Date - 22nd sep'17
Description - i was making a purchase for a fridge on the flipkart website using my bajaj finance card. The details was entered and i clicked on proceed for the transaction to be processed but the page hung and i got a confirmation from bajaj that the charge was approved. They even send me a bill for the same but flipkart states that they didn't receive any payments. I have written several emails over the last 10 days and made several calls as well however they have had the least of the concerns about the same and are not willing to even look into it. When i did contact bajaj finance they informed that they can not do anything about it since they have processed the payment from their end and that flipkart have to cancel it for the refund to be processed. Flipkart have had the worst customer service to top this as they have not been anywhere near being helpful and at the same time they have always ensured that i am on the call with them every alternate day for an hour without a resolution.
Let me know incase there is any additional details needed.

    Hi sir i have ordered lenovo k8 plus and i got defective product. When i requested for replacement they said that you have to ship to our banglore whitefield warehouse address and i done courier by blue dart but those people who used to accept delivery in whitefield office, they refused to take saying need department name or extension number then i called flipkart customers care those people took 5 days to resolve one enquiry but till now i didn't get department or extension number to delivere my mobile. Now i don't know what to do???

    I already have Whitefield warehouse address but I required department name or extension number who accept delivery there in Flipkart Whitefield warehouse address. But this people keep on saying, send your product to same address.

      Hi i returned flipkart perfect homes wardrobe on 28th sept and still the logistics dept have not updated the status and the flipkart team has not yet refunded my money and are rolling my money and delaying payment.
      I have attached the order screenshot to understand the specifics. This is really frustrating as they are selling defective items in big billion sale and also delayibg refund even after items are returned.

        Sir i had ordered being human tshirt on 24th sept 2017 order number od[protected] and estimated delivery was on 1st oct ie on sunday.. On 1st dat flipkart guy called me n said me sir i dont know ur address properly i[censored] want ur parcel den come in baner.. Wer else i stay in aundh near ccd... I replied to him i cant come u have to come n delivery me the packet on this he said ok.. But after 1 hour i got msg of due to inconvenience in delivery o[censored]r packet today.. It wil be delivered on 3rd oct... This was not expected from flipkart.. Bad delivery boy services of flipkart.. Poor services by flipkart.

          This is to inform you that i ordered a product (Order id od[protected] on 23/3/2017. The installation of the ac was done by flipkart executives. But they do not done the installation process properly. At the time of installation there was a minor leakage inside the pipe, so the gas leaked completely. Regarding this issue when i contacted to the customer support of the carrier ac they told me that the installation was done by flipkart so we can't do anything. When i discuss this with the flipkart they agreed to the installation amount and around 05/09/2017 they initiate the refund process. But still i haven't received my money. I found myself cheated very badly by the online giant. I have also contacted many times to customer service and wrote an email to the concern department. It has been 27 days and i still not received any response on the same. It is my humble request that i m a loyal flipkart customer from last 4 years. So again request u to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            I have ordered a power bank with order id - od[protected] named syska power boost 100 10000 man. I was ordered at 21-sep-2017 through big billion day offer. The product still not reached me. Today 2-oct-2017 i got a cancelation message and they said order rejected. Its tracking id - fmpc[protected]. I can't reorder the product because the price is too high. Hopefully i wanted you to do something quick response.

              I have order a lenevo phone model no. K6 power the device has a faulty display with yellowish tint and i placed a replacement complaint to flipkart. A technician visited and confirmed there is a issue with the display and confirmed my complaint. Now flipkart is regecting my return.. Telling me to visit the nearest service centre. If i can visit the service center. Then why do they have a 10 days return or replacement policy. They are sending a defective device and i need to service of my own. They why do they have policy.

              Now currently i received a 1400mb update (I thought it may clear the issue) and the phone didn't boot up, now its in dead condition. Even for that they didn't consider replacement. I need a replacement device flipkart.

                I purchased a 340l double door frost free refrigerator on 21st september on big billion days sale. It was supposed to be delivered on 23rd september. But, till now (2/10/17) there are no updates regarding refrigerator. I already paid for the refrigerator by debit card. I contacted flipkart call centre many times, but the only reply i get everytime is that wait for 1-2 days you refrigerator will he delivered. Please look into this matter.

                  I was purchasing a laptop (Model lenovo ideapad 320) worth rs.45, 990/- from flipkart on 21 august 2017. I made payment through sbi internet banking. Payment was successful ref no. Igabwjuxko.
                  After payment order was not placed, i contact flipkart, they said we had not received payment, contact your bank.
                  I raised a query to my bank ticket no.[protected]. Bank replied that as confirmed with merchant payment was successful and settled with merchant on 21 august 2017. After that i contact flipkart so many times but didn’t get any solution. I request you to kindly check flipkart account if they had received payment with reference no given above on 21august.

                      Sir,

                      I had not done any pos transaction using my bank of india debit card but at 8.14 p. M. On saturday i. E., 30.09.2017 i got a message that i have done pos transaction of rs.647/- on flip kart (Master card no.5264xxxxxxxx7782) which i have not done and the atm/debit is with, me only. So i request to stop the settlement to the vendor and refund the amount and if possible trace the shipping address so that we can find the fraudster.

                      This message i got around 8.14 p. M. But there were 2 other transactions of rs.12063/- and rs.999/- also they might be done on pos only but i am not sure since i am not having data related to those transaction as there are bank holidays in andhra pradesh and i doesn't got the message alert/otp for these transactions. So please accept the complaint.

                      The fraudster has repeatedly tried to use my debit card at 10.06 p. M.10.46 p. M.12.00 p. M on 30.09.2017 and at 8.46 a. M. On 01/10/2017. I tried to report the same to flip kart on their website but the domain name cs. Flipkart is not available.

                      So please stop the settlement to these vendors, refund the amount and trace the culprit if possible. I can provide the transaction id's on tuesday since its bank holidays in a. P.

The complaint was that the product was not delivered at my address after i received the out for delivery message on my contact no. No attempt was made to deliver the product either. Yet after your assurance my product was cancelled and returned.

                        It seems you need to taught the meaning of the word assure. I have the recordings of all the communications with you in this regard. I'll see you in the court.

                          I've ordered a leptop on 21st september and the promised delivery date is 1st october..
                          The product is shipped on 25th september which is expected shipping date
                          But the product stayed in their sorting office for 3 days in banglore and then transfered to chennai..
                          It took 3 days to transfer the product from banglore to chennai.
                          Now the product stayed in chennai sorting office for 28th october till the date i am writing this review (2nd october) and they are not processing it.
                          First they are making me fool by telling me that the shipper of the product took more then expected date to ship the product..
                          Then when i told them about the e-kart tracking detail, they told me that it will take more days and i am not their only customer.
                          When i asked them about where's my product exactly is, they tell me that is 'should' be in chennai which i can see online on e-kart tracking..
                          When i asked about why the delivery taking too much time, they told me that they can't contact with e-kart..
                          They told me that the e-kart is responsible and still not giving me the maximum limit of when the product will be delivered..

                          They are fraud..
                          Their customer service is worst and i am not going to order anything from flipkart now..

                          1. The packet is not there it was simply a tube surrounded by polythene.
                          2.expired product.
                          3. The tube is opened and used by somebody.

                            Hi,

                            I bought an acer predator helios 300 core i7 model on flipkart as part of the big billion sale. Order id : od[protected]. It was sold at 59, 990. I bought the same and was assured that it would be delivered by sep 28. Seeing there was no movement on the package from the warehouse i contacted flipkart and was told that it will arrive within oct 3.

                            Come oct 2, my order tracking shows that the shipment has been damaged and since it was the first time i noticed such a status i google'd the term and found a similar complaint for the exact same product. Here is the ordeal that the other customer went through.

                            Now what are the odds that both the products worth over 1 lac got damaged while shipping. Does flipkart really expect us to believe this bs?

                            I believe that flipkart oversold the product and to save face constructed this otherwise believable story. And conveniently for them the product is now out of stock.

                            Now i understand that errors can happen and you might have oversold it. But the right thing to do would have been to inform the customer, not try to deceive them just to save face.

                            I have lost all faith in flipkart and that probably was my last order.

                            You guys should probably compensate me for holding my money for so many days. I had to use my credit card :/

                              Hi,

                              It is with deep pain & repent that i an writing this mail to you. This is with reference to my order id: od[protected] where i had ordered nikon d5300 camera and 70-300mm lens during big billion sale.

                              I ordered throught flipkart on 22nd sep 2017, where it was displaying that both the items would get delivered to me in 2-3 days.

                              First of all, i need to wait for 10 days or so to get lens delivered to me. Second, it has a problem with focus, it is always clicking blurred images no matter what. And, third, the rotation on the lens is so loose that everytime i fear that zoom part would get separated from the lens.

                              Even, with the camera's live/viewfinder mode lid, sometimes it is switching the view b/w modes properly and sometimes it gets stuck on one mode and toggles only after two/three triggers.

                              I ordered with my heart for the occassion of dusherra however, my ocassion got screwed because of you. I didn't knew that i was actually burying my money into sand and that too with flipkart where you say customer satisfaction is a priority - rubbish i must say now. You should remove this & stop cheating people.

                              When i tried calling your customer care, most of the times, call didn't get connected and when connected, your executive was so stubborn & rude in disconnecting call in between without even listening properly to my concerns. They insisted on only rephrasing on policy & policy's terms whereas, on the other hand, amazon multinational e-commerce is so soft & helpful in listeining to customer concerns.

                              I am so astonished to see that such a billion dollar indian company is, even, not bothering to listen to customer concerns and are not willing to refund money whereas, for a normal middle class customer 40, 000 would cost each penny in painful way.

                              I work in a multinational it company and know, by which means, customer should be treated as i also work for international clients. Hard to beleive how you are treating indian customers. With so much issues at this point, i don't even think of replacing or maybe ordering again with you. I don't want to replace my product with you anymore. It don't matter to me how you will do or is it in policy or not. I only know that my money has been blocked with a product which is of no use to me. I want you to pick up product and refund my money.

                              If that is not done, then i would raise my voice in consumer forum.

                                This is to inform you that i ordered (Order id od[protected] maybelline baby lips and maybelline colossal kajal on 23/9/2017. I have recieved the packet on 27/09/2017. I have opened the packet and surprised to see that the product was completely fake. I found myself cheated very badly by the online giant. I have also contacted to cstumer service and wrote email to the concern department. It has been 3 days and i still not recieved any response on the same. It is my humble request that i m a loyal filpkart customer from last 4-5 years. So again request u to resolve my issue asam.

                                  I called on your toll free number asked you guys to email me the invoice for both the orders you guys asked me to wait for 24hrs i waited but i haven't received the invoice instead i got the orders. You guys really need to work on your customer service. I[censored] fail to send me invoice i will cancel both the orders. M really disappointed with the service that you provide. You advisors dnt even know how to talk to a customer. This is the worst e-commerce company coz whenever i placed orders i have always faced customer service issues and the products what you sell that's all faulty. I should get the invoice by tomorrow or else i will cancel the order and i want the replacement of the order id od[protected].

                                    Flipkart delivered a duplicate product (L'oreal paris professionnel liss unlimited masque conditioner) and not ready to replace or refund because of non-availability of the box in which the product is delivered although the refund request has been made the same day when the product got delivered. I have all other details like order id, order dates, invoice but they are not sufficient for them.

                                    Wonder why flipkart let the seller sell its product even though there are many complaints saying "duplicate product"

                                    I personally feel their business partners (Be it fraud) are way above flipkart's customers.

                                    Its not about money its about how flipkart behave hypocritically.

                                      During the big billion days offer on flipkart, i ordered a product namely mudshi tempered glass guard for honor 4x on 21st september 2017 and i recieved the product on 27th september 2017. The order id for the product is od[protected].
                                      But the product i recieved is damaged. The product was crack from one edge which is a major problem. I want to replace the product but i am unable to find any option through which i can proceed to replace the product. The product details mentioned that it can be replaced but after the product is delivered, i am unable to find any such option.
                                      I hope you will understand the difficulty faced by me and urgency of the situation and help me out with this issue. Looking forward for a positive approach. I will be ever thankful to you.

                                        I got message answer all 4 questions realated to flipkart and win and i won mobile phone i got tracking id but i could not link to my account. Please look into the issue. Tracking id [protected] my account permanent number [protected]. I beleived flipkart now on big billion day i wasted my time doing the tasks to win mobile. First they asked who is the owner of flipkart where was it founded which year what is the slogan for big billion day. The message was like this i have given the link also please take action or make them to fullfill their promise
