It is with deep pain & repent that i an writing this mail to you. This is with reference to my order id: od[protected] where i had ordered nikon d5300 camera and 70-300mm lens during big billion sale.
I ordered throught flipkart on 22nd sep 2017, where it was displaying that both the items would get delivered to me in 2-3 days.
First of all, i need to wait for 10 days or so to get lens delivered to me. Second, it has a problem with focus, it is always clicking blurred images no matter what. And, third, the rotation on the lens is so loose that everytime i fear that zoom part would get separated from the lens.
Even, with the camera's live/viewfinder mode lid, sometimes it is switching the view b/w modes properly and sometimes it gets stuck on one mode and toggles only after two/three triggers.
I ordered with my heart for the occassion of dusherra however, my ocassion got screwed because of you. I didn't knew that i was actually burying my money into sand and that too with flipkart where you say customer satisfaction is a priority - rubbish i must say now. You should remove this & stop cheating people.
When i tried calling your customer care, most of the times, call didn't get connected and when connected, your executive was so stubborn & rude in disconnecting call in between without even listening properly to my concerns. They insisted on only rephrasing on policy & policy's terms whereas, on the other hand, amazon multinational e-commerce is so soft & helpful in listeining to customer concerns.
I am so astonished to see that such a billion dollar indian company is, even, not bothering to listen to customer concerns and are not willing to refund money whereas, for a normal middle class customer 40, 000 would cost each penny in painful way.
I work in a multinational it company and know, by which means, customer should be treated as i also work for international clients. Hard to beleive how you are treating indian customers. With so much issues at this point, i don't even think of replacing or maybe ordering again with you. I don't want to replace my product with you anymore. It don't matter to me how you will do or is it in policy or not. I only know that my money has been blocked with a product which is of no use to me. I want you to pick up product and refund my money.
If that is not done, then i would raise my voice in consumer forum.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on customer complaint.
I already have Whitefield warehouse address but I required department name or extension number who accept delivery there in Flipkart Whitefield warehouse address. But this people keep on saying, send your product to same address.
