I've ordered three seater sofa set through flipkart on 25 may and the schedule delivery date is upto 12/june/2018, but at the time of reaching the date it is further extended to 20th june and then when 20th june has been came then flipkart extended the same upto 30th june and after that it further extended to 5 july i've not get my product upto now, and in the meantime whenever i complaint to the flipkart regarding this issue they dont have any information regarding the delay of my product and just give me the assurance of wait for the next promise delivery date and told me that u cant cancel the order just because your order has been shipped amd once the order has been shipped it cant cancel and my order has been shipped on 28th of may, flipkart is not good at all.     This fraud is nothing but a scam which flipkart is committing. They are selling refurbished mobile in the name of brand new.

    I ordered so called brand new lenovo p2 mobile from flipkart on 26th june 2017 which got delivered to me on 17th july.

    All the lenovo mobiles which i ordered from flipkart used to get couriered to from secunderabad hub but this time this lenovo p2 mobile was couriered to me from delhi hub.
    The same day i communicated this doubt to flipkart customer care, but they reassured me that my mobile is original and not the refurbished one.

    After 10 months it had defect in speaker, so i visited lenovo service centre in varanasi for repairing. After checking my mobile's imei warranty status in their database they told me that my mobile doesn't comes under warranty and it's warranty status is either void or unknown. And the only way i can have my mobile repaired is to update its warranty and to update its warranty i have to send my imei number screenshot and invoice bill soft copy to service centre email id which in turn they will send to lenovo tech team.

    This was the first time in my life that i was using a mobile believing the assurance from flipkart that it offers 12 months after sale warranty. But it was a fraud as ai was using my mobile, whose warranty status was unknown, null and void.

    Flipkart is not accepting their fault and compelling me to send my invoice details to lenovo tech team. Which i don't want as it as against a customer's right, who is rightfully demanding it's warranty from the day he purchased his mobile and he not have to update it whenever his visits service centre which shows that flipkart's fraud behaviour

    Kindly help me in my fight against such fraud and scam running by flipkart and help me in getting my rightful demand of 100% refund.

      Poojitha and syed imran from customer care team are the most useless people. They were trying to fool me and trying to act smart.
      Poojitha called me back after i requested a call back and was trying to get away by misinforming me. When i asked for supervisor transfer she put me on hold for long time and came back to say she will transfer to senior in one minute but again put me on hold for long time before transferring to me. Then this guy imran came who was very rude and obnoxious and trying to mislead. His attitude was like he does not care and when i asked him for his name he said take my full name (Like do anything, nothing will happen) he transferred to uday the supervisor who was good and courteous and helped out. Senior management level at flip kart should look into this.

        This is to bring to your attention that i have purchased an msi laptop from flipkart. I first tried to process the payment through debit card but it was failed. Then i proceeded to confirm the order through net banking. But my statement shows that the amount has been deducted twice and i seek refund for that transaction which was debited by mistake. The price for the product was 64, 990 and hence the same amount was deducted twice from my bank account. I attach the photo of my statement showing amount deducted 2 times from my account. P. S. The customer support said the amount will be refunded soon but it hasnt happened yet

          On 6th may 2018 i ordered symphony air cooler from flipkart which was defective and on 17th may flipkart promised me to replace same by 23rd may which was not done then after continuous follow up on 20th june flipkart mailed that they will return pick up the product by 27th and refund the amount and then automatically cancelled same refund and now sent replacement and now not ready to listen to me

          I ordered a product which reached orderly Bazar at 8:27 am on dated 1/07/2018 and out of order at 9:04 am. Delivery address is Minthouse colony nadesar which is 2.7 Km from orderly bazar. But the product is still not deliver at 4:04 pm on dated 1/7/2018

          Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

          I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

            I purchased product from flipkart and at the time of order they confirmed that there is cash back on this product. I have not received cash back from them and upon query they are denying. I have already shared proof where there call center executive confirmed me for the cash back.
            Even after multiple follow-ups through emails and calls they are not giving the cashback.

              Dear flipkart,
              From last one week i am unable to login my account, after so many complain on phone no one try to resolve my issue, yes once i got response from executive and he stated in mail that flipkart system observe my purchase history and its shows that i am a reseller. I strongly dine this alligation, can you please explain how can any person become a reseller after buying 1-2 items in month worth 3-5k (For some penny profit). I am an biotechnologist not a seller or reseller. Please look this issue, systems are make error please resolve by using human mind and observation.

              Waiting for a satisfying resolution from flipkart for the same. Or explain me how their system recognises that I am a reseller. Are they hire a spy agency or there is any police verification. The best way to do this thing they have to call me and ask to explain if they found anything wrong. But they blocked my account without any discussion with me or explaining that they found this -that unethical things related to my account.

                I have buy a laptop from flipkart a gaming laptop msi. From first day laptop has issue i got complained on flipkart to exchange it but they are not either exchnage the product or refund product. I am trying since last 2 weeks to do the process but their executives refuses everytime and cut the phone call from their end. It is really a rubbish activity fro flipkart. I don't expect this types of activity from flipkart. Flipkart and its services really gone down. I am totally dissatisfied with product and specially with flipkart employees.

                  Flipkart blocked my account. They selling i am reselling their products. Actually i booked products for my family members and my friends because of their flash sale they are unable to book phones and so i booked for them. They are blocked my account in my account their is 30k gift card added in flipkart wallet they are not refunding my money neither they are unblocking my account.                     Never and ever purchase from flip kart.. Very bad customer care service. I complaint about my shoes which i purchased from flip kart and they called me once and they said will call me with in 24hrs (But they didn't call me, i waited like 3 days) i have already purchased for more than 10000 rupees but i never expect this.                       Dear flipkart team,

                      I had ordered a 8 kg front loading ifb fully automatic washing machine on flipkart, order id[protected] on 14th june 2018. The washing machine was delivered on 18th june 2018. I had to make several calls to flipkart for installation and commissioning of the machine. After a repeated request installation was arranged on 23rd june 2018. Authorized technician opened the packaging and found heavy damage in washing machine. Same instant i made written request (From my flipkart account) for replacement. I was promised 28th june as technician visit date and inspection date and later flipkart again postponed to 2nd july. Today is 1st july and i dont think flipkart has addressed the issues yet. With this complaint i would like to inform flipkart that after repeated request also flipkart could not demonstrate any intent to solve my problem which has led to a huge mental harassment to me. Now as i am unable to get any response from flipkart i am forced to approach consumer court and file a fir.

                          There was o proper response from flipkart customer care.

                            Hello.
                            Vikrant this side.
                            I have place an order at flipkart for yu yureka 2 handset. I received product at 27 june 2018, after received the phone i am facing issue with the google play store, it's not working.
                            I have exchange it once after all efforts and technician visit. Yesterday i received another set (Yu yureka 2) in the replace but still i am facing the same issue in set.
                            Now i have placed an refund request through flipkart app. From today morning after refund request i got a call and they ask me to do thing again and cut my phone without resolve my issue after that i called flipkart 6 times and they ask me to elaborate again and again and after listening all my issue they ask me to hold line and cut my call after 10 minutes everytime. I am not getting any positive solutions or any positive response or assistance from your executive as well as from senior executives.
                            When i replace it first time your senior co customer executive named 'dinesh jhangi' asked me to replace it once and give assurance to me that if i will get same problem again then flipkart will refund for the product but now your executives and senior executives named pooja and aakash eaten my brain like anything. I have purchased after seeing assured seller from flipkart, if you assured the seller so there must be some responsibility of yours for the product and there must be some agreement and policy for that so why are you bother us too much for the refund of product which is not fine/good. I am a civilian of india i also work and work in delhi government, i am not free enough and don't have that much time to waste on call again and again.

                            Did you guys think we are fool we are giving our precious time to you we trust you but this time it was worst experience. You are trustworthy brand of india people of india trust you like anything and now you are doing like this this is very sad.
                            I am too much disappointed this time.
                            There is option in flipkart app for refund and i believe if there is an option so there must be provision for that if customer is facing severe problems with the product so why are you people not initiating refund and approving my refund request.
                            I am ordering from flipkart from past so. Many years but this time i become irritate by your service and policies.
                            I am hoping that you will cater my complain and solve it as soon as possible and refund my money back as there is a problem with set and with seller not mine.
                            Please resolve it as soon as possible, if you are not able to resolve and didn't take action then i will go for consumer court for justice.

                              We have ordered redmi 5a gold, 32 gb on june 18 which was delivered to us on 19 june. While checking out the phone, we realised that the display of that phone is too yellowish which not even effects looks of the phone but also effects the photos and videos as the photos and videos in that phone shows photos and videos in very dull colour. I had purchased this phone only because of the camera, which is defected in my case because of display.
                              Also i want to add that this was my second redmi 5a phone which i had purchased within one month from the purchase of 1st one. My first phone is absolutely perfect without having yellow tint.
                              On 20 june we started calling flipkart and applied for replacement policy. I had applied for replacement for around 5-6 times through flipkart portal. On the first 3 requests, technician from "jeeves" visited us and told us that our seniors strictly told us not to accept replacements for display defects and hence every time after their visit our replacement request was cancelled by the flipkart. Then we raised rest 3 replacement requests and called flipkart customer care center who told us to wait for 29 th june, as our 4th technician visit was scheduled in between 29-30 june, the reason behind this late schedule visit was simple, as the 10 days replacement policy was going to end on 29 june so they just wanted to pass on those remaining 3-4 days. And on evening 29 june flipkart cancelled my rest two replacement request also. Also we had job sheet provided by mi customer care center that mentioned that product had defect.

                              At this moment, neither i am able to raise my request for replacement/ technician visit nor we are getting any satisfied help from flipkart customer care center.
                              In these 11-12 days, we have flipkart numerous of times, we contacted them through chats also which they left in between conversation many times, through mails also which are not replying back. We only received one mail from flipkart which says that "flipkart is not able to reach us" but frankly we have not received a single call on that date. They are just making excuses.

                              And now they are saying that my request was cancelled because we have settled the case with the seller. How unprofessional they are behaving.

                              I want replacement of that defected product, cant flipkart do that much only.

And we have provided that to flipkart . in response to that mail flipkart replied to wait for 14 july, i.e more 12 days . I am not getting the point, why flipkart wants us to wait more ...

                                This is regarding order OD[protected]. I've also opened CUSTOMER CARE incident IN[protected]. Please check that for more context.

                                Its been a very disappointing and sad experience regarding this particular order. AND now instead of fixing the issues you guys are cancelling the order yourself and making all sorts of false statements. I never cancelled this order, neither did I consent to any cancellation. Why have you cancelled the order?? And also in the cancellation email that I've received, you mention that you made multiple attempts to deliver the product to the given address. This is an OUTRIGHT LIE. (please check the attached screenshot of that email). In fact i contacted your support and got this support case opened, all because you never made any attempt to make the delivery (please read the thread again).

                                PLEASE UNDERSTAND that the courier guy called us only once and asked my father to travel for 40km to another city (the nearby ekart hub) to pick up the phone. OBVIOUSLY that is ABSURD and UNACCEPTABLE, this is supposed to be home delivery. Rightfully my father denied to do that. If you claim that you'll deliver a product to given address, then for gods sake please abide it. If you can't then please don't claim it in the first place. After that first phone call, the courier guy never called us again, neither did he made any attempt to deliver the product. And if i've to guess he simply sat on the product without delivering it, all because he'd need to travel 40km+ to deliver it. The supposed date for the delivery of the product was 19th June and it did not get delivered till 29th June, and thats when you geniuses decided to cancel the order yourself without even asking me, and if that wasn't enough, you went further blamed it all on me, that the multiple attempts were made for delivery and all of them were unsuccessful. This is disgraceful and outright unprofessional service.

                                Flipkart needs to get to the root of this issue and understand why did the courier guy not deliver the product. During all this episode, I kept contacting CUSTOMER CARE over phone, in fact I spoke 4 times with your CUSTOMER CARE staff, and none of those 4 calls got me any satisfying answers, all of them kept saying that it'll be delivered in 2 days/wait for 2 days. None of those CUSTOMER CARE people had any clues about the real issue. THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC AND FRUSTRATING, no wonder you guys are losing it out to AMAZON, learn thing or two from them. First step in fixing any sort of problem is to acknowledge and know the problem, and I'm sorry to tell you that you're not doing that.

                                This has been a very UNPROFESSIONAL, DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING experience for me. I don't even feel like re-ordering the product now. Its very much likely that the same ### courier guy will again resort to the same unprofessional tactics next time as well. I really really hope someone with some authority looks at this email thread, and if not fix the problem, at least tries to understand and acknowledge there was lapses made during delivery, and make sure that the concerned courier guy is held accountable and reprimanded for his actions in some way.

                                If not any compensation for my troubles, you guys at least owe me an explaination and an assurance that this wouldn't be repeated if i re-order the product.

                                Customer raised complaint regarding product delivery, our team already interacted with customer and informed order has been cancelled from courier service provider and requested to place a fresh order hence closing the case from our team

                                  I had ordered my first redmi note 5 pro on 27-june-2018 and it was cancelled by seller itself. It was cancelled one day after the order confirmation is received by me. On 29-june-2018 once again ordered the same device, got the conformation and this is second time they cancelled my order one day after the confirmation. I told the customer support about the problem but the reason the gave is totally fake and have no grounds. They told me that it was a bulk order, that means i've ordered in past the same device with some another account. But i told them it was my first order and in reply they said "they can't help in this situation".

                                    For 6 led wipro bulbs.

                                    Filpkart plays smart when it comes to replacement of defective goods.

                                    While they accepted to replace and noted my complaint promptly, they have kept silent after that.

                                    Now their site shows that replacement is cancelled!!

                                    Do not believe in flipkart replacement. It doesnt happen. And you are left with the defective piece.

                                    This is the last order i ever give on flipkart.

                                      I purchased an lcd tv cost 29k from flipkart on 0% emi, due to some offer i cancelled that order, and purchased from another card, when order cancelled, i got full refund, but my emi was not cancelled by flipkart, flipkar told that they cancelled it, but i contacted with my bank, bank told there is no request from flipkart to cancel emi. Now i am charging by bank emi, for that order which i cancelled. Very bad experience.

                                        On 07th June 2018, I ordered a Caprese tote bag from flipkart amounting to Rs. 1451. The payment was successful but the order was not confirmed and I didn't receive any confirmation. The payment was made in two ways, Rs. 694 was paid through bank and remaining Rs. 757 was paid through my flipkart gift card. The transaction id for Rs. 694 is P1806071340184041738464.
                                        From the day I placed the order I'm contacting the customer care frequently and every time I get the same reply saying that it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours but it has been more than 25 days and I have not received my money. I also never get any update from the team until and unless I contact them.
                                        Please take a quick action against this as I'm very disappointed with the poor customer service of flipkart.

                                        Thank you so much for a quick resolution. Before complaining to this site, I used to contact them every 2 days and it continued for almost 25 days. But after complaining here I got my refund within 48 hours. I received a call from the fliplart team and promised me to refund my amount within 24 hours. They also followed up each and step frequently which would have been impossible if I tried alone.
