I had purchased a Reebok running shoe from Flipkart (order ID:OD[protected]) on 05/04/2014 and the item was shipped through First flight courier on 05/04/2014( tracking ID: B [protected]). I waited till the last date of delivery on 16/04/2014. I received no information about the item from courier’s side, I informed the matter to Flipkart office on[protected] and I was informed that the order was cancelled by them and the amount would refunded to my account within 7 days. Upon realising that the amount was not refunded to my account on[protected] I had sent a query for the same following which I received an e-mail on[protected] that the item was delivered on[protected] and requesting a feedback. But I have not received any item or information from the courier till the date. On checking my flipkart account on 24/04 2014 I saw the posting “the item was delivered on Sat, 12th Apr.” in one place and on 16/04/2014 in another place. So I demanded for the proof of delivery and to know who had received the item, when and where? But I have not received any satisfactory reply about the issue till the date from flipkart authorities. Under this circumstance I visited the first flight courier's Trivandrum office on 24/042014 and they ensured me that they have the item with them and has not even attempted to deliver it. They also claimed not to have sent a delivery report to Flipkart office with solid proof. I had also frequently informed the non delivery of the item to Flipkart by telephone and e-mail from 11th April onward. On 01/05/2014 a telephone call from the customer Care informed me that the issue would be solved in 24 hours but I have not yet received any positive reply from them. Hence I want the refund amount in my account immediately. - Sasikumar

    Dear Sir, This is regarding Swipe MTV VOLT 1000 Tablet (White, Wi-Fi, 3G, 4 GB) ordered from Flipkart. The Order ID: OD[protected]. I am a regular customer of flipkart and I am currently staying in Shillong, Meghalaya. I had given my delivery address in Kolkata as flipkart could not deliver the product to Shillong. The product parcel was received on 20th January 2014 in Kolkata and I had opened it on 4th February 2014 in Shillong, keeping in mind the replacement policy in case of any problem. Unfortunately, I did faced the following problem:- 1. A line/ area on the tablet screen is not responding, which is also the region and the first line of the keyboard on the touch screen (qwertyuiop) when we want to text. 2. A pin/ lock on the table flip cover case is broken (Flipkart had Refunded Rs.1000/- for this. Please note that the manufacturing of this accessory and the tablet itself had been stopped). Since Flipkart could not replaced the tablet, I was being told to get help from the Swipe customer care. So I deposited the Tablet handset and its battery at one of the Swipe customer care in Shillong on the 10th February 2014. Now it is about to be three months and they haven`t been abled to repair neither give a refund. All they tell me (through emails and phone calls) are to wait for 24 hours (from Flipkart) and to wait for 10 days (from Swipe) each time. But non gets back to me with an update of the tablet. Flipkart has also been very rude to remove more than three times the comments I made on their services about this tablet. I think this is because it would affect their sales/ reputation. Swipe customer care call center keeps telling me that their system is down and to call back. I have been helpless and dont know who is responsible for giving me a defective tablet. Now I just want my money back. Please help me. Thank you

      I had placed an order for 3 items on 23 April. But one of the items has not been delivered. I called flipkart several times. Every time they ask for another business day to resolve issue. This has been going on since a week. Please note that the item which has not been delivered is Deepcool N600. Please look into the matter, without making anymore false promises.

        Day before yesterday(30th April 2014), I ordered a motherboard and a mobile phone from Flipkart for 23229 INR via netbanking. The transaction was successful but there was some error after it redirected back to flipkart. As I checked my orders list, I found it to be empty. Then I checked 24x7 Customer Care on the site and saw that the payment has not received. My Order ID is:OD[protected] Please take into consideration and refund as soon as possible. Thanks

        I got the refund. It was a problem with my net connection. The transaction was only half-done because of my Internet connection. Can't blame Flipkart for that. Flipkart mailed me regarding this. Thank you very much.

          Hi, I created an order on 3rd April 2014 with order ID: OD[protected] and paid full payment of 13, 999 by Net Banking using my Debit Card. On 4th April 2014, I cancelled that order due to my personal issue. Today is 2nd of May, it has been around 30 days and i am still waiting for refund of my money. I called many times to customer care. No one assist up to the mark. They just make customer fool that's it. Flipkart just lost my trust. Can you please look into this? Thanks, Honey Goyal

              sir/madem, i had bought ur mobile BYOND B67 on [protected], invoice no:6817 order by flipkart order no:0D[protected] dealer name him hello, it is not getting battery charged nor getting switch on pls let me know service center in bangalore to get it done no body is helping me out, flipkart customer care gave me telephone number which is not working i am awating ur responce thanking u regards.
              Spoke to customer, He say's that the product is not working and he wanted service center, Provided with service center and informed he can get back to us if the problem is not solved customer agreed, Closing the case.

                  I have ordered an Item in flipkart on 24 April, 2014 10:16 AM and the promised delivery date is 28th April. But I haven't yet received the item and no information about the current delivery status in the courier website. The current status in first flight shows it is in Kumbakonam. Not sure why? as I am residing near Chennai. I called customer care twice and registered a complaint. They said action will be taken in next 8 hrs and an executive will call you. No action taken and no one called me within that period. The next day a customer executive called me and said they weren't sure where the product is in but it will be delivered in next 2 days. Is this a Marketing strategy to bring up their new "Same day delivery" product?

However, their website log said "call to be placed". 3rd Lie - I cancelled the order completely, yet they claimed that an email was sent by me for redelivery. The cancellation was overlooked by them. We request you to provide any alternate address and we will have it delivered to you accordingly. Please revert within 24 hours of receipt of this email." I responded as asked. Your CS wrote back stating "Hi Narayanan, Thank you for writing back. I understand your concern. I've notified to the concerned team regarding change in the delivery address. You'll get an update within 8 business hours regarding the delivery. Hope this helps." 50 minutes back I got an email from you stating "Dear Customer, Greetings from Flipkart! Unfortunately, your consignment with tracking ID FMPP[protected] for the below mentioned product has been returned to us by our courier partner Ekart logisticks due to non serviceability. Hence, we are unable to arrange the delivery of the same. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused in this regard" Do you guys think this is acceptable? Are you trying to make fools out of your customer? If you remember, the last time you spoke to me I refused to talk to you stating I want a manager / supervisor on the call. You hung up stating this will be arranged shortly. That shortly has not come even after 48 hours. If you have any shame left, please have your shift manager call right away. On top of all these disasters, there are two questions unanswered. 1. What is the escalation matrix you have in place for customers? 2. What is the email ID / contact details of your customer service head? No answers on anything. Call back if you have any sense of responsibility and service.

                    I booked a shipment for Guwahati through Snapdeal on 4th June 2014 (order id - [protected]) and it was sent through their logistics partner so called 'Delhivery' ( tracking id - [protected]). The shipment reached their Delhi Hub on 7th June morning and till date which is 10th June the shipment is lying there .
                    I have been calling up the 'Delhivery' Team since 7th and all they have given me is nonsensical commitments. The first day customer service person it felt like i woke him up from his sleep . The way he was speaking it looked it he was doing me a favor by doing his job.

                    Utter Nonsense - He said ill get my shipment on 8th June which happened to be a Sunday . And since 9th June morning i have been emailing and calling up the customer service desk continously .Neither there are any reverts on my mail nor the customer service desk are picking up the calls.


                    At this rate Snapdeal will surely lose their customer base . I had got no problems with Snapdeal earlier or with their other Logistic partners------ but this 'Delhivery ..! God there are nothing but a bunch of liers. This is a prepaid shipment and no one wants to wait an eternity for it.

                        Hello, I ordered MOTOG mobile from flipkart on April 20 and its delivered to us on April 24.But within 40 min after the delivery, we found that the sealed box is not having HANDSET. The phone itself is not there while the ear phones and charger is there. I have raised a request immediately. What happened: 20 april -- ordered 24 apr : thursday : 12 pm -- recieved courier 12.45 pm -- called courier person who said, they cant help and request has to be raised to FLIPKART 1 pm -- called flipkart 2.40 pm -- chat with flipkart and rised a complaint |[protected]. 5 pm -- called in the evng 11.15pm -- raised a return request through product missing section[protected]mail recieved) 28 th April (monday) After 6 call follow ups and waiting, flipkart came up with the status that their investigation is showing that the handset is present in the box and they cant help any further on this.                         _____[2] MOTOROLA replied my mail saying that I need to check this through FLIPKART only :(

                        Flipkart — Delivery not on time.

                        I have order a canon IP2720 Inkjet printer on 30th August, the confirmation dialogue
                        says that your delivery happen after 4 Business days but i have not got my printer,
                        I am waiting for my parcel, Today is 6Sept. & i have not got my printer.

                        It is very dismaying to state that despite of frquent requests the blue dart courrier housed in matoo building gaw kadal srinager has not deliverd the book sent by flipkart.now it has been almost a week now and nothing is being taken care of by people in service...amazing

                        Flipkart — Flipcard sells Factory Seconds goods

                        I had purchased a Blood Pressure monitoring Machine from flipcart and it started malfunctioning from the sixth month. Flipcart did not repair/replace it. Now I hear that they sell mostly Seconds goods and that's why they can not repair/replace any equipment.

                        I called up FLIPKART customer care and informed the executive about this situation. I told him that this sort o[censored]nethical behaviour is not expected from FLIPKART and that too towards a corporate customer. In reply he provided me an email [protected]@flipkart.com stating that this email can be used for escalation to higher management. If you haven't already sent a mail to this email id stating your issue, kindly do so mentioning the Order Number and explain in details the situation. I hope your issue gets resolved very soon.

                          I have ordered one moto x mobile with flipkart on 21-04-14 and promised to get the mobile by thursday 24-04-14, 7 PM. But due to poor service of flipkart and courier tie-ups, i have not received the mobile till date. The details are with me on emails:
                          I sent a complaint mail to flipkart and they reply that this email is just for the reference of the customer and not to reply. When i called up customer care they says that if you want to file a complaint you can do on [protected]@flipkart.com. I feel cheated and got to know that filpkart is full of fools because till date they are playing volley balls with the order i made. The order firstly came in anand vihar, delhi on wednesday ( one day before the delivery date). After this thursday went to shahdara zone, and next day went to karol bagh zone. Now the online track report is showing that it is in munirka zone . And every day it shows out to delivery. But noboday turned up yet. E- bay and Amazon are FAR better then flipkart.
                          I recommend not to buy anything from flipkart and companies like this should be punished immediately with compensation to customer by wasting their time and giving them mental harassment.

                                I ordered 3 books on flipkart and got the delivery on time. I have chosen CASH ON DELIVERY option. When I received the order, the delivery boy was asking for extra money for him as convenience charges. When I enquired on Flipkart, they say there are no convenience charges. The delivery boy argued with me for half an hour in public. This is so frustrating. This behaviour is unacceptable. They are making fool o[censored]s. When I complained about the deivery boy on Flipkart, the executive said that they are training their courier executives to be more courteous and professional. But they haven't take any action this time.

                                  Ordered Adidas Imba M Running Shoes (order_id=OD[protected]), got wrong size, applied for a return of the product for a bigger size. They mailed to me that the picking of the product will be scheduled but after 24 hours I was asked to courier it to them. So I couriered the product to them. After two weeks I get the delivery which was Women's Nell Flats. Totally frustrated with all this I called the customer care, they told that the status they have is product is not delivered yet! Don't know what to do now.!
                                  I ordered a Casotec 61156 Super Clear Screen Guard for HTC One V. However I received a screen guard for Samsung Galaxy S3. Even the outside of the delivery envelope says Htc one V. Though the delivered product is a screen guard for Samsung Galaxy s3.

                                    Order no. OD[protected], Complaint no. [protected], Ordered Nokia Lumia 520 and facing the problem within 15 days. Its getting switched off automatically. Logged a complaint in the flipkart customer care but getting no help. The customer care executives (especially technically team) is acting rude and saying its not their problem . Told me to troubleshoot which I did still nothing is working out and they are not hearing anything. Everytime I call they ask me to call tomorrow. The product is under replacement period ( i.e 30 days) still no help.
                                    I am planning to file case against them in consumer court.
                                    We had got in touch with the customer and the complaint stands resolved since the seller had delivered the replacement on 28th April, 2014.

                                    Closing the case.

                                      I am continuously following for the hard copy Invoice with complete details mention(what i mention while ordering ) but not received till date i had all conversation with there customer care through mail & caller ID but they are fail to solve the issue even on 23rd Apr'14 i called customer care and they put on hold for 1hr & 30min and after that senior executive(Ms Chandra) attended call but disconnected within 5mins.
                                      I have been ensured again and again that i will receive hard copy or else they will return the product.

                                        I am from Bangalore and I had ordered footwear from Flipkart when I could have just walked down the street and got them from any other store, because I assumed the delivery would be quick. After a couple of days, I got a call from the eKart delivery boy and he called me to confirm my residence address and time of availability. He didn't show up that day. I got a message from Flipkart saying that the delivery had been rescheduled as per my instructions! Anyway, I waited for another day and nobody contacted me. On the next day, I got a call from the same eKart delivery person who had called me a couple of days earlier but I couldn't take it immediately so I called back when I could and he said he could not deliver it as eKart does not deliver after 7 PM. Fair enough. I got a message the next day from Flipkart saying that the order would be delivered before 7 PM. I waited until 5:30 and called the delivery guy again: he said he would deliver it the next day because the package was in their office. I got pissed off but said nothing. So today I call him again and he asks me to call Flipkart customer care because the shipment is going back (presumably because he reported I was unresponsive). He was defensive at the start, saying I was unresponsive, but it was obvious he was lying (as opposed to a genuine confusion) but he turned arrogant towards the end when I kept insisting I was never contacted as often as he claimed to, and when I said I'd raise a complaint with Flipkart, he sarcastically said "Sure sir". I don't mind so much waiting for a delivery but it's the unethical approach from the eKart that makes me want to sue them. The eKart person claimed to have called me so many times but when I checked my logs from the time I placed the order on Flipkart, he called me a grand total of 2 times! I called him back around 6 times. (Also FYI, I am also subscribed to the Airtel service which enables me to receive a notification message of the calls I missed due to no-signal or phone being switched off). I honestly can't believe Flipkart and eKart are managed by the same group seeing how poorly eKart is managed (practically a joke) while Flipkart's management and customer care seem a LOT more refined and responsible. This is the second such incident from eKart. It all seems like Deja vu. I would really like to sue eKart even if it's going to cost me a lot of money over the long run because this is about ethics and principles.
