My name is raghav, i ordered a lenovo laptop ideapad 320 on 6 july 18 and i received a wrong product i.e. laptop cooler, no response from this flipkart untill today(14 july 18), seems like this company workers are lazy and dealing with blind sellers.i need this problem to be solved as soon as possible, my name and laptop details are there on the bill but still i got the fake product.

My name is raghav, i ordered a lenovo laptop ideapad320 of Rs45990 on 6 july 18, i received a wrong product i.e.laptop cooler on 8 july 18, immediately i requested for replacement of product, i got a message that i will get a call from flipkart concerned team within 72 hours, my name and details are in the bill, but still i got the wrong product and whenever i called to helpline they were saying i will get a call within 24 hours and this is the Sixth day of wasting my time, i need help immediately.

    I ordered indulekha oil from flipkart (seller kingsoferoad).but received duplicate product... They r cheating people. Many customers on their site has same issue...with the same product... After so many complaints flip kart is still selling such duplicate oil.. Selling cheap product in the name of indulekha oil. Oil smell and texture is completely different.. Kindly help me out

      Who told flipkart to pack 2 phones in same cover? Both the phone have different Order ids...

      Who is the responsible for that?

        Ian purchased lifestyle sofa on 11 the June and the delivery date on 10 th July but my product not reach on the above date. The revised date was updated in Flipkart on 13 th July but product not delivered yet... I don't know what's happening... Today the product is not delivered means I will go to consumer court and I file the case against your company... I need a solution for this

          I have ordered for TV 43 inch on 02.07.2018. Order reference OD[protected]. TV was delivered on 03.07.2018.

          Installation and demo was scheduled on 04.07.2018. However no person has come for installation and i have to call to Flipcart. Installation person from LG Mr. Ankit Ray has come on 06th at 3 pm. He opened the box and found that No wire Cable, remote, stand for TV was there and TV seems used. As per him TV was 42 inch and used TV was delivered. Immediately i have called Flipcart Customer care and lodged complaint for refund of money and for used TV delivered. Flipcart has denied refund and say that replacement of TV can be done.

          Tech guy visit was scheduled on or before 10.07.2018 but no one has visited. I was contacting customer care but every time assurance was given replacement will be done. Tech guy is not visited till date and now scheduled time has given till 16.07.18.

          I want my money back as poor service and not get the original LG brand TV, which was ordered.

              I have issues regarding this product. Bcoz this is electronic product, it should have warranty period .Now i am facing issues with charger of that phone, so i went care for that so they are saying that this phone is second hand. and not under warranty condition, now the return time is over so, i can not even return that order, Even according to apple care, invoice is also manipulated.what i have to do

                It's been one year, still, Flipkart is working on my issue! How funny!

                Actually, I bought a phone from Flipkart back in 2017, and then, I got after using the phone for 5 mins that it has some display issue.

                I contacted Flipkart and after so many efforts, finally, Flipkart agreed to give me my replacement.
                I was happy and relaxed.

                Then the day came. on 28th of July, 2017, I got the replacement.
                This is the main story, the main whole issue is regarding this replacement.

                When I got the replacement, normally I started to unboxing the phone, but suddenly I got the feeling that the packaging was not like fresh, seemed used/refurbished alike packaging.

                After finishing the unboxing, I got that the phone is bent! Yes! Flipkart sent me a bent phone! Another time Flipkart sent me a damaged product! Even as a replacement!

                I was scared and angry as well, so even before turning on my phone, I went to call them. I told that representative everything and then he said that I could even have a refund or replacement, as i got damaged replacement, i can have any one of them if I want, either replacement or refund by returning the original item. So, I was happy, I said yes sir I need the refund. He asked me if I need it in my wallet or on my Bank account, I told him that I need the money on my Flipkart's PhonePe Wallet. He told me that its done, I will get the refund within 24 hours after picking up the return, and the return will be done by tomorrow (29th July). So I dropped the phone and I thought everything will be fine.

                I got no notification regarding the pickup or return or refund etc nothing!

                I was surprised! Anyway, no one came to pick up my phone next day, nothing about the refund as well.

                so I called every day after that, every time I was getting stories that Flipkart is working on that issue, please wait for 24-48 hours, etc.

                Then I got fake promises too many times from a company like Flipkart! Lots of executives told me that the return pickup has been arranged and it will be done by 1 day, 2 days etc, The refund will be reflected on your wallet soon etc

                Nothing happened, Flipkart all the time gave me fake commitments, and I had to use that bent phone for no reason! They sent me that and they were behaving like I did something wrong! They didn't even judge my request, no engineer came to check my phone! It was their policy but no! They did nothing!

                One day, Flipkart blocked my account by saying my account has too many return requests that's why.

                So tell me, what was my fault? They sent me the damaged faulty product and then they blocked my account? Where is the refund? Where is the pickup? Their commitments?

                Why would I use this bent device? and the phone came to me in a used like condition! So what about the refund? Everyday Flipkart told me that I will get the refund and then one day they blocked me! WOW!

                And after that, when I called them a few weeks later gapping, they says that i wont get refund nor replacement as the account is blocked and the return period gone! OMG! SERIOUSLY? Flipkart it self blocked my account while my return request was pending and the blocking happened for no reason, and then period? i told flipkart right after unboxing that i need replacement, flipkart it self asked me if i need refund or not then i told that i need refund! So even after 1 year, yes i need refund! Take this phone if they want. I need refund. I am not complaining about this after 1 year, i did 1000+ times from the day i got the item in my hand.

                Flipkart cheated me! HELP ME! I NEED MY REFUND! PLEASE! HELP!

                Few mins ago i was talking to a senior excecutive, Could not remember his name though, he just put my call on hold because i was asking some questions and he could not give the answeres! He was saying i cant have refund because the period is gone for replacement and refund, but it was flipkart who cheated me and delayed! not me! It was flipkart who took time! I raised the request right on 28th july! I am clean from my side, i need justice, i need refund! tired of same stories! Everytime they call, they tells me stories and nothing happens!

                Day before yesterday i got call from Flipkart, as i issued complaint on another consumer forum, and we talked a lot, and then he also could not giving me answere so he said that he will call me again within some few mins, and he never called me again! It's a joke? I need my refund, i paid whole money, why would i suffer? i need my money back, thanks.

                        I was very excited to purchase your product redmi note 5 pro black 64gb, but my experience has turned out very too poorly. I am writing to express my disappointment with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation.
                        I ordered redmi note 5 pro black 4gb ram 64gb which order number OD[protected], I received this product on 10th of June . The courier person deliver this product to particular location not my home, he denied to deliver at home. After taken product from courier person, I visited my home and open box, I got unbox mobile pack, whenever I opened that box, I got stone, a cover, USB cable, adapter and manual book but not mobile handset. I complained about to customer care on that day and your customer person gave me time on 17th June, on 17th June gave me time to 20th and 20th June gave me time for 25th June for investigate June 27 30 June, and 3 July 6 July 8july and continue differing date to resolve issue tor delivered product.                         I receivedproduct which had stone marble, I didn't paid 15000 to stone marble .They demand my id card and other details to me and I also shared all details but know one visit to my home.
                        Sir I didn't get any resolution from your side that I cheated by Flipkart from my product . I paid INR 15000, company did fraud with me for delivery stone .
                        I made many of complain to company customer care service everyone saying that problem will solve as soon as possible.
                        But now more than 1 month day from date of delivery stone by his courier, I didn't get any resolution from Flipkart. There customer care service is not working properly and I have no other way to communicate Flipkart. So hope in my country unethical trade practice will stop and person who include in this activity will soon identity.

                            Ordered 4 items of wall lamps and paid for all but got only one. Also return is rejected. Return my funds. U r being part of fraud by rejecting refund. I will sue u for harassment if return is not accepted.
                            On the box of packing it is written that 4 items are there inside but only one item was there. By rejecting the return it is evident that u r also part in fraud

                                I bought a pigeon gas stove 6 months earlier. A day before evening when my start to use the stove the glass got blast and my mom got wounded. I was trusted flipkart not Pigeon brand. Now don't have any words to convince my family. I have invoice with with warranty card. I need a service recovery immediately.

                                  This is highly disappointing to received such pathetic services from a big brand like flipkart.

                                  I have collected a product today at 15:50 And contacted flipkart for return of the product at 5 which is not even two hours of getting the product and I informed the product is without a price tag, and the product is not satisfactory in terms of its quality and colour. I am being told return is not possible without the tag and you have to give the tag, even after I have informed 20 times I have received the product without a tag I am being told the same thing.
                                  This is highly irritating for a regular and genuine customer like me who has bought expensive products like mobile phone on flipkart many times trusting the name but not my trust is shaken completely on getting such a pathetic service for the first time.

                                  All the agents were very unhelpful and sadly I am very disappointed and will take legal action if my issue isn't resolved.

                                  I didn't think this was a big task for a company like flipkart.

                                    when received that product packing sealed was Not Currect and Not Proper Packing i don't know how, And put the packing inside only small safety cover, and product damaged & it [censored]ing item (it manufacturing Made in Chaina)

                                    Below mentioned mail my complaint has been reported to cosumer court on 12th July 2018, My Order id OD[protected] item) Lenovo Phab 2 (Champagne Gold, 32 GB) (3 GB RAM) about the product its not good and bluff, When i have ordered that time i review all this product deatils and, main thing its Manufacturing on Lenovo PC HK Limited 23/F, Lincoln House, Taikoo Palace, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. But We have Received Its Made in China Model, ofter I contact to the Flipkart Customer care and i reques refund the amount but they told its seller problam we are only replecement the product, not possible to the refund amount. But my Flipkart Account Showing refund of oppositions, my self we have raised to the refund request, but it's automatically rejected.Now flipkart Customer was saying we are only replacement to the iteam But iam not beliving to him, So please my Humble Requesting refund the amount only.

                                        Flipkart cheating with new customers specially who has gift card balance in flipkart wallet. My account has been blocked according to flipkart my account blocked due to cancellation of products. Yes i accept i returned their products but it does not mean that you blocked my account and keep my amount which is INR 800 something. You are cheating with customers firstly you delivered missing items in that orders and when customer request for return/replacement/refund of that missing items then your customer care executive take request refund or return easily but after 2 or 3 days you blocked flipkart account. finaly i request to you please reactivate my account because it was not my fault. you sent incomplete products it is your fault not my fault. I want my gift card balance, Simple !
