Service delay and lack of time management

For a simple vaccination of my child in the opd of doctor Dr shantanu Bag adopted a que process and as per his words we reached at 4 pm but he got us waited there as we were not paying him the fee for his consultation as he just took fees five days back for general check up of my baby.

Ridiculous coordination between the nursing and the pharmacy staff
