Hi, i placed an order od[protected]. The item was not delivered to me, but in live tracker, it shows delivered. It was delivered to somebody else. Please provide the item if it was lost in transit or please provide refund. The item was supposed to be delivered by bluedart if you can refer the photos i have attached. This is bad customer service. If you unable to resolve this issue, please tell me who to contact to get the item or refund

    I had purchased recently a new wt81455 samsung refrigerator 324 litre, hsn:84182100, 041y4pbk700117, model no. Rt 34m5538s8/hl. It was delivered on 16/08/2018. (Tax invoice no. Faaa3q[protected] dt:08/08/2018) but till date it is not installed and demo is not given which is supposed to be completed within in 48 hours as per your schedule. I have complained flip kart customer care several times. (Order no. [protected]). But they have shown very poor response. If action is not taken with in one/two days then i am going to cancel the order.

    We had brought a refrigerator through flipkart worth rs 29849. The refrigerator was delivered on 16/08/2018 and the installation and demo had to be completed within 48 hrs but it didn't happen so. Till now 6 days over and the installation isn't completed. We are daily calling customer care but no service is provided. We are fed up.

      There are one part of mobile defect i. E. Slot of headphone not working. I am trying to your company for solution but they are rejecting my return request, phone also now in return date.
      Your technician also came & he said i submitted problem to flipkart, after this your company approved request. Next day flipkart again rejected. Flipkart are not believable.

        Dear sir,
        As per your curriar partner they received back both video game one is damage or one in good condition. Od[protected]
        We were returning only damage one but the asking for both and get back for return to you.

        But why we are receiving only and "video game", should be you and your currier return to me two video game. Od[protected]
        Otherwise flipkart should be return to me my rs.750 if the are not able to deliver this product.
        You contact to your currier partner, if you not receive both product than i am sure your currier partner not return to you.

        Please diliver my product or return my mony other wise gt ready for consumer fourm, i can't wait more. Many time complaint but no any action taken by flipkart so this is my last complain.

          I ordered a bag for my child and recived that bag on 28july 2018, same day i requested for the replacment because the bag was dirty and seems used. They accepted the request but never replaced the product after few phone calls and mails got a call from flipkart 'that same product is not available so they will refund the amount after pickup the product.
          But today is 22july2018 and nobosy picked the product.
          I m regular customer of flipkart but this time they cheated me. Also i have deactivated my account due to this.
          So request you look in to this and help me to get my money back.

                I have two issues with flipkart

                1. They overcharged for a product which had a mrp much lower than what flipkart took from me.

                2. When their logistics partner goofed up and misrouted a product they told they will check and get back to me but without a solution the order was unilaterally cancelled from their end and in the app they have mentioned i accepted refund

                  On 7th july i please an order of honor 9n phone. And which i received on 9th july and then i faced some issues with the phone. (Sometimes it's hearing speaker volume going down while calling.)
                  Regarding this place a return order on which they called me and told me that sir we cannot proceed with your return request fast you have to restart your phone if your issue continues then you have to restart your phone on save mode and then if your issue is still there then you have to factory reset your phone. And i did the same as they told me but me issue is still not solved, and they told me if your issue withe your phone stays then i have to place return request and i placed a return request again. Then i received a call from flipkart and they said we can't process your return request fast you have to do a tech visit if the technician says there is an issue with your phone then we can proceed with your return request and i do so. I did everything as they told me to do. And these big drama continues for 12-13days and now they are saying i have to go to the service centre... Why?
                  If you are not giving 10 days replacement then why you are showing on your website that 10 days replacement is available.
                  And why are you wasting your time.

                  Now tell me what i should do.
                  Should i take a legal step.

                  If not please kindly refund me money.

                    There is no coordination between E-kart team and Flipkart team. It seems E-kart team do not have any data on when did they last call to customer and what was their response and they keep on calling customer inspite of replying plenty of times taking them at fraustation stage of why did they order from Flipkart.
                    I have order one Mi TV on 15th August 2018, with delivery date of 26th August, which was the latest date available in the calendar as I was not available in India till that time. Now within 3 days of placing the order i.e. from 18th August, this so called wish master people keep on calling me saying that your product is ready for delivery and we can not hold it more than 2days and if do not take the delivery then we need to cancel your order. I don't understand what kind of service they Flipkart is providing. I am out of India that is the reason I ask for delivery on 26th August which is available in Flipkarts delivery calendar then how can one force the customer to take early delivery otherwise threaten to cancel the order.
                    I hope someone at least make some efforts to read this feedback and take action instead of just saying sorry for the inconveniences caused to you.

                      My previous problem is not solved so please again resolve my problem and my problem is my email account is deleted from google account and by forgetting my password with flipkart it shows to verfiy with email [protected]@gmail.com so i'm not able to forgot my password using my deleted google account email [protected]@gmail.com and my phone number [protected] is working but email is permanently deleted. So please change my email to [protected]@gmail.com for my registered mobile number [protected].

                        We would like to inform you that we had placed an order of Apple Iphone 5 with order ID OD[protected] on dated[protected] and the delivery was received on[protected]. When the packet was opened on 30th July 2017 we were shocked to see that the contained a stone instead of phone in it. Immediately we contacted with the customer care department of Flipkart and all the required details were disclosed to them. We were assured that the packet would be replaced within 11 days after due verification.

                        Flipkart Customer Support Said me ... my Order Was Deliver On 19Th Aug 2018 But Today 21th Aug.. I have not receive My Delivered product

                        Till today no resolution has been made and we are awaiting the delivery of our Iphone 5.

                          The technician came and unboxed the product and found broken glass and damaged other metal parts. He has put a tag of 'd'. As the box is big in size, it is causing inconvenience at my home. Please expedite the pickup process. Mr. Indranil maulik from your end tried to contact me. The call rang only once and before i receive the call, it got disconnected. His mobile number is not accepting the call back as well as reply message. Then how is it possible to communicate between you and me? Suppose i'm driving a car, is it possible to pick up the call? You should improve the communication process with the customer with call back option.

                            Flipkart does not issue legal invoices which are useful for availing gst input tax credit. They are collecting crores of rupees from customers in the name of gst but not depositing them with government.

                            As per an estimate last year flipkart has collected more than thousand crore rupees from customers as gst but nobody knows how much they have deposited with the government since they are not giving proper invoices where customer's gst no. Should be printed on invoice whenever asked by the customer.

                            They are supposed to
                            1. Collect gst from us,
                            - they are doing very efficiently

                            2. Deposit it with government
                            - there is no way we can find out how much they deposit as they are not issuing valid gst invoices even when they are explicitly asked.

                            3. Entitle us to get gst input tax credit by uploading invoice details to gst website

                            - they just don't do it.

                            All above things amazon.in is doing perfectly. Then why flipkart cant do this, even after more then one year is passed of introduction of the gst in india.

                            They work in very opaque manner. When we ask them, they say "we are not selling the goods, we are just a platform, actual sales is done by our vendors.

                            When i asked them to give me vendor's contact details for an item purchased by me, for correction in the invoice, they blatantly refused.

                            As per gst laws in india, what they are doing is unfair, unethical and illegal by not helping us to get gst input tax credit.

                            Government of india must look in to this as this is anti-national, since they/their vendors are embezzeling crores of rupees of government's gst revenue.

                            I am boycotting flipkart, till they start doing business legally bt ussuing valud gst invoices

                            We don't have to lose anything as we have lots of alternatives for our purchase.

                            I request all of you to do the same and teach this comoany a lesson.

                            I have been using flipkart for a year or so but recently all the product that are sold at flipkart are out of stock for location IMPHAL(795001). I did’t experience this type of problem in the past. Almost all the product are out of stock for pin number 795001. Kindly look into this matter ASAP
                            On Flipkart delivery charge is very high from other online marketing sites..
                            Your showing your products are chip price in market, but cheat with everyone taking highly delivery charge.
                            Take a proper delivery charge & stop bad offers on products.

                              Please look into the matter soon.

                              The refunds from amazon are very timely and they provide refunds after 30-50 mins of time.
                              But flipkart is showing me refund completed on status page but haven't got my money!

                                  I placed order od[protected] on 11th august for various items.

                                  I made payment for these products via phonepe for rs 4, 356. Phone pe deducted rs 4, 232 from my wife's sbi account.

                                  From order od[protected], 4 items were either cancelled or returned.
                                  1. Skoll bellies for women (Black) - cancelled on 11 august
                                  2. S&v copper bottle 1000 ml bottle (Pack of 1, brown) - returned on 17th august
                                  3. Women marks women evening/party, casual, formal, sports beige pu sling bag - cancelled on 12 august
                                  4. Lakme blush and glow peach extracts gel face wash (50 g) - cancelled on 12 august.

                                  For all these 4 items, refund was approved by seller but not refund reflects on phonepe till date

                                  I repeatedly made complaints to flipkart for all 4 products refund missing, but no resolution till date. The only aim that flipkart is to keep down the phone.

                                  Atleast 20 hours wasted on phone but these guys have no aim to help. One thing is for sure that i will never buy again from flipkart.

                                  Customer raised complaint regarding product refund, we have interacted with customer and informed refund is completed from the seller end and asked to get in touch with the bank for further assistance. Customer agreed, hence closing the case from our team.

                                    I am unable to find any service center in mumbai my product isin warranty.

                                      I am from Una, himachal pardesh.My brother odered a watch as a gift for rakshabandhan.It is to be delivered by 20th August. On 19th afternoon the delivery boy called and confirms the address and said that he will be coming by the evening and asked us to pick the parcel from somewhere else than the prescribed adress and made excuses like we do not go door to door to deliver if you want rhan pick it from me or i will deliver it whenever i will feel like doing so. Since it was sunday so we agreed to help him a littel but he did not that day and mark the parcel delivered. When i called him he amke lot of excuse and said he will be coming on 20th August that is on monday a working day. He is calling near about 6 pm and asked to pick the delivery but only my mother was at home she told him that she can't come si please deliver th parcel to prescribed address but he talked rudely to her and with no sense of respect for for the customer and to his duty as well. This is the 2nd time i m facing the same problem with flipcart delivery services.Its true that the product i odered is good but your delivery services keeps on disrespecting your customers than it will surely lessen people's interest from shopping through your site. Please make it clear it clear to your delivery boys that the customer order for on door delivery so its their duty to do so.
