I have ordered 3 indistar floral blankets with order id (Od[protected] on 6sept.2017.., i requested for refund for all of them, 3blankets were picked on 16sept. From me but refund has been provided for only one product. My two blankets are with flipkart for which there is no refund till date... I hav called flipkart multiple times but no resolution of the problem is there. Want my refund with in 2days of this request...

    One of the item (Ifb 20 l convection microwave oven) of my placed order (Oder id# od[protected] has not even processed and delivered yet. Its pending from last 15 days and whenever i called customer care, every time they don't have any update and they are very unprofessional as well. They always kept me on hold to speak to their supervisor and then they disconnect my call forcefully.

    I am really very-very disappointed with the services by flipkart.

    Hi, i have ordered ifb 20 l convection microwave oven (Color: silver) on 21st sep'17 (Order# od[protected], but still its in "order placed" phase, its not even dispatched. Moreover till now delivery date of this order has been changed 3 times.

    I am totally disapointed with the services and even called multiple times to customer care but they don't have any update about my order status, as they are saying its pending with backend team.

      Flipkart — mobile phone is missing from box

      Incidence in detail:

      I purchased a lenovo k8 plus phone on flipkart (Order no. Order id: od[protected]
      For 11999 rs. From seller jeeves consumer services private limited. He sent me only charger and usb cable and did not sent mobile phone handset inside the box, i filed the complaint on flipkart and created return request twice (Return req id[protected] and[protected]).in flipkart app it is showing return rejected. I called up on customer care and spoke with sameer who asked me to wait until 18th october 2017. Online companies like flipkart are actually looting customers for either sending refurbished products or missing items from the box. Please take necessary action and help me to get justice either by getting a replacement or refund.

      Flipkart sent me another box pack product. Since I was not at home hence the product was received by my father. I asked my father to open the product in front of delivery executive to ensure that the handset is available inside and it was there along with accessories. Thanks to this forum and Flipkart for their help and understanding in this regards.

      Hi,

      This is not actually acceptable at all. Today is 7th Oct and you want me to wait until 18th Oct. My Dad's existing phone got damaged hence I ordered new phone from flipkart.

      11 days may not be a long period for you but it is for me.

      Would request you to either initiate full refund or send another shipment as I can't wait that long for your internal investigation.

          I am deeply pained, annoyed and irritated by the delayed response and attitude of the flipkart team with reagrd to the recent purchase i made. The ac i purchased had a serious gas leakage while installing and leaving it like that, no one turned up again, neither from micromax, nor flipkart, despite constant reminders n requests. I have spent all these hot summer nights without the product i paid for. Do u think i purchased it to use during winters?

          I have been heavily penalised for having trusted u guys. But i wont let others repeat my mistake. I am now going to make this issue viral over fb, twitter n whatsapp what horrible services you have become. Let the world know what they're gonna face when they show faith in you!

            I ordered a pair of headphones from flipkart... I paid for the headphone in advance when i received the delivery after opening the outer packaging there was a box inside once i opened the box and the box was empty i called flipkart and they assured that it will be delivered again after 2 days seller cancelled my order id - od[protected] i called them again why it is cancelled flipkart agent said that was cancelled by mistake he ordered again and this time he assured like sir it's a guarantee this time it will be delivered by 10th of october 2017...
            Today they cancelled it again and no response from flipkart now. Worst customer service ever.

              1. I had booked one hero frlic 12t single cycle on 23 sep 17 during big billion day offer, the expected date of shipping given by flipkart was 30 sep 17 and delivery was 04 oct 17.

              2. I requested customer care of flipkart to deliver me at the earliest because the requirement was urgent. They assure me they will deliver it before 30 sep 17. When the item was not received i called customer care and they told me it will be delivered before 04 oct 17.

              3. I was continue in touch with flipkart and they assured me the item will absolutely deliver before 04 oct 17. On 4th oct at 5.16 pm i received one message from flipkart that the item has been dispatched and will be delivered by 07 oct 17 and tracking id will be send you at the earliest.

              4. On 06 oct 17 i had called about the tracking details of item then i was surprised, they told me the item can not be delivered because it is not available.

              5. I tell him why they bluffed me when item was not available how i was able to book the same and why they didnt told me before.

              6. I want my item at the earliest and necessary action may be taken against flipkart on the same and if they are not able to deliver the item then why they had open this type of e marketting.

              7. Pls investigate at the earliest, the details are as follows:-

                  Money has not been refunded to my account from the past 20 days and each time i get the same fake assurance that it will be done soon. I need to pay the emi and it has already exceeded the time limit. From last 20 days i m calling them volunteerely and the same response from their side each time. I bought the laptop on 4th aug exchanging the product also took flipkart around 1 month and then when i got the new laptop it was also defected. So for the service i have no words. Min of 100 times i have contacted flipkart from my side.
                  Now regarding refund whenever i call them they escalate the issue and till now they are unable to refund asking them the reason they have no answer to that. The product was returned on 17th sep and the money has not been refunded yet

                    Recently, i have buoyed two items from flipkart. I have a bitter experience regarding the purchases which is stated below.

                    Case 1.
                    Order id: od[protected] dt : 16th sept 17
                    Delivered by: ecommerce courier dt 18th sept 17
                    Return id:[protected] dt 21st sept 17
                    Status: refund accepted.
                    Problem: the delivered material is damaged.
                    Remarks: as on date, the delivered material is not taken by the courier service. That’s why the refund is not occurred. The item has been purchased by flipkart pay later.

                    Case 2.
                    Order id: od[protected] dt : 22nd sept 17
                    Delivered by: e kart dt 24th sept 17
                    Problem: installation and demo is not occurred by agency till date though the user got sms on 3rd october 17 those has been completed.

                    With the continuation of my previous complain, I would like to share that my refund has been completed on 21st October 2017. It happened after one month of making request of return. Though the return is not happened yet .Now a new problem has come..
                    The order was placed taking the option of pay later. There were several product's order has been placed with the same.

                    I was then not able to pay the money as because flipkart was not responding. Though I had called several times to the customer care and always mentioned to solve it immediately as 10th October was the due date of September month's pay later option.
                    One most important thing I have to mention that when I had received the order& found that it was damaged, I was unable to make return request immediately as the status was not updated as delivered for that particular product. Then, after five days when I saw the same status(not updated)shown, I made cancel request as I had the only option to change the status.Then i called the customer care of Flipkart.Every time I received the same reaction that 'They will go through it but didn't do anything'. Then I realized that it might be there intention to make it more delay as the overdue day was nearby. On 6th October i made a complain on consumer forum. After that they called me every day once(i write 'once' because some times they did not bothered to call me again if my number was engaged) to share the update. But when I asked them about penalty charge waive out as the date was already crossed, they did not comment any thing on that.. I told them about pay later.But they did nothing and late fee charges was added with the pay later value.I got my refund back last week.As delay was not due to my fault.It was from their end so why should I pay the extra money.??
                    When I contact flipkart again to wave it off they behaved very roughly, and tried to fool me by telling return is not done for cosmetic good. Today, i got call from flipkart that they will issue it to the legal department if I not make the total payment.
                    Now I say I will not make payment a single penny if they will not compensate for the penalty charges, delay &harassment.

                    And another thing is that I bought a sony led tv delivered on 24th sept confirmed via message that demo and installation would be completed by 27th sept. By a dealer from howrah.I tried to contact the dealer from 27th dept to 3rd oct but they was unreachable.Then on 4th again when I called they told the shop was close for durga puja.This was an unnecessary harresment from flipkart. And the most important thing this time is status was updated on 26th sept that installation and demo is completed.Then again when I contact the dealer they 1st told me demo is already completed.lastly it was complicated before 15th October.

                                Sir,
                                I, dr. Rajneesh kumar sharma, is a regular customer of flipkart since
                                Couple of years, but this time i feel cheated and mentally harassed by
                                Flipkart.
                                - i ordered a redmi note-4 mobile phone on[protected] in exchange
                                With my samsung galaxy j7 during big billion sale offer (0rder id-
                                Od[protected]. First it was scheduled to deliver on 24-9-17 but
                                I requested it to reschedule for delivery on[protected]. Inspite of
                                Request for reschedule request, delivery boy came to home to deliver
                                It but i was out of town so i request to come on 26-9-17.

                                - i was waiting for delivery on 26-9-17 but it was not delivered.
                                -it was also not delivered on 27-9-17.
                                -i was in regular contact with customer care but no information about
                                My product was there.
                                -after a long discussion, i was given address of the pick-up centre of
                                E-kart in ghaziabad but phone number not provided without which it was
                                Very difficult to search the pick up centre.
                                - i collect my package on[protected] from the e-kart hub, ghaziabad. What
                                Is the use of online shopping then???
                                - on reaching home on 28-9-17, i opened my package and switch on the
                                Mobile. But its screen not working properly. It was a defective piece. I
                                Immidiately informed at customerc care and requested to replace it. I
                                Was ensured by customer care exicutive that the mobile will be
                                Replaced with in 2 days.
                                - next day it was shown on my flipkart id that first there will be a
                                Technician visit who will verify the defect in mobile. I was ready for
                                It. Technician visit was scheduled on 1-10-17.
                                -on 1-10-17 technician visit not done and is rescheduled on 4-10-17.
                                -on 4-10-17 again technician visit not done and now rescheduled for 9-10-17.

                                Sir i am living without mobile since 28-9-17. And not satisfied with
                                Flipkart service. I regular call at customer care and every time new
                                Executive pick-up the phone and ensured me to resolve my problem with
                                In 2 days but still there is no solution.

                                I have all the call recordings with executives and all the snapshots
                                Of rescheduled dates of technician visit which i can provide to you as
                                A proof of harassment done by flipkart.
                                Sir it is really a bad experience. I request you to resolve my problem
                                As soon as possible.

                                  On 20 september i have ordered one tv still the product is not delivered. Called helpline number at least 6 times they always give the same response within 2 days your tv will be delivered, it is near your location but still i haven't recieved the product.

                                  I have paid complete amount in advance, but till now i have got no response from flipkart. No msg no email alert about the product.
                                  6 -7 times i called they said they escalated it but i get no proper response.

                                  This type of response is not expected from flipkart. Kindly look into this.

                                    Sir / mam,

                                    I had ordered a samsung galaxy s8 (Midnight black) worth 50, 560 rs today, the 5th of october 2017. The payment was made at around 1:30 am. As there was a server error the payment got cancelled and i received a message from flipkart stating that they are yet to confirm the payment. The amount was deducted from my account but the payment was not updated by flipkart. Please do the necessary to remedy the situation at the earliest.

                                      Hi, i have ordered bed mattress on 24st sep'17 (Order# od[protected], but still its in "order placed" phase dispatched. Moreover till now delivery date of this order has no delivery date or any f. Uther details. Even i called several times to customer care i did not got any status about it, moreover even they dont know about it.

                                      I am totally disapointed with the services and even called multiple times to customer care but they don't have any update about my order status, as they are saying its pending with backend team i want my amount back.
