This is regards order no. Od[protected] from flipkart.
On 21st september i ordered a samsung galaxy s7 from flipkart during the big billion sale.
The delivery time on the website was "assured delivery on 22nd". However i did not receive the phone and then they informed me they would send it on 23rd. They kept increasing the delivery date by 2 days. It was a prepaid order
It is the 3rd october now and i still have not received the phone. This is to inform you that the status on the website still shows only approved. The seller has still not even packed the order and kept ready for the courier.
After number of complaints put forward to flipkart via customer care, social networking communication team, i was informed that there are issues at flipkart's end.
I do not understand why flipkart has to mention an assured delivery time when they cannot fullfill the same.
This order has been made under the exchange scheme, and as per the t&c i had formatted my old phone, removed the sim card and memory card and kept it ready for the flipkart official to collect the same and give me my new phone. However it has been 11 days now my cellphone has been switched off with a hope that flipkart will deliver my order soon.
This is very bad delivery service on the end of flipkart. On email they blame the courier service for delay in delivery. And when you speak to the customer service on the phone, they blame the seller for delaying the order. As a matter of fact, flipkart themselves do not know the actual reason for delay. This was confirmed after speaking to a senior executive on flipkart.
This is surely my last ever order on flipkart. 1st they fool customers by increasing the price and giving a discount and trying to prove they are cheap.2nd - they do not deliver the order on the date as promised.
I would like my order to be delivered immediately.

Complaint marked as Resolved The company has taken absolutely no steps. I have called their customer care using there app option where by they call you back on request. I receive call back from Flipkart and the customer care team has no information about the product. I have also raised a complaint on Facebook page of Flipkart and received a call from +918067988350 where they assured me that they will look into the matter. This call was received on 1st October and yet no response or action has been taken.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Shashank Nathani This complaint is no where close to resolved. The order is still not delivered and Flipkart has no information about the product.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on customer complaint.
And returns request not honoured. It is in packed Condition.
I have placed an order for Pogeon Ultra Glass, stainless Steel Manual Gas Stove 4 Burner against order No : OD[protected] Dated 21/09/2017. Please confirm the exact status for the same as i am not getting the status properly.

i ordered samsung on max on 23rd sep 2017 till now their is no change in the track i called the customer care they said estimated date is 28th and shipment will start on 25th its already over whats the problem. please let me know..
