I ordered a top from flipkart with order id od[protected] on 20th july, 2018. The order as supposed to be delivered by monday, 23rd july. On 23rd july i received an email notifying me that the order will be delivered by wednesday, 25th july. Then on 25th, when i called on customer service, they said it would get delivered by 27th july. Now today again they are saying the order will get delivered by 30th july!!! What do they think of the customer. They can't deliver a product on time. This is so not done. Such an irresponsible behavior. I want my product to get delivered by tomorrow. I have my tickets booked, i am leaving tomorrow.

    As per your 10 days replacement policy. After delivery from next day I was facing problem with the phone and I was in touch with you. Even after then your engineer came and reset my device, but the there is no improvement.

    So kindly please consider my problem and, either give me a new replacement phone or provide a full refund

    Hi Sir,

    My name is Hemesh Panchal, I have bought an Asus mobile. I have a problem with the phone and complained two times, but your two engineers came and just formatted my phone and after few hours problems are back again.

    As described the problem are mentioned below:

    · Back camera is not properly working.

    · When in charging fingerprint is not working.

    · In Google assistance shows error most of the time.

    · Dumping Error on the social website as well.

    · Phone get overheated while charging

    · Battery doesn't hold charging as it has 5000mah battery it should longer

    Sorry to say but I m not satisfied with your product. Can you please give me a perfect solution or replace my phone or ever give me a full refund.

      Hi Team- my flipkart order - OD[protected] should have been delivered on 23rd jul18 but it has not been delivered till today. Yesterday carrier boy has came but he told that I forgot to carry your product with me and same will deliver tomorrow but today neither I got any msg or call from ekart (carrier) not I found any satisfactory answer from flipkart customer care.

        My product Sony hard disc was dispatched to Jaipur hub two days back i.e on 25th July but still it has not been delivered at my residence at Jaipur. delivery service of courier is very poor. When contacted to customer care, they are repeatedly informing that it will be delivered by 30th July. Flip cart should inform that what is the reason in delay for delivery of the product.

          I have purchase mi 5 a mobile on 23 july 18 and flip cart commit to delivered on 25 july 2018 now still have not received the mobile and i contact to them still they are not sure the final date of mobile delivered its pathetic. Also they are trying to give me the shipping charges as a cashback which shown they are making fool to the customer for impress to customer. They loosing goodwill of flip cart. Resolved it on urgent.

            My account has been deactivated. I want to reactivate my account. I tried to do so but the recovery needs the otp send to both mobile and email but i do not have my email associated with my flipkart account.                 This is regarding incident number in[protected], which was raised to resolve my query anyhow.. They lied on my face and when i confronted with evidence they choose to keep quite and ignore me.

                I ordered nike shoes, order no: od[protected], where the size didnt fit. When i went to exchange my shoes for a larger size the option didnt come up. I called flipkart customer care they said they are too unable to enchange from their side and they were helpless in this regard.

                I then raised an incident to get some help in this regard. They later came back with the reply that size was not available, which previously i had checked it was available. To prove the same i ordered a fresh pair of shoes at a higher price with the size i wished, order no: od[protected]

                Now when i replied the same to them they conveniently kept quite and choose to ignore me.

                Ps: my first order was in lower price for rs.4076, later all the price increased to 5900 and this is the reason they didnt gave me the exchange option.

                  I had bought a product indulekha with gift card balance. The gift card validity was till 30th june & i have placed the order before that. I received the product indulekha hair oil, but as it was duplicate product i have returned it. But i didnt receive the refund for it. Every time i call flipkart customer care agent says to me its already done but when i check gift cards balance on profile it shows 0.
                  Look into this. I have called 7-8 times & i get told that it'll be resolved in 2 days but not happening.

                      We had shifted to a new place and have ordered multiple items like refrigerator, ac washing machine, TV from Flipkart. They were supposed to deliver the items by 13 th July 2018 but they were delivered on 16th. The AC received (Voltas 1.5 ton 3 star )was damaged and we had raised an request of refund on the same day. The installation guys from Jeeves found that the gas pipe of outer unit of the AC was broken. The AC was then uninstalled on 23rd July 2018 . Since then we have been waiting for the pick up guys to come and take the item. Initially they had said we have to ship the item which we initially refused but agreed seeing the delay. But then they requested that we should not ship the item since it is huge. We have been calling up customer care since then but there has been no resolution. I am a doctor and it is difficult for me to leave the patients and come back home again and again. We need the item to be picked up and our money to be refunded.

                        On 25/7/2018 at 12:00 pm, sale of redmi note 5 pro was going on and i ordered a product but at the time of transaction money was deducted from my account and session expired and afterwards i checked that no ordered was placed (As such no record was there on their website) but money was deducted from my account (Rs. 15, 548 netbanking sbi).                               Sir i order a micromax battery A108 on20/07/2018.my order id OD[protected]. and invoice number FAA92Z[protected]. that battery is not working you should replace this or I shall take severe action against consumer court. and the battery you sent is sweeled not showing any indication in my phone and that is not initially charged .why should sent such type items which is not available simply do not sent and cheat the customer.

                                  On 16.7.2018 at about 22.50 hrs I ordered one mobile set for Rs 11519/- which included return of one old mobile at the time of delivery of new set. But on the day of delivery, the old mobile set was not accepted and, therefore, new set was not delivered. I had made payment of Rs. 11519/- through my SBI Card No. [protected].                                       I have order a product from flipkart, where delivery date was shown to be on 26th july 2018 if I pay additional ₹70 (as a faster deliver option). I paid the same amount, but as soon as I ordered it, the delivery date in the order confirmation message got changed to 27th july 2018. I have made the full payment of my product, along with that I have also paid the extra delivery charges to get it delivered on 26th July'18. the customer care executives are not at all worthy to help out a customer. They are keeping the call on hold and finally disconnecting it. Everything is in vain once you have paid money to flipkart. worst service ever.

                                        I had ordered hometown dazzle without storage engineered wood king bed (Finish color - walnut) through flipkart.com on june 23rd 2018. On fri 6th july i got a call from flipkart saying the product i ordered is damaged so it cant be delivered. They gave me an alternative product, which i did not like fully but i did not want to wait any more hence i said to go ahead. I was given a new date of delivery which was, between wed, jul 11th '18 and sat, jul 21st '18. Till date i haven't received my product, no one at flipkart have any clue what is happening? Where is my product? Whenever i call and ask them, they keep on telling me they are investigating and to wait for 24/72 hours and they will let me know. This is been going on since 21st july and till date i haven't received any information about my product. I feel very frustrated and cheated that even after paying the full amount and waiting more than a month i still do not know what is happening with my product. Flipkart as a company is not bothered at all to resolve this issue and have the decency to let me know what is happening.

                                        Got my money back, after more than a month waiting time for my product. It was not delivered, but the same is clearly available on the website for higher price then i paid for. So this tells everything what Flipkart, in spite of being such a big brand is doing such cheap things. Never ever will buy anything from there& will try and tell as many as i can to boycott them.
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Got a call from Flipkart Customer care this evening, stating its in regards with the complaint i have filed with Consumer complaints and she will revert back with an update within 1 day. I informed her, that she is the 3rd person that has called me from Flipkart post the deadline delivery date of 21st July and on all occasions its exactly the same words which are used which she has just used. But i never receive a call back from the same person, who promises me that they will update me within 1 day. So on this time tell me something which is at least true please...

                                        Got a call from Flipkart today. Below is what was said-
                                        We would like to inform you about the refund of your order.
                                        The seller will refund Rs 10349 /- after the seller confirms the courier return of product and once the refund is initiated, as per standard banking procedures, the amount will be credited to your Net banking in 6 business days .

                                        Flipkart kept me waiting for more than a month for my product after full payment was done, always giving me waiting timeline for their investigation. And after waiting all this time, this is what i get, more waiting time now for my money, until the seller confirms the courier return!!! Strange thing is, Flipkart seller cannot deliver my product, but the same product has been posted as available right now for a higher price on their website!!!
