I have received delivery of whirlpool front loading washing machine, but your engineer came for installation & demo and the machine screws were having elec current shok, so eng said, he is going to send another engineer, but yet no one came, so please change the washing machine or refund our amount, purchase order id od[protected]
Please do change this macine. Or send us any other make.
Take immediate action, please.

When I was ordering a Samsung keypad phone it was given that i[censored] pay with axis bank card u will get 5% discount on it and when i paid the amount with card it was not showing the discount amount and now I req to deduct the amount from the amount paid
