Order id od[protected] i order redmi note 4 4gb ram 64 gb internal colour gold on big billion day from my flipkart account on cod rs 10999 after 2 days the parcel is delivered me and i pay cash 10999 and only after five minutes i open the parcal when i open it i am shocked to see the handset and the assesries are missing and some pieces of bricks in it i call the delivery boy and delivery boy say call at flipkart custmer care and then i call customer care and raise a complaint only after five minutes i receive a message that your complaint is rejected by the seller and then i open my flipkart account it is not open when i call customer care again they said my flipkart account is blocked and till now after ten days it is blocked and custmer care exucative said they could not raise a complaint untill my account is unblocked by flipkart

Why Flipkart not resolve my complaint I raise first time complaint on 23 sep and now is 1 oct but u did not resolve it I calling about 50 times Flipkart custmer care till now why u not take any action against complaint I pay 10999 rs on 23 but today 1 oct I do not receive my Redmi note 4 under your buyer protection. Policy u take action against seller but u ignore my complaint

I think Flipkart is a world class company and provide number 1 service to the custmers and never cheat any one but sir as u did not response me and block my money rs 10999 it is not fine sir at least the consumer get as much as they pay atleast

      I had placed for an acer predator laptop vide order no od[protected]. The order was not delivered during the expected delivery time. Flipkart shows the reason as damage of shipment during delivery process. The laptop while being sold had a condition for 10 days replacement. Initially the customer executive said that another one will be delivered within 2 days.
      Again i got a mail asking to cancel the order. And place a fresh order for the same. Placing a new order meant higher price for me. Later they said that the product was out of stock. When the laptop is being sold in a condition of 10 days replacement, that means the seller obviously has provision of other laptops.
      When i denied to cancel the order, flipkart by itself cancelled the order and notified me via email.
      I want the ordered laptop at the same price. Please resolve.

        I purchased moto e 4 from flipkart, which they delivered it as on 25th sep 2017. I am shocked to know that the mobile is defective with power button and display is not showing. I had hope on flipkart that it would not disappoint its customers. I am very disappointed with the product what they have delivered. Kindly help me to take refund. The customer care executive says that it is not possible to refund but need to replace with same dealer. I cant believe the replacement will be perfect. Flipkart is cheated me. I dont want to purchase anything from flipkart. I dont want replacement, refund my money immediately.

            I have ordered one mobile, samsung galaxy on next, one tempered glass, one back cover vide order no-od[protected] on 21 sep 17 which was a offer period from flipkart (21st to 24th sep 17). The ordered get approved & material was supposed to be delivered on 24 sep, but i could not received the material, then i contacted to the customer care executives several times on 24th, 25th, 26th sept, they gave me assurance to wait till 26 sep. But un-fortunately my order get auto cancelled on 26 sep. Within 1 hour after my conversation with customer care executive. When i contacted with customer care executive to know the exact reason for cancellation, they could not be able to give correct feedback & they simply said sorry, they can’t help in this matter. I have requested to talk with the seniors to resolve the issue, but they simple denied, when i requested to forward my call to seniors, they simple keep me on hold & after 8-10 minutes, call was getting ended.
            So i request you to resolve the issue & ask flipkart send the materials at the earliest with same price declared at the offer period.

            I have followed up due to cancellation several times, but my question is why auto-cancellation where order placed successfully with offered lowest price & after cancellation, Flipkart suggests new order with original higher price. If new order has to be placed with higher price on 26 Sep, then why cancelled on 26 Sep within 1 hrs after conversion with CC Executive, why order recieved of Flipkart was unable to supply material.

              I have order vivo v5 plus from flipkart on 24 sep 2017 in big bullion offer order id - od[protected], order got cancelled from flipkart on 29 sep 2017 but status showing customer rejected order, when i given call to flipkart on 29 sep 2017, call center agent is telling that i have rejected order and i have to re order.               I have order apple 12 mini 64 gb on 27 dec and Flipkart gave 3 Jan 2022 last delivery date but today is 4 Jan 2022 and my order is not deliver and also show that your order is rejected, how my order is rejected without my consultant pls help me I am already paid the amount of my product, but my product is recieved yet

                I purchase rd case flip cover on 8 july 2017. On this product is small in size so i requested for replacement many times but replacement not complete. After that i requested for refund return is complete on 22 august 2017 but refund not complete still now. I call flipkart toll free number and email many times but my problem is not resolved. And also contact to ekart courier service.

                  Dear mr. Sachin bansal, director of flipkart.

                  Tv installation order number: od[protected]. As mentioned order id, that lg tv i had received on 26th sept 17 in the morning session. But till now nobody had call me or till now i don't have any information about installation of that tv. Its mentioned in flipkart website 28th will install. Today is 29th sept 17 but still it's showing in same in website. I had given complain but no response till now. I am very very disappointed with this kind of services. If it not possible to done the installation then i will probably returns the products. Because it is not possible keep the same for show up purpose. This is unacceptable service from flipkart. When called to customer care executive, they said that they don't have any information when will come and who will come. No contact number also they provided me. Request you to look into the matter and resolve the same asap.

                  M really disappointed with this kind of services from flipkart that too also in bangalore only. I don't in other places.

                    I had bought whirlpool washing machine on 20th september and delivery was scheduled on 22nd september. Delivery person brought some body else product and because of that send it back. Delivery person told because of any mis communication it happened but you will get delivery tomorrow i. E. 23 september. From that day flipkart is taking only request but till date product is not delivered. Everyday when i am complaining about the delivery they are giving me some date and assuring me that u get the delivery. Two or three times flipkart person called me and forced me to cancel the product and asked for the reason they told me that your product cannot be delivered. Kindly raise the complaint.

                      flipkart no refund mobile and sagest after 9 day technical team visit to mobile operates, so 10 day refund policy is automatic failed the no response in flipkart.

                        I placed order to flipcart on 21st sept vide order nos. Od[protected] and od[protected], for washing machine date of delivery was 25th sept. But till date not delivered and no exact update. Very unprofessional attitude and unnecessary harassment for customer. Today is the date for scheduled delivery of washing machine and bed sheets now got a mail that they still want time till tomorrow in order to update me. Pl. Look into this harassment.

                        Again status remain same about the delivery of my washing machine as mentioned above. Whenever i call flipcart they provide me same drafted answer that complaint has been raised. Till date i have not received washing machine. Bluedart courier phone nos are not reachable it seems there all phone numbers are not working. Since it is customer mental harassment in respect of a costly consignment, i want FLIPCART to compensate me for this delay in delivery. Apart from this ensure delivery by today

                          My order id od[protected] did not receive yet, initially delivery date of product was expected on 27 septe ber 2017 and then 29 september but still no further information.
                          Kindly look into the matter otherwise i will have to go consumer court against you. I cancel my train ticket on 27 september now i have cancel it on 29 september just because my order delivery date is extended by flipkart my holiday is going on and i still wait for my order how these things are happen by reputed company like this they don't care customer personal problem i think they have to think and just for my order i lost my 1200 money already and they say just sry pls care for my request

                            I purchased a pair of shoes. A note was mentioned as "please buy a size bigger as this product runs a size smaller, if you usually buy uk9 order uk10".
                            Fully obliging to the note i ordered size 11 as i normally wear size 10. When the product was delivered it was bigger to me. Now i want to exchange the product for size 10 but flipkart just gives the option of refund. I bought the product at discount and if i have to buy it again after processing the refund, i will end up paying 800 bucks more. Whats this!! Unacceptable.

As promised the said order was to be delivered on 25th of sep, 2017 however flipkart failed to send the order till date. Further on 28th of sep, 2017 my order was cancelled. However several no. Of time i had requested for what reason flipkart had cancelled my order but it was not responded, further they asked me to place a new order by paying more than 37, 000/-

                              I request you to kindly let us know since order of inr 30999 was cancelled by flipkart why they again wants me to place a new order for more that 37000 for same product. I request flipkart to arrange me same order for same price or inr 30, 999/-

                                I had ordered my 43' lg led tv from flipkart on 21st oct 2017, the delivery was delayed in first place (That's fine, can understand, was a festive season so can happen), got the delivery on 26th, then the installation was supposed to happen on 27th, no update or confirmation from anyone regarding the installation. I tried calling the flipkart and lg customer care numbers whole day, each time there was a different representative with a different story, nothing happened on 27th. Then the date was updated to 28th on flipkart my order section. The same story repeated on 28th, no installation no update nothing from flipkart or lg. Todays it is 29th and i am still waiting for the confirmation. God knows when the installation would be done.

                                Advice to flipkart, you are giving people good discounts at the same time you should focus on service as well, don't make people regret buying stuff online compared to the store purchase

                                    9i have ordered woodland sandals of same category of different payment methods one is a cod and other is already paid. During the flipkart big billion data offers i have not received the updates of the product. They gave me a delivery date and it was already expired and there was in the delay to deliver the the product and (I am happy with the delivery date its not a problem to me).|i got a message from the flipkart site regarding the contact number of the flipkart executive and finally got a message stating that the product is returned after multiple deliveries (I havenot received any call from anyone to deliver the product). When i called the executive he says that the server is down from past 4 days. Please solve this concern and deliver the product... If anything please contact [protected].

                                        I had ordered 1 no of dual usb drive 3.0 from flipkart on 25th september 2017. The portal was showing the same for rs 999/- less 23% off, amounting to rs 768/- after discount. I have paid an additional of rs 70 against transportation. I received the same in packed condition on 28th september'2017. After opening the outer covering of delivery package i realized that the mrp on the product has been covered with the help of black marker. After checking it minutely i realized that the mrp of same is rs 749/- as printed on the packet and not rs 999/ what they claimed and showed on the portal.
                                        This is loot what they are doing with the customer and misguiding them on the portal so that they buy their product. I have also registered a complaint with flipkart today morning at 11.00 am. Please help.
