Finally Flipkart delivered the item which i ordered Redmi 5A and also they have admitted that the mistake from their end and hope they will investigate further to avoid such incidents in future. To resolve this issue, i have written so many emails to
[email protected], , and i'll call and remind them daily about the update on my order. Each and every time the new executive will attend the call and ask the detail from starting point.. i have to explain all the way to clarify them what has happened.
If any of you have faced such incidents, do not give up the issue, , because we have paid our hard earned money to them.. they are not doing any favor to us. Ask and get some help from the social media like this website, , consumercomplaints.in. then they will respond to you as soon as possible.
