I am not getting my money refund

Sir,
I have placed an order on may-9 and my order id is - od[protected], from state bank of india debit card rs.11, 999 was debited. Due to misplaced mobile order, i've canceled my order later i got a msg that i'll be refunded my money within working days. But untill now i haven't received any refund intiated back into my account. I have contacted flipkart customer care nearly 30-40 times, they are giving me a time of 4 days...
