WHOM TO BLAME FLIPKART OR BRAND OR SELLER? WORST EXPERIENCE
Got defective product (noble skiodo tv 39inch Noble Technologies), after requesting for replacement within stipulated time. they are still making trouble in replacement of product. its Been a month now still our replacement is not been made. They have rejected my replacement without any specific reason. They have rejected my replacement for 4 times by saying that problem has been fixed by troubleshooting, besides of technician visit for every replacement, technician had positive feedback that product is defective which requires replacement and same has been forwarded to concern team. and when i called flipkart they were saying that technician has not followed proper steps. this repeated 4 times and every time i call they again reschedule new technician visit besides of telling them technician has already visited. On 20th June I got call from flipkart that order will be processed without technician visit and will be approved within 24 hours and will be delivered by 23rd june. Today i called flipkart again for the issue now they are saying that it will be processed and will be sorted by 28th june. This Is really FRUSTRATING TO call again and again I Have placed Replacement On 13TH MAY and Now its 24TH JUNE. FLIPKART service is getting worse day by day. I also Called Noble Skido regarding this they are saying to call flipkart as it is their responsibility and flipkart is saying its SELLER responsibility or technician problem. WHOM TO BLAME. WE ARE ULTIMATE CONSUMER WE JUST WANT OUR GRIEVANCE TO BE SORTED OUT. WE ARE NOT HERE TO PLAY BLAME GAME.

      laptop exchange policy of flipkart is the worst.

      I had bought a lenovo ideapad ip 320e during a sale on flipkart. My order number is od[protected]. I opted to exchange my old laptop in place of the new one. The total cost to me after the exchange was 35000/-. So today the delivery boy came and checked my old laptop. There was a slight chipped off plastic part due to the dvd rom (It is a old sony vaio laptop). My laptop is in extremely great condition. Working flawlessly. But the...

I want to take this incident as a serious action against the manufacturer for supplying dangerous products for consumers, Threat to life, unsafe product for using and Poor quality products.

We are ultimate consumer we just want our grievance to be sorted out. We are not here to play blame game.

          My new iffalcon tv bought through flipkart on july first 2018 is randomly shuting down frequently. What i have to do to resolve this issue? My tv is a 40 inches smart tv. When it shut down automatically, we just switched on the tv through remort. Then tv is ok and working properly. After some times it again shuting down. This is the avtual problem. Plz help me.

            Recently I have ordered a Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (Black, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) from Flipkart but i received a blue color phone which is not at available on the flipkart website and i have called and reported the same to the flipkart . I requested them to replace the order and raised a return/replacement request but each time they are rejecting the request stating that the seller replied the reason code is not selected properly. I have raised a request 5 times but no resolution. I called to flipkart customer care and request is been placed for returned but no go. So i need a replacement or my money back.

              I ordered windows 10 64 bit full version on 14.6.18. Expected delivery was on 16.6.18. Then after quiet it was said to deliver on 21st. June'18. Then a call came to say : cancel it and order again. Actually present price of the item 5500. I paid already for the item 3599 through net banking.
              It is not the first time to me. Previously an engraved wooden box is sent different box and customer care personnel rudely replied after vanishing the item from list, t hat i complained falsely.

                Customer complain was ordered for 2 qty but received 1 qty, so apologized and raised a request for delivery a new 1 qty missing and closed the complain from our end.
                A few days ago I ordered and prepaid fox 40 mini whistle @390/-with delivery charges.on 24 th june my order came .When I opened the parcel the item which I ordered was not there.It was fox 40 classic.I checked it's price, it is195/-.so plz take action towards flipcart.

                    Am very disappointed from you people. Being knowing your complains has orderd from flipkart as we have received a flipkart voucher card. It was supposed to deliver on 11th june and today is 25th june. Still it did not delivered. I raised the complain on friday 21st. They said it will be rectified. Instead of rectifying it you people has made it more complicated. I have received a call from your end telling me to go to the shop and take it. How can you people say this? The worst case is that if i wanted then i would have not ordered from the flipkart. Would have purchased directly from the showroom to avoid theses nonsense.

                    If you cancel it again it will take long days for me to again buy from you people and again same story. When you cannot take things seriously and dedicated then what is the use of naming flipkart? Please shutdown and let amazon rocks. I have been using amazon from 6 years and am very happy with the responses. Everybody do mistakes but they rectify it and they make their customers happy.

                    You people never ever bothers... Its been 5 days still the issue has not been resolved.

                        I had ordered for tynor ankle binder, medium size, and had received it on 22 june '18. It was neither packed nor was it the one i had ordered for. I feel it is a defective one. I had ordered for the same couple of months back and wanted the next size of the same. But what i received this time was a binder with a short belt which wasn't my order.

                        I wish to register a complaint and i need a replacement for the ankle binder without any charges levied to me.

                            Hello everyone, i trusted flipkart and till now is a genuine customer. I bought multiple things almost every month. Now flipkart has taken my trust for granted. They started fraudulent activities. My moto x4 phone was replaced after multiple try and again defective device was received so i asked for refund and they initially promised but dont followed up properly. Multiple complaint was registered but no proper follow up was done. They don't sent technician for check up of device. I kept updated of all issue and steps repeatedly. But their representative are taught to keep faithful customer like us in complete dark. On calls, they repeatedly promised and kept me reset my phone more than four times as part of tech troubleshoot but they failed to send technician. They kept sending unapproved report without consent. So please be careful all customer who believe that flipkart is genuine. They dont care about customer's credibility. Its a case initiated on mid may 2018 and now they are not cooperating. My order id: od[protected]

                              I ordered a redmi note 5 pro from flipkart on a flash sale, actually its really hard to book this particular phone from flipkart, but after waiting for months and lots of trying i finally my order was success, and it showed i will get my product within a week, but unfortunately after one day suddenly my order got cancelled without giving any explanation, they just cancelled if they dont have product on the store then dont accept the order. Because it is a highly demanded phone i am thinking the sellers is selling my product to third party for a higher amount, i dont know may be that is actually happening, just a thought. And like always i have to wait for next 7 days for next flash sale ("flash sale" they really did some thinking about the name only flash can buy in that little amount of time)

                                I would want to inform that, i have order number - (Od[protected] two numbers mobile phone (Samsung galaxy j7 pro + 1) on dated - 16/may/2018. But flipkart have been canceled the order after receiving the amount of rs - 33350/- through the bajaj finserv emi card. I regrade to inform you that till date flipkart was not returned the same amount to bajaj finserv.

                                As per deduction the amount by flipkart, now bajaj finserv has been claimed for the emi amount of rs - 3706/-. Request to flipkart please give me clarification, who will paid the emi amount and cheaque bounce charged to bajaj finserv and when flipkart will return my total amount rs - 33350/-?

                                Rajesh. Forget it. I waited for 45 days to return a product which is half the price of what I ordered. Flipkart want to make more money like this.

                                  Delivered the soaps on 19th june 2018 instead of mobile and i've immediately called the customer care informed the same thing by call and by email. They told that they resolve the issue by 22 june 2018 7pm, they i did not called me on that day again i called them asked about it. They told that it will take 24 hrs time and on same day i've received a message from flipkart that issue resolution they provide by 24 th june 2018 12 pm.

                                  Again i've received a message that replacement of mobile will deliver by 25 th june 2018. Again when i saw in flipkart the order/replacement is cancelled by flipkart. They did not informed me any thing i only called them asked about it they told that they do not have proper information and not resolved issue till now.

                                  They totally torturing me mentally and not resolving on mentioned day and not providing accurate information. Please resolve this issue by providing eugenie mobile or my money back. Please take action on this.

                                  Still I did not get any assured update from flipkart . Daily I am calling to flipkart they are saying some date but not giving proper justification on it.

                                  They mentioned 22 June 2018 is the last date to solve issue but when I call again they said 25th June 5PM again I called them they said 25th June 9PM but they did not called.i only called them again said 28 June 12PM is the resolution date but no update from them again called today around at 330Pm again they said by today 9PM I get a call from them. Till no one is called me.

                                  My money 9903 which is more value to me they are not bothering my concern, daily I only need to ask them . I need money back due to them I am facing lot of problems mentally touring me. Please help me to get my money.
                                  I don't know what the Flipkart team is doing when wrong things are sent to customers.

                                  They mentioned 22 June 2018 is the last date to solve issue but when I call again they said 25th June 5PM again I called them they said 25th June 9PM but they did not called.i only called them again said 28 June 12PM is the resolution date but no update from them again called today around at 330Pm again they said by today 9PM I get a call from them. Till no one is called me.

                                  My money 9903 which is more value to me they are not bothering my concern, daily I only need to ask them . I need money back due to them I am facing lot of problems mentally touring me. Please help me to get my money.

                                    I have ordered flipkart smartbuy headphones.. I don't know what was the smartness in that product... Such a poor bass and average sounding headphones... And then i called customer support... A worst customer support experience... Their name should be policy support. I told them that these headphones have poor bass then they told me to replace. I have asked for return and these guys have denied it and told that it cannot be possible because it is against our policy.. Now u guyz tell me if you have ordered headphone and you don't like them so what u are gonna do? Will you replace them? Will you ask for refund? Ofcourse, you will return them, but they denied for return? So what am i gonna do with that headphones? And customer support also told me that they are not helpful for me in this case... Worst customer support and your website could also show me the popup "refund not available for this product" so i won't book it.

                                    Without hearing the sound how can i justify the sound... There should be the return policy for that... Being such mnc's and doing such low level things

                                      Order number OD[protected].
                                      Empty box received. Immediately contacted to deivery guy he suggested to to visit local office and they took images of images and box . And contacted customer care and filed complaint for the same. Please help

                                      I have ordered apple watch on 22th june. So the expiry of warranty should start on 22th june or later date ( delivering date). And should end on 22the june 2019.
                                      But when i check th serial number (apple support send me link ) of that apple watch( mentioned on box) it showing 6th june 2019 its means that device has activated before 16days prior. Screnshot attached.
                                      This clearly indicate that apple watch stealed from box so flipkart deliver me empty box.
                                      Already i am in touch flipkart cs but they are asking more n more timE

                                      They ask for time till 28th june... its today
                                      Please ressolve as soon as possible
