I received fraud calls of winning Tata safari . Person claims to be of Flipkart . He had my name phone number, order details, address.
How did this information leak to scammer . This is a serious issue . I am filing a case against them for leaking my data for causing me harassment and breaching my privacy .

They leaked my personal information . I have heard from many people it has happened to them still they rudely reply we can’t do anything about it . They think every customer is stupid but not me . I will take this issue forward and people join me if you faced the same issue . This is complete stupidity . Since my information is leaked once, it is leaked forever . Who will take care of that ? They opened a door for scammers to scam people and they think it is not a big issue . After complaining to customer service 3-4 times, they acted ignorant and said this is fraud call don’t cooperate with them . That’s it ? What are you doing about it ? What about the loss I am facing due to data leak ? I need answers . This is the level we have reached here where they don’t respect customer and their data .

Moreover, Flipkart is threatening me to that they will recover money legally. Did they help in anyway?
I have received an order with my name and address but a different phone number. The name of the product is one of the products I had ordered earlier which has been successfully returned and refunded.
Now I have received the order which I had never ordered.
They have leaked my details, my full name, full detailed address, my full order details and have called them for hours now still nothing. A cyber complaint may be needed now.

    This is my order details. I can't any call to cancel it cancelled. When i call helpline they call me, i don't attend order & also i cancel it. I don't know how it possible. Plz take any step as soon as possible.

    This is not one day problem, e face it many time in our location by flipkart.

      I bought an air conditioner priced at Rs31, 390 from Flipkart e-commerce but with 4 days the same item under same seller was agsin discounted by Rs 2750/-. I felt like cheated. This issue has happened twice.

      However the support from Amazon India is far more superior, even they had a fair policy that if thete is a change in price of a product by a seller within a week of purchase the difference in amount will be refunded back.

      I am a loyal customer to flipkart but this is enough. I shall never buy anything from flipkart again.shame shame flipkart for your cheap marketing gimmick there is no support for your loyal customers.

      Again a big story, i installed the product and went to register on samsung. Then I came to know the condenser was alloy but I paid the price for Copper condenser which was around 6000/- costly than alloy. FLIPKART YOU ARE CHEATING PEOPLE .

      Spoke to customer and arranged for refund. Closing the case.

        On 4th june the product(casio ex303) was delivered to me without any price tag. I found the watch a bit heavy for me so applied for the return on 5th june but the wish master canceled the return because there was no price tag on the box. I called the customer care they said that the product is flipkart assured so it is not possible that the product does not have a price tag. I posted a complaint here on Indian consumer complaints forum on 13th june but no response from flipkart.
        The return policy period is also going to be over soon.

        Please help.

            I purchased one Micromax canvas 5 lite Q463 smart phone through flipcart. Within one year the software got some defect. I contacted authorized service center, but they couldn't access the software. After contacting Micromax, they verified the invoice, mobile box cover imei numbers and details from service center and send me a reply, telling it is a counterfeit item. They are not responsible for repair it.

            On informing this to flipcart their executives are just making fun out of it. I think it is better to move to consumer court to solve the issue as it is about to complete one year ie. garentee period.

              I have purchased washing machine from the flip kart on, 15/06/2018 and they promised the machine will be delivered on, 20/06/2018 but on that day it did not came, than I called customer care so they promised me to give resolution in 24 he's.
              Then one person called and said it will be delivered in, 24 he's. Again it did not came and again when I called about the product they again promised me. I think flip kart people are cheaters and big fraud. I will be sharing the same to graham suraksha

                    I had ordered a mi tv 55' on 12th may midnight sale and i got my tv on 14th may, 2018.
                    I had checked the extended warranty of 2 years but somehow it didnt got in my checkout items and as it was on sale i ordered immediately. Post delivery i asked my installation guy about the extended warranty, he said we can get it and that he will tell his manager to get back. I never got a callback. I called numerous times to flipkart about my warranty and everytime they give me some flawed information. I am really disappointed this time from the service i have got. The representative told me he has raised an escalation for my issue when he clearly hasnt.
                    I tried speaking to the senior representative no one even picks up the call, i waited for some half an hour but it seems flipkart doesnt value customer relation anymore.
                    Its not like i am asking anything for free. That extended warranty is something i will pay for.
                    Also, i wanted the warranty as it is flipkart protect and i was assured that i will get the service, but with this i think i should have better not bought the tv only and got of some other brand from local market atleast there will be no stress to customer like us and we would not be mis guided like this.

Now I using Jio & BSNL sim cards.In my new phone Jio sim often cut off while calling. speed of internet 70% lower than other phone where I used the same sim card.Moreover whats app and other apps not working properly.I reboot my phone its hanging. this happening throughout daily.Download speed is below 100 kb/s while the same sim card speed is 500kb/s in other phone. you knowYu 4711 was my old phone where the sim card working properly.

                          I have ordered for moto m mobile and i received an LYF mobile which i havent ordered . When i reuested for an reutrn, my request has been cancelled. When I contacted customer care, the said me to wait till nxt day on monday and i waited, the nxt day my return request has been cancelled. And this is happening since sunday. How can they be careless this much. I feel like i have lost my lhone and money. This is was thier mistake as they delivered an wrong phone which i havent ordered but still none is taking care on us to refund of my payment. Iam getting hurt and i feel low to be here.

                            I have ordered I-Phone X through flipkart, but they send the phone which is having sim inside. after returning the first time we got the same type of mobile with sim and sim is in working condition.
                            And flipkart customer care is not responding properly with complaint.
                            This happend two times with same order. even after first product returned we got same type of one, this shows how flipkart is cheating Indian people. Flipkart is buying phones From US country and selling in India with less cost.

                                Bought inverter ac 1.5 ton and received it on 13 june 2018. Forced installation was scheduled for 18 june 2018. Reschedule for 21 june and then for 23 june from jeeves company, authorised by flipkart. No effort being taken. If want to install by myself then i am threaten that warranty on the product will be cancelled. I feel cheated and under lots of stress due to unprofessional behaviour of flipkart. Would go for legal action if issue not resolved by 23 june 2018

Agin they gave 24 june. I already paid the amount. Its very horrible me. I don't know why they doing. Please take action on flipkart. Again they change delivery date. So please solve my problem. My father scolding me.

                                      I saw an advertisement in the internet about truenet selling mi note 5 for ₹100 it was given as exclusive offer soo i have ordered for it and i have paid the money also and i never got a confirmation regarding this. I feel this is a fraud website. If it is not pls give me an clear information about this because i have paid the money already. Pls do the needfull

                                      Irrelevant complain not related to Flipkart. Hence, closing from our end.
                                      This power bank was not charge my phone and this is not on and light was not on
                                      I will order shoe then morning contact then 1 hr phone swich off courier servicer 2 day same issue. very bad service. i am purchasing customer not in any product ur site.
