Please wait, your problem got resolved within 29th August 2018". I hate this repeated words.
            I want justice, I don't want false promises from anyone. The biggest online market called FLIPKART should not cheat thier own customers like this. It's a shame fact, what they're doing right now to some of the customer like us.
            I want JUSTICE, FLIPKART don't mislead customers. Support your customers FLIPKART.

              I had placed an order from Flipkart for WDS air sofa whose order Id is OD[protected] on 15th August 2018. The products expected delivery date was 23rd Aug 2018. The courier person called me on 20th August 2018 for the delivery of product but at that time, I was out of town. So, I asked him to deliver the product next day and he said ok. Since that day, I'm not having a single message from Flipkart regarding the delivery status of product. I've been following it since 21st August 2018 and it's more than a week now. I've tried calling customer help desk of Flipkart many times but they just ask me to wait as they say that they don't have the information of my order whereabouts. Now, I'm Very much frustrated as it was prepaid order and Flipkart is not doing anything to deliver my order. So, kindly help me regarding this matter as it is my last resort. Kindly refer the attachments regarding product delivery details.

              They’ve cancelled my order without my permission. And they are saying that they were not able to contact me, though my phone is always reachable and they didn’t try to contact me. I’ve been following this order from so long. If I had to cancel it, I could have done it long time ago but I wanted this product. They’ve kept my money blocked for 3 weeks and it’ll take 1 more week to get credited to my account. The measures taken by them to resolve this complaint are inappropriate and they were very inadvertent. What can I do against them now?

                        I ordered redmi mobile 5a (Gold, 16 gb) on 13 aug 2018, flipkart delivered it on 18th aug, after opening box i saw 2nd sim slot is not coming out/ not opening, so i did return request. As per customer care mobile had to replace within 3 days. I got confirmation also that it will be replaced on 21 aug. But wishmaster came to reolace on 24 aug. And after inspecting everything he denied to replace as per him that imei no of phone is not matching with his biod imei. I showed him bill & box have same imei which is matching with phone imei but he said he had to work with his biod, as his biod/system has different information so, he did not replace my phone. Now i again did complain to flipkart customer care and as per them my problem will be solved till 27 aug 2018 by backend team. On 27 aug 2018, backend team (Paritosh barman) contected me & i explained everything, he asked snapshot of imei no mentioned in mobile, box & bill through email. I gave snapshot of mobile imei, box, bill and back side mentioned imei. He called me & said, "all are matching, so i need to forward it to courier partner." as per him flipkart will update within 24 hours on this issues. But after that i didn't get any update from flipkart. But on 28 aug i got message from flipkart that my return order has been cancelled. So, again i did call flipkart customer care, & i have to again explain everything from starting to end & he said flipkart will update me within 24-48 hours. But still i didn't get any update. So, again i called customer care on 30 aug 2018, can you assume, again i have to explain everything & after that executive said i will get update within 24 hours.

                          We've interacted with the customer and apologized for the delay in pickup, info provided as the seller is unable to arrange for the pickup and hence refund request shall be taken further and requested to dispose of the product. Customer agreed while processing the same request back to the source account refund failed so requested customer to help us with the Neft details as the refund is failed and confirmed the refund details to process the refund request and info provided as refund completed for Rs.511 to the Neft account today and it will be credited within[protected], 04:25 PM hence closing the case.

                            I ordered a jbl headphone for about rs.2500, for gifting purpose.
                            But what flipkart delivered is a fake, used and a faulty product, which is not even worth a penny.
                            Flipkart just crushed the moment i was in, as i could not gift that fake/used product obviously.

                            Now they are denying for the refund and just offering a replacement of the product, however that product is of no use now for me as i ordered it for some gifting purpose and its of no use for me now.

                            When i raised this issue to flipkart, they are giving me absolutely no response/resolution.

                            I'm totally fed up with this harrasment and the pathetic service they are offering for the customers.

                            I just want my refund now.

                            Didn't expect this from such a brand - flpikart

                            God only knows what future holds for them.

                              I placed an order with flipkart on 11th of aug, the order was cancelled by flipkart saying product unavailability within next 30 mins. I have paid the amount using credit card, only 5.7k got refunded, refund of balance 32k is being postponed for the past 2 weeks. Now i have to pay the interest to cc for that 32k!!!

                                Hi,
                                I was able to place the order easily yesterday during the flash sale and order was confirmed, and after some time i received a message that the order has been shipped. But now suddenly they cancelled my order. (Attached the screen shots). Amazingly i am flipkart plus user too, so this is how flipkart treats you.

                                When i called them to inquire about the cancellation, they are saying as bulk order was placed during the sale yesterday, so seller is not able to process all the orders. Thus we have cancelled your order, and they asked me to try my luck once again during the next sale. How can seller cancel the order, when it has already been shipped? (Attached is the shipment details)

                                I don't know, why are they making consumers fool, if they can't handle their seller and their software (Plaftorm). It should have displayed out of stock immediately and shouldn't have confirmed my order.

                                Flipkart, let me tell you on irctc everyday lakhs of tickets are being booked during tatkal, and i have never heard a single incidence that they have cancelled confirmed ticket or bulk order kind of blah blah stuff.

                                Flipkart is just making fun of it's consumers by creating sale hype and then cancelling the orders, so that the demand and supply mismatch is there.
                                I want the order to be placed again from flipkart's side and to be delivered as promised on 31st august.

                                We've interacted with the customer and apologized for the cancellation as it was placed under Bulk order cancellation, requested customer to place the order using their own accounts to who so ever customer is planning to gift the order, hence closing the complaint from our end.
                                Same has happened to me.
                                Have they provided you any further resolution apart from refund?

                                Nope...they are just creating the hype to as alolmost everybody was able to place the order for this phone. And in that case their upcoming flash sales would have been a flop show.
                                Trying to mke poco f1 as popular as one+6 ...cheap strategy

                                  Flipkart is refusing to provide gst invoice (Having my gst details mentioned on invoice) for the phone (Poco f1) bought on 29-aug-2018 for business purpose.

                                  Without gst invoice, input tax credit cannot be claimed.

                                  Shame on you flipkart.. You are not even providing seller details so that i could contact them directly to revise the invoice.

                                  Learn something from amazon.. Even paytm is providing the facility of filling gst details to get input tax credit.

                                    The washing machine was delivered on 2nd of august 2018 and the installation was scheduled on 6th of august, but no one showed up. It was again rescheduled to 8th august but again no one came. I have sent more than 50 follow up emails, messages via facebook, call, twitter but every time i got the same response that we are looking into it. Today is 29 august and flipkart is still looking into the issue.

                                      My order was automatically cancelled. I was waiting from morning and placed the order at 12 pm. The order was successfully placed only to be cancelled by seller at 4 pm arund some fabricated ground and bogus info whatsoever. I want my order to be processed. My order id was od[protected].

                                      Customer raised a complaint regarding product delivery, we have interacted with customer and informed that order has been cancelled so requested to place a fresh order he agreed refund confirmation also given hence closing the case from our team

                                        I place order tracking id fmpc[protected] a whilepool refrigerator order on dated 23 aug 201. Your team commit to deliver the order on 28 aug 2018 but on 28 aug i got a mail from your side that due to adverse weather conditions we postpone delivery till 1 sept 2018.in morning of 29 aug 2018 when i call customer care number they also confirm same that your order will be delivered till1 sept 2018. But in night of 29 aug one mail also confirm me that your order was cancelled due to you are not connectable from last 24 hour. I get confused by reading same. How can it is possible. I contact their customer care more than 5 times during the placing of order. So plz look and identify the responsibe person who did same. Take stick action against him. I also confirm you that i this is my first and last order with you
