Ordered the phone during a offer period and they denied to deliver the product saying the product was returned by their courier agency ekart and cancelled the order and asked me to place a new order at a higher price. The offer price is just an eye wash. They provide as though they are giving and ensure it is cancelled with some or the other non-sense reason. Flipkart doesn't have any control on their courier partner ekart.

    Hello,

    I placed the order for a jack and jones original tshirt but got a different tshirt altogether for which i requested a return, today i got the replacement and still the product is different. I have been waiting for the order for the past week and still not getting the same product for which is placed the order. If the tshirt was out of stock than why wasn't i informed in the first place, i would have gone to a different vendor and purchased it. Such pathetic service is provided by flipkart, highly disappointed.

      Installation is pending from past 4 days even after repeated complaints they are not acting. They have made me helpless in all the ways possible. I spent my hard earned money and sitting idle. They are not responding to my complaint. They are marking ticket as resolved though it’s not actually. They have screwed me up in all possible ways. They are not letting me getting it installed from outside vendors not they are accepting return saying it is not yet installed. I am completely helpless

On thursday i got an email apologising for the delay in delivery and to get the product delivered by saturday. Today till now i've not received pb. I'm leaving this place tomorrow.               Dear flipkart team.
              One of your clients had purchased - perfect homes by flipkart julian engineered wood 4 door wardrobe - seller:omnitechretail. Order id being - od[protected]. The product delivery and policy stated that the product will be delivered and assembled by 12th june 2018.
              The product was delivered on 11th june 2018. Post which the customer gets a message from ad - jeeves – ‘dear customer, jeeves engineer chaman will call you to fix an appointment ‘. Post which no action from flipkart or jeeves.
              The customer waited for the installation guy on 12th and 13th june 2018. The client also called the installation person several times but the call was unanswered.
              On 13th june 2018, the client gets another message from ad-jeeves – ‘dear customer, jeeves engineer shamim ahmad will call you to fix an appointment. Same story gets repeated again and there is no call from shamim ahmad or from flipkart or jeeves. The client calls the installation person several times but the call is unanswered.
              On 14th june 2018, the client gets a message from ad-jeeves – ‘appointment rescheduled: dear customer, our engineer was not able to reach you today. Our customer support executive will reach out to you to fix an appointment for ticket id: 8f11-27013flpkrt-5812632. Subsequent to this message another message comes with a new ticket id number – 8f14-27013flpkrt-5835265.
              No action either by flipkart or by the vendor partner. On 15th june 2018, another message comes that installation engineer will call you to fix an appointment followed by another message that appointment rescheduled to 16th june 2018. The visit and installation will be done by 9:00 am. However there is no action by flipkart or the vendor till now.
              The client has made several calls to the flipkart customer care team, and has spoken to many people including the escalation team. Several calls to the installation person but no response.
              The client does not want this product anymore and is requesting for the refund of his money. The flipkart team, vendor of flipkart may take this product back to due to non-fulfilment of the order.
              Please can someone senior from the flipkart team step forward, look into the issue and help the client as per his requirements.

              Spoke to customer on 18th June and he confirmed that the installation and demo was completed a day before. Closing the case.
              Exact same challenge I am also facing, after delivery of the TV from flipkart after 2 days the installation has not been done. As Jeeves technician/ team is saying its the flipkart's responsibility to arrange the wall mount and flipkart is saying we are reaching out to the vendor to resolve your issue, but still not resolved. But while selling the product flipkart is providing the guarantee that next day itself only the TV installation and demo will be done by the Jeeves but that's not the actual scenario. And one more concern is if I go with table top installation the next wall mount installation will be charged by Jeeves.

              So flipkart should not put wrong information about the product on the site if that can't be done within the time frame as they themselves are deciding the date in order to sell their product. Else take the complete responsibility of end-to-end of the product so that customer should not suffer. Flipkart should contact each vendor from their end and get the things done on time.

                It was delivered on june 4th and installation guy came on 8th, but the remote was missing, and the story began from there, poor service from flipkart and not expected this, i spoke to team leads also they told the replacement tv will dispatch on 13th for sure, but it did not, and now the delivery date is showing as jun 23rd '18 09:00 am and sat, jun 23rd '18 09:00 pm and the installation will be expected by wed, 27th jun, and they are telling it was the maximum time of arrival and it might reach on or before jun 23r, still the product is not dispatched, inspite of calling too many times to cs and the service is really poor, i do not want any replacement and i don't want to wait any more, i need refund

                          I purchased an midea 1.5 ton ac from flipkart on 06th june 2018 for an amount of rs. 29384/-, and the product was delivered to me on 08th june 2018, the installation service was provided by jeevees company. Installation completed on 10th june 2018 at 10:00 pm, when we tried using the ac for the first time after installation on 11th june 2018 the ac was not given cooling. We immediately placed a complaint with the flip kart service center. Complaint no.[protected] dated 11th june 2018.
                          Based on complaint, media-carrier technician form vadodara visited to checked ac on 12th june 2018. Every day, i was called 4 – 5 times in day on flip kart customer care. Every customer representative given as own view and raised issue.
                          Following issues raised (I don’t know why such issues raised)
                          1) improper installation jun.15
                          2) return status jun.13
                          3) when tech visit will happen jun.14
                          4) tech visit to be done for return approval jun.14
                          The customer care representative has very careless behaviors. Taken two working days off to resolve any issue. Customer care even don't know what to do next.
                          Today, new chapter open by flip kart customer care representative, he told me ‘ you have canceled or rescheduled technician visit, but already media-carrier technician done 12th june. Why i canceled or rescheduled?
                          Is the problem resolved by flip kart? I am too much scared to buy this product now. Now, will wait till you revert back on the status of problem.

                            I am writing this email with utmost disappointment with Flipkart delivery service.

                            When I ordered this product the delivery offered was next day. But later it showed max by Saturday. Now I had to cancel my bus ticket since I wont be able to receive the product on Saturday As per the latest update, it shows a delay of 2 working days again.

                              Hello. I had ordered safari badge expandable check in luggage 29th may 2018. That order also not cancel by me flip kat it self my order is cancel. When i call to customer care they are telling me that your amount refunded all ready but when enquiry with bank they are telling that till any fund is not come from flipkart. I kept waiting, and it was 15/june/2018 that i dropped them an email regarding the same. They are not responding through mails i want my amount that's it.

                                This is painful to report that my product was supposed to be picked up yesterday and is still not picked up! Everytime i call the customer care they put me on hold and never return, this has gotten out of hands and i need the refund to be processed right away as i dont really care when you get the pick up scheduled, i need the refund to be initiated right away. I am leaving the country ina few days and begging flipkart to refund my money asap!
                                If anyone reads these emails at all, consider this an urgent escalation of the issue!

                                  I had placed a order on flipkart of trouser worth rs.1962 having above order i'd and i am very unfortunate that i had received a empty parcel from flipkart so i had complained to flipkart and after several complaint flipkart had assured me that the issue will be resolved by 12th june 2018 but very surprisingly the issue has not resolved within the timeline given by flipkart and again told to wait till 24th june 18 but this is very disgusting and cheapest customer support ever in earth.
                                  At last it is my painful request to refund my rs.1962 at earliest without any further delay.

                                  Flipkart has been harassing me since long times. I had lost Rs.1962 but nobody is taking seriously for the valued customer.
                                  This is my first filpkart purchase and I had lost faith on online retailer and I will never shop online and especially from flipkart.

                                  Shocking Again massage has been received from flipkart that my flipkart account has been blocked due high amount of return without resolving my issue of Missing order and loosing of Rs.1962 since 30 days.
                                  As I informed you this is my first Flipkart purchase so how and where i return high amount of return.
                                  This is completely cheating of flipkart and once again I intimate to resolve the issue by refunding Rs.1962 at very earliest.

                                  Shocking Surprising and disgusting flipkart You were not resolved my concern of Missing order whereas block my flipkart account for high return detected by system as mentioned but regret and I am in very much shock that this is my first Flipkart purchase ever so how your system detected high amount of return.
                                  I had lost Rs.1962 since 20 days and after several complaints and your assurance my issue has not been resolved but you are playing with valued customer without resolving concern of customer since long times.
                                  I will make sure you will paid huge than my lost amount and you will lost dignity and faith of customers in upcoming days.
                                  Finally I warned your good office to provide resolution at the very earliest neither you can see what can I do.

                                  No action taken by flipkart regarding my missing product from order OD[protected] and has not refunded Rs.1962 till now and blocked my account mentioning high amount of return whereas this is my first Flipkart purchase.

                                    Hi i rajkumar. I have purchased a king size bed from flipkart which is very delicate so i opted for return. Firstly flipkart has rejected my return request then i called customer care and requested for return then the executive from flipkart came and checked the bed and approved the return. After 3 days executive came n dismantled the bed and packed it. Since then it's been 12days nobody came for pickup the bed. I called customer care, flipkart is saying that we have scheduled executive for pickup but they will not come simply they send a text message stating that it is rescheduled for tomorrow, tomorrow again same story rescheduled for tomorrow. Pickup unsuccessful: spacewood mayflower en... With tracking id from flipkart.com could not be picked up today due to unforeseen circumstances. We will try again tomorrow. This are the message which we will receive from flipkart. Please don't buy any furniture from flipkart if you want to return it flipkart will show you hell.

                                      Hello. I had ordered jade women maroon slippers on 30th may 2018. Due to some reasons i had to return it back and the pickup time was allowed that is 04 / june 2018. The wish master came and collected the box and promised me to have my refund money within one business day back. I kept waiting, and it was 08/june/2018 that i dropped them an email regarding the same. Within one day i was told that my bank account details were not correct. I asked one of my friends to re - enter the details of her account as well, but to that even we got no luck. Till date that is 14/06/2018 i have not received anything. The item costs rs 439. Kindly, please have an immediate action against the team.
