I received a "out for delivery" message in the morning with the contact number of the E - cart service partner. Even after confirming by calling him 2-3 times, he didn't show up. He even ceased answering my call afterwards. Due to hi and his irresponsibility, my whole day was occupied unnecessarily and the work at hand was delayed. I demand immediate action.

I have ordered an redmi 5a and after receiving confirmation messege I was happy but when I saw in my flipkart app my order was automatically cancelled by flipkart it got cancelled after shipment i want compensation from flipkart my order I’d is OD[protected]

      I bought panasonic eluga a4, mobile of 7329 rs. From flipkart in exchange of samsung galaxy j2 moblile amount of 2200 rs. And took 100 rs pick up charge. Due to faulty piece i returned panasonic mobile, and flipkart says we can't refund full amount. I have paid 5129 rs. Form credit card and after returned product they transfer only 5029 rs. And give other cash back of 2200 rs.in form of coupen valid for 1 year only and did not give back my samsung galaxy moblie.

      They should refund me 5129 rs.in my credit card account and should give cash back 2100 rs.in form of coupen.

        I had my account on FLIPKART and i ordered just 2 products via it, i placed a return request for 1 order which was different than ordered, raised a request. First of all EKART wishmaster didn't pick it up saying Flipkart is doubble crossing its customers and wont provide u the return even if i pick it up. After it i raised multiple requests, contacted CUSTOMER CARE again and again, they assigned me multiple teams but no resoultion came out as no team contacted me ever... Then suddenly when i tried to open my account, whhat did i see.. im unable to login back to it, the account has been blocked for no valid reason ! Conatced CUSTOMER CARE but they told no help could be provided as system did that and they have no control over it as it noticed high returns from my side ... Like wtf are u blind/mad or an ###''' Why do u provide so much power to a system of computers when u cant undo what it has done }

          I've ordered a Honor 9 Lite Mobile Phone on June 21st 2018. They failed to deliver product on the given date so i raised a complaint on flipkart day by day they keep extending dates for resolving my issue. They called me on phone and says we are cancelling your order because we don't deliver this product by time so i said ok to cancel this happen on 27th June. My time got wasted here about 6 days for delivery (they fails to deliver) after cancellation i did'nt got my refund till today 27th date to 4th July (almost 7 days wasted) they have not made refund. till now they are saying we will refund after pickup my days are wasting because of this.

            I bought a jbl flip 3 and it's having issues with its battery life and got intermittent switch off issue. I am totally unhappy with its performance. Jbl is offering a full refund on its website in such scenarios, but flipkart is not providing a refund and they are only ready for replacement.
            It's only 1 day since the product was delivered. I want to return the item and get a refund.

I've tried calling all the customer care no.                 I have received an email on 3/7/2018 where i was notified that my access to my flipkart account has been blocked because of a large number of returned items.
                Please refer to the phone conversations and emails exchanged in the last 2 weeks. The return requests were due to a fault with flipkart systems. Twice i have ordered more than one quantity of an item (Including order number od[protected] in both cases i was sent only one and the delivery person insisted on taking the cost of the entire order, i. E. The total number of items, though i had recieved only one. The people who assisted me on the phone from your team advised me to register them as returns so i can recieve the correct number of items.

                I would like to issue a formal complaint against flipkart regarding this whole situation.

                      Payment was done using debit card for Mi Basic wired Headset With Mic .
                      In my bank account statement show transaction is successful but didn't receive at Flipkart end.
                      Mi Basic wired Headset With Mic prices Rs 439 they are already payment through debit card but show COD in the payment section.
                      I have called the customer care multiple times, they say the transaction is not successful then the delivery guys demand cash. I have payment twice times.
                      Kindly reverse the one amount to my account.
                      They told me to wait for 8 days for refund or ask you for faster refund.

                          I have ordered the Product on Jun 4th and received on 14th, on 21st Jeeves Engineer visited my home at 11 PM, till morning 7 am he did installation and the product get damaged, after the installation he agreed that he doesn't know how to install it.

                          After that story begins... Many times (almost 50 to 60 times) I called Flipkart help line number which starts with 1800 and Conveyed the same information, they sent one more Engineer to see the product, after checking the product that person also agreed and updated the authorities on damage of the product.

                          Initially i requested for replacement, they ask me to wait till June 23rd to resolve the issue, I didn't get any response from team, then I decided to cancel the product and requested for refund, cancelled the order on 24th.

                          Received call on 24 th and they said they will resolve issue by 26 th then they postponed it to 27th then 29th then Jul 3, After that I received a message from flipkart saying that they can't refund because the return policy of my product is only applicable till Jul3rd.

                          Who made mistake here? why customer should suffer because of the tech fault?

                          It is so pathetic and worst experience one can ever face.

                            I have ordered a phone from flash sale which is too much difficult to order on 26-06-18 from flipkart by pre payment.
                            In my order section the order status is showing approved and accepted. While tracking the order it says it comes ti near by my location. But they it says the order get canceled.
                            Flipkart jr executive says the order canceled due to bulk order and if you want the same product create new account and then order. I was not satisfied with the answer as its not valid. Then call transfer to senior executive and he told that its canceled due to operational issue from seller side and also he assure me that internal action will be taken for junior executive for wrong detials.
                            My concern is why the order get canceled i am trying to book thay phone from last month but due to its demand and flash sale i didnt get that phone but now when i get that phone the order canceled due to nonsense reason. May be they don't have enough quantity to full fill all the orders. My time got wasted. Wilk you please look into the process and take serious action against this fake process of flash sale.

                              Hi,

                              I have ordered Redmi Note 5 (Gold, 32GB) from Flipkart on 20th June 2018. I have clearly mentioned delivery address as RAYADURG, Andhra Pradesh. But Flipkart has delivered the product on 23rd June to Dharmavaram which is 100 kms far from Rayadurg. I have lodged the complaint to Flipkart Customer Service on 24th June 2018, and they had promised to resolve the issue by 29th June 2018. When i had called customer service on 30th June 2018, they had requested for an additional time of 2 working days. Again i had called them on 3rd July 2018, Flipkart Customer Service Executive are taking another additional time of 2 to 3 working days. I have requested them to return the money which i have paid online using my card, but they have refused to refund the money, instead they are simply postponing to resolve the issue.
                              I have attached screenshots of Delivery Address which i have updated while ordering the product, and delivered address as "Dharmavaram" from ekart Logistics.

                                Dear Flipkart,

                                With many of emails, calls & messages on Fb, i have requested to flipkart that please resolve my issue immediately or refund my amount of rupees 40, 274/-

                                I have purchased a product (name called as DJI OSMO+) on dtd. 26.06.2018 from flipkart online website with a bajaj finanserv loan of rupees 38, 274/- (bajaj card number: [protected]) including a gift voucher of rupees 2000/- (gift voucher number: OD[protected] i.e. total amount rupees 40, 274/- which means full amount i have already given to flipkart in advance.

                                I had received this parcel (no product only a stone inside this box) on dtd. 27.06.2018.

                                And when i openned this box, i found a stone inside this box from flipkart.

                                As per many of my requests to flipkart each and everytime flipkart customer care gave me a new date for my resolution but actually they didn't resolve my issue till 02.07.2018.

                                I have already lost my money rupees 40, 274/- in an order through flipkart.

                                And flipkart didn't help me.

                                Now i am feeling very seek and looking for a consumer court the best way to get my money back.

                                As per my advocate advice- This is a intimation to flipkart that i am requesting to them & giving a one last request to resolve my issue till 04.07.2018 11:00 AM.

                                If flipkart will not resolve my issue till 04.07.2018 11:00AM then i will register a case against flipkart in Local Area police station and also in consumer court.

                                Please flipkart refund my money rupees 40, 274/- as i am requesting you earlier many times & now peoples are laughing on me why i ordered a product from flipkart.

                                  Sir my both numbers flipkart account is inactive. My mobile number are [protected], [protected] after this problem i am not enable to sign in my flipkart account. I have attech two screenshot of error showing during sign in flipkart account. I am not place an order during this problem. When i am sign in my flipkart account trying both number showing error your account is inactive please contact customer care to inactive your account. Sir please solve my problem.

                                        I bought redmi note 5 pro on 27th of june in flash sale from flip kart. It was delivered on 29th of june. Everything looks fine but there is a problem in its alarm clock display, hour portion of it's is distorted or can't be seen. Rest two that is the minute and am, pm portion is visible. Having problem in setting alarm, please do have a look on my issue as soon as possible.
