I had order a mobile phone by order no. Od[protected] on 25th sep. 2017, i used it two days and feel problem network is coming or missing, then i think its sim problem i change it with new sim but the problem is steal same, then i change the network from jio to airtel, the same problem arise, while i m using two other phones with the both network, and there is no issue at all, then i logged a complain to replace it, and company person came to check it and je told me that its a issue of network not mobile, but he could not answered me why my other sets are working at same place then i ask him to take it any where where u think network is ok, but after that he refused it and went back and update the status of my complain its rejected, i m very fed up with all this this mobile i bought for my wife birthday to gift her, but atlast its all disturbed me and give a mental harassment. Its really a bad experience for me with flip kart, while i was shopping earlier also with flip kart.
Now i request you please take back this product immediately to reduce my mentally harassment.
