I ordered the television during flipkart sale on 23rd september 2017, received it on 28th september 2017. And when the installation guy opened the seal packed box on 29th september he found that the screen is broken, he immediately took pictures and sent the report, he told me to send a replacement request, which i did on the spot, nest day on 30th september a technical visit was made and the technician said that the screen is indeed broker and he will send the report to flipkart to replace the tv. Ever since then i have been chasing flipkart customer care regarding the return but they are continuing to extend the response date, with no answer about the return.in turn they are making false statement saying the report has not been sent to them, and there is some error regarding the report. I have personally confirmed with both installation and technical person and both have confirmed that they had already sent the report. After more than a week of follow up and extremely unprofessional attitude by call centre guy, as the hang up the call or put the call on hold for almost half hour and not responding after that, i sense a foul play by flipkart. Also note that i have recorded all the calls from flipkart as well as from the technical and installation person to prove how flipkart is harassing me.
I am attaching the number of the technician and the installation person as much to my surprise flipkart does not know who came to visit and always asks me to provide the number.
