Ordered and received a damaged iphone (Extreme overheating and scratched back logo) and when asked for replacement flipkart completely denies it. Contacted them several times and they just hang up the phone saying we are sorry. Apple service center also denies replacement as according to them the product is damaged accidentally.

I got message answer all 4 questions realated to flipkart and win and i won mobile phone i got tracking id but i could not link to my account. Please look into the issue. Tracking id [protected] my account permanent number [protected]. I beleived flipkart now on big billion day i wasted my time doing the tasks to win mobile. First they asked who is the owner of flipkart where was it founded which year what is the slogan for big billion day....

I was trying to place an order for samsung galaxy s7 on 24th september (Big billion days offer). The amount of 24, 790 got debited from my account through net banking but the order did not get placed. (No message from flipkart about the order). Also in my orders section, the order didn't get displayed.
Please take action on this as soon as possible.

I am really shocked about service and mismanagement of your team. On the day of big billion 21 september i have placed an order with order id - od[protected] on samsung galaxy on max with an exchange of redmi 2 prime. On 22 sep delivery boy came to my home for delivery and without any reason he rejects to accept my handset. I have all original invoice with all genuine accessories, box and good condition of handset....

I had ordered a ivoomi me3s of rs.5399 on 24th september against order no. Od[protected]. But now they say order is cancelled. And now its rate is 6500. What the hell is happening. This is all rubbish. This is very very bad and irresponsible behavior towards the customer. If is this goes as like then nobody will buy any product through flipkart....

On 6th september, 2017, i ordered united colors of benetton. Sneakers (Grey) from my flipkart account at 6:55 pm. Payment was cash on delivery and order was placed. I got confirmation message and email stating that my order will be delivered in 27th september wednesday

After this when i checked my order in my account, i was surprised to see that the order status is cancelled at 24th september sunday at 5:49 pm.

I have purchased trimers amount of 1998 rupee by sbi debit card on big billon day. 10% instant discount mentioned in web site, but it is not credited for me, i have payed full amount. So check and do rhe needful. As for your advertisement 10% discount should able to get while transaction. But still now my 10% of 1998 i.e 199 ruppee not credited in my account. Hi,

I ordered for a samsung led television worth rs.10, 349 on sep 21, 2017. The order was not shipped for 3 days. So i cancelled the order. The cancellation request is created and it says "your request is being processed. It may take up to 4 hours for your refund (If any) to be initiated."

But even after 4 hours, the request is still on hold. I called customer care but they don't have option to do cancellation....
