Dear sir,

I had placed the order for whirlpool 6.5 kg semi automatic washing machine with order id od[protected] on 21 september 17. The payment was instantly done by me. The order was supposed to be delivered on 25th sep 17 but still it has not been delivered. The matter has been reported to your customer care team several times but of no avail. They are befooling me like anything. Today when i called up the care team they told me that their system says the i want cancellation of order which has never been the case. Is your team just for making false promises and jotting down things that are not told to them. Whenever i call them they say the matter has been escalated and reported to backend team and they will certainly resolve the issue.
The order is already 8 days late and still i am in dark about the delivery. I don't want any cancellation but the product only.

    I have ordered oppo f1 plus mobile on sept. 23rd 2017 and i have received order on sept 25th 2017 [1.30 pm].

    But i have received wrong product [samsung galaxy on max] in this packing box then i have complaint to your [flipkart] customer care

    They noted my complaint and say to our customer care team will call you on sept. 26th 2017 but till now call not received.

    Again i have called to your customer care, they replied me our team try to call you but call not connected so i am give my another no to customer care

    Team then he say you will get call within 24 hours but till now no any call received form your end.

    Then i have again called to customer care they say you will get call up october 02nd 2017.

    I am suffering from this issue from last 06 days and your team giving dates on date but till now no any positive response from your end to me.

    So kindly requesting you to please resolve my issue on high priority basis.

      With due regards, i would like to inform you that on 22nd september i used my debit card for online transaction in flipkart. The amount inr 1099 got deducted from my account whereas filpkart said that they have not received the amount.

      Kindly look into the issue and help me to get the amount credited to my account as its already passed 10days yet so sign o[censored]pdate, not sure who is responsible -bank or flipkart. Please connect with bank, details provided.

      Below details i have attached here.
      1. Copy of transaction number and amount from online portal
      2. Mail copy from flipkart about not receiving the amount at their end.

        I ordered the mobile phone on 21st september with the confirmed delivery date of 25th september, which they changed to 27th, then 29th and now to 3rd october. The same product is available with the seller and promises to deliver it within 2 days. The reason my order is not being delivered is because i ordered it at a discounted price during sale, hence, these guys are not fulfilling my order.

          I purchased a mobile phone from flipkart and my order id is -
          Od[protected] but i got faulty product. Mobile phone has so much of heating issue and finger print sensor is not working properly and camera quality is also very poor and it is not supporting jio 4g sim. I am complaining to flipkart from long time but they are not willing to hear anything. Neither they are replacing my item nor return.
          So please help me out for this, how i can use a faulty product.
          This is not first time with me that flipkart is doing fraud with the customers.

            Ordered redmi note 4 through flipkart, which got delivered on monday, 25th september 2017.
            Got complaints from few people saying that my voice is not audible. Checked the same with my colleagues locally.
            Came to know that there is some problem with mic.
            First attempt: called redmi support for a solution for this problem. They suggested to check mic yourself by typing *#*#6484#*#* and take the mic test.
            Found that if the phone is really close to mouth, it is passing, or else, it is failing.
            Second attempt: called flipkart support, explained the same issue. Got a reply from them saying a technician visit will be arranged for phone inspection, if found defective, phone will be replaced with new one. Technician visited, did something with the phone and handed over to check. Checked again multiple times, people from the other side are saying the same thing, not audible, voice not clear. Technician called his friend, he said no problem with the phone. I said i have problem. He said i will update the same thing to flipkart.
            His update on the sheet: customer is not happy with mic.
            Third attempt: called flipkart support, talked to them about the technician visit. They said that technician has updated that phone is okay and cannot be replaced.
            My response: you trust technician more than customer...? After talking with a few superior officials, they said one more technician will visit to inspect again.
            Fourth attempt: technician visited and reset the phone; asked me to check. Checked for four times, out of which two times it worked fine, two times it was not audible. Technician also accepted the same, including the failure of the mic test which was done as in the first attempt.
            Fifth attempt: called flipkart support, talked to them about the technician visit. They told me that technician has given positive feedback for the phone. It is not defective. So replacement is not possible.
            He was okay with our complaints as long as he was here.
            Once he stepped out of our place, he updated the other way around.
            Technicians: how are the technicians qualified to say a non-working phone as working with zero technical knowledge? Get the educational details of the technicians, they look like any other laymen.
            Flipkart support is arranging for third technician visit. Oh really???
            Since monday through friday, non-productive days in a work place, no peace of mind with a new phone, frustration has reached to its peaks.. Enough is enough..
            Solution: i want replacement for my phone.
            Or take my phone back.. I will return it.. Refund my amount..

              As i am an regular customer of flipkart. Recentlt i ordered cloudwalker tv from flipkart first my order was delayed after that when tv delivered the outside box having hole and screen was broken at time of transit. Technician who visited also told that its happen screen is broken in transit and packaging isn't as pr mark.
              And aftertheir visit next day flipkart rejects my return request.

              As they are very dissappointing there are also lot of complaints earlier of damaged led tv in thisbarea technician told due to simple packaging.

              Now they are not returning it i am having video showing when tv first unboxed it was its screen was defective.

              If they won't reslove my issue then i have to take some legal actions.

                I have ordered one washing machine on 22nd september which was about to be delivered by 26th of september 2017, they were not able to deliver the same on that day, now we daily calling up flipkart customer care but they are still not able to provide us exact details whether they will be able to deliver our product or not, full payment has been done via credit card but this people are not interested in reverting or delivering the product.

                  Hello,

                  I have bought a micromax led (Micromax 109cm (43) ultra hd (4k) smart) serial no: 00130b[protected] and tax invoice # f0ysf[protected].

                  After the use 6 to 7th month, a many small white dots have been observed on panel (Screen) and complaint for the same has been raised in the month of august 2017. As a result, on 26th august 2017, a micromax representative (Named saif) has visited my place, examined a led and took a snapshots (Photos) of it and same has been sent further for to process a led replacement, but thenafter no progress has been done on my complaint.

                  I have also called on local service center[protected] few times and now they are completely responsiveness and irresponsibly answering and saying to complaint wherever i want (Consumer court etc). I have contacted customer-care also where they are talking about arranging a call-back (From micromax) but i have not received any.

                  I am experiencing a really pathetic, hopeless and very unethical service from the micromax. I requires you to kindly look into this and resolve asap.

                  Kindly bring to your notice that, i may not responsible for any damage to your brand and other as this may be conveyed to consumer court and other online forums if not resolved asap.

                    My order or redmii note 4 4gb ram 64 gb rom dark grey color i have purchased during flipkart big billion days where i get the discount by flipkart of rs 2000 and 10% extra due to pay by my sbi debit card so therefore i have purchased this phone at final price of rs 9899 and it should be diver me on my given address and date which is verified by flipkart but i didn't get my mobile phone due to flipkart streetwise courier service they said by call on 27th september 2017 they can't deliver my phone on my given address but this address is assured by flipkart at the time of purchasing that the delivery service is available at 451221 which is mandleshwar i talked about this inconvenience to flipkart customer care and they wrote my complaint and assured me that my address is correct the delivery is available on my given address and your product will be delivered to your doorstep and after that i m continuously talking with customer care about this problem everyday but i don't get any proper response and after all of this my product is cancelled without any delivery attempt and without processiding on my complaint and they not aware me also about cancellation of the product and generated refund to my card but i don't want refund i want my phone back at the same price that i have purchased at 9899 because of its not my fault and it is because of the phone have current prize now rs 12999 that i can't bear because i can see my loss of rs 3101 because of flipkart irresponsibility about the complaint and their courier service i wil not bear the loss i want my phone back at the same price and i have complaint about it to national consumer forum the complaint number is 451074

                      The ekart logistics are really so irresponsible and why the hell they are not deliverying the orders on time... really so irresponsible and they should specially deliver high price items and those which are paid online... rather than cash on delivery

                        I order a canon eos 1300d dslr by select emi option from flipcart on sep 21st, 2017. I paid my full amount through my sbi credit card. Also i check my address pin code in flipkart website there show in my pin code area product will be deliver. But i got sms from ecom express that "dear customer, your shipment[protected] is undelivered on[protected]. Please contact call center @[protected] ecom express". And try to contact with ecom express but there customer care was all time busy. So i call flipkart customer care. They told me "sorry your product will not be deliver because your address is not deliver zone of ecom express" and i ask them this is my fault or your fault, i request also please deliver product to another address because this is your fault. But they ignore and cancel my order.

                        Basically i order this product in offer price. This kind of offer flipkart provide us and i also we payment without thinking.

                        And i also attached screen short. I have msg from flipkart there written (Cancelled: sorry, canon eos 1300d dslr c... With order id od[protected] has been cancelled as our courier partner was unable to delever to your address please check email for more details.)

                        I will never purchase product from flipkart and i also inform to every forum, face book. Please some body take some action.

                          This is shankar sarkar from west bengal. I ordered a samsung galaxy j3 pro mobile set, a unistuff tempered glass and a aspir back cover on 16.08.2017. The total amount was rs. 8608. The order id provided by flipkart - od[protected].

                          On 21.08.2017 flipkart cancelled the order of two items (Samsung galaxy j3 pro mobile and unistuff tempered) and assured they will refund the rest amount rs. 8259 in my account within 6 business days. It is showing in the ordered list that the amount rs. 8259 has been refunded by flipkart but till now i have not received the amount of rs. 8259 in my account.

                          I spoke several times with the customer care but they have not resolved the issue yet.
                          They have also provided the reference no. (Pjt[protected] of the bank transaction through which they have refunded but did not help to credit the amount of rs. 8259 in my account.
                          Therefore, i sincerely request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue at earliest.

                              I bought this as a birthday gift for my mom, but the tv is very big for my house. Requested flipkart to exchange for a return of the product if not possible then replace with smaller version. The reason you told me that seller had no product but the sameyou roduct is available on your FLIPKART today in full price. You are the worst, cheater I ever seen. Amazon is best from you.

                                I have purchased mi note 4 from flipkart but now that fon is not working and fon is still under warranty period but i don't have the invoice copy i have invoice number but without invoice mi service center is not servicing the fon. From last two week i am trying to contact flipkart customer care but they r not responding... Please provide me the invoice copy my invoice number is f0yqg[protected].

                                  I have ordered redmi note 4 on big billion day sale. Order id
                                  Od[protected]

                                  And flipkart shipped as well, but as per them it is misrouted to chennai.
                                  The order is shipped from bangalore itself and delivery location is also bangalore how can it was misrouted to chennai. It is unbelievable.
                                  I called customer service and told them to send it back to correct address. But they told it cannot be delivered since it is misrouted.

                                  Even though it is misrouted it’s a mistake of courier partner not from myside so it can be delivered to correct address with little delay.
                                  But flipkart cancelled my order without informing me.
                                  As per the below tracking the product is back from chennai to bangalore so they can ship it easily.
                                  What is the need of cancelling the order.
                                  Is this is the game played by flipkart to get more price than offer for that product.
                                  If they are not ready to give in such offer why they made it in big billion days.
                                  This will definitely spoil flipkarts reputation.

                                  We informed customer the the order was cancelled due to courier constraint hence closing the complaint from our end.
                                  I have ordered the redmi note 4 white gold color phone from flipkart and it has been not more than one month. It suddenly doesn't display the screen and it happens twice. My phone was in warranty for 6months so I want to replace my phone as quickly as possible because I face a lot of problem in all that..

                                    The order no od[protected] product blaupunkt sbw-01dolby bluetooth soundbar and the delivery date was 23rd sep 2017 till now the product is not delivered and no proper explanation from flipkart when they will deliver the product compliant registered with flipkart costumer care no update. As per flipkart the product send through bluedart and the tracking no : [protected] but their was no information on bluedart site or with bluedart costumer care on this tracking number and they said the tracking number fake

                                    Their was no courier with them for me. But flip kart still saying the same statement and not proceeding with any solution for me.

                                    I ordered a product in flipkart as it's someone's gift, I want this product anyhow, they are simply cancelling the product after waiting 4/5 days and resolution it's flipkart mistake, and I don't want to suffer for flipkart mistake I want this product, I want to wait for this but I want this product.
                                    Due to cancel of order my account was blocked.. I cancel cash on delivery order.. again I purchase with debit card to put new order for that they blocked my account

                                      I have purchased moto m phone from flipkart.in phone features they shows it is a water resistance phone. I clicked a pic in rain from that phone and then it get shutdown. It is not working even service centers denied to provide services for that phone. Phone is in under warranty period still they do not want to repair it. They says moto's no phone is water resistance.
