the product is in defective and doesnt respond to any movements. the band is useless since it has a defect on not displaying information on it.
I requested for a refund but the flipkart executives are so careless that they despite of mentioning on the app, the pickup address was put wrong, Uma was the first executive who assured that refund would be applied. but she without asking entered the pickup address which i did not wished for. i called the customer care 10 times then Nirmala spoke with me and promised me that once she cancels the refund request she will be able to change the pickup location. after asking her 5 times about the refund request being taken again, she promised it would. but the request could not be completed. she left me in the back to square one. where i started. the portal again shows refund cancelled, i spoke with the senior executive regarding this issue Mr. Pratap with Incident ID IN[protected] where he assured that i will be getting a refund against the defective product received. he was not at all helpful, despite of facing difficulty due to the repeated negligence of the the customer care team, senior did not care to raise a refund request. highly irresponsive support team. i have the entire conversation recordings with me. i shall be mailing you and the entire online blog websites to expose how Flipkart customer support team works.
you guys are unable to take one simple request to refund me on a defective product which has to be picked up from Delhi.
