Meri death ho jati aur uske jimedaar flipkart bale hote plz mene kafi product use aur buy kiye agar aap log cahte hai main flipkart main bana rhu aur sbhi logo se flipkart use krne ke liye kahu to plz mera product return kr lijiye mujhe cash mat dijiye aap uski jagah kuch or order krne ke liye bol dijiye main lene ko ready hu aur jo product aapne diya hai bo agar meri bajah se damage ya kharab hua hai to main apne uper risk lene ko ready hu mene abhi usai 24 hourse bhi use nhi kiya hai agar main week use kr leta main khud nhi bolta ki return kr lo but 24 ghante main aapko dena cahiye aap log ache ho mujhe pta hai meri mehnat ka paisa hai sir plz main khud flipkart main rehna cahta hu baki online website se kafi achi hai flipkart sir plz

        This is regards order no. Od[protected] from flipkart.

        On 21st september i ordered a samsung galaxy s7 from flipkart during the big billion sale.

        The delivery time on the website was "assured delivery on 22nd". However i did not receive the phone and then they informed me they would send it on 23rd. They kept increasing the delivery date by 2 days. It was a prepaid order

        It is the 3rd october now and i still have not received the phone. This is to inform you that the status on the website still shows only approved. The seller has still not even packed the order and kept ready for the courier.

        After number of complaints put forward to flipkart via customer care, social networking communication team, i was informed that there are issues at flipkart's end.

        I do not understand why flipkart has to mention an assured delivery time when they cannot fullfill the same.

        This order has been made under the exchange scheme, and as per the t&c i had formatted my old phone, removed the sim card and memory card and kept it ready for the flipkart official to collect the same and give me my new phone. However it has been 11 days now my cellphone has been switched off with a hope that flipkart will deliver my order soon.

        This is very bad delivery service on the end of flipkart. On email they blame the courier service for delay in delivery. And when you speak to the customer service on the phone, they blame the seller for delaying the order. As a matter of fact, flipkart themselves do not know the actual reason for delay. This was confirmed after speaking to a senior executive on flipkart.

        This is surely my last ever order on flipkart. 1st they fool customers by increasing the price and giving a discount and trying to prove they are cheap.2nd - they do not deliver the order on the date as promised.

        I would like my order to be delivered immediately.

        The company has taken absolutely no steps. I have called their customer care using there app option where by they call you back on request. I receive call back from Flipkart and the customer care team has no information about the product. I have also raised a complaint on Facebook page of Flipkart and received a call from +918067988350 where they assured me that they will look into the matter. This call was received on 1st October and yet no response or action has been taken.

          I had ordered lenovo ideapad core i5 in big billion day sale, and never received the product.

          I just received a notification online that customer has rejected the order and refunded the money. When i called the customer i just received an apology.

          I want to specific name of the person who rejected the order. None of my family members or i personally have got any call email or have met with delivery boy.

            I purchased this product on mon, sep 25th '17 and when used the product, the trimmer is making injury to the skin by cutting. I read that there are few more people who said the same in the reviews page in flipkart site.

            This is very disappointing and misleading people in buying an unsafe and trimmer which is cutting the skin and doing injury.

            I am concerned about the bad product being popularized and sold with wrong expectations.

            SMS received for non delivery of Shipment no.[protected] on 29/9/17. Surprisingly Delivery person did not visit the address but shown as non delivered as can be seen in the attached.

            You are once again advised to deliver the item with prior intimation.

            I was ordered a ear phone senheiser 213 and 27 is the date of delivery and he was call me at office time that time I was in office but at 5 pm I was fee and he didn't call me and delayed 4 days for delivery and I contacted so many times flipkart customers care but they didn't do anything
            I was given delivery date as 27-Sep.Later i got message that it will be delivered by 29.I needed my order urgently, but customer care representatives don't even know any updates regarding current location of my order.They used to give me the same answers all the time.I have called them 3 -4 times today.But no one is ready to solve my concern.

              I have ordered redmi note 4 mobile at 21september2017. Product is misrouted to nagaon city at 24 september. Order is cancelled 28 september without consulting with me. I have contacted flipkart customer support several time. But they only told me to give fresh order. When i ordered it was big billion offer and i ordered it at rs 9899. Now there is no offer and it current price rs 12999. That means now i require another 3100 extra rupees to give fresh order. Hence i demand the product at earlier price (Rs9899) or extra value rs 3100.

Main agar kisi product ke liye shop ko advance payment krti to wo product mera ho jata pr flipkart advance payment bhi lena chahte h aur product bhi nhi dena chahte. Main bas ye chahti hu ki mene jis product ka paisa me de chuki hoon wo product mujhe usi kimt pr milni chahiye. Flipkart festival me jhuta offer diya. Agar mujhe pta hota to main kahi or se shopping krti. Flipkart itne dino se paisa lekr abhi tak mera product nhi bhej rha h. Bas mujhe mera order ki gya product milna chahiye kyun ki main full payment kr chuki hoon.

                    I had order lenovo k8 mobile phone and had opt for and exchange of my old lenovo k4 (1.3 yrs used). Had paid difference amount. Delivery boy refused to take my old mobile just because a very small yellow spot was there on my screen, which even i didn't know had never observed, he refused said he want take, he went off. Flipkart should know that in exchange he want get 100% condition phone for t same mobile flipkart had just reduce 3000 rupees what else a flipkart expect he should get in 3000 my phone is in upto date condition i bought it in 12k a year back. Even after completing to customer care the executive also took t side of delivery boy and said it over company policy we can't take ur phone it should be in 100℅ condition, we cannot do anything. He cancelled my order in status - courier boy unable to deliver. This was the worst experience i had with flipkart i had never expected such things. I will never suggest flipkart i will definitely buy the same product with the same exchange product from amazon i am sure they will definitely except my old phone and will replace it with new one.

                          Team, i ordered for a voltegic home project on big billion day and got it delivered. Product is totally fake it doesn't have the brand name on the projector atall, product itself looks like a fake, picture quality is so worst that u can't even adjust and watch. Just a sticker is pasted on the external packing box saying "voltegic", it doesn't even have an mrp price on it. I requested for a refund for this product but flipkart refused saying seller didn't accept.
                          Need your help to get back my money and help flipkart not to sell fake product in future

                            Hi team, i ordered for voltegic peojector on a big billinion day for 4200 and its mrp was 9999/-. Product got delivered and the product looks totally fake, product doesn't have voltegic brand name on the device, picture quality is so worst you can't even adjust and watch... I requested for a refund to flipkart. But they rejected saying seller didn't accept. Check my images the external boxing will just have a sticker pasted on it saying voltegic.

                                I have applied for the exchange of crt tv in reference of my new tv i. E lg 32" led tv but when the courier boy came to pick my tv, he rejected the exchange just becoz of a small/un nessesary part missing (Tv internal button protection plate). It is crt tv and its production has also been stopped, how could you expect a perfect tv of such model. It is working perfectly would that be not enough. Also after talking with your one of your executive she told me to cancel the order as we cannot cancel the exchange. After waiting 10 days to deliver my product, now i am getting a answer from u people that to cancel the order.
                                I am very unsatisfied from this kind of behaviour from your side.

                                  I have done the payment but order is not confirmed yet and the amount has been deducted from the credit card. Your executives told that amount hasn't been deducted but my money is not refunded yet. Either confirm the order or refund my money. You assured that the product will be confirmed within 8 hours but it has been more than 8 hours. I ordered it on yesterday but order is not confirmed

                                    I ordered a mobile lenovo k8 plus from flipkart on 24th sep 2017 & after succesfully done payment by debit card flipkart shows the status of my order is that the product is delivered you on 4th oct 2017. But on 27th sep flipkart automatically cancelled my order without any reason i got the sms that your order cancelled & refund of your amount rs.4318 is is proceed, till date amt not refunded. Then i call flipkart customer care & she said your product is cancelled because mobile is out of stock. & flipkart nothing do for it & she also accept this is our mistake but his company cant do anything after a humble request to her to solve the problem she said nothing she can do n u order once agair for purchase this mobile... I question u... Now mobile stock is available. And my ordered mobile delivery date 4 oct 2017... So why cancelled my order. Flipkart ia fraud.

                                    Sir i beg to say that flipkart executive accept her mistake but she cant do anything. Why my order is cancelled before one from delivery without any perfect reason. Your executive is accept mistake of flipkart... Mobile stock is not available... Then why u accept my order... Why accept money from debit card... As per purchase order... And ur terms and condition... Ur right is order cancellation is only n only proper reason.

                                      Flipkart has delivered faulty phone to me and now not giving return pickup for this phone. They are harassing since 1 week.
                                      I have continuously following up with flipkart and even i have tweet on the twitter. The twitter guys are coordinating with me after every 2 days with no solutions.
                                      Worst service by flipkart.
                                      Can you please assist.

                                        "cancelled:inalsa maxie premia 80..+2 more products in ur order with order id od[protected] has been cancelled."
                                        This msg recd aftr 6 days of order with no valid reason for cancellation, thus depriving us of benefit of buying these items from amazon from their ongoing scheme at that time. Our preference to flipkart has resulted in our loss.

                                        We have interacted with the customer, said that he wants to know that why the product is cancelled so a per resolution told the cx it is from seller side and told the cx to place an new order and cx said that he wants to complain the courier service, feedback taken and closing the case.
