Hi, my name is Abhinav and my friend ordered a hand blender from Flipkart. The registered number with the order is [protected] and her name is Manmeen Bakshi. I was not aware that my friend had ordered a hand blender and when my friend was not at home, the delivery guy came. I informed him that as my friend was not at home, could you please deliver the hand blender at a later time or tomorrow (which other online shopping websites do) to which he said that 'WE ARE NOT THE SERVANTS OF YOUR FATHER' (HUM TUMHARE BAAP KE NAUKAR NAHI HAIN) and rejected my order.
His name was Vikram and on asking his number, he again said that 'I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE, DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO'. Is this what Flipkart is?? Is this the kind of customer service you provide to your customers?? This was my first time with Flipkart and will be my last. I am also going to share this experience with my friends and family so that they should also be aware about the customer service that Flipkart delivers. I am really disappointed and not a happy customer at all.

Delivery address- #C-2268 A, Sushant lok, phase 1, Gurgaon, 122002
1. On 28th of August I raised return request,
2. The request got rejected within a min without having the discussion with me.
3. The seller called me on the same day and asks me to send the photograph of the invoice and product box and I sent the same on 28th August Evening.
4. The seller accepted his mistake over the phone and asked me to talk with Flipkart customer care people to initiate the return process.
5. I called Flipkart executive and raised the compliant against this case
6. The Flipkart executive asked me to wait till 13th of September to resolve the case.
7. I called multiple time to Flipkart customer care to know the status of the case but every time they simply mentioned you have to wait till 13th September to resovel the case.
8. On 13th September, I got an email from "SMS"Team saying "we have send same product which buyer orders, hence reject the return request".
9. Again, I did multiple follow up with Flipkart executive, they keep up pushing the date and saying seller is denying to refund you since they have delivered the same product.
10. I directly contacted the seller for know the reason then I was so surprised that Flipkart people doesn't contact seller for the same case. Without contacting the seller, they themselves denying to refund my money.
First of all, they have delivered the wrong product. Moreover, the way Flipkart response is the worst. I am in kind of depression that I haven't get the same product which I ordered online. Usually, I do online training. Due to this delay and reckless response I lost my 45k INR business. I am in the frustration corner.
Please help me to get my money back.
