Crazy things happening in flipkart and in every call your agents giving me different answers and blaming each other.
My order od[protected] given on 24th sep with a delivery promised before 29th sep.
29th sep, i received an email and sms that it will be delivered before 7pm. I took a leave from office.
2pm on 29th sep. I got another sms and email that it will not be delivered today and delivered on 4th oct ie 5 days from the date promised
I asked call back multiple times and received 4th oct as the delivery date.
Then i asked me to connect to escalation department. I had a long call with priyanka. She concluded that all of the above information is wrong and the product is out for delivery. She gave a commitment that it will reach me before 7pm on 29th september
It did not happened. Today ie 30th september, i called again. The agents are back to 4th october date. Swetha from escalation department team says she cannot do anything about it as it a different team and i have to wait till 4th october.
Attached is a screenshot taken from your portal. It shows the tv has reached bhiwandi on 27th sep. Since 29th sep 3:49 pm it is out for delivery.

Does it takes 21 hours to reach my house from bhiwandi?
Why are your agents saying so many lies? Why are there so many sources of information and why are you so helpless?
If you cannot handle the workload of events like billion day then stop it. Dont haressing the customers

    In the big billion sale they showcased lot of product but they are not delivering the items after such a long time. Now they want me to cancel the order and rebook a new one which is priced too high right now. I want the product to be delivered asap. This is huge loss as the offer was available on both amazon n flipkart but i chose fkipkaet in good spirit n now they are not in a mood to deliver the product and asking me to reorder with a higher price. I order braun 9-in 1 grooming kit and apple ipad 2017.

      I raised a complaint as my order got delayed, and asked for a callback. Complaint id : in[protected].
      My order id : od[protected]

      I got a message i will be contacted on 29th sept, next day i got another message with below message

      "we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 30 sep, 8:00 pm."

      But today 30th sept my order got auto cancelled.

        I bought a mp3 player on[protected]. But now mp3 player is not working because due to its switch is not working. I have used this item only one time after that it's not working. I am totally disappointed because you have delivered me a defected item. So i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible and it has 6 month warranty.         You can go the Flipkart app/website and then go into my orders section, select the order which was not working and place replacement or a return according to your wish

          Flipkart is worst company ever they offer in less rate once customer buy product through any wallet eg phone pay ect filpkart instruct bluedart to cancelled oreder. The trick is first they give offer plus wallet offer those who go with wallet option he trap becoz u buy at 549 in offer but they cancelled the order then money will be deposit in wallet not in cash after some day same product price is high logicaly they save offer rate wala product plus they earn delivery charges becoz if money deposited in wallet at any cost we have to buy through wallet

              I have made the payment through sbi credit card but not received the 10% discount. At the time of order i opted cod option when order get booked under cod, a second option was highlighted related to payment and the msg written just upon on payment button i. E. "please make the payment through sbi debit/credit card and get instant discounts. So i have made the payment but not received the discount, and after two days i received the order.
              I just wanted to know why flipkart not able to deliver as committent?. When i raised the complaint for the same, and that day i got the call from your executive he was told that your payment is reflecting but they unable to trace that from which card i made the payment.. And the last resolution i got"sorry, if your have any proof pls share." msg from ur executive... Its very shocking resolution i ever received in my life. It was my very pathetic experience with flipkart and the resolution provide by u. Why flipkart card giving payment options when order booked under cash on delivery?. If given then why fake msg highlighting related to offer if flipkart not able to aur failed give the discount.

                I plaved order of syska powerboost 100 10000mah power bank on 23/9/17 in bigbillions day and its expect delievery date is 28/7/17 but it is not delivered till now and in my order section it shows the out of deliver area mismatch pincode, but i filled correct pincode and address and i also checked my pincode before i placed my order. Now whrn i am talking to customer care executive they told that you need to place fresh order but why i should place again? There is no my mistake and i bought it around 699 rupees i sale and now its price above 800 rs so they cheat me so kindly take nevessary step and please deliever my order as fast.. If i did not get proper solution then i would like to go for consumer forum for legal complaints and formalities..

                  I am a customer who bought this product after looking at the description according to which it will work wirelessly and will enhance my mobile data signals... However when i recieved the product after i installed the product it was not working at all and there was no improvemnt in my signal... I though maybe i was doing something wrong so i called up on the number given...
                  They said the product wont work till i install antennas and buy a 13000 kit... Which is obviously not feasible for me after buying a 6000 product already... So i emailed in flipkart... They reply after a very long time so i decided to call them up... I told them the whole story.. How their description was wrong and how the seller himself is saying that it wont work even after replacement... And that i should return it rather...
                  But the customer "senior executive desk-yogesh sen" said that the only solution to my problem was if i buy a 13000 kit and i would be offered no refund... He accepted the fact that it was their mistake but literally offered no help except for a replacement which would do no good... As told by the seller himself... I asked him i have paid 6000 for something atleast i want something in return... What should i do with this steel box which refuses to work... Only adds up to my electricity bill instead... The product did not work even once.. I dropped a complaint the same day i recieved the product... Call up seller if you want any proof... But i am being offered no refund... Because flipkart refuses to help you... The senior executive has a very nice solution to my problem-he says now buy a 13000 kit... It is the only solution he has... I dont know may be he comes off from a very rich family but i think its only humane to think about others as well... Maybe i am not from one... Maybe 6000 is a lot for me...
                  Maybe i genuinly needed a network booster which is the reason i ordered the cheapest one avilable from a so called"reputed site"
                  Flipkart-i thought it was reputed... But after talking to the customer executive... I know they only know how to cheat naive people...
                  The customer executive even after accepting that the description given by them is wrong... Does not offer me a refund or anything like that... Is that the sort of people flipkart hires???
                  So inhumane...
                  So greedy...
                  Such savage people... After literally giving me a "box" in the name of a network booster the person says i am sorry i cant help... He literally put the phone down so many times and wasnt answering to my problems... Am i a begger??? Who am i??? I thought i was a customer to flipkart.. I paid 6000 bucks there and the kind of service i recieved... Wow... Hats off...

                      I have ordered a intex power bank on 21 september... It is scheduled to be delivered on 27-28 september. But til now i don't have any update regarding the product delivery. When i called the delivery guy on 28 he said he will be delivering it by 29th because of some issue... But later on 29 there was no update regarding the product and when i called the flipkart they are just saying me to wait till 7p. M. When after waiting for two more hours i called the flipkart back again and then they just started telling that there are some operational issues at the courier end so they were unable to deliver and they started saying that they will deliver it on oct 4. I wanted to lodge a complaint on flipkart regarding this issue.

                          I have ordered a phone vide order number od[protected] which was delivered to me on september 29 (Today). Ot was we’ll packed and seemed to be a brand new phone. But when i opened the box i found the phone wrapped into a blister polythene pack which is usually not present inside the box. My doubt was the confirmed when i switched on the phone without the sim and have found messages in the phone dated back to aug 10 which means the phone was a used one in the price and commitment of a new phone. Flipkart is just cheating customers. Had i not found those message’s i would have taken it as a brand new phone. I now wonder if the other non electronic products whose genuineness is difficult to check are delivered in original.
                          Had an amazing quality delivery and brand new phone from amazon previously.

                              I purchased a phone from flipkart panasonic eluga ray, but the battery of the phone is draining in just 4/5 hours of normal uses. I complain for refund the phone but executive denied and send technician for checking the phone. He checked and there is no improvement in performance but my replacement request has been canceled. And customer care support denied to replace the device.

                              It is like harassing the customer and making fool. You guys are playing with hard money of the consumers.

                                This is very frustrating from flipkart side.. We had ordered a vu tv on 21st sept 2017 supposed to be delivered by 26th sept, i had been following up n the executive keep saying tomo tomo, n finally it's 29th sept the customer care executive is saying again to wait till 30th sept... Would like this to get resolved at the earliest. Never expected flipkart will disappoint their customer so much.. No proper update at all.

                                  I ordered lenovop2 from flipkart on 21st sept 2017..
                                  Note : (While the product was in stock.)
                                  I placed order successfully.
                                  Delivery date shown as 27 th sept..
                                  Product not delivered till date.
                                  Checked status... Only shows seller is processing the order...
                                  After 5 or 6 complaints finally the flipkar support team emailed me.. Pls cancel the order and place new order...
                                  Really flipkart really... U want me to cancel the order and pay more 2000inr extra now...
                                  I had successfully placed order in big billion day offer..
                                  I will not cancel the order at any cost..
                                  Its urs fault.. U hav to compensate the issues. I want my product which i ordered.. I will not cancel my order

                                    After wasting whole day for waiting of arriving product & calling to customer care number they said "wait at least 7:00 pm & at the last i call the delivery man & he said 'i shall come at 10 or 11 pm" at night.
                                    So, i want my product as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      1. Refer to telephonic complaint at flipkart call center on 15 sep 17 and subsequent emails to"[protected]@flipkart.com"with cc to others from 16 to 20 sep 17 about the fraud in which 14 unauthorised transactions have taken place by using sbi atm belonging to ibrahim khan for the unauthorised purchages on 15 sep 17 by unknown culprit.
                                      2. Separate complaint to cuff parade police station on 15 & 16 sep 17 and sbi gateway of india branch on 16 sep 17 have been made by ibrahim khan and tarannum khan. Copies of complaints and details of 14 transactions are attached here with for ready reference and necessary action please.
                                      3. What is most disheartening is that ins pite of several reminders to flipkart not a single reply or response has been received yet.
                                      4. Not withstanding the above, it is requested that consignments ordered be stopped and culprit be brought to book. The amount rs 20818/- deducted from above mentioned account be refunded at the earliest please.
