In the app suopport centre it is written refund is given withing 24hrs if paid via paytm but now they are saying it will take 7-10days and this thing is not written anywhere in the support centre and the girl named daisha with whom i was having live chat was telling me again and again that it will take 7-10 days even after i sent her the screenshot of what they have written in the support centre

    This is with reference to above subject I had ordered from food panda and I made the payment online and the payment was successful as my account was debited by 234.62 ₹. The transaction ID is SB498800.
    The pin for order is 6654 from hotel Preksha on Nov 15 2018 at 8:52 pm and order code is s7ch-6p8a.
    I mailed them the above problem but they have not replied me yet and the amount is not been refunded yet to my account.
    Kindly help me out to get my Refund amount.

      I have order food for rs.499.79 on 28th oct 2018 and the order has been placed and suddenly due to technical issue the order cancelled automatically.
      From that day i have raising chat support for a month. Still i didnt receive my money. They are cheating the customer by having our money and not refunding back. I need the total money with the interest payback.

        I oredered my lunch from foodpanda for whihc online payment was done, food was prepared and rider picked up the order but when i contacted rider he told me that order is cancelled and tou need to contact customer care. Where is customer care foodpanda? Where is my refund?
        This is happening to me second tome where no one from foodpanda reached out to me and where is your contact number.? How can a customer reach foodpanda

        I had ordered chinese from foodpanda on 11thOct'18 for which the amount got deducted immediately but [censored]ing did not received refund for the same.. Its been more than 1 month. [censored]ing bastards foodpanda. If m not going to get the refund now, m going to file a case against this.

Please initiate a partial refund corresponding to that food item. Foodpanda customer care isn't up to the mark, i keep getting computer generated responses.             Issue - Restaurant on boarding with Food Panda. Ageing more than 60 Days.

            I am owner of 2 restaurant – China65 (Foodpanda vendor code b5oh) & Sai Krupa (Foodpanda vendor code b3ol – earlier code was B9XA)

            1. I have submitted all the necessary documents on 5th September 2018 to OLA/FOODPANDA representative Shubham Singh (Mobile No. [protected]) & he promised me that restaurant will be active on Foodpanda Portal in 7 Working Days. However, he stopped responding after collecting documents and he was not in position to confirm the status of onboarding.

            2. After few Days on 20th September, Foodpanda Executive Mr Melwin Rodrigues (Mobile no. [protected] & [protected]) came to meet me regarding onboarding issue & he confirmed that he will resolve the issue in 2 working days. Even he failed to confirm the exact status. He tried his level best but not able to resolve the issue.

            3. Interim, I have sent no. of emails to [protected]@foodpanda.in but no positive response.

            4. I got response from Vendorservice stating that activation is pending with Area Manager Rashid.

            5. I spoke to Rashid (Mobile no. [protected]) on 5th October, 2018 & narrated the complete story o[censored]nsuccessful on-boarding.

            6. Rashid promised me that he will resolve the issue in next 2 hours but he was unable to find the exact issue in on-boarding & he stopped responding phone calls. Area Manager should be responsible enough to pick up the Vendor phone calls and resolve the issue.

            7. I tried reaching via whats app but no luck. I tried contacting Shubham / Melwin / Rashid but none of the executive has responded.

            8. Then I contacted Call center no. [protected] and call center confirmed that my Restaturant is not active and given me mobile no. of Rahul Sharma - [protected] which is not reachable whenever you dial this no. Tried contacting this no. since last 2 days.

            9. Once again called Call Center no. [protected] on 31st OCT’2018 at 5.10pm to 5.39pm (nearly half an hour), Mr Akhilesh responded that it will take additional two more days to confirm the exact status of on boarding & confirmed that there is no timeline for on boarding.

            10. Since no clarity with Foodpanda team for on-boarding process, I have requested to cancel the on-boarding and requested him to send all restaurant documents. Akhilesh denied taking the request for on-boarding cancellation & transferred phone to his Supervisor for resolution. Supervisor took his own sweet time to respond on phone & when asked about his name on phone, Supervisor disconnected phone line. Foodpanda took 30 minutes on phone calls and no resolution.

            In view of the above, request you to cancel my 2 restaurants – China65 (Foodpanda vendor code b5oh) & Sai Krupa (Foodpanda vendor code b3ol – earlier code was B9XA) on-boarding with Foodpanda. However kindly check the recording/performance of RUDE supervisor who is not customer friendly and disconnected the phone lines intentionally. He was afraid to share his name with me. Although its none of my business but this is not appropriate employee for vendor/customer service. I am sharing feedback with you & I am damn sure professional foodpanda team will take appropriate action after necessary investigation.

            You could check my restaurant details on SWIGGY, ZOMATO & MAGICPIN Online portals. I am doing business of Approximately Rs 40000/- per month with SWIGGY, Rs 35000/- with ZOMATO & Rs 10000/- MAGICPIN(individually). Your competitor could on board me easily, however you fail to onboard after 2 months of submitting all the necessary documents. Please check your process.

              Today i ordered punjabi thali from chaitanya parathas, baner for lunch from foodpanda app. But the delivery boy came with dal makhani rice!!! I saw the package - it was from swiggy!! I told the delivery boy to exchange the package. He went to restaurant and told me that the restaurant denied. I didn't get the food i ordered. I am really disappointed. I don't think i'll order again on foodpanda.

                  1 ) I have Order Fried rice on[protected] time 20:50:45 PM that same cancelled by Hotel & Food Panda team replied in Online chat we have initiated your refund it will take 7 to 10 day working but till now i have not received my refund .
                  2) On 6th Nov 2018 again i have order Mexican Palo ( Rice ) on that time same happened its cancelled by hotel & again we chat with foodpanda team they said it credit but till now i have not received.
                  Pls don't order in Food Panda, there is no Customer Care number there is no proper reply from them

                    On 7th november i placed an order through foodpanda, unfortunately the restaurant cancelled the order. I was quiet angry because the restaurant waited 20 minutes and then cancelled the order. But it was okay.

                    On the same day i tried to contact foodpanda to complaint the issue, but no response till date. Trying to fool customers thinking that they are smart.

                    To be frank they are avoiding customers as much as possible, since they do not have chat or call support.

                    I've got proof that they have stole money from my account and not refunding me. So, i want my refund with interest till the day they issue the refund.

                    These people should come to knees before the consumer court and they should never attempt to steal the money again.

                    Any suggestions to kneel before justice is much appreciated. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks

                      I am waiting for my refund for last 12 days. Basis the portal it takes 4 hrs only. Payment was done via paytm wallet. Order placed on 29 oct at Kareem new Delhi.

                      Need urgent resolution

                      On 28 Oct also there was one more cancellation and the amount got refunded instantly. Why only this amount of 446 is getting stuck up for last 17 days.

                      This is ridiculous. Highly disappointing and dissatisfied. I condemn such response from Food panda.

                      Can you confirm the time I can get me refund.

                      The services are very poor. Last day also I ordered and it was cancelled after 90 minutes. This kept me hungry for more than 2 hours.

                      Your portal cannot be trusted. I will circulate my 3 issues to all my social media portals.

                      I am fed up following up

                      every time they say its network error and it will take 7 to 10 days. they are doing all business, accepting payments and also refunding back in cancellation for other orders. only this order is pending. and no satifactory revert.

                        Foodpanda is a fraud, i ordered food from the app, the payment was unsuccessful. But no refunds even after more than a month. It had been for six of my orders. And talking to them they say they can't help as they haven't received the payment. They are thieves who steal people's money. The app should be banned going on such a rate they must be making money only by stealing public's money.

                        My order is is u9zz-wk9j for which I am neither shared delivery executive number nor restaurant number nor online support. I want to cancel this order and want my money back or will go to consumer forum for filing a case. If possible share one of the numbers which will let me to interact with one to determine what happened with my order.
                        Wrong delivery or wrong items... Customer care is not contactable.. roti n dal makhni ordered.. got roti and some weird sabji... Not expected... Dinner spoilted... Customer care not contactable
                        My order no Order#x9oj-5ndj is not delivery. I ordered at 9:18 pm now 23:04. I paid fully.
                        Please cancel my order and refund the payment

                          My order was given on 11.11.2018 from Foodpanda but they have cancelled the order due to non availability of driving license of their delivery boy & that information was not provided to me. After one hour when I have called that delivery boy he has told me that he would not be able to delivered my order because doesn't have driving license.

                          But after 3 working days still money is not credited in my account. They are blaming Paytm for the same & also asking for 10 working days to refund the same.

                            Foodpanda - you have hired goons to deliver your food and gaurantee harassment

                            Penning down the series of events that have not only left me in a state of shock, but also forced me to re-think about the safety of other foodpanda customers.

                            If you are reading this, my honest suggestion is -
                            It is better to stay hungry than to order from foodpanda because you never know you might me in for a life threatening surprise.

                            Ordered food on 'date' from 'restaurant name' 'order id', made the payment online.

                            Approx into an hour of placing the order, witnessed that the delivery guy 'phone number and name' was stranded at a particular location since 4-5 mins.

                            Called him up to know the status of the delivery. He directly asked me to share the otp and said that he would reject the order. By then, i realised that there was something fishy and he wanted to keep the order to himself. On further insisting that he deliver the food, he started hurling abuses.
                            He stated and i quote -
                            Tu, foodpanda, police koi kuch nahi ukhad sakte mera. Jisko complain karna hai ja k kar.

                            The call ended at an unpleasant note and i was extremely upset with the entire episode.

                            What happened next was life threatening -

                            The delivery guy along with a colleague of his reached our house. I opened the door only to be thrashed by both of them.
                            They carried iron rods and hit me and my room mate with it, kicked us and punched us while continously abusing us.
                            One of them even ran inside the kitchen and got the knife to hit me. He threw it at me from a distance, but i dodged it and somehow ran outside the house while my room mate was still getting beaten up by those foodpanda goons.
                            They stayed in our house for 15-20 mins. They also robbed our house for some cash and a pair of sunglasses.

                            I am seeking legal guidance around this entire episode and definitely plan to sue all parties involved.

                            Food Panda takes forever to refund your money just to teach you a lesson to never cancel any of their orders. This is pathetic. Also I didn't even cancel my order on my own it cancelled because of 'too much traffic' in their orders.

                              Time is money, but foodpanda doesnt care about it for their customers. I ordered at 7.06 pm on 13/11/18 but till 9 on it was not delivered and i almost called delivery guy 100 times from all my different numbers but he cut the call every time. For this i didn't get any positive response from foodpanda. After complaining also foodpanda people did not cancelled the order and they forced me to order the same thing again from same restraunt and they took again 1 hour to deliver. Please take some strict action regarding this against food panda.

                                I ordered Kulfi on 8th sept from Kulfiano through foodpand app but i didnt received the order and money is also debited from my account.
                                I got the message that order is delivered but order was not delivered.
                                This is very dissapointing from Foodpanda as I received order is delivered but no order reached. Order code- m7jt-vl9c.

                                I tried contacting customer care but they are not responding to it and neither refunding my money.

                                  I had ordered for a Mutton Family Biryani from Capital Hotel on 4th November 2018 at 6:38 PM IST for an amount of Rs. 590.62. I have not yet received the food neither got any message saying the order is cancelled.

                                  I emailed twice to the customer care "[protected]@foodpanda.in" ID and have not heard back as well. Tried their Live Chat option but that does not work even.

                                  The most annoying part is that it still shows order picked up.

                                  Please look into it and refund my Money ASAP

                                    Yesterday i ordered an egg chicken biryani in calcutta biryani house, order was confirmed, preparation was done, but the delivery boy did not deliver the item and he bluffed me by taking my pin 6600 in advance saying if i don't tell him the address he cannot be able to find my location, i tried to reach him through his phone no. [protected] but he didn't pick the call, payment was already done through net banking i want my money back.

                                        I made two home delivery orders via food panda mobile app on 4th october 2018. I made the advanced payment via net-banking for both orders. But one by one my both orders were cancelled and it was said from the customer support chat box person that i will get refund amount within 7 - 10 working days. Its been more than 20 days i have not received the amount.

                                        Please look into the matter and escalate the case asap

                                        Following were the orders:
                                        1) dilli 19 = rs.196.97
                                        2) uncle chef = rs.265.62
                                        Total refundable amount = rs.462.59
