I had order ice cream from a place and there was an issue with the order otp as the application wasn't updated and then it was taking a little longer the delivery agent called my sister stupid and saying mean things under his breath to her and now food panda is calling and just troubling my sister about the order.
I believe whenever someone is providing a service the person should be polite and the way the delivery agent behaved was nowhere near to being polite.
I hope food panda does something about this and try to fix their service because this is no way for this unacceptable behavior.

I have ola account using my name. am creating foodpanda account using my sister name but both accounts are using one mobile number. now foodpanda and ola is one family so i have problem to login foodpanda account.
am login foodpanda account in my mobile it shows your account is temporaily blocked.
active my foodpanda account.

Order cancelled by restaurant and after that restaurant changes the minimum order amount to ₹299.
It was my first time I have ordered from foodpanda but it was my worst experience.

I need the same order at the same rate I am not going to give any extra amount for that.

For last 3 orders atleast, i have ordered food and they have kept me waiting for 1 and half hour or even more, and then suddenly they have cancelled my order, which has kept me hungry. And by the time it is cancelled i didnt had any other options to order as all the resturants are closed.

If the order is to be cancelled cant it be done at the earliest, so that people can look for other options, after waiting for such a long time the order is cancelled, leaves me hungry, frustrated and angry. This incident has happened with me thrice, and its quite annoying.

I ordered hot chocolate this morning, and the delivery man was more than an hour late. The place was located nearby to my work space.
Improper and unprofessional work. Unexpected.
And the hot chocolate was cold by the time it reached me.
I returned the beverage to the man.
Therefore, I request a refund.

I have placed an order with food panda on 12-dec-2018 around 6pm ist. Order number - s6jv-tb0r. Food panda has updated the status by 6:42 pm ist as the order was picked up by the rider. I have tried to reach rider but his mobile was switched off. However, i haven't received my order till 7:40 pm ist. So i entered the chat room thrice to seek assistance and all they told me is to wait and wait again. So i have asked for a supervisor and i got a call from food panda twice from nishita and manav, who was trying to justify the rider has cancelled the order and asked me to replace the order and wait for food again. When i ask them for refund, they are not ready to refund the money with in 1-2 business days.. They ask me to wait for 10 business days to get my refund.

End of the day i have lost my money, with no food and left starving for almost 3.5 hours.

As per order no. X8lm-88i4 dated[protected] from food panda the order not delivered to me but they have still not refunded my amount of rs/- 149. Always they are asking me to wait for another 3-5 days. I lodged 5-6 complaints with them regarding this issue but still not refunded my amount. Their senior manager also discussed with me 2 times and given me the final date as 12 dec but 12th december is almost over and i did not got any refund, please help me in this regard.

On 16th oct 2018, i ordered chilli paneer dish on foodpanda app. But instead of that i received noodles n chilli paneer combo which was a wrong order. I lodged a complaint that day only and was given assurance that the money will be refunded to my wallet within 7-10days.
It's nearly 2 months now. Neither have i received my money back nor i m receiving any new notifications of new offers.

We talked on chat on food panda complain and this guy mr om suggested us to just take money back for whatever is missing.. What about the one which is not correct. I ordered food from food panda on 8 oct 2018 at 12:51pm. Order code. E6tg-kk5i and paid via onlinw payment. My money was deducted and the order was placed but they cancelled my order.in food panda app its clearly mentioned that if you paid through wallet you will get money back in 4 hrs or if you paid through any other method you will get your money back in maximum 7 to 10 working days. I complaint many times but they always give me only excuses.. Its a clear case of online fraud.

However i receive a message that they could not deliver the food to my place after payment have been issued. I still havent receive my refund yet. This is one the worst apps and food service ever. I have placed order for food through food panda.But my orders are cancelled due to some technical reasons.3 times i lost 155rs.I mailed food panda customer care many times wirh the screenshot..i was always gettting reply like it will take 10 days to initiate refund..but till this time i didn't. This is a very unacceptable incident from a popular food delivering app like food panda..Really feel bad..I need my money back..please do the needful.

I had guests and had ordered one spicy paneer pizza from blenders and bowls restraurant, navrangpura, ahmedabad and they delivered the food with improper packaging, oil leakage, spillage and in messed up condition. My account was disabled without any reason. I had a worst experience ordering food from foodpanda. Food is not delivered and there is no refund, they cancel the order after 2-3 hrs of its placement. I am unable to order my food or complaint about this to cc, I want to know the reason for this n uninstall the foodpanda app.no customer care executive responds on chat and no action will b taken on delivery person.

I have placed two orders consecutive days and both of them doesnt get delivered. I asked the person about the status of my order and what i get as an answer is we couldn't contact the delivery buy mind you this happened twice. I waited for my food for more than one and half hour and then i message their chat people they tell me my order couldnt be delivered. Isnt at the first place, they should inform me about my order. If i haven't enquired about my order i would have waited for eternity i think. Now the worst part is i have to wait for my money.

I ordered a Chicken fried rice from Hobbit restaurant Wakad for dinner but didn't received it ever. When I tracked the order via app I saw that order is marked as delivered. This is such an unprofessional behaviour. There customer care number is not reachable and it is difficult to find a chat support via app as most of time it gets hanged in between. Very much disappointed with their service.
