Mail sent to Foodpanda This is the last time I am even going to check with you guys as I know this time too the response will be vague. Kind of depressing what you guys are doing. So here's the story one last time- I ordered lunch for my family on a sunday afternoon through your mobile app. By looking at the kind of ads you are doing (how naive of me!) I thought the experience will be something that I have not witnessed with online ecommerce food ordering apps. But alas, the experience was disastrous! My money was taken through your portal and I received a mail that you guys are waiting for delivery time from the vendor. Ok right! This is something new! You have shared a crappy toll free number that never connects and the contact details of a vendor who is clueless about even his existence! Wasted 30 mins of my life I am never ever getting back repeatedly calling your number and the vendor's number but to no avail. Vendor states that he has not received the order and your toll free number is really a piece of art guys! (Sarcasm, I hope you know what it means) Kudos for your strategy of ramping up! You really did the trick with pissing people who call you. After numerous trials I finally got connected, your rude agent actually hung up on me even before starting the initial call starting pitch. And what is behind the noise man? It's like a fish market running a Black friday sale. Have you ever heard about noise cancelling or a avaya system of taking calls? Finally, my food was never delivered and I was stuck without a lunch option as it was already 3.30 (1 hour 30 mins without any food being delivered) and all the restaurants near my place was closed or without food. Nice going Panda! What customer satisfaction are you talking about? I am in the ecommerce domain and I have been in this field for 5 years so dont respond with your crappy one-liners and payment gateway crap! I dont want to lose even a penny with you guys. Sometimes, its about a promise guys and if you dont fulfill a promise then to hell with you. I need my money back! I spoke to one agent by the name Rohit. He was nice and all in the initial talks but while it came to solving customer issues, he failed miserably. He said and I state "we havent received your order or money" in a very unapologetic manner (which is sad as I have personally seen the kind of training that CS people go through in good companies and this is the worst training module that you can deliver to these guys) I obviously was angry and still am with the kind of experience and now with your CS too. I told him to transfer the call to his supervisor. One Mr.Sachin continued the call and was nothing but a obnoxious bloat who was too proud to be a supervisor. i have seen such kind of people and I know why they act like that but that's fine. Even after repeatedly telling that my issue is not solved he was not ready to disclose the reason. So i had to take the ecommerce experience part and our lover boy got offended. Really man? If you are not able to solve my issue I will get offended not you! After the ego boasting conversation (For him) he was ready to tell the real reason that my payment didnt get through the payment gateway. Now tell me one thing, is it my problem that you crappy payment gateway was not able to get my money across to the vendor. Is it not your responsibility that food should be delivered to a customer if he has paid from his side? The best answer was " We cant do anything. please go to your bank and get the money." Wow man! Pissing off a customer has a whole new meaning! Guess what people. It's not about money all the time. It's about the experience. If you are not delivering my food (which is why you have first of all opened up a "shop") then you have no right to insult me by talking about money too! Now the climax from my side- I need my money from you. I am ready to share my statement screenshot and what all you need as obviously you dont respect your customer's time wasted or anything else (even when we have paid for the damn food) and the only thing you care about is money in your pockets. I NEED MY MONEY. PERIOD. I WONT RUN AROUND TO GET A FEW ODD RUPEES FROM BANKS.

    Order No.: n2hq-u5sr I ORDERED 1 X Manchurian Fried Rice Rs.115.00 1 X Chana Masala Rs.110.00 1 X Chinese Sizzler Rs.190.00 PAID VIA ONLINE PAYMENT, THEY CALLED ME AND SAID CHINESE SIZZLER NOT AVAILABLE SO I CANCELLED THE ORDER, I CALLED THEM SO MANY TIMES BUT THEY ALWAYS SAY YOU WILL GET REFUND SOON, BUT YET I DIDN'T GET THE REFUND. my email id: prabhat.[protected]@gmail.com contact no.: [protected]

    foodpanda is wasting and cheating people. I ordered hyderabadi dum biryani double and one chicken leg piece on 3rd may . The minimum bill payment was 200 Rs which I made. After making payment money got deducted but showing some error and asked me to take the order again. When I called the resturant associated they said they are not associated with foodpanda anymore. Today is 5th may but till now there is no reply from foodpanda and no refund.

    They are cheaters
    I placed an order from dark night.
    They didn't delivered me my order.
    Why food panda guys are not delivering as per their commitment. And dark night guys are saying that I am lying.
    Why is this so? Reply is mandatory
    Proof of not recieving any call.

      I have made order in foodpanda.in online from the Biryani Bowl, BTM on 8th October 2014 at 10:00PM and paid online. I received a confirmation SMS and received confirmation call from the restaurant with in 5 minutes. They have not delivered the food even after 3 hrs and there is no response from the restaurant and the food panda when I try to reach them.         Please be aware of foodpanda.in they say at the time of placing order, that if you order more than 500 rs then you get this thing free, and if you order more than 750 rs then you get that thing free. But when you get the delivery of the food, they start shouting at you, saying nothing is free on earth. Why would someone claim a free food item unless it has been automatically added to the order by their website. They gave me an option to pay for that item and buy it. How cheap and vulgar can something like that can happen to somebody. Blaming the customer, that he is making stories in order to get a free KHEER. Cheapness at its worst, is what you would have to face at foodpanda.in And if you dont mind getting insulted, this is the right website for you.

          As per as promotional offer was going on on http://www.foodpanda.in, consumer would entitled to get free movie vouchers worth Rs.300 on ordering food worth Rs.300.
          i placed an order on 23rd Feb 2013 worth Rs.342, order no: N1KQ-F0DT, against the order foodpanda has to send me voucher worth Rs.300 as per as offer was going on.
          but they send me faulty (Already Used) movie vouchers of www.maxgetmore.com and that too on 28th Feb 2013.
          when i complained about the issue by mails they never replied to it, when i called in customer care and talked to them then they replied by mail that "The vouchers issued to you have been redeemed by yourself as per confirmation from MAX. Therefore, we would request you to kindly get in touch with them as this case is closed from our side." but when i talked to customer care people of MAX they have said that Foodpanda itself sent you used vouchers so we cant help it.
          after so many complaints by emails, phone calls and lastly on facebook as well, my issue is not sorted out by them.

          i suggest consumers to not to trap out in promotional offers offered by Foodpanda, they cheat consumers.
          on 18th December 2013, there was an
          offer on food panda, of Pizza hut-buy one get one free. I tried to book order
          online, but the order showed the price of two pizza, and no discount. Later I
          tried to call foodpanda. But as I moved up in queue, from 4th to 1st position, my call
          was disconnected.It happened thrice.

          Later I realized that Foodpanda never meant to give offer to anyone. They only wanted
          to gain cheap publicity, and advertisement.
          I ordered food from Hello Curry in Hyderabad through the foodpanda App., Not only the order got cancelled but my money was also not refunded. Group of cheats are running the show !! Please avoid any further purchase from this app.
          Tried @foodpanda twice, first time it took 2 hours for them to deliver food and it was cold. second time they took 3 hours and asked me to wait for another 45 minutes...i am still waiting for my refund as i had to cancel that order...#FOOD_PAIN_DA
