    On 24 september 2017, i have ordered a hp 15.6 inch laptop backpack bag (Order id: od[protected]. During the order the price of the product was showing rs. 1941/- and after having offer discount the price was rs. 415/- (Excluding shipping fee). But, the mrp of the delivered product is rs. 1108/-. It is very offensive and blunder work done by seller.
    In the above regards, i request you to take action against this offense and provide me the original product. If i do not receive a satisfactory answer, i will go to the consumer court.
    I am also sending some pics which proves the aforesaid offense.

      I bought mi a1 recently within 2 days of purchasing i got a issue in my phone its screen went black and i restarted phone by pressing power button and blindly taping at screen i ignored the issue but after sometime i found the same issue again two more times and requested for replacement since its bought only 5 days back and apart from that auto rotation doesn't work every time outta 10 it would wrk only 80 times. Executive hari called me and he was very rude he asked me to perform some operations and i performed same issue still there what to very much disappointed will never buy anything from flipkart that is for sure.

        First of all huge fan of flipkart but i've ordered a trimmer and purifier in big billion day sale from flipkart. Purifier received and trimmer shipped but didn't reach at my place and now status is showing return accepted despite of i didn't return it. Now i just want my order delivered. That's it. Thanks.

            My product redmi note 4 have knot delivered. Fist delivered seat 25.09.2017
            Then delivered date came 28.09.2017.
            After that my delivered date came 02.10.2017. And now it's 04.10.2017.
            Its steele knot delivered to me.
            Many time i have called your customer care but then also then have not done any thing for my produced.

              need refund for defective product

              I purchased a mobile phone order no. Od[protected] from flipkart.com on 24 sep 2017. Product was defective as mic volume was very low. I raised replacement request on 28 sep 2017 then they arranged technician visit on 29 sep 2017. The technician was not good, he didn't listen anything, i said him many times microphone volume is low but he gave excuses like network issues and all and said product is alright and left. After that i again...

                This is regarding my order id: od[protected]Ifb maxi dryer 550). It was ordered on 20th sept 2017, and scheduled to be delivered on 26th sept 2017, today it's 4th october 2017 and item is not yet delivered, and there is no commitment demonstrated by flipkart team for delivery of this item.

                Flipkart are big fraud, they claim to have good festival offers, but once we order they don't deliver and insist us to cancel the order. This is really frustrating.

                It’s really very frustrating following up with flipkart team on delivery of this ifb dryer.. On daily basis.. Continuously for last 2 weeks. Every time upon follow-up they give false promise with revised delivery date.. But item has moved not even a inch. It’s really frustrating and i have decided never to do any shopping through flipkart and i will ask all my family and friends never to trust flipkart team.

                  I placed an order from flipkart on your big billion days on the very first day i ordered three products from your flipkart.

                  1. Fossil watch
                  2. Philips trimmer
                  3 roadster loafer shoes

                  However till now products haven't delivered to me. Whereas on the day in the flipkart app showing that order got delivered.

                  On the very next minute when i saw the status immediately i called to your customer care and inform about the status of my product to your support executive.

                  Your executive told no worries you'll get a resolution with in next 3 days.

                  From the day to till the day i was waiting for your resolution but till now my problem doesn't solved.

                  Can someone help me how can i get the amount from flipkart

                        I had ordered a lenovo phone on the big billion sale. Flipkart has canceled the order by their own and not returned the money. I also have a recording where they mentioned that it was a cancelation done from their end. They are just putting blame on seller or logistic person. They are also not giving importance to my phone calls and complaints.

                          I have been shopping from flipkart from past two years. But now they have blocked my account saying i have returned products in more number of times.
                          If we are getting different item than mentioned or if they are accepting returns. Then why will we keep unwanted things as investment but just idle to use.
                          I loved flipkart but the way they are behaving is disgusting.
                          We invest money as well as trust. Then why they are so rude and not clear with me.
                          I want my account activated as soon as possible.
                          Flipkart has a goodwill. But please maintain it in actions.

                            1. Refer to my complaint dated 29 sep 17
                            2. Regret to intimate that inspite of matter being reported to flipkart directly on 15 sep 17 and through emails from 16-20 sep 17 and through you, nothing is heard from flipkart which is a matter of serious concern.
                            3.in addition separate complants to cuff parade police station on 15 & 16 sep 17 and to sbi gateway of india branch on 16 sep 17 have also been made but nothing is heard from them also which is causing worry.
                            4. Not withstandng the above it is requested that all out efforts be made to apprehand the culprit since delivery address must have been mentioned while placing the online orders by using me ibrahim hussain's atm card deatails and amount deaducted by flipkart be refunded to abovementioned account

                              The customer complaint about the delivery delay and order cancellation issue. We had interacted with the customer and explained about the order cancellation. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
                              Flipkart inform me on email today that
                              Courier service provider expected a prolonged delay in delivering your order
                              So I want to know that why r u taken my order and delivery date and time appointment.
                              On delivery date you r conform my address and time on phone. 2 to 3 your service provider contacting me on that day.
                              I spent my hole day time for waiting to completing my order but you r fail to deliver my order .

                                Firstly, the delivery is delayed by more than a week due to the error made by their shipper. On top of it, their delivery boy refuses to enter the building (As mentioned in the address) and instead calls me up and expects me to come down near to some temple so that he is not "inconvenienced" to walk a few footsteps. Extremely frustrating. Pathetic service

                                  My order id: od[protected] for ipad 32gb was cancelled without my permission. Flipkart guaranteed me to deliver the product by 5th october.

                                  I want to sue the company flipkart for making false promises and guaranteeing me that my product will be delivered by 5th of october 2017. However, there were no messages from flipkart about the cancellation of my product, every time when i called the customer care executive they told me to kindly wait and the product will be delivered to you, have some patience. The product was supposed to be delivered to me on 27th of september because of some miscommunication that product wasn't delivered to me but i contacted the flipkart customer care i inform them about the problem and they told me that i need to kindly wait they are raising the request they are transferring it to the senior department and someone will definitely get back to me and the earliest i called flipkart everyday after that for 5 days which thing one or two hours of my time everyday making sure that i am doing the right thing from my end but very recently i just got a message from flipkart pe cancelling my order without even my permission and when i called the customer care executive for the very last time they told me they have nothing in their hands and they cannot do anything about it they give me a car and of attitude which was unacceptable day in other words were very arrogant with their tone and it was very disturbing to me. Since i got this product on flipkart big million day with a discount of 6000 rupees i cannot reorder the product as it's available to me now for 25000 instead of 19000 rupees i have been contacting flipkart and they have been acting very rude with me replying to none of my queries.

                                  The customer complaint about the order cancellation. We has interacted with the customer and informed you have asked us to cancel the order and when our wish master called you for the delivery and you said him that I have cancelled the order and even we have same call recordings with us. Hence closing the complaint from our end.

                                    I have received a fully damage/ broken screen led of panasonic 43 inch.

                                    History as below.

                                    1) ordered on bbd
                                    2) order not delivered on time
                                    3) fake status update with "unsuccessful delivery attempt".
                                    4) delivery person not picked up the call
                                    5) got delivery
                                    6) installation process delayed
                                    7) installation person come and open the box
                                    8) seen fully damaged product and repack in box
                                    9) claimed return
                                    10) technician visit assigned
                                    11) technician come and seen the product. Verbal comments: "if you have purchased form any dealer we will immediately replace but as its from flipkart, you need to follow up with flipkart only"
                                    12) talked to flipkart customer care and submit all details
                                    13) answer received: "we are waiting for technicians feedback. Till then we do nothing"

                                    Expecting a prompt action and response.

                                      I'm mohammad mojassam my mobile number is [protected], for two or more years i am with flipkart my experience was very well with you. But today i am very sad due to your service. Before sometime i ordered a product which was bedsheet for 384 rupees, everything was perfect till delivery. But due to some reason i could not took my parcel and delivery boy was returned, and after that on 3rd october 2017 i went to office to receive my parcel but they said to me i can't give you this parcel right now. Because it is locked by executive, first you have to call cutomer care, and tell him to unlock this parcel. On that time i called an executive it was 4:15 pm (03/10/2017) i think he was frustrated and did a very bad conversation with me. Even that time i was in problem too... Please investigate that call, i want information about that executive for fir.
